As a customer of South Hills Lincoln since 1988, the experience with this dealership has always been excellent. Yesterday I picked up our 7th car from them. Another wonderful, stress free purchase! Also, peace of mind knowing that the Service Department will take care of any issues is very important. Professionalism abounds at this dealership in all departments and the cars are so reliable.

This was my third mkx from the South hills dealership. my salesman, Ken Carl was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable. He knew his product. Jeff in financing was great. Great experience

From the very first visit looking at used Navigators and meeting Jeff the salesman, who went beyond just showing us cars on the lot, to offering to hunt the type of Navigator that we were looking for and Dennis in the financial department it was a great experience. Jeff was truly interested in helping us find what we wanted with no pressure to buy, which has been our main turn off with many dealers. We leased a 2016 Navigator L which I absolutely love and we would definitely recommend South Hills Lincoln. Quality cars and quality employees.

Great Expirence!

I had such a great expirence buying from them! I had a limited budget and they worked with me to get me into a great used car! The process was quick and easy, everything was signed and done within a half hour and they were showing the features of my new car. They even topped it off with a bow! I would absolutely go back to buy vehicles in the future, and recommend this dealership to friends!

Have purchased a number of vehicles from salesman Andy Kochifos who is extremely knowledgeable. He inquires as to my needs and suggests a model that meets those needs and requirements. Never pushy. I am always satisfied with my experience at the SH Lincoln dealership. The service department has always been courteous and have done a supberb job. I woujldn't trust any other facility to work on my car. Every employee is courteous.

I recently purchased a vehicle from the dealership and I am more than impressed. The staff was very friendly and more than happy to answer any questions or concerns I had. They weren't pushy at all. Finishing the paperwork was a breeze and I even had a few laughs as they seem to really want to get to know you instead of just trying to get you in and out. I love my new car and the comfort they gave me knowing if i had any problems I was able to contact them and they would do their best to assist. Recommend to anyone trying find a great car as well as great people.

Horrible experience!!!

Well, as a woman, I thought these days were over. I had a bad feeling buying the car, but went ahead with it anyhow, it was the car I liked. The service department was like something out of the 1950's. Talking down to me, like I didn't know a thing, like I wouldn't know because I'm a woman. Took them a week to get the part, then they didn't bother calling me for another week. When I finally took the car in, there was to be a loaner car as per my conversation with the Svc. Mgr., I show up with little time to spare to get to work, and sure enough, they don't know anything about a service loaner. Will never buy from them again, and will never take my car their for service again. Horrible.

South Hills Lincoln was a good shopping experience

I have been browsing area lots for a used vehicle and recently stopped at South Hills Lincoln. Their facility is recently remodeled and their used car selection was extensive. I was treated with respect and wasn't pressured. I will go back when it's time to buy. I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

Used late model

I took my 2008 vehicle to trade on a 2010 used vehicle. The salesman gave me a price difference. I reminded him the dealership had just dropped the price of their vehicle $2000.00. He went to see his boss, returned, then immediately took back the paperwork to reduce the price of my trade in. I told him this was not fair, and left. The salesman called me the following day, not to counter offer, but to tell me why the deal he made was so good and I should buy. No sale.
