I have been looking for a Dodge Grand Caravan for a few months and located one online at Snethkamp and sent an inquiry. I got a response from Terry Pruitt, who was happy to give me information by e-mail and did not pressure me to come in or to call him immediately, but was very helpful finding information for me about the car and allowing me to do it on my schedule. About 4 days later I called Terry and asked if he could help me on that car, on late notice, and he was great about it - got the car set up for me to look at and test drive and was pretty candid with me during the process and ended up giving me a fair price on the car, and then did everything he could to minimize any delays in getting the paperwork done and allowing me to finish the transaction quickly and working with my schedule. I really appreciated all that Snethkamp and Terry did to be respectful of my time and to help me to get a good car at a good price. About a week earlier, at another dealership, after having made an appointment to see a car, I drove about an hour to see it and when I got there was told that the car was getting washed and then a few minutes later told that unfortunately the car was sold, but "Is there something else I can show you?" That dealership certainly had little respect for me - I called before I started the drive to the dealership, and they could have told me if it was sold, but did not bother to do so. In contrast, Terry and the folks at Snethkamp treated me with respect and helped me to make a good purchase. I will certainly recommend Terry and the dealership to others.

We just bought /leased a car for my daughter who is a student at Michigan State from sales associate Chase. He was an excellent partner from start to finish. Answered every question we had, walked us through the process and really was great. He even checked our insurance and helped us get a better deal. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Snethkamp Chrysler to anyone looking to buy a car . They really made us feel comfortable , welcome and want to do business with them again. Overall a great experience.

Just bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Snethkamp. My salesman was Terry. Terry was wonderful to deal with and worked hard in every way to get the deal done. Fred, Thank you so much for all of your help in finding the perfect vehicle. I LOVE my new Jeep! I think my favorite amenity is the heat - my '02 Liberty has had a partially plugged heater core for the last three or four years. It generated just enough heat to keep the windows defrosted but not enough to be warm. Imagine my joy at being able to drive my new Jeep without wearing my thick winter mittens! Of course, everything else about the new Jeep is wonderful too. :-) Tony and I both very much appreciated the way you were the antithesis of other used car dealers we have dealt with - you were helpful without being pushy, you actually knew something (quite a bit actually) about the cars on your lot and you trusted us to test drive a vehicle without needing to ride in the backseat. We were both pleased that you had the right Jeep for us - it would have been a shame if one of the slimy dealers had had my dream Jeep! :-) If you have a manager that we could tell how much we appreciated your help, it would be our pleasure to do so. Of course you may be the head honcho - if so, please pat yourself on the back for us. Our experience could not possibly have been any better. I was undecided about what style used car I wanted. I like the Jeep but also like a more sporty Vehicle. I talked to Terry Pruitt and he offered to bring me the Jeep to test drive. He was able to answer all my questions and gave me a lot of information. I loved the Jeep! Terry took care of the paperwork and made this the easiest car purchase ever. My son is now looking for a car and I told him to go to Snethkamp's and ask for Terry Pruitt. He was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He made car buying a great time!

Visited Fred Dodge at dealership and was looking for a used car. Told him what I really wanted and he showed what he had. But as we were talking he asked me a lot of questions about my driving experience and in the end I leased 2 new journeys for less than I would have paid for a used car. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone.

Kevin in repair/service is AWESOME to deal with. Such a nice guy and explains everything to you before doing any repair. I have never had to deal with the sales people but the service department is very nice and helpful. I never feel dumb or embarrassed going there and asking questions which as a women makes me feel really good. I like coming here.

Visited Mickey Husak (new-sales) on May 20 regarding new lease of a Ram 1500 Crew Cab. Agreed on pricing even received a copy of the "window sticker with Vin #) and after a week of emails & phone calls I visited again lon May 27th to talk directly with Mickey about the truck. He said he couldn't find one with the 3.93 rear axle. I showed him the window sticker he had given me a week ago. Said that truck was no longer available???? Will never go back to their dealership again...

Went with friend to lease a Latitude. First Dealer realty tried to screw her over I'm thinking because she was a older black lady by herself, this was at the Garden City Chrysler dealer. So I volunteered to go with her to the Redford Snethkamp Dealer. First day there we waited over an hour for salesman to photo copy D.Licence until we just walk out while he was going to get info print out on our car after another 20 minutes . He calls and no apology but quoted a decent price, so we went back next day. In my opinion this was the salesmans payback for walking out on him, he did not honor price, really wanted to rework deal for more money. These people are SHAMELESS. I will never recommend and my friend who has a employee discount from Chrysler will never buy there product ever.

The sales staff, while friendly, knows NOTHING about the used cars they are selling. As a long-term Ford lover, we were new to the Chrysler market. Sadly, Our experience at this godforsaken place has made us question ever buying a Chrysler again. We basically bought a lemon (used). Rick in the service department is AMAZING and should be commended for his patience and kindness. The GM, John Scott, on the other hand was incredibly rude when our reoccurring (and STILL unresolved) issues wound up on his desk. After not returning 3 phone calls, he finally called me and said "I was like "why is this lady still calling me?!" So unprofessional. The Snethkamp Family should think about who they employ to represent their dealership. I'm truly appalled by the way they treat people who spend THOUSANDS of dollars at their dealership. NEVER AGAIN.

Worst experience I have ever had. Purchased a used vehicle and once a week something surfaces that was wrong with the paperwork or the vehicle. We are now a month and a half after purchase date and still being contacted about errors. Was promised a trade in payoff which then came back as shady and the dealership only paid a portion. They have the vehicle in their possession but now cannot do anything with it because there is still a lein on the vehicle. We are apparently now responsible for the remaining balance which will not be paid by us. Took 3 weeks to receive the registration. A week after purchase the check engine light came on. Then 4 weeks after purchase the tail lights went out. Very deceiving and unorganized dealership. Do not give this dealership your business.

First off I went in to look at a SUV, my salesman was very dry to me but I looked over it because I knew what I wanted. My husband had purchase a new van and his customer service was ten times better, I automatically felt like it is because I'm not buying a new car. I end up purchasing a different car but my salesman didn't explain anything to me about the car I had to do my own research, only reason I got it from this dealership is because it was close to home and I fell in love with the car they had on their lot. I've never had problems with Snethkamp service when i brought my Jeep in for service, they always been very helpful and friendly. This was a different experience.

Our salesperson,Raymond J. Taunton Jr., could not have been more honest and straight forward to deal with. He did not play pricing games and in all the years of buying cars in several states, this was the easiest and best auto purchase experience my husband and I have ever had. We were referred to Raymond by another very happy customer. We love our Chrysler 300 and would recommend the car and the salesperson to anyone. The dealership service department has been stellar.

Good Job Terry! Gentlemen: I just want to thank you both for making my automobile experience easy and pleasant. I have driven it home and knew it would be all that I wanted it to be. I do have one request however. Wednesday when I test drove it and checked it out, I noticed there was the owners manual in the glove box along with another little black book shall we say. Today there is no owners manual in it and I really could use one. Would you please hunt up one for me and mail it to my home address ? Thank you so much. The salesman, Raymond J. Taunton Jr. texted me 5 times after I told him I'd give some more thought to buying a 2012 Charger. He finally called me directly and asked me point blank, "do you want the car or not"? I reminded him that the wife and I were STILL pondering and that I may have found a better deal in Highland, Mi. he insisted on knowing every detail of the potential deal. I gave him SOME of the info, including the price. I was putting $5,000.00 down. He told me he could Keep my payments at $298.00 per month. I asked him if I could get that in writing. He then told me I had his word and that should be good enough. I respected that and went in to purchase the vehicle. When I sat down to sign the papers, my monthly payments had been increased to $308.00 mo'ly. When I questioned him, he just gave me a blank stare. I actually laughed because it was such a blatant form of dishonesty. He lied outright and showed ZERO integrity or professionalism! I've put the word out...

The people here were really informative, helpful and friendly. I felt like there were more like friends then people trying to sell me any car. They help me to not just get any car but to help me try to get the right car and even though i didn't get one yet its because of there help that im making the right choose for me and my family at a rate that i can afford and not over whelmed myself with a decision i either not happy with or a mistake. I cant remember the gentlemen name that helped me in the used care area but i will definitely be going back to him every time i getting a car, or if anyone i know needs help ill be giving them his name.
