We bought a 2016 Subaru Forester, our second from Simmons Rockwell. It was a very easy, pleasant and efficient process. Our salesman, Ryan Holley was very pleasant and made us feel comfortable with the fact that we could come back anytime with questions about the car anytime. We appreciated that as there are many things on the car that weren't on our last Forester. We decided to purchase at around 5:00 in the evening and drove off the lot by 6:00. That is good service!!!!

There is not one thing that I can say negatively about visits to get my truck serviced. Everybody is VERY personable and professional. I always deal with Guido when I go in. Guido is amazing. He goes out of his way to chat with you, joke with you and in the end takes darn good care of you. This guy has got excellent PR skills and is obviously quite an asset to Simmons-Rockwell. Guido knows how to take care of customers and keep them coming back. I actually look forward to dropping my truck off when its routine maintenance is due. Went looking for a reliable car and a dealer I was comfortable with found both with Simmons Rockwell. The sales person and manager that helped with financing could not have been any better. Everyone was courtesy and location very clean.

We bought a 2016 Forester Limited. Our salesman Robin Robinson kept us informed when cars were coming in so we could come and test drive them. We were thinking about an Outback but didn't want to wait that long. When we finally decided to get another Forester (our third one) we put our name on one that was coming in and that is what we bought. Steve Sullivan did our paperwork and he had done our paper work four years ago. We feel we are old friends. I would buy a car from Robin again. Very friendly and helpful.

It was a wonderful experience... Mike Martin was our salesman he was polite courteous and very knowledgeable. It started with a phone call I had a preapproval from a lender that was giving me a 23% interest rate. Mike was sure Joe Maynard could get me a better deal and he did!!!!!! Right over the phone they took my information Mike asked me what it was I wanted and even was able to pick out exactly a perfect deal from over the phone!!!!!! He was great when we arrived Mike promptly greated us I wanted to make sure the Nissan was the car I wanted so Mike was very patient as I test drove other vehicles but I went with the car he originally picked out... He knew just based on what I told him what was a great fit!!!! That is what I call being on top of your game in a customer service based world. On top of that Joe was wonderful he worked his magic and got me a way better deal through his lenders and took my interest rate from 23% down to 15%!!!!! All I can say is wow for someone like me who has poor credit and didn't think I could get a loan for a sandwich let alone a new car I sincerely thank you Mike Martin, Joe Maynard and Simmons Rockwell for making this girl one happy customer. I have already refered people to your establishment and to Mike Martin.

We drove down to your dealership after test driving a couple of trucks at local dealerships. We were astounded at the number of vehicles we had to pick from. Most impressive though is that the Salesman, Steve Jacobs, was not only VERY approachable, knowledgeable, and kind, he went out of his way to find us the very vehicle we wanted!!! I will admit that the many times we have purchased any large ticket items we have always left feeling like 'a number'. At Simmons Rockwell, with Steve leading the charge, we felt that our business mattered, that we mattered. We left feeling that we made a friend! WOW!! All that being said, we purchased our 2013 Silverado, and I just this morning made a phone call to Steve about purchasing a new Jeep Wrangler from him! Your dealership, and your employee Steve Jacobs are both number one in our book! We will always recommend Simmons Rockwell as the place to purchase, and Steve as the go to man!

Overall it is a very unprofessional car dealership. You are treated like a price of meat and not a person. I will never shop there again. I have been to numerous dealerships in the past. The only reason we went here was because we were getting a decent deal. As I said in the beginning though everyone at the dealership we had to deal with was highly unprofessional and uncourteous.
