I can't say enough about the people at Spitzer Kia West, especially Freddy Mansour. In less than 2 hours, he found me the car I wanted, worked up the numbers and I was walking out with a brand new 2017 Kia Forte. I stopped In on labor day to find out about trading my sorrento in and leasing a newer one. I've purchased 3 vehicle from here before. the sales man who got me was more interested in finding out my credit score than anything else and once he found out it wasn't so perfect he was pretty much done with me. not trying to help with any other options ideas( other than a co signer that cant happen im 52 Y/O ) Ive always been treated good there until this time.... So here's my impression of the service department at Kia Spitzer West in Parma (Brookpark and State near 480). I drove my 2014 Sorento from Houston to Cleveland to visit family and friends and take a trip to Niagara Falls in Canada. About 1300 miles one way. Upon arriving in Parma (8/4/16) I was at a stop light at Snow and Broadview when my temp gauge all of a sudden started to approach max temp! I turned on the heater to try to cool the engine down and the gauge returned to normal. I drove another 3 mins to my sister's house and shut down the motor. I did a cursory inspection and found no coolant leaks but I could smell radiator fluid. So, I made an appointment online at the closest Kia dealer since my Soto is under warranty and has ALWAYS been dealer maintained ever since I bought it new in Houston (DeMontrond Kia). I dropped it off on Friday morning (8/5/16). First impressions are important. I met with Lisa and she was super friendly and knowledgable. She told me upfront they were busy and would try to get the Soto looked at ASAP but I might not hear anything until Saturday (8/6/16) which I was ok with. I understand it was a last minute drop off and others were ahead of me in line. At least she told me up front. Anyways, I get a call on Saturday afternoon. You won't believe this! My '14 Sorento with 41000 adult-driven, dealer maintained miles has a head gasket leak and needs a NEW MOTOR!!!!! Mind you, I'm from Houston, I'm heading to Canada on Tuesday (8/9/16) and heading back to Houston on 8/18/16!! Now I'm stressed!! I have no car and who knows how long a motor replacement will take? And what about my family's vacation?! Now what?!This is where Lisa, Tony (master Kia mechanic) and the entire Spitzer Kia West team take the cake!!! First, they hook me up with a Dodge Ram rental from Enterprise Rentals. They cover the cost of the rental for as long as they have my Sorento and tell me just to enjoy my trip to Canada and they'll keep me in the loop as parts arrive and repairs begin. While in Canada, Lisa texted me a few times just to keep my informed (like she said she would) and that eased my stress greatly! We returned from Canada on 8/12/16 and the Sorento still wasn't ready. But that's ok because we had the rental. Finally, on 8/16/16, Lisa called and said the Sorento was ready to go! I picked it up and we drove it back to Houston. 1300 miles later, we're safe and sound and back home. I can NOT believe the wonderful service I received from Lisa and Tony at Spitzer Kia!! If I'm ever in need of minor or major vehicle service and I'm in the Parma area, I will highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!

This was my second car I bought from them, all the service and most of Sales team are great. I was happy with my purchase with my car till I got home, a few weeks later I received an email about buying a Spare Tire Kit...????? What??? Well I was never informed that the new Kia's didn't come with a spare tire. So I went to talk to the GM on one of my days for my car service. He listened and then replied, " We train all of our Sales team to inform the customers that the cars do NOT come with spare tires" Well I then replied, "well he didn't to me" and the his response was " I am sure he did", then I replied, "well he must need some more training then because he failed to do what your company trained him to do", He then asked what do you want me to do, I replied, I want a spare tire at no costs, he then chuckled then replied "no, I can't do that", so make a long story short, Kia's don't come with the spare tire, lol, and make sure you don't need to talk to the GM, he seems to forget, that customers come first. I WILL NOT buy another car from this Dealership and after dealing with Tony the GM, I know I am FINISHED on buying new cars from his dealership.

I bought a Kia Rondo Nov.2015 since buying the car I've been going to KIA every month complaining about the same problem the service people kept telling me everything was ok with the car just for them to finally tell me what's wrong with my car in march the staff are very rude always getting smart its not fair to the customer to have to go through this I'm beyond frustrated with this company if I didn't have a car note I would not return KIA of Spitzer in my opinion can do way better. I went to the dealership to trade my car for a used Soul. Freddy was my salesman and was fabulous. Adam made sure they offered me what it took to close the deal. I got a great deal on the car. Even Vince in Finance made the usually stressful part of buying a car seem like fun. Everyone who worked there went above and beyond to ensure that my experience at Spitzer Kia was outstanding. Special shout out to Kim at the service desk for stopping by twice to make sure that I was being taken good care of. I highly recommend this dealership.

We went to Kia shopping for a used vehicle. The vehicle was very very nice, and in great condition, and Freddie was very good to work with trying it out and working through price. Through no fault of Spitzer, we ultimately decided on another car, but they were great to work with, and they had zero problem with us going to another vehicle. I will definitely stop by when it comes time to look for another car.

Tried to work w Paul..internet sales and he said they don't negotiate. Every dealer negotiates. He stated they worked hard to get to the best price..I showed him the same exact vehicle for 3000 less..still says they don't negotiate. When I say this isn't motivating me to come to your dealership. His response, "what do you want me to say"? I would rather wait until Black Friday or December than go in and be jerked around by this dealership. No negotiating..hilarious!Updated, Nick Pavluk, Spitzer Customer Relations Manager customer relations manager also contacted me and was even more unhelpful in giving me long unneeded explanations on why they don't negotiate. After several emails, he wouldn't budge on even doing an out the door price. Claiming their research and crap was the best around. Well, deal never happened and guess what? Now that vehicle is for sale in bowling green. We were about 700 bucks apart and he refused to negotiate. The tactic just ticks the customer off and you lost out on a sale. I have told several people to avoid Spitzer for this reason.

I was shopping for a new car and so I visited Spitzer Kia in Cleveland. I test drove the Kia Optima and liked it. The sales manager asked me to give him a number that would make me buy the Optima on the spot. I gave him a number and to my surprise he agreed to it. We shook hands and I bought the car. A few hours after buying the car and after talking to my wife I got cold feet. I went back to Spitzer Kia with my wife and told them I had second thoughts about buying a car without taking a day to think about it. Even though Spitzer Kia was under no obligation to rescind the deal they graciously did! I am thankful to the people at Spitzer Kia that listened to my concerns and without any hesitation gave up a sale rather than have an unhappy customer.

I brought my Kia in to get an estimate of how much it would cost for my oil change and to fix my lock. I was given an estimate. When I returned to have the work done, the price of the lock went up $200.00. I asked why the price went up and why isn't it the price I was given I was told she couldn't find it in the computer. Another worker pulled it right up for me in the computer. I asked her why was she giving me a gard time and she told me why didn't I go somewhere else if she wasn't giving me the answers I wanted. The other customers waiting looked at me and commented on how unprofessional she was and how she ever became anyone's manager!!!

We met George and he right away assured us he wanted to get us in the vehicle we wanted. We really appreciated his patience with us and the two grandchildren we had with us. He showed us the vehicles we wanted to look at and not the ones the "dealerships" push (our experience with two others). He told us everything about the vans and the differences between the different models. We told him we wanted to check out other vans He gave us his card for when we would be returning two days later. We did return because we were so impressed with him and bought the 2015 Kia Sedona. It has everything we were looking for and we (especially the children) love it!!!. There was no presure from any of the staff at all. This was the best experience we have ever had buying a new vehicle. This included the Manager and the Finance department. Do your self a favor and visit George at Kia Spitzer at the corner of Brookpark and State road in Cleveland.

Absolute WORST customer service ever experienced!!! Extremely rude!! Would not even recommend this dealer to my worst enemy!! If you go there, DO NOT deal with the salesman named George Woods. Just purchased a 2014 Kia Optimum SX and found a big crack in the front bumper after the store had already closed so I had to wait and call them this morning about it. Spoke with George about this and he knew about the crack the entire time but did not once point that out to me (expected me to find it myself) and he said the car was sold as is. However, on the internet, that was never disclosed about the crack. Also, when I called about the car before I made my 2 hour trip up there, I made sure I asked Shawn if the car is true to everything it says it was and he assured me it was. However, that was a lie, considering the crack was not disclosed. George told me I could talk to the manager and I agreed that I would be calling him and as I explained that this needs to be made right because I already experienced the worst customer service as it was, he told me "I don't need to hear about this" and hung up on me!! AWESOME way to make your customers feel important! Last time I checked, customers are what keep you in business. Learn how to treat customers with respect!!!!

I came looking for a car for my daughter...Didn't have a lot of money to spend and didn't want a new car.. From the moment he met me at the door George was awesome. First of all he listened to me and didn't try and sell my something I didn't want..After a few moments he returned with the perfect car. It was just right .Secondly, it even had low miles and was a one owner vehicle..My Ninabean,which is what I call her really loves it..Last and most certainly least George made the whole process simple.I will truly will refer people to him and Spitzer Kia.GEORGE IS AWESOME!!!

I bought a 2012 Kia Optima from Mike back in October (yes it took me a long time to get back here and write a review). I hadn't bought a car in a long time and was very apprehensive about buying from a bigger dealership. I was on a tight budget, needed a reliable car before winter and had some concerns about financing. Mike came recommended from friends of ours who bought a car from him previously. Buying a car has never been so easy! I knew going in what car I wanted to test drive, drove it and fell in love. Spitzer Kia has a large group of finance companies they do business with and financing was not an issue. I couldn't believe that buying a car could be so easy. People at the dealership were super friendly from the guy holding open the door to the finance guy that came over to talk to us about financing options to the finance manager we signed papers with. This was my first non GM car and I couldn't be more thrilled. I've had the car almost 7 months and I am still just as excited to drive it. Mike made the whole process easy, was super helpful and has even called to check in and see how things are going. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This service dept. Is the worst department I've ever had to do business with. Everything about this place is an mess. Very poor customer service,& lack of communication. I was told my car would be ready at a certain time and it was not!! Unfortunately they had my car for more then 12hours already. I was told I could only have a one day car rental and my car would be ready buy the time I needed to return the car but obviously it's not. Not only am I without a car but I still am upset that it's taking this long to fix the issues.This is totally unexceptable im so gladci didnt purchase from this dealership i gave the service person my phone number 3 times to keep me updated with my car but they didnt bother to cakl me. I am not ever coming back to this place again once I spoke to the Customer service mgr. I was not convinced she was going to deal with my issue. This place is a disaster.

I recently purchased 2013 Kia Optima from Kia Spitzer,I went in looking for a 2011 or 2012 because that would be in my price range. That's when I met a sales person named Sean Harvey. He was professional,yet down to earth and I felt he had my best interest in mind. I was asked to wait at the sales door,Sean told me he had the car for me. Well he was right!!I got a great deal and the car had only 8000 miles on it and it was beautiful. I walked into the dealership this afternoon apprehensive. Earlier in the day I had gone to a competitor where I was treated less then human. As I walked up to the door Erica opened the door and introduced herself and asked what had brought me in today. I explained that I had seen a particular car and would like to check out how comfortable it was. She asked me a few questions and the brought me over to the cars in the show room and let me check them out. She let me look by myself (did not hover). Then she came back over and asked how and if she could answer any questions. She was so nice and professional. Then we talked about what my plans were with purchasing a new car. She explained a little about the dealership and that she was there to help in any way. She even said " we work for you we do not work on commission here". What a refreshing experience after the horrible one earlier. I did not buy a car yet but will be returning. Everyone was friendly and so genuine. With some nasty experiences in the past in dealing with looking to buy a car, I was very pleasantly pleased with my time spent at Spitzer Kia. At no time did I feel pressured or made to feel less than human because I wasn't looking for a top end car. Truth of the matter, I really had no ideas at to what kind of car I was looking for. My Sales Consultant, Mike Homolak was very patient, gave me all my answers & took his time finding the right car for me. And when all was said & done, as I told Mike, I don't think I was this excited when I bought my first new car. And while it's only been 1 week, I still haven't come down from the cloud I'm on with my new car! I am very happy to tell everyone where I bought my car.

When we first pulled up we weren't rushed by sales personal and walked to look at the different cars. After a few minutes was approached by a George who introduced himself and asked if we had any questions and then let us continue to look at cars without being shadowed. When we decided what three we wanted to look at we were helped by George and he knew the information about the cars on the lot. He even knew the basic specs for the different Kia Sorrento's that I was looking at. Very informative and easy to work with. I did not feel as if I was being pushed into buying the wrong car.

This dealership is fantastic. Upon pulling into the lot you do not get attacked by salespeople. They price cars by scanning dealerships all over the country to provide the best prices. The building is great, no dark offices and they have an open layout. I was excited to purchase my car here. First and last dealership I visited in the process. Browsing cars here was liken unto walking the fields of Elysium, standing in the presence of Gods. Their regular coffee was nectar and every spoken word rang like the clearest bell. After leasing my vehicle I feel that my eyes have been opened to true beauty.

For the momment I enterd the door at Spitzer Kia I felt very welcomed. I made an appointment the night before with Myron who was very upbeat and polite. When I arrived with my three young children I was informed about their play room and hot chocolate, which my kids took ful advance of. Myron was very helpful and listened to all my concerns. He found me the right vehicle to fit my needs. The facility was clean and full of friendly faces. Everyone had smiles and were working very hard with the customers there. While I haven't been approved just yet the initial experience was pleasant and even if my credit can't get me a car now, I would definitely return at a later date. Customer service is everything and Spitzer Kia is a customer/kid friendly environment.

Spitzer KIA is not your typical car dealership. No pressure - what is that?!?! Literally, no pressure. My husband and I came in for an informational visit and that was it. There was a mini interview to determine our needs and the funny thing is, the car that I thought I wanted isn't a good fit for our family. The sale staff knows the product line inside and out and they all are really personable. if you don't buy a car from Spitzer KIA, then you're missing out on a dealership that's selling the right way. For anyone going to the Spitzer Kia dealership in Cleveland, just off Brookpark road, go and see my main man George. For someone who looks 6'5'' about 250lbs and "must protect this house", he was the most professional/understanding individual I could have asked for. He listened to everything I had to say and put my needs before anything else. He helped me find a sick deal on a 2011 Optima with less that 8,500 miles for a GREAT price. Trust me, I did my shopping online and George was able to show me a car that wasn't even posted yet. Now I have a sick pair of wheels thanks to a stellar experience that George was able to give me. I'm even getting a free detail as well as bump/scrape removal that George is scheduling for me. It doesn't get much better than that. I did a lot of research on vehicles because I was not sure I wanted another optima after my accident forced me to buy a new car. I also researched many local dealerships as well. I am not a person who likes to be pushed into something or followed, I just don't the aggressive sales approach. I bought my first optima at a different Kia Dealership and while I loved the car the salesman was not my cup of tea and they didn't give the best financing advice they could or should have with regards to purchasing a gap policy that I now understand was not necessary. In short, Spitzer Kia is in fact my cup of tea! Mark Simons is excellent and understands what a buyer needs and wants. No double talk just straight shooting. Great experience for my 3rd Kia purchase.

Gave my 2011 Sorento manual transmission to my daughter and knew I wanted to replace with another. I contacted George and provided some insight as to what I was looking at price range, model, and color preferences. Came in after work and George had two cars ready for us to view. Liked both, but just loved the 2014 Sorento in Pearl White AWD LX with the v4 sport shift. My only downside, I love manual transmissions and Kia no longer is making manual transmissions for the Sorento. BUT I am so pleased especially with the lake effect storms that just started the very next morning. Love being able to drive through unplowed side streets with out any problems.

Well let me start by saying I met a salesman that would not give up. My son who is very picky decided he wanted to buy a sports car at the beginning of winter and I agreed to help him. Well we went to spitzer kia just to see what was available and unfortunately there was not a car that fit his needs, so our salesman Tom Peters said they had many stores and he could find him what he was looking for. Buying a car is sooooooo stressful with all the choices, and making sure that I would be approved for the proper amount that I would be able to afford. Bill Macadam was a professional. I appreciate his style, he was obviously dedicated to the sale of the vehicle while not overwhelming like many sales professionals can be. He took down what I was considering in a vehicle and did what he could to find what was right for me. I am pleased with their service. I have visited several dealerships that were much too anxious to push me into whatever it was they were hocking or wouldn't take me seriously due to my age. Bill was reserved, but personable. I am glad I came to Spitzer Kia in the Greater Cleveland area. I would recommend this dealership and this sales person to others in the market for a vehicle.
