Bought a CPO 2015 Ram Laramie Limited. I looked at multiple dealers and brands previously. The negotiation process, from sales to manager to finance, was fair and respectful. Transparent sales tactics weren't flaunted and nobody tried to strong arm me. Very accommodating, staying late for me to get there after work. They also have good music and free coffee!

We went to this dealership not sure if we really wanted a Jeep but we wound up falling in love with the Grand Cherokee after also checking out the Acura MDX. We were setup with Diego and from the start it felt like we were working with a friend, not a salesperson. He is funny, down to earth, and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Once we knew we wanted the Grand Cherokee we were prepared to visit many dealerships looking for the best deal but Diego came through and got us a deal we couldnt pass up. I really cant say enough good things about Diego and I will certainly come back to him when we are ready to lease or buy again. I cant say such great things about the rest of the dealership. Everything behind the scenes seems to happen extremely slow here. After making the deal with Diego at around 3pm we weren't able to get in our new truck until 9:30pm. Our experience with Tom the finance guy was not great either. He tried sell us on warranties and other things like all these finance guys at dealerships do but also tried to change the deal with we worked out with Diego, claiming certain items were not included in the deal we negotiated with Diego. Overall, I would prefer to not use this Dealership in the future but if Diego is still there I would certainly go back.

Still, we went in with the idea that we were going to come face-to-face with a dishonest, pushy salesman and Dave is NOT that guy. He is friendly and honest and easy to talk with. He knew the vehicle we were interested in from front to back and because of the vast amount of options, knew exactly how to access the computer to figure out all the pricing and packaging. So, my husband I and were wasting time looking at trucks at all the other dealerships. We pulled into Smithhaven Dodge and magic happened. A well dressed salesperson, sans a pinky ring.. (that was a clincher), Lewis approached us and asked what we were looking for? Of course we answered two COMPLETELY different answers I wanted luxury Paul wanted Tonka Toy. But Lew, being married himself, knew exactly what to do. He walked away and let us roam. Unbeknownst to us, he was compiling a list that would be a compromise. Long story shorter.......We drove away, Literally DROVE AWAY that night in a 2015 Dodge Ram Larmie..... Yup luxury and HE MAN Towing... Lewis and Lauren, they keep us happy and still are. I had a great buying experience here. My salesman John helped me find a car that met my exact needs, and helped me find a great deal. He was very.straightfoward, which made the decision making process fast and easy. Went to look at a used jeep wrangler for my daughter. Was all ready for a long drawn out haggling day. Then I met Donna ( sales ) & Lauren ( finance). While I'm sure the rest of the staff is just as helpful, I dealt with Diego (Sales) and Ivy (Finance). I can't recommend them enough! I went into the dealership looking to replace my current lease. I was looking for a Jeep, preferably, but didn't think it would be a realistic option. Diego is very personable and has a good sense of humor. He took the time to walk my wife and I through the process thoroughly, and found a nice Jeep that was a viable option. The process from there became even easier as the logistics were worked out fast! I was able to come back the following day, and finalize everything with Ivy. She was an absolute delight to speak with, and very knowledgable. She was able to fix a few minor things on the paperwork quickly and answer questions on the fly that helped get us in and out of there with my new lease. I went there with my wife and my 4 year old daughter so the speedy service was very much appreciated. Bottom line-ask for Ivy and Diego and you can't go wrong.

Seeking a specific vehicle
The sales person we dealt with, went over and beyond my expectations, from when we first met, to when I picked up the vehicle. I consider myself a somewhat hard to accommodate customer, so when I first met Lou, I knew he would find the specific vehicle (Ram 2500) that I wanted very quickly,Colors correct and all. And most importantly, at a price I was willing to pay. There finance department and staff was very pleasant to deal with at time of purchase as well. The vehicle prep staff, employee (Kevin) was by far the most accommodating in every way when I picked up the truck, together they make the purchase experience , seamless !!

The service dept is horrible the worst people i ever dealt with. The warranty is meaningless. The purpose of a service dept and warranty is to fix the problem. My dodge durango was back twice for steering wheel not being centered it goes to the right. You go to hit the brake and the steering wheel goes to the right. Dan Matuzo never even apologized for the problem and had the nerve to say i bought a used truck. I bought this 2015 durango from smith haven with 3000 miles on it. I am done with smith haven . I will never go back there. I want the public to see this. I noticed the problem before i bought the truck i was promised it was going to get fixed. If you ever buy anything make sure its fixed first. The service dept might be good for oil changes but thats about all.

Friendly and Understanding of my needs
I was looking for a quality used car for my son. Having only leased or purchased new cars over the last 20 years and having nothing but bad experiences with used cars I was very suspicious of pre-owned car centers and pre-owned cars in general. Working with Lewis was a relief. He understood what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. He showed me what was available in that range and kept in contact when new vehicles were received in. It took a couple of weeks, but we eventually found a car that fit both my son and my needs. As soon as I entered the parking lot of used jeeps, Lewis was there to greet me and was very understanding of my questions about purchasing my Jeep. .All the steps were properly manged by Lewis!
Worst service department
Buying a used car wasn't bad, liked my sales guy. The service department is a whole other story. They will hold your car for an inordinate amount of time for the work to be done. Stuck with my car and they said I can't bring it in for 11 days. Another time I brought in for an oil change, the next day a fuel line popped off and leaked all my gas. They Often don't have the parts needed in stock, including recall work which they should be ready for. We now use other dealers or our local repair shop which honors the warranty.Ok to buy a car there BUT DO NOT count on getting your car serviced there. Once held a friend's car for 8 days to do a half hour recall repair.
Lewis was great! I spoke with him a few times regarding a new Jeep Wrangler I found their website. He answered all my questions and we agreed on a price over the phone. When I came in to purchase the vehicle he even picked me up in Port Jeff. He had the jeep ready to go for the test drive. Tom Dunn in finance called me ask a few question and was very down to earth. The whole experience was straight forward with no games. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
I had a lease that was coming to a end . I received a call from MGR Mary Young who told me they had good deals and wanted to purchase my vehicle. I went to the dealership and told my sales person Ben Schneider what I was looking for and he went out of his way trying to locate the Ram truck I was looking for and Ben walked that parking lot in 90 degree weather and never complained showing my different vehicles but on that day we couldn't find what I wanted in my price range. I called Ben the next day and decided on getting a Sport Ram and he went out of his way to find the color and options I wanted and the lease deal he gave me was great with no hidden costs. Ben was the best salesperson I ever dealt with in my years of leasing a vehicle. The Finance person Adam Deangelo was so nice he went over every single number on the agreement and he kept asking me if there was any number on the agreement that I didn't understand he would explain to me again . I drove out of that dealership so happy that I text Ben to thank him again. This is probably my 6th or 7th vehicle I have leased from Smith Haven Dodge and have to say this was my best experience . I never write reviews but I had to this time because they really made leasing this new vehicle a great experience.

The most inconvenient and disrespectful experience
My sales rep was amazing, however the business manager that I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with was not only rude and disrespectful to me but also my sales rep. In addition to the disrespectful demeanor he also couldn't be bothered to check paperwork accurately which caused me to spend two hours calling the insurance company multiple times to have the same document sent over with one change made each time. I have asked to speak to a manager about the issues I had when picking up my car multiple times and have made a complaint with Chrysler and still have not been contacted to resolve these issues. This dealership may have a great rating right now but in my experience the rating does NOT match what actually happens here.

This was the worst car shopping experience I have ever had
The salesman Lewis was excellent in doing his job. The dealership however is a completely different story. After 3 or 4 days searching and test driving different vehicles I finally found one that I wanted to make a deal on. Upon signing paperwork I was told that I had a deal and that I was to be processed as soon as possible in finalizing my paperwork 4 my vehicle. I then watched four or five other customers walk into the dealership go look at vehicles and then be processed and finalized before I was. About 5 hours later the car dealer was about to close and finally I was called into the office to finalize paperwork for my vehicle. Keep in mind I was told I had a deal I gonged the Bell everyone clapped and made me think that the deal was final but that I just had to do paperwork. So after waiting and watching a number of other customers Drive their trucks away I was so excited that it was my turn to drive my truck away. Also keep in mind I already left a deposit of $2,500 and my credit card had been charged. The finance gentleman began to tell me that the bank was approaching their closing time and that it was too late to process or finalize any kind of deal. I was told that it would have to wait until the following day to make any kind of deal. I waited the entire afternoon and early evening for nothing to have the finance guy tell me to go home and come back tomorrow after watching five or six other customers be dealt with after I had already been told that I had a deal and that I was to receive my truck that day. Then I was also told that there was no deal with the banks yet and that I could be denied and that I would have to wait 7 business days to receive my deposit back if I wanted to go shop elsewhere. With that being said I felt a little trapped and had no other option but to wait until the next day to be helped with my purchase. The following day my paperwork was finalized and I received my truck. I was told and paid for bumper to bumper warranty that insured if my truck needed any repairs that there were to be no deductible and that I was to receive a loaner car if the truck needed to be serviced for longer than one day. This made me feel very secure with this purchase. However....the payoff check was not sent to my bank for my original loan for 2 weeks and my original loan charged me for an additional months car payment for my old car that had been paid off. leaving me short on cash as the payoff should have been sent in immediately. i had to wait over a month for the refund. Within a week of driving the truck I noticed a number of different noises and issues happening and called and complained that my truck needed to be serviced already after driving it for one week. The main complaint was my brakes. The breaks where pulsating and upon inspection I noticed the rotors needed to be cut and or replaced and the front brake pads were so low that they would need to be replaced within the month or it would be causing damage to the rotors further. When I called to make an appointment to have my car serviced under warranty I was told that the nearest appointment for servicing with a loaner car was more than a month away from when I had called. After discussing this with the manager we finally found a loaner vehicle for me to use for my car to have been serviced. However when I was to pick up my vehicle I was told that the dealer cut my rotors but would not replace the brake pads as they were to State regulation which is basically metal on metal and that they were not going to replace the pads. I bought the car with the brakes this way which had no pads. Not very fair if you ask me. Then about a week later I noticed the problem was not resolved and the brakes were still vibrating and now there was a squeak and a grinding noise coming from my front end. Luckily I was able to make an appointment for the loaner vehicle to get my car into the shop again for the second time in less than 2 weeks. Upon picking my car up for this problem I was told that the water pump was replaced and that the front end had to be lubricated and we resolved the squeekingng. I was told that the rear rotors were now cut and I'm just not sure why they weren't done the first trip instead of having to bring the truck there 2 times... why not just inspect the entire vehicle and make all repairs needed while the truck was there the first time. We dispute it over the brake pads once again and I was told that I had to pay full price or do the brakes myself even though I was sold the truck with bad brakes!. About 2 Days Later I was at my mechanics shop he put my car on the lift and noticed a green fluid all over the front arm bars underneath my car and showed me that there was a bad seal that was causing this green fluid to be leaking out of the truck. I called the dealer to make another appointment to bring the car and again and was told that the nearest appointment for my car to be brought in and for me to receive a loaner car was more than two months away. That my only other option was to pay for a rental car on my own and have the car serviced within a week. The loaner car situation is terrible. The service department cannot provide loaner cars for all of their customers and are booking the cars out more than 2 months in advance leaving anybody who has a problem with no loaner car. This is unfair as a part of the agreement I signed stated that all work done at this dealership was to be accommodated with a loaner car if repairs needed to be longer than one day. I am now stuck paying 400dollars for my brake pads and ive had the truck in the shop twice in less than a month.....i am now i. Rhe process of making an appointment to bring my truck in and have to pay for a rental...this entire experience was nothing short of stressfull and frustrating. Ill never recommend or buy a car from this dealer again.

Sales people go out of their way to assist you
One word - Brandon Colon - OK, that's two words, but this guy is so easy to work with! Brandon took a one hour round trip drive to my own mechanic so that the car could be checked out (it checked out except for the front brakes, which Smith Haven fixed immediately). Brandon even met me the following day at the remote start installer in North Babylon - on his day off! - so that I could have the remote start removed from the trade-in vehicle and installed in our new car! Brandon also attempted to remove the parking sticker from the old car using a razor blade so that it could be transferred to the new car, but it wouldn't budge. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Smith Haven with much of the credit going to Brandon (and Lauren)!
Poor treatment of a loyal customer
My husband and I purchased/leased our past five vehicles from this dealership but will not return to get the next one. Our lease was up on our Jeep Grand Cherokee in May 2016 and we decided to lease a new Town and Country in its place. We worked with Ben as the salesmen who seemed a bit overwhelmed once it got busy but was nice and helpful. Negotiations began and we agreed upon $600 down. We were charged $772.50. After speaking to several people over the course of a few days (because everyone had to "look into it"), I was told it was a mistake and we would be getting the $172.50 overage returned to our credit card. Over one month later and MANY phone calls, nothing had been done. I had to speak to three different mangers (Rich, Alex, and Christian) who promised to call me back, yet none of them followed through. I was finally told that we would receive $59 back in a registration overage. This was still $113.50 over what we agreed upon. It may not seem like much, but $113.50 out of your pocket can go a long way when you have three toddlers. Nonetheless, our relationship with Smith haven Jeep Chrysler Dodge is over. I was charged more than what was agreed upon and given the run around for over a month. I thought of myself as a loyal customer but I feel like everyone just hoped I would go away. Once this lease is over, we will visit a different dealership and hope to avoid the "bait and switch" tactics I saw at Smith Haven.
What a great experience!
Once we started walking around, Lewis came over, introduced himself and asked what vehicle I was looking for. We checked out a few cars, took a drive, walked around some more with Lewis while discussing other cars. He showed me the Ford Edge and we took it for a drive. I loved it! Lewis is extremely knowledgeable. Bill in Finance was very efficient and answered any questions I had. By the end of the day, I was driving home in the Ford Edge! I would definitely recommend these employees at Smith Haven Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!
Extremely poor customer service. So instead of owning up that they made a mistake this dealership chose to get insulting, defensive, derogatory and threatening. They will over talk you in the phone if you get someone to speak to. Claim they will work with you to fix any problem because they don't want unhappy customers. So there error of $2300 that they will nit own up to is worth people not shopping there. There are MANY Dodge dealerships on Long Island. Do not go to this one.
If Smithaven does not follow up on a sale of a Jeep......
We came to the dealership late on Memorial Day to purchase a Jeep Cherokee or Grand Cherokee (after relentless texting from Alex Gomez to come in for a good deal.!) Although we waited a while to meet Alex , we were introduced to Ryan Doheny. The initial meeting with Ryan was excellent and I felt comfortable. Next steps in the process were that they needed to obtain the buy out value on my existing vehicle lease so they could work the numbers and they would get back to us the next day...we did come in late! (oh, and also were told we may lose the holiday rebates since this transaction would extend to the next day but not to worry). So as of June 16th - I am still waiting on a call back from Alex, Ryan and his team. I will be going back to my East Hills Jeep Dealership in Nassau County, who I should have gone back to in the first place! If a dealership is not responsive on a guaranteed sale, then how good can they be? I recommend East Hills Jeep!

The first Sales Mgr. and Finance Mgr. (who was refereed by a friend) seem less than interested to want to make the sale. We were very disappointed by them. My husband and I found Dave Schulman the sales rep amazing. He didn't try to sell us something different than what we were looking for. He was determined to find us what we were looking for at the price we wanted to pay and did just that. The night we looked at the car, my husband had an issue and Danny Goggin, Sales Mgr. stepped in an ensured he would do what he had to in order for us to take the car home. The new Finance Mgr (Mazda)., Artie Maldonado, was amazing. While the sale was a little more complicated than most he did what ever he had to in order to get us the car as well. The three of them were professional, courteous, and friendly. They possess amazing customer service skills and truly understands the importance of communication. We will definitely be back for our next car when ready and hope to see the three of them then. Thank you for working with us and making what started out as a poor experience a GREAT one! No one is savin at smithaven
Brought my 2014 Ram in for a warranty issue with the front suspension, slight rattle over bumps. They made my wife go for test drive as I was working, and all i wanted them to do was inspect the tie rods and control arms etc. Anyway they found nothing. Bob the service advisor called and said there would be a diagnostic charge for this visit. my truck has 6000 miles left on the bumper to bumper warranty and they wanted an inspection fee to look at the truck. he never told me of the fee, and then when the truck was ready told me he did. He never mentioned it to my wife either. When does a dealer charge for looking at a car under warranty? When the dealer is a crap dealership like smithaven Dodge. I called 2 other local dealers and they stated they would NOT charge to inspect or address a problem on a vehicle under factory warranty. I will never go to this dealership again and by the way they did wave the fee but it should have never been charged in the first place.
I was very scared of going into a dealer since my last time when i got my car from a small one and then poof they disappeared and i was left with an old overpriced piece of junk. Well i tried some dealers in the smithtown area and none really offered me anything that would make me want to sign my life away, well thats was until i hit smithhaven jeep oh my, as soon as i walk in everyone is just smiles even tho im young they didn't discriminate and got down to business. Mike O'Carroll helped me find the best car for me that fit my wallet and my needs he was so friendly and helpful, and they even gave me a generous amount for my old trade in! Awesome truck paid a little more than market based on the milage, but it had all the bells and whistles I was looking for and there where not may available so that's to be expected.
Was driving through parking lot Lewis stop me to see what I might be interested in. I saw some cars on cars.Com so I had an idea I wanted a grand Cherokee . Saw the one I wanted. Thought about it came back a couple of days later for test drive. For hours later I was driving home a happy customer. Great job by Lewis and the whole dealership.

Great selection and salesman
I had a long time to do Internet research and Smith haven clearly had the largest selection of RAM vehicles on the island. I showed up already knowing what vehicles I wanted to look at and the salesman Bob G., wasted no time getting me access to these vehicles. After just a few minutes I asked if we could drive one of them. He got a dealer plate and the keys, after taking my license and we were out on the road. He made typical dealer comments about how nice it drove and mentioned a few of the extras that it came with, but overall there was very little "selling" being done. If I had brought my down payment with me that day I would've driven off the lot with that truck. But since my banking already closed by the time we got back to the dealership Bobby help me make the arrangements with my insurance as well as setting me up with the financing through my own bank. I returned on Monday with my cashiers check and license plates. I walked into the finance offices office and we did paperwork for about five minutes, then I walked out to my vehicle all ready for me. Bobby had installed the plates while I was filling out my paperwork. It was great. No hidden fees no extra fees no nothing just the price plus tax. This is my first RAM truck and Smithaven made it an easy and enjoyable buying experience.

I just want to give credit where credit is due. My wife an I went to Smithtown Jeep looking for a vehicle that would get us on the beach. Lauren was extremely helpful and courteous. I have been looking for a certified used 2014 ram 1500 triple black express for about a year. I have been to many dealerships that try and sell you a truck with all the hidden fees! Not at smith haven ram. They were great from the second I walked through the door the managers at the desk appointed me to frank who I had spoke to on the phone. Frank was great and knowledgeable of the product I wanted. Overall great experience although I feel there was more wiggle room on the price which would have made it amazing I still got a good truck at an affordable price.
Best bait and switch in the biz!
I don't even know where to start with these knuckleheads. I found a jeep I wanted on cargurus so I emailed the dealer to confirm they still had it in inventory. They said they did and I scheduled an appointment. I show up an hour later and this place is a dump. No offices, soul sucking fluorescent lighting and round tables with plastic chairs will make you feel like you're in a prison waiting room more than a car dealer. I'm greeted by their superstar salesman John, who gives me a crazy look when I tell him what car I'm here to see. He explains to me that it's been gone for months, but coincidentally they have a similar car available! This must be my lucky day, a 45 minute drive to see similar! By similar, of course, I mean a different color, wrong options and different year. He then proceeds to tell me the price, which happens to be more than I paid for the same car (with the right color and options) NEW from Huntington Jeep 3 hours later. Bottom line is these guys are a sleazy, bottom feeder dealer.

As I began my car shopping experience this time around, I needed a new car fast. I've always wanted a jeep, and being that a jeep truck has affordable luxury offered, four wheel drive, qualified safety and new 2016 models, I decided to finally step into the dealership and learn more about my options and test drive what's out there. From the moment I stepped into the driver seat of the new 2016 Jeep Compass, I knew it was the right side truck and contained the luxury, exterior and interior designs I've always wanted. I was lucky to meet sales manager Michael Horan. He was able to answer all of my questions, quickly handle paperwork, and while test driving the 2016 Jeep Compass took me to where I could pick out the jeep design I've always wanted. Mike was friendly, smart, and determined to figure out a price for the jeep that fell into the range of what I could afford to buy and pay off monthly. Prior to my recent experience, my sister leased a new 2016 Jeep Patriot through Mike Hogan as well. On the coldest day of the year, we decided to go to the Smithtown Dealership to buy a Town and Country. We were greeted by Alex Gomez who introduced us to Paul Watts. I was on the hunt for s nicely equipped Mini. Wanted My Truck Fixed.. NOT WORSE ! ! !
Service department will steal your money! Went for a repair to my dodge ram that had a small power steering leak. Well after $725, I ended up with an even bigger leak ruining my driveway!! Went back two more times. It was not until the final third trip that they offered a loaner car. Got my truck back today, not even cleaned up!! This problem ended up being ...HOSE CLAMPS! Now if these mechanics cannot install hose clamps, do you really want them doing a MAJOR repair on your vehicle?!?!? Wonder if they will send somebody to clean my driveway....I won't hold my breath.....Some other issues... Customer service is seriously lacking and I really enjoyed waiting in line outside for 45 minutes to have your car checked in!!

Easy Deal and Helpful/Courteous Staff
We contacted this dealer after another Jeep dealer sold a car that we had put a deposit on. We found the exact car at Smith Haven and contacted them via email to see if they had the car in their lot. Within 3 minutes of sending the email they had called us back and said to come down right away for help. The receptionist told us to see Alex Gomez when we got there. When we arrived at the dealership we met with Alex and he introduced us to James the salesperson. James was very polite and professional and was eager to accommodate us. He found the car we were looking for after checking 2 different lots in the freezing cold! We were able to get a great deal and a good price for my trade-in. The dealership was very busy due to an end of year sale so we were told the paperwork could be delayed about an hour or so. We went to eat and clean out the trade-in and came back to the dealership which was packed with people. James assured us we would only be waiting about 30-45 minutes more. The manager, Alex Gomez, ordered pizza for all of the people waiting which above and beyond what you would expect from a car dealership. Excellent experience with Dominic in finance and we now own a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. We love it and I would definitely visit this dealership again.

Sales girl was totally clueless.
Came in with my wife looking for Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with certain options. The sales girl Christina. Had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She did not know the different sub models or options packages. I knew more than her after being on the Jeep website the prior night for about 30 minutes or so. Long story short, she blew the deal, basically I had to convince her to test drive the truck. She even made me help pull the car out , as it was behind two other Jeeps. Seemed as if she didnt want to drive the car at all. So after getting our own car out. And teaching myself about the options on that particular Vehicle. I then had to back car back into a very tight spot in the back lot. At that point she left us alone for about 20-25 minutes. Then came back with a very long winded Manager. He told us with no money down we had to pay 469 a month. That later turned into 534 a month, with $3400 down. I asked Christina if the price was final. She said it was. Then it gets raised over sixty dollars a month. She also said that was $0 down. I asked her about 3 or 4 times, You sure thats zero down? She said yes and laughed. So after being told $3400 + dollars down and a raise of $60 a month. I went to Browns and got the car for $419 a month with just 1st months payment and motor vehicle fee's. About $500 out of my pocket. So skip the BS store and go to Browns. Also, they had a group of younger men sitting in a corner cursing and saying very rude things aloud. That was in front of out 4 year old daughter that we do not curse in front of. Well, she got an ear full that evening. They were Loud, Rude, Crude and Obnoxious! And one guy just laughed very loud. Actually brought my kid to tears. No class losers, Bums, Dirtbags! Do not buy here. NO product knowledge at all. No sales skills. And a very unprofessional staff. There were some other things over heard by some other employees there. But they shouldnt be repeated here. As they may be too rude to post up! Thank You. Vinny.

After visiting a few other dealerships, I finally found the car I wanted and already put a $5,000 down payment on a Jeep Cherickee. After I got home I decided that the upgraded engine was the better option for me. When I called David Schulman about my change of options, not only did he keep to our budget, but he had the vehicle ready at the SAME time we would have had picked up the original. My Experience:My dealer Palma Florentino was very sweet and really fought for me to get the deal I wanted. Dan Goggin in management was very trust worthy and honest and breaks the stereotype anyone may have for a typical car dealer. Alex the Sales Manager was very accommodating and always welcomed every questions to make sure I was at ease. Chris Siegal from finance was a gentlemen and very patient to make sure everything went well to finalize the the paperwork. Labor Day Purchases
Went in with my fiancee and we traded in two vehicles and drove out with two dodges. One ram 1500 Big Horn and one durango.Made an inquiry online and heard back from stephen very quickly.Went down and met with Ben who was honest and very helpful.Even though it was very busy, we were still given lots of attention and taken care of in a reasonable manner. Once we got to finance, Rich was very nice and insightful. It was nice to walk into finance and the numbers still be the same that we agreed upon previously. Worst experience ever
I had my Jeep serviced here this week and left feeling violated and dismissed by the whole experience.When I went to pick up my vehicle from being serviced I noticed several papers strewn across the passengers side floor. When I dropped off the vehicle there were no papers on the passengers side floor. When I picked them up to see what they were I noticed one was a receipt to a hotel that I recently was a guest. I know this receipt was in my glove box since the day prior I pulled out the green vehicle booklet that came with the vehicle to find the telephone number of the service department and the receipt was on top. When I put the green booklet back in the glove box I put it on top of the receipt and other papers in my glove box. I took the papers and went inside the sales floor to speak to the manager. When I asked the person who identified themselves as a manager why my paper work was thrown on the floor and why someone went into my glove box his answer was 'I don't know'. I then told him I felt I need an explanation and that can he find out and get back to me. He took a picture of my receipt from the service and indicated that I would get a call the next day. I did receive a call from the service manager and he explained to me that the technician had to move the papers since the center console needed to be removed and that the documents were placed on the seat. I explained the paperwork was in the glove box and not the center console and the papers were strewn on the passengers side floor and not the seat. I expressed my concern that my personal information was being compromised since there was no reason for anyone to go into the glove box and remove anything from there. At this point he basically said that he would take the word of his associate who has worked with him for 9 years and not of his paying customer as to where the documents first resided (glove box/center console/seat/floor). I asked to speak to the manager and was told by the service manager I would have to call him. The manger was not on duty that day so I left a message to call me back that I felt violated that my personal materials were compromised when my vehicle was in their care. He did call me back and as with the service manager indicated he took the word of his associate who worked with him for 10 years (slight discrepancy) and not his customer and also expressed that I was exaggerating the situation. I also expressed to this manager that if I knew my personal information was being compromised I would have never had given the service advisor my credit card information over the phone. He then went to dispute that when I first reported to him the incident two nights ago in the show room I indicated the papers were from the center console and not the glove box as I stated consistently to both the service manager and the message I left for him to call me. I purchased this vehicle a little over three years ago and have had not one complaint to this dealership. I'm disappointed that their stance is one that I as the customer am not being truthful in my reporting of the incident and concern for my personal data is being exaggerated. I feel violated and now have to check my credit card daily to assure there are no fraudulent charges. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience as I felt they were not trustworthy. I plan on going elsewhere when my lease is up.

The general sales manager and other sales managers also introduced themselves to me and made me feel very welcomed. I've been to many other dealerships and these guys will always try and help with any problem. I also love my new car and got a great deal on it! I highly recommend them!

Great service! Was taken right away by Jason cantone. Zero pressure, I just told him my situation and he gave me advice on my best options. But then when it came to negotiation he brought down the price to right where I wanted it with almost no trouble to me. I'll be back for my next car looking for him.
Excellent service and extremely knowledgable
This Jeep dealer is by far the best. We visited two others prior and had a horrible experience. The salesperson, Rodney, was knowledgable, didn't rush us or pressure us in any way. The Jeep was for my 17 year old and Rodney treated him with respect and talked to him unlike the other dealerships. Thee was no hidden fees and the price was right !
