My recently purchased Escalade has been issue free and a pleasure to drive. Southtown has been working with me since we moved to Georgia a year and a half ago, starting with my wife's CTS. The repaired a recall on my SRX, and eventually sold me the Escalade. I have also recieved a complimentary oil change, which came right on time as we prepared for our cruise out of Miami (as I write this). I called in to the dealership and talked to Larry Rooker about making a reservation to have the oil changed and tires rotated. On the day we went in he was waiting on us and made the necessary paperwork for this visit. He told us that it would be about 2 hours for the work which was fine with us because we had some errands to run. He called about and hour later saying it was ready. The service department was very efficient and the car had been cleaned and vacuumed when we got it. All was well. We have always worked with Larry with this vehicle and one previous and he has always done a good job for us.

Daniel Shoaseged was our sales person for all three deals. The Cadillac CT6 is our 43rd car. While some of them were used cars purchased from private owners, many of them were purchased from dealers across in six different cities, including Pittsburgh. Daniel is without doubt the best sales person. He is knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and dresses nicely. We have unusual requirements due to medical conditions and differences in our heights. Pat is 5 ft. and I am 6 ft. 4 in. Daniel took everything into consideration, let us use a CT6 for a day and helped us find the right color combination. I know hes your leading salesman. The above are just of few of the reasons why.Additionally, Jim Bell did a great job on the financial end. I had been misinformed by the tag agency about transferring my veterans plate. Jim explained that it couldnt be done and even demonstrated on his PC that he was unable to transfer specialty tags. Jim answered all our questions, gave us private discussion time, and gave us a tutorial on lease vs buy. Karen is also to be commended. She is prepared for situations including health issues and offered Pat crackers when she overheard that Pat needed something to eat. Please thank her for us.Great service all the way around.

Well out with the old and in with the new! I bought a 2002 Tahoe from Rick Hancock at SouthTowne in Newnan when I relocated to GA 14 years ago. Here we are 14 year later and we have come full circle on buying a new Denali from my same Buddy! Rick and the entire team at SouthTowne are absolutely amazing to work with and they have always taken great care of me and glad to be back in SUV land! They were very personable and knowledgable. Your service deprtmnt is the tops. They diagnose the problem and fix it right away. I've visited several dealerships, even driven hundreds of miles, but I will never shop from another dealership other than Southtowne Motors. The entire staff is remarkable. The salespeople are honest, efficient, and most of all, they truly care about you. Everyone is friendly, whether they are selling you a car or not. They have such a nice facility, comlimentary coffee, vending machines, TV in the waiting area, and are in a perfect location. The service department is the best around, too.

I took 4 vehicles to the dealership for all different types of repairs and they were all taken care of in a timely manner. The repairs were all done to my expectations. I have to drive an hour each way to get to Southtowne , driving passed several other dealerships and I think it is worth it because of the quality of work and the attention to detail. I must say, my experience at Southtowne Cadillac was well worth the trip searching for the perfect suv. My wife and I was indecisive between the GMC Yucon XL Denali and the Cadillac ESV Luxury model. We went on 2 separate occasions. The first salesman was very nice and helpful but they could not locate the keys for the vehicle they showed us. We went back today to look at the car, they found the keys but now could not find the car. The salesman today, Paul Watson, drove my infant son, my boyfriend and I around to find the car. We got in the car, he immediately turned up the music very loud and then proceeded to drive over 50 in the parking lot and on the street. I was told he would drive slow and such so no need to grab my 7 mo Olds car seat. I was having to cling onto my son while this guy drove insanely and almost hit a truck. He then acted surprised when he stopped bc I got out of the car and refused to ride with him. They never found the car. I will NEVER return to this place. I really hope someone deals with this issue

Stephen Pope was the salesperson that helped me. He was completely patient in answering all of my questions, and explaining what each option for the vehicle was. We worked through the pricing and rebates, trade-in, etc to get to a fair price. Once we got that done, the actual configuration I wanted was not in stock at the time. Instead of trying to get me to take something that was in inventory, he began to work on a dealer trade to get the exact configuration I wanted. I really appreciated that he took the time to help me through the process and was never pushy.

I had two experiences with this dealership - both completely dissapointing !1. they were not able (within 1.5hrs) to locate my fusebox to exchange a fuse but rather gave me a technical drawing with the supposed location of the fusebox in orde for me to find it and replace it myself.2. GM recall for ignition issue: called in 30 minutes ahead - was told will be next in line - get there and was told waiting time is 2-3 hrs - wasted 1 hour to drive there and get back. Asked customer service to get vehicle for test drive instead to bridge waiting time - no interest in servicing me as a customer.These guys will not touch my car again, the service was embarassing and this is the most unprofessional dealership I've ever been - would highly recommend to go to a different dealership such as Ivory Chevrolet in Union City!

We had the best experience at Southtowne. Aaron Austin is an amazing salesperson. Sometimes you go to a dealership and most salesmen are way to pushy. Not him, he let us walk the lot, drive a few cars, make decisions for ourself, and was just an overall gresat guy. As a consumer, we are oftentimes so apprehensive to do more business with a business that did not meet our needs when given an initial opportunity, and I was one of those types of consumers. But, because of my recent experience with Southtowne, I can say that I was and continue to be extremely impressed with their dedication to each individual car buyer. Moreover, the Southtowne team began by listening too and responding appropriately to my previous experience at their dealership, and how it created an immediate dislike for their sales practices. But like Jesus, who requires that we forgive, I forgave and allowed them to correct their mistake, and I have to say that they went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I received the deal that was beneficial for all parties. I am extremely thankful for the Lauren Foster, Mr. Lyman, Mr. Frizzell and the recently installed new sales car manager, they worked cohesively together to create a deal that was fair, and when it was not the returned to the drawing board and recreated until it was appropriate. Moreover, I was extremely pleased with the care and consideration offered to my children as we sat at waited in the dealership for eight or more hours. He is always helpful and knowledgeable about all makes and models on the GM and Hyundai sides. Just bought an Equinox LTZ from Adrian on Sunday and love it. Got a great deal on my trade and financing. I called Adrian Saturday morning to show me some SUVs, but was short on time. He offered to come in on his off day Sunday afternoon to complete the deal. Stephen Pope and Jason Mader at Southtowne in Newnan Georgia made my internet car searching experience go real smoothly. I always search the Internet when seeking to buy one of my new vehicles. Although I did not purchase my 2013 ZL1 Camaro from them because there were other vehicle options that I ended up selecting. They were still professional and very knowledgeable about the unique car I was inquiring about. Any questions via text, email or phone were answered immediately within 5 minutes. If you have tried purchasing a vehicle through the internet without stepping foot on a lot, that reaction can be very trying or painfully slow . Most of the dealerships that I have dealt with that even advertise on car websites, act like you are bothering them even when you are practically giving them all of the information. I called ahead to try to get a deal worked out so I would not waste time. Brian worked with my dad and I over the phone. We had an appointement in the morning to see the Chevy Spark in person. Brian was very friendly. He had keys ready and let me test drive the car. Discussing my financing with Brian and then to the finance department.,I never once felt pressured into anything. Southtowne was a great place to purchase my 2012 Chevy Cruze. I hit a deer recently and was in need of a car. I dreaded heading to a dealership and "battling over a deal." My first dealership I visited lived up to my expectations and kept me waiting, wanted me to pay full sticker, and seemed to want everything from first born to a pint of blood before I could make a purchase. Bought a 2006 Honda accord coupe, decent experience. The next day it hailed and my car was damaged. My insurance company recommended southtowne auto to repair.... WOW terrible experience. It took FOREVER- could not get their story straight on why. First because the bumper needed to be repainted then because someone messed the clear coat up on the car. When I received my car it looked awful!!! There were lines where they halfway did it correctly, the paint or clear coat had a white fog that wouldn't go away!! It looked terrible! I called the manager several times he didn't care told me it was probably something small like it needed buffing and to bring it by whenever. It was NOT just a simple buffing. Took it somewhere else and they say said whoever did this paint job was an idiot and messed it up BAD. The whole car needed to be redone. Do NOT take your car there.

May 14 had cadillac ad lease srx with sticker 39735 luxury model, $479mo, $1499 down and total payment$17244. The employees at Southtowne Motors are sccam artists and finance officer is 3 card monty experts. I traded a 2001 Mercedes for $5000 plus $795 3 yr Onstar subscription and $1150 rebate. Credit score over 760. Southtowne scammed me without my permission or knowledge by adding $1443 on top of sticker price now $41178; charged me $795 for OnStar which was part of the trade; did not subtract $5000 from price of traded car; insist they only have 39 month lease not 36 as advertised; The lease advertised says total payments will be $17244 but stolen by these criminals was $24,889. I am paying $454 a month for 39 months with a car trade$5000 not $479 for 36 month as advertised. I made 22 documented calls and they refused to answer calls. I wrote to owner who returned $719 for charging for Onstar which should have been $795. In spite of my insisting they stole my traded mercedes. This dealership is loaded with professional theives. If you want a cadillac do not go to three card monty Southtownw Motors instead go to Heritage Cadillac they are top of the line professionals; hundred of cadillacs and know their product. How did I land at Southtowne. They advertised in local paper with bait and switch(did not know) advertised Cadillac approx $4k less MSRP but i was told I was not eligible and later supposedly it was a used car(not so in fine print) that was sold. They claimed their prices were similar to Heritage Cadillac. No they are not. Sticker price is $39735 + $24,889 from me and $23162.26 to buy lease car equal $47,298 for a vehicle which cost appx $36735, or less to dealer, I have had a lawyer look at paperwork, another car salesperson who specialize in leasing and the comment is "you were car jacked, over $9000 profit " I have always purchased my vehicles BMW, Volvo, Mercedes, Honda, Toyoto at MSRP to avoid the haggle over price never have I been scammed until I, 60 year old female walked into Southtowne Motors Of Newnan. I hope this will help when considering a place to trust, it is not this dealership. My mercedes had 103k miles, serviced by Mercedes of South Atlanta and they had offered to buy the car for a new purchase, was stolen by Southtowne Motors for zero dollars and a family member or empoyee of this dealership made a steal. enjoy I paid for it legally Carmen Johnson, Fayetteville, Ga

On Aug, 07, 2004 I came into southtowne just to look. A salesperson came up to me. at first was real offensive to him, So he would leave.
