I recently went to Sioux falls Ford with my husband and daughter for a new vehicle for her. This is where it was my pleasure to meet Vinny Scifo sales rep extraordinaire. Polite, courteous, accommodating, and if you are a woman like me who hates to be ignored just because there is another man present, Vinny is your guy. When we brought the vehicle back the next day and exchanged it for a different one, because our daughter changed her mind, he did not even bat an eye. He just made us as comfortable as possible and got the paperwork taken care of. Vinny and finance officer Anthony are both amazing and in 6 Months when my husband is ready for a new truck we will definitely go back to Sioux Falls Ford.
Rudest people in the industry
I went in with the intention to buy a pickup and walked out knowing I'll never go back again. First of all I waited for over 10 min in the lobby trying to get someone to help me with no success. After someone finally decided to acknowledge I was there we sat down on the details of the pickup I was interstates in and my trade. They pretty much came out and told me that my trade was garbage and they could probably only do very minimal. Keep in mind I had vehicle with under 70,000 miles with literally no dents or scratches. The second I mentioned that I had spoke with woodhouse ford as well about my trade and what they said they would give me they had the sales manager come over and call me a liar to my face, that woodhouse would give me 5,000 more. After this happened I got up and walked out and will never return. For anyone looking to buy a ford vehicle I would strong recommend shopping anywhere but Sioux Falls Ford. If they treated me like this I'm sure there are many more.

Poor job making sale
Drove 2 hours to see a vehicle. Loved it and brought enough money only for the asking price. Salesman would not work with me at all and actually turned me away over 130 bucks. Even had cash in hand.

I took my 2014 Ford Focus in to have a recall taken care of, as well as an issue with the clutch which was covered under warranty. The service tech did an excellent job of communicating all important status updates, and was able to get all the work done in a very timely manner.

All my work was completed before noon on the day I brought my truck in. The bill was less than I was quoted because of the timely manner in which work was completed, labor costs were less than quoted.
Matt was amazing and SO helpful as I made my way across the state. I was in and out in 15 minutes with my new tire.
Service was great. The wait time was 1.5 hours so that needs to get fixed (always long wait). I am hopeful the new location will improve the turn around times. The people are always friendly.

I had an oil change done on my f150 a week ago and asked the service department to check the last service on my 2012 mustang. They did so,and at the end of my service they let me know the last time it was done. I just had that service done this past week on the mustang and everything went well. I also had tires rotated, but that was no big deal either. I do all my service work at Sioux Falls Ford. And I would recommend them not only for service work, but for purchasing a vehicle as well.

Express Lube as advertised
I pulled up to the Express Lube about 10 minutes after they opened in the morning, fully expecting my oil change to take about an hour given the line of cars. I had sent a text to my boss to say I would be late, settled down to read the paper and before I knew it, a staff member came in to tell me my car was done. It was such a quick trip that I was even at the office early.
Good experience. Quick in and out. 50 characters is a lot. Am I there yet.
Spur of the Moment Service
I came in from out of town, in the process of moving to the Sioux Falls area. I had hit a deer carcass on the way from Ohio and there was concern if there was any damage that was done. Also during the trip I had picked up something in the tire that was causing it to lose air. Since it was early in the morning prior to anything being open, I continued and had to fill the tire every 1/4 tank. When I was getting close to Sioux Falls, I contacted Josh Oliver of the Service Team. I explained the circumstance of just arriving in town and the issues that I was having and the concerns of go through the weekend, since it was Friday. I arrived early and Josh was out to lunch, I talked with the Service Manager and he was able to assist until Josh was back in. My 2015 Ford Explorer was taken care of on short notice and I was able to have it back in short order.I believe that I have found my dealer of choice for the Sioux Falls area.Thank you.Jeffrey A. I came in because my check engine light was on. When I pulled in the garage several people were around willing to help me. As I sat in the waiting room I watched several of your staff come in and talk to the guests waiting, everyone was so nice and so helpful. Back in Jan or Feb I bought a used 08 super crew that was sold new by SF Ford and every single oil change and service had been done at SF Ford. I figured I might as well keep the records going. I typically change my own oil but I loved getting years and years of records so I figure if I sell it or trade it the next guy or gal will also enjoy seeing the service I have done to the truck.

Had at wait a long time to get oil changed about 1and half hours . But the waiting area has a nice complementary dessert bar and drinks which made the time go by fast especially when you have children along. Funny thing about my experience is that after we were done there was no line.

Took car in to check questionable mileage. They did all the checks they can do and felt the car will, in the long run improve its mileage. No complaint on Sioux Falls Ford, but not so sure about Ford Motor Company itself concerning the posted versus actual mileage on my 2016 Ford Fusion.

2017 escape. Service was fine, took quite a while but hopefully the new facility will improve the wait. Staff was efficient and helpful but was disappointed that they wouldn't look at a small rattle I have in my sun visor. Seems overkill to have to schedule a service appointment.

The car is a 2013 Ford Edge. The service person Andrew Hughes was friendly and courteous. He explain what was needed to be done and what the cost could be with my warrants. The work was done on time and everything is working fine.
I had my oil changed on Tuesday and on Thursday my check engine light flashed 8 times when I was rounding a corner, I called Sioux Falls Ford back and explained to them what happened, they insisted I bring it right back in, which I did and they were also kind enough to give me a loaner car to drive until they could check mine out. The next morning I was called and they said they could not find anything wrong, which was wonderful, but they were very helpful and kind in assisting me, so kudos to them, they have always been good with their service as far as I am concerned!
Helped me in a pinch!
It was 10 min to closing when I drove in with a flat tire worried it couldn't get fixed. The staff stayed to make sure it was fixed for me! I can't tell you how much I appreciated it! They were friendly and while I am sure they would have liked to go home they never hesitated to help me. That is why I drove from one end of town to the other praying I could make it to Ford! I love Sioux Falls Ford and always recommend them!!

I always have to absolute best service at Sioux Falls Ford; however, it is disappointing that I have had so many issues with the Fiesta. I don't think I would buy that car again. I would consider buying a Ford again just never that particular make!
I came in to have a few minor things looked at as well as an oil change. Josh and the team there walked through everything with me, and although there wasn't much they could do, they still looked everything over to ensure that all my concerns were addressed and explained.

It seems your business is growing to the point it is not as quick to get in for the service. It appears to me Ford could use an additional quick lane. The service is quick once you are in the stall.

I have been going through a medical crisis with my husband. I was in as I couldn't get the bolts off the back of the car to replace the license plate. (Which is quite frustrating I itself as they had to be cut off) I had a bit of a meltdown when thinking it might take over an hour & I needed to do be at the hospital. These two men were so extremely kind & understanding, I can't tell you how much I appreciated them. Their names were Nick Green and Andrew.

Best Service Around
I had an accident near Wichita Kansas the beginning of March, the Ford Dealership worked on my vehicle and had items that weren't completed plus had put a large dent in the back of my 8 month old Edge. Needless to say it was drivable after the 10 days there and brought it back to SF Ford where they instantly got me back to take a look at the issues that were still undone, met with AJ in the service dept and Cody in the Body Shop who were super customer friendly and arranged all of the service and repairs that needed to be done. I was at the Rusty Eck Ford dealership on the day I was called that my vehicle would be ready for 8 hours, stopped in SF on our way back and everything was arranged in 45 minutes. Service was super the repairs are done and my Edge looks like new. I am so grateful to the guys that helped and couldn't be more pleased. Also, by the way I did drive a 2016 Chevy Traverse from the rental car company that they set up for me and I'll take my Edge any day!! Love my car.

I was greeted immediately when I pulled up to the dealership. I was told that it would take approximately 1/2 hour for my vehicle to be serviced. I elected to wait in the waiting area. The best that I've found in Sioux Falls
I purchased two new Fords within a couple of weeks of each other. Since that time. Lyle Marnach has been my service advisor and has been one of your greatest assets. His courtesy and attention to my concerns is top notch and keeps me coming back to Ford for not only service but also maintenance. Your company has become the only place I take my vehicles. This is evident in my purchases of tires, batteries, and oil changes.

Came early about 8:15 so the wait was short . Like doing business. there but don"t like the 2hour waits and sometimes longer. Would like to make appointments.
Brought in for a leak covered under warranty. Had no issues doing so until not wanting to start. Turns out it had a bad crank sensor, unfortunately part was on back order for 2 months. Andrew let me know right away and always kept me up to date if it was going to be done sooner, got me in a rental right away and got me on my way

My 2015 F150 would not start while in Rapid City. I had it towed to the dealer there but they could not find anything wrong with it. Two days later it did the same thing here in Sioux Falls. After towing it to Sioux Falls Ford, they found the problem and fixed it right away! Great job!!

Service was good and done in a timely manner. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Derek made the experience painless.
I requested they wipe off any oil residue so it wouldn't drip on my garage floor and they did. I also request that they wouldn't air wrench the lug nuts loose, and asked if they would torque them by hand so the lug nuts wouldn't get rounded off. They assured me they did as asked. I greatly appreciate it. The service writer gal was helpful and Matt Murphy again did a great job to make sure items where taken care of. The vehicle was a 2015 f150 fx4 lariat. Had them rotate the tires along with the oil and filter change and check over.
Treated fianc? real good and respectfully. Called back let us know that couple bolts needed to be tightened up more make sure no leaks for a 9 hour trip.

I have always had a good experience with the service department, I was unaware however that my truck was even at you location as I took it to Vern Eide to have it checked out and they told me that they were unable to find anything wrong. When I requested a mechanic to ride with me and listen to the sounds I was hearing they told me to bring the truck back the next day, after 4 hours I called to see if they had found anything and I was told that they had taken the truck to your location. Had they told me it was a possible manufacture issue I would have brought it there myself. But I was told that both front bearings were failing which is what I told Vern Eide mechanics to start with.

My experience here is always great. They were willing to work with my busy schedule to find an appointment time that worked. Everyone was friendly, honest, and willing to help!
I had a great experience. AJ was my representative I worked with and he was great! He kept me updated and I always felt like I knew what was going on. No unexpected surprises! He also was very open on what the price was going to be for parts and time ect. Also the shuttle service made everything so convenient and so I didn't have to make special arrangements. I will definitely use Sioux Falls Ford/Lincoln again if needed!!

We own a 2013 Ford Fusion. Purchased from Sioux Falls Ford new in 2013. Sioux Falls Ford has given us excellent service from the day we ordered our Fusion. Love the car. We have had all of our servicing done with Sioux Falls Ford. We have had it in for 2 recalls. One just last week. We had excellent service. The phone call to get our door latches replaced was scheduled by the first person I spoke with for the very next day. The Ford team gave me a ride home and offered to pick me up when my car was finished. The service was completed in the time frame I was given. The gentlemen that I dealt with during my drop off and pickup of my Fusion were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely refer S.F.Ford. Thanks for the support.The Johnsons

Great Service from Experienced Mechanics
In the middle of an eight hour drive I noticed that something was wrong with my car. I pulled off the highway and went to the first service station and I could not have been luckier that it was this Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln. The employees stayed late to fix my alternator and were so kind, professional, and thorough in making sure my vehicle was safe to take back on the road. I cannot recommend Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln enough. I would give them more stars if I could.
I had a filter changed as well and a screwdriver was left on my dash, but I returned it in the morning. It took longer than quoted, but was ok because they changed a filter which was not known at the time I arrived. The staff was courteous and apologized for the delay which was appreciated.

I really appreciate the above and beyond that Sioux Falls Ford took in being able to provide transportation for me to get to and from my work when I had no other options.
Everytime I have my vehicle serviced here, it's been a fantastic experience. You seem like you care not only about the car but the driver of the car! I have been to so many places to get my car serviced and also have bought many vehicles at Billion. I know that will not be happening again! Ashton also went above and beyond trying to get my key bob (sp) fixed to reprogram my tire pressure, when that didn't work he gave me quotes on prices to fix it, which were way less than Billion! Thank you for always taking the time to help me!
They did a great job, but it's a long wait for the oil change. Also, the lady said that I purchase my new car from SF Ford in April, I told her I purchased it in July.

I recently had my vehicle in for 1 day to have a recall fixed on my 2013 Fusion. I had dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 am the time of my appointment and received a shuttle to work. I received a call around 1:30 that my vehicle was completed. I was talking at the end of my phone call to the advisor as he thought we were done with the conversation and he had hung up while I was reminding him for my shuttle pickup by 4:30 that day. The afternoon had went and 4:35 no driver, driver came around 4:55 after I had called and checked (another customer was a hold up). I arrived at the dealership and received my car. After driving away I saw how filthy my car windows were of fingers prints. It was disgusting to realize with the extra 4 hours they had with my car, they couldn't clean it up a little when done working with my car. With having tinted windows to begin with and each window now marked up like a had a car load of kids drawing on my windows, I was a little upset.I'm trying very hard not to think about this car and the issues I've had it for the whole term of my lease. It's my 3rd vehicle from SF Ford and I'm not sure if I will make another purchase here in the few months to come. A lot of changes at this dealership location and not sure if upper management has put customer's first from purchase, service and customer service.

It was fine, I brought my car in I had an appointment at 9 a.m. and finally had to call them at 12:45 to see what they had found out, fortunately I had someone to pick me up so I didn't have to wait but if I would have that seems like a little long

My car and I are always treated well at Sioux Falls Ford. If anything (i.e. filters) need to be replaced, they let me know ahead of time and give me the final say if they should do it that day or not. I wish the wait wouldn't have been quite so long (over 2 hours), but I should've know better since it was a Saturday morning. Overall, however, it was another good experience and you can expect me back for the next oil change.

The service person was very accommodating this time. He took our word for what was going on with my car. Very good customer serv ice on his part.
Somewhat timely, the staff are very knowledgeable and nice to work with. It will be much less chaotic when Ford moves to the new location as space it very tight at this location. I was informed at the new location there will be more bays for service as this is what is needed. Something great to look forward to not only as a customer but as well for the staff.

I was mostly satisfied with quality of service recieved. The waiting room was congested and the parking lot was too. I feel the dealership has outgrown the facilities and may consider getting my service work done at a less congested business.

Had our Explorer serviced, which we bought at Sioux Falls Ford. I had a couple questions for our Service Tech, Lyle M. As usual he took time and answered my questions. Lyle is always very helpful.
got me in right away and an employee worked longer hours just to get my vehicle done quicker. not many people do that this day and age.
disappointed in mpg
came in for oil change. But did talk with a couple of people on the very poor gas mileage i get with the 2014 ford escape that I am leasing. Was just on trip to see my sons. Put on close to 1000 miles. Majority of it was interstate driving. Maybe only 100 not on interstate.I got only 24 mpg!!! In town driving is ok. But I have NEVER gotten the 30 mpg that I was told would get on the road. But 24 mpg is ridiculous. They told me to figure out the mpg manually and not rely on the gauge. So will try that. they also said unless a light comes on the dash all is ok.
Great service experience
The young lady that checked me in, and I'm sorry I can't remember her name, was very nice, pleasant and informative. She would come into the lounge from time to time and give me a report of how things were progressing.

Does not honor promises
I brought a new pickup from them and they gave 3 free oil changes. I used 1 then unfortunately my pickup was totaled in an accident . I bought a new pickup and went in for oil change and was told I could not use other 2 oil changes not transferable. Talked to manager and he let me use 2nd one but was told I could not use last one. If they give you something you should be able to use it.
AJ was very helpful in getting my tire repaired, due to a piece of metal that pierced it. He kept me informed, letting me know that they couldn't guarantee the repair, because the metal ran through the tire and was a half inch wide, so I purchased a new tires and he had it put on my rim and ready in accordance with my schedule.Everyone that I spoke with there was very friendly and helpful.

2013 Lincoln MKS
We are very satisfied with the service we get from Sioux Falls Lincoln Ford. Nick Wilson made sure all of our questions were taken care of, and we left with a clean MKS. Nick is very pleasant to deal with. We also enjoy visiting with Steve Remund whenever we are at the dealership. We bought our Ford from Steve, and he always welcomes us back. Nick was busy with another customer when we arrived for our appointment, so one of his buddies offered to assist us until Nick was available.
From making the appointment to picking up my truck, everything went smoothly, problems fixed, and checkout was a breeze. Nice job. I will always bring my vehicle to Sioux Falls Ford for service.

Great Service, quick catch
Took my car in for a oil change before taking a road trip. While doing the oil change they found a transmission leak from a seal that had broken. Not only did they catch it, but they were able to get it in and fixed that afternoon so I could hit the road and hopefully make my destination. The gentleman I got was very kind and understanding and as willing to help any way he could.

Great Service, Clean facilities
I was helping my daughter move to Sioux Falls and had engine trouble with my Escape. The service department fixed my car and I was able to leave for my return trip to Denver right before another snow storm was coming through the state. The attention was much appreciated.
Connor Cole did a great job getting the car that we were interested in ready to try. The detail department must be really on point because when we drove away the car was very clean. I also liked the low price and the good price we have on our trade in. It was fair to all parties involved, I think.The buying process went well. We went in with a dealer check from our bank but Ford beat their rate by nearly a percent.We did have a bit of mechanical trouble initially. We bought a VW CC which evidently needs a name brand part. Our car did not work with a generic brand. It took 2 trips back to Sioux Falls, which is an hour from home, to figure this out and get it corrected. But it is now fixed with the VW drain plug. It works fine. I hope that they can modernize their building site somehow.
Overall Excellent Service Experience
Our service rep was excellent to work with. He was helpful with scheduling and getting all of the services completed in a satisfactory amount of time. Our vehicle was actually ready well before the quoted time. We were offered a valet service both from and to the shop. This was a great experience overall.

The service was great, someone came out to my truck almost as soon as I pulled up. The service was done in a decent amount of time, however, when I came to pick my truck up after an oil change I stood at the service center desk for 15-20 min before someone actually talked to me and asked how they could help me. That was the only downfall of the experience. I know that having customers go to the service desk rather than to the office window is a new change and could be something that still needs to be worked on to get out all the kinks and to help figure out the best work flow.

Had just put new tires (4 of them) on the car in Garretson, SD. Drove the approx 30 miles to get the oil changed in the car. When checking out, I was told the front tires were wearing faster than the rear tires and was asked if I wanted the tires rotated. I toldthe young lady the tires were new and a mistake was obviously made when tread depth was checked there. It was like the information did not register with her, and she asked meagain if I would like to get the tires rotated. Apparently, you are becoming Jiffy-Lube'ish when you attempt to sell extra goods or services that are not needed. You used to have a good thing going, please don't blow it.

I relocated from Florida and was in Sioux Falls for only a day and needed snow tires for my Escape. I called the dealership on 41st Avenue and spoke with AJ - he was courteous and more than helpful with getting me the correct tires for my SUV. Despite not having a scheduled appointment, AJ still managed to get me in and out with new tires within a couple of hours - something that NEVER would have happened in Florida. I would not hesitate to bring my SUV back in the future for all scheduled maintenance or for whatever problems may arise.
I have a 2015 Ford Fusion that needed a recall. Someone from the ford dealership in Sioux Falls called to schedule an appointment. Josh was very helpful, offered a ride home And back. Work was finished on time and they were able to do an oil change also.

The mechanic pulls through
2013 F150, I was scheduled to drop my truck off for a tire fix and an intermittent growling from the front end. When I arrived I talked to the service adviser and he told me that he would get the mechanic that would be working on it to go with a test drive with me to replicate the noise issue. Well as it always goes it would make the exact noise but I told Dan the mechanic when it would make the noise and how i was driving. 2 hrs later I was not expecting them to find the issue but to my surprise Dan was able to get it to make the noise and find the issue. They replace my hub actuators under warranty and sent me on my way!
