Nick asked what I wanted and as soon as he found it he contacted me to come see it. It was the perfect vehicle for me and was exactly what I was looking for! Fantastic customer service from him! He met my needs and exceeded my expectations! He was able to answer all of my questions, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Seemed like he really did his research prior to contacting me in order to ensure it was the right vehicle for me. I highly recommend this dealership and would also highly recommend asking to deal with Nick Serracino. I have already suggested to a few people to go speak to him. He will find what you want and it will be the vehicle for you! Nick was willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was happy with this vehicle.

The service at Spradley Chevrolet was awesome, they gave me a fair price on my trade, negotiated on the same level as me which is in my mind a must ,not as I have had other dealerships try to in the past and on top of this excellent service went above and beyond to correct issues even after the sale was complete. In my experience now days that kind of service and " of course we will take care of that , it is only the right thing to do " customer service even after the deal is done and over is hard to come by at all anymore. My experience with this dealership was fantastic!! I will not go anywhere else. My experience with Jimmy Young was great! he is kind, funny, and made the experience fun. If we had any questions he always answered them and as well, he did not rush me to make a choice. He took me around showed what car was what, and talked to me about how each one differ than others. I had a Toyota before this car, and I will not go back to them! I am very pleased to have this car and I absolutely love it!! I highly recommend Jimmy Young to work with because, he has a great personality and will make it a great experience for anyone.

Big disappointment after another. When purchasing a 2011 Chevy Tahoe in 02/2014. Sales staff no help emptying personal items from traded-in vehicle, left us in the closed lot with lights turned off, guess it got late on them, must've been in a hurry to leave. If not assertive Tahoe wouldn't have even been cleaned for us. I hope your experience is better, but I certainly won't be buying another vehicle here.

Just bought a new truck from Corey Ballentine and I couldn't recommend him more highly. The high temp that day was in the single digits with blowing snow, and I must have had him bring 6 or 7 trucks up. Not only that, but after writing up all the paperwork, we changed or mind and had to redo everything for a different truck. Corey never once looked agitated, which is more than I could have put up with. Great experience and a good price.

We were looking to trade in our 2010 Chevrolet Traverse LTZ and purchase a new vehicle. Unfortunately, our first dealership offered us a great price but only offered $17000 for our trade in which was $4000 less than the blue book value of our trade in. Obviously we walked out. We decided to visit Spradley Chevrolet to see what they would offer as a trade in since we purchased the vehicle from them in 2010. Our only hesitation for our visit was that the sales manager who oversaw our 2010 purchase may still be employed at Spradley. That sales manager was rude, condescending, and lacked any sense of courtesy and customer service. The only reason we made the 2010 purchase was due to the sales rep, Andre, who made up for any issues we experienced. Fortunately, we met Matt Pierce, the sales rep, and the current sales manager, Dan Haas, who worked with us in a friendly, honest, and courteous manner that was a completely different experience from 2010. We never felt pressured nor thought that Matt or Dan were trying to take advantage of us during our purchase. We felt like Matt and Dan were working WITH us to make a deal and not just WORK us for a deal. We were offered the invoice price for the vehicle, $20000 for our trade in, and at cost purchase for three items that were not included in the vehicle. We were happy with this deal and Matt and Dan were able to close the deal in a few ours to accommodate our busy schedule. We could not have asked for a better experience for a car purchase.

I have been a proud hyundai owner for 2 years. I have always been extremely pleased with the service I have received from hyundai, which is why I feel so strongly that I need to report the service I received at a hyundai dealership recently. On Thursday, August 14th, I took my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS to the Spradley Hyundai service department in Pueblo Colorado for an oil change and 30,000 mile check up. They gave me an estimate, told me they would have the car ready that afternoon, put me in a rental car and sent me on my way. Several issues arose over the next few days:The first was that my car was not done that afternoon, nor the next day, or on Saturday when I arrived to pick it up, even though they had told me on the phone that morning that the car was ready. After waiting for over an hour in the service office I was told I was ready to go. When I got to my car I saw that it was not cleaned, the plastic was still on the seats and paper on the floor - which I had to dispose of, and I had to find the car on the lot MYSELF instead of having it pulled to the door. This is disrespectful to your customers time and to their vehicle - I can't believe that my car was in dirty condition with trash inside the vehicle when I got it back. The second issue began on Friday with a phone call from the service manager, Scott. He called to tell me that my car needed a fuel injection service, and that this would put me at the upper end of the $350-450 estimate he had originally quoted me. He said he felt very strongly that the fuel injection service was needed and that if we did this I would be right at $450. When I arrived to pay my bill my charges exceeded $700. I understand if an estimate is just that, an estimation of charges - but for the actual charges to be close to DOUBLE the estimated price is ridiculous.To Scott's credit he did adjust the charges when I told him that was no where near the amount we had discussed less than 24 hours ago - however I still ended up paying $495, which exceeded the "upper limit" of my "estimate". The above issues aside, it is really the last problem that put me over the edge. It is my belief that all customers deserve the same level of respect. I realize that I appear very young for my age; however that is no excuse to call me "honey" or "sweetie" instead of my name by the service personnel. The customers around me were consistently called "Mr. Speer"; however it was only after I became visibly irritated that I was referred to as "Ms. Smith" or "Emily". As a young physician, I cannot imagine behaving in such a blatantly unprofessional manner towards patients or any staff member I work with. I was not given a service survey to fill out, as I would have certainly failed the center. Please take this information to make Spradley Hyundai step up and get their standards to the same level as other Hyundai dealerships.

Nik met us in the car lot and quickly determined our desires and need. He showed us a couple different vehicles. He then told us about a pick-up which just came on the lot. We went to look at that vehicle, 2008 Sierra Truck. We decided to purchase that one. Nik had to getback to another customer, so he put us in with another person. That person did not really deal with us at all - gave us a ridiculous offer. As such we left. Once home, we called the manager and explained what happened. We also talked with Nik. Everyone worked out a satisfactory price and we agreed to buy it. The next day, Nik met us and showed us the cleaned up truck. Nik had everything all ready for us - we just needed to sign the paper work. Later Nik called and told us they had the manual to the truck. He saw to it that it was mailed to us shortly afterthe title was mailed. Nik was very personable and took care of details. I would recommend Spradley Chevrolet (it was my second purchase there) and I wouldrecommend that they contact Nik for working on the sale.

Nic was very professional and listened to what it was that I was looking for which was difficult because at times I didn't know what I wanted. He offered valuable information about the vehicles I was looking at and other vehicles I had not even thought to look at. The process took over 4 months for me to finally find the vehicle that was for me. I had specific criteria and standards that had to be met by the vehicle, salesman and GM and I am ecstatic about all of them after our final selection. I called Zach regarding a Town and Country. He said that he would check to see if it was still available. He also kindly inquired what we were looking for. After giving Zach our minimun requirements including our absolute highest price, he called me back and said that he had something even better. He offered us a great deal. Since we lived out of town, he looked the vehicle over for us and described it. He also had a couple of conversations with my brother who is an auto mechanic. He was friendly and willing to go the extra mile for us. Before we came up to buy the van, he said we could fax our info and he would prefill out all of the forms. Extremely friendly/family environment. Sales persons very knowledgeable. They did not have the exact vehicle we wanted so they gladly found one and trailered it to their store. The price for both the new vehicle and my trade-in were fair and came together without any hassle. We received two phone calls within a few days after our purchase checking to see if everything was okay. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Spradley Chevrolet and there will undoubtedly be more. We consider the sales staff, as well as the owners, friends. Dan Haas was exceptional. He did exactly what we needed inorder to get us into the car we wanted and was able to get the payments at the price we are able to maintain. He didn't blow smoke at us. He was very professional and to the point. I love him and since have told everyone I know to go to him. I have bought several cars in my life and this was hands down the most enjoyable experience I ever had. We came in late in the evening and Dan Haas and Jordan both stayed and worked as long as it took to get the price and payments where need be. I ended up meeting a car salesman by the name of Kreg Hartle. He made my whole car buying experience really pleasant and he really is a great people person. The thing that really grabbed my attention is that he still calls me to this day to check on my car and discuss any questions I may have encountered since I owned the vehicle..... Talk about excellent customer service!!!!! I have purchased vehicles in the past from other dealerships but never had this awesome experience with them. Kregg did an amazing job at helping me find a vehicle. He took his time to find out what I needed and what we could be approved for. I first bought a used car, that ended up having some issues, which I was dealing with another store, and got a loaner car, that ended up leaving me stranded, which Kregg had to help again, and get me a different loaner car. We ended up buying a new vehicle, with Kregg, leaving the other dealer behind. He was so much help, with evry part of buying the car, that we knew we had to go back to him to buy our next vehicle, which we just did this last December. Again, he paid attention, and made sure we got exactly what we asked for. I can garuntee that we will be going through Mr. Hartle for all of our future vehicle purchases, because he cares about his clients, never hesitates to answer any questions, and goes above and beyond any other dealers we have dealt with previously.

I would like to say that i had a very good experiance with spradley auto as a customer, i need a car very bad being a single father of three boys,my old truck was not able to fit my family, spradley auto was able to get me a new 2012 Dodge avanger, i am able to do the thing i need to do, their customers service was very good, and my saleman was able to answer all my questions. im also very thankful for the four years of oil changes that i recieved

I had a wonderful experience shopping for our vehicle. The salesman Ernie Morales, was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. He was able to answer any question I had and even some I hadn't thought of. He is truly an asset to Spradley Barrickman. I started with Jay in October and ordered a 2013 Chevy Silverado 3500 diesel. The truck came in early December and I asked for several things to be added before I took possession. Such a a new Front bumper from Real Truck which I dilivered to Jay and Mack Tuck hood ornamentas well as aRhino bed liner. Jay handled all this and I had my truck in two day. We had the worst experience ever at this dealership. My wife and I called in advance to get a rough estimate on our trade in being we were going to be driving 300+ miles to look at a vehicle and didnt want to waste anyones time.When we arrived it appeared that their whole sales team was standing outside of the dealership smoking cigarettes; not impressed. So we were introduced to the salesman, LEON ???, that was waiting for us to arrive and as we were walking to a vehicle to drive over to their Chevy dealership to look at the truck we called on, he exhaled his smoke and it blew right in my face. He apologized and said sorry, its been 3 hours since I have had a smoke. Again not impressed, we drive to the dealership to look at the truck. When we arrived to look, the truck was in bad shape. The visor was broken, the seat adjustment on the passengers side had been busted, and it needed new struts and much, much more. After we drove it we were hesitant to even proceed but we figured being we drive so far we would look at some numbers. The number he game me initially for our trade was 12,000 but the salesmen stated it would probably be more once we have seen the car. When they brought out the numbers, we were astounded when they offered us 10,500. This was more than 2000 dollars LESS than we had received at any other dealership we had gone to. I was irritated that he wasted our time when he asked where we needed to be to make the deal happen. We threw some more numbers out and they AGAIN came back with a slap in the face by offering 500 dollars off of the vehicle but nothing more on our trade in and accused us of having the vehicle repainted after an accident. The CARFAX was the proof that the vehicle hadnt ever been touched. After I thanked him for wasting our time, we left the dealership and LEON followed us out spouting off about our vehicle and his time. I called back and talked to a manager at the Chevy dealer where we initially saw the truck and got nowhere. I even provided them with a phone number for the general manager to call me with no calls back.Needless to say, this dealership lacks integrity and we wouldnt buy a collar for our for our dog from them even if it was a good deal. I didnt know they had so many rodeo clowns in Pueblo, CO.

I dropped the car off because my air conditioner wasn't working. I have a portfolio, 100k mile warranty and so I thought maybe that expensive warranty might cover a inspection of any car complaints. Spradley dealership wanted to charge for a diagnosis without even looking at the air conditioner first. They had the car in the shop about to preform the diagnosis w/out even approving it first by me. Luckily, I called before they completed the diagnosis. The gentleman (Duane Bissonnett) was rude on the phone and stated that like doctors they needed to run a test, however, doctor's usually look at the main complaint-see what they can do first, before they send out for additional tests. Later that day I came to get the car and I decided to use the coupon at the end of the print out. I wanted to have a $19.99 oil change. They did squeeze me in at the end of the day so they do get 1 plus for that. However, when I came to pick up the car, the bill total was $26 and some change. I asked what the additional charges were for and he said it was misc. charges and said it could have been for topping of the fluids. He did not say which fluids he topped off. Also, my dealership back home always washes my car with an oil change and Spradley's did not. I believe the dealership back in Kansas City also has an automated call after each service (or maybe a 1-800 # to call if there were any complaints) and I'm not sure if Spradley's does have this to offer to the clients. I did get calls from a 1-800 #, but I would answer and nothing would be at the other end. Maybe they fixed it so no one could complain about their horrible services.
