Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The manager Don McClain and Skee both greeted me when I walked in the door. I was there maybe 1/2 hour to 45 minutes and then was on my way.Skee sold me my Edge and am very happy with it and would recommend Skee and Spring Valley Ford to anyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle.

I bought a 2014 Ford Focus from them and absolutely love the car and feel just really great about my choice to buy from them. I worked with Brad mostly and then also Jeremy in financing. Brad was super friendly and made the whole experience, which I thought would drag on forever, very easy going by being so open and conversational. I never felt pressured to buy anything and I felt like I wasn't being pitched anything. Even after Brad completed the sale, he still stuck around for an additional twenty or thirty minutes to make sure my electronics synced with the Ford Sync software in the car. Jeremy was also great and very thorough about financing options, and even tried to find rebates I might qualify for. Overall, I really appreciated going through the sales process with Brad and the rest of the team at Spring Valley Ford.

Lincoln - Ray Ferrari

I was test driving the Cadillac SUV in Ottawa but that dealer wouldn't negotiate. I wanted to buy used, he wasn't willing to look for one for me. I went to Valley Ford, they found a comparable Lincoln SUV at a dealer in Sterling. Raymond went to pick it up for me, I test drove it, it was perfect, just what I wanted. I've had no problems with it, just regular maintenance. Ray Ferrari (salesman) was extremely helpful in finding my wife a vehicle that fits her style and needs. We were looking for something in the SUV style but not too big for her to drive. A trusting sales experience !

In the last few months I was shopping for a low mileage used car. I looked at two dealerships by the Peru mall. Both dealerships tried to get my trade for thousands less then it booked for. I did my research ! I am a women in my mid twenties and felt I was a target for these salesmen. I work at a doctors office.
