They have my car for three days for services. They don't tell me what's wrong. Every time I call they just passing me around. Never call me tell me what need to be done and even my car only one year old. After three days now still no answer.

We wanted a 4 wheel drive vehicle and decided on a Subaru because, after doing our research, their reputation and quality vehicle, it was the logical choice. Coming from a devoted Toyota family and expecting Toyota quality, I must say my Outback has met if not exceeded our expectations. After we decided on the vehicle it took just a hair under 2 months for it to be delivered. It was well worth the wait. Now a word about our Sales Representative Michael Conquilla. Folks if you are in the market for a Subaru, no matter where you live, call Michael. What a sweet, honest, customer service oriented, detailed man! He kept us in the loop the entire time we waited for our car and when it arrived he was as happy as we were. He was an absolute joy to work with. He made the final stages of the paperwork, which no one likes, pleasant and assisted in streamlining the financing arrangements. You name it, Michael did it!!! Call, call, call him.

I was so impressed with the salesman, Frank Park. He was personable but not overbearing. He also payed close attention to what I was looking for and immediately gave me an opportuniting to experience the car in action. I had my six year old graddaughter with me and she was also treated with the utmost respect. When test driving the car Frank utilized the time to explain features of the car and, since I was interested in a lease, he gave me valuable information about the programs and specials currently being offered. He emphasized that some of the lease deals were nation-wide which put me at ease because he was giving me honest information. I never felt pressured or forced to make a decision, even though he pointed out all of the benefits of making a purchase at this time. I let him know I needed to consult with my family so he gave me his card and asked me to keep in touch. That was Friday. On Saturday I went back to Sierra with my family and met up with Frank right away, went on a test drive, this time with my son-in-law as well. Again, Frank was great and I ended up getting the car that I had my eye on! After the requisite negotiations and paper work Frank provided me with detailed information about the features of the car and even put in all my phone contacts. I had a great experience not only with Frank but the other Subaru members including the managers and financial manager. As a high school counselor, I work with many people on a daily basis and think I can tell when people are being real. Everyone I encountered at Sierra Subaru today was genuine and made a sincere effort to work with me and my budget! Bravo to all of you.

I searched for my new vehicle online and at many dealers for over a week. It was 630 pm and I was exhausted, yet knew the vehicle that I wanted. I called the dealer and told them what i thought was a fair price based on research and comparative shopping and they said yes to my price. When I arrived to the dealership, I had no idea that I would receive star service. The salesman Mike Conquilla not only gave me a fair price, but i got a few extras thrown in that made my deal sweeter. While doing the paperwork, I engaged with many of helpful staff. They teamed together to make the process pleasant and was never once pushy like all he other salespeople I encountered prior. There were no crazy distractions(loud music, loud bells) here like other dealerships. Also, everyone's hygiene was great. Mike has helped me with all the functions of my new Forrester and helped me set up my free maintenance schedule. I love this place and will get my wife's car here! Darryl S

Exhausted from looking at and driving cars we found ourselves ultimately going back to a Dealership very local to our home, to Sierra Subaru. Having reviewed the features of the 2014 Subaru Crosstrek and test driven it, I wanted to have a second look at the vehicle. I'm certainly are glad that we did because that's what we bought. Terrific vehicle that really is a lot of car for the money. Rock solid, safe, and reliable with nice features and great seats! The buying process from these folks was just what you would like it to be. I came with all of my various printouts comparing prices on the vehicle plus my list of options and the color that I wanted; and then we worked up a price. Not only was it a fair price but it was arrived at without a lot of salesperson's manipulations or any nonsense. Cindy Jimenez helped us and I found that she was knowledgeable about the vehicle. She explained things to us and not once did I get that creeping car dealership 'I'm being played' feeling. Overall a good transaction and a great experience. So, I think if you are looking for a semi-SUV in this range (especially if you want a manual transmission!) that the Subaru Crosstrek is the best; and that if you are shopping Subaru in SoCal you should go to Sierra, they'll take care of ya'.

Cindy Jimenez was awesome! I went into Sierra Subaru a little upset from what I had experienced at the Glendale dealership because they were bloating the cost of the car, calling me a liar, and refusing to give me my car keys back after appraising my vehicle. Right from the moment we entered the dealership we were treated as adults and shown respect all from Cindy! She worked extremely hard to make sure I got the car that I wanted. (Although everything I wanted wasn't available, that wasn't her fault). She tried to make sure we were happy with the price and knew all the details and were well informed of the ENTIRE buying process. Even though I was a little unsure of what I wanted to do Cindy was patient and even kind enough to give us time to wait in the Cafe (with coupons that she gave us!) before making our final decision and moving along with the car. The car is amazing (2015 WRX in WRB) and Cindy also called me ON HER DAY OFF to let me know that the car had arrived to the dealership, even though she knew we were coming in on Wednesday instead of Tuesday. Not only that she even remembered MY work schedule and called me at a time that was convenient for me. Also, my experience with Ty in finances was amazing as well! He was extremely quick, fun, funny, and helpful! Thanks again to everyone from Sierra Subaru for such an enjoyable car buying experience!

I leased my first Subaru today at this dealership and Cindy Jimenez helped me with the process. I've been researching a car purchase or lease and visiting various dealerships over the last six weeks. I would not have believed that what finally would lead me back to a place would be a sales person, but there you are. Mind you, I did my homework, settled on the numbers I could work with and then went to Sierra Subaru for the deal and the car. But the reason why I wanted to take them my business (there were other dealerships I could have chosen) was because of this sales lady. She was who I did a test drive with a few weeks ago. She was very professional, very knowledgeable, but in no way did a hard sell. She was not pushy. She made me feel I could move through the process comfortably and not feel pressured in any way. I went in this morning with some numbers in mind, she worked with me and I left a couple of hours later with a new car. She helped me understand the details that I was not clear about and everyone else at the dealership seemed decent too. I'm pleased I picked Sierra Subaru. I wish my experience with Sierra Subaru had been fantastic all the way through. Initially it went well, and then it seemed that after they had the car sold, they were not concerned with my questions and issues. After my purchase, I was very disappointed to learn that the luggage compartment privacy screen was not included with the car, especially after it had been talked about during my test drive. I thought it was a mistake, and something they forgot to put in my car so I contacted the dealership. Although I had bought the most expensive model (besides the turbo), the privacy screen was not included. I felt misled and emailed and called the dealership. They said that was not part of the negotiation, so they wouldn't give it to me. I really thought they would work with me after I had just purchased a BRAND NEW CAR from them. They then emailed me to say that maybe they could me the 15% employee discount and I asked how much that would make the privacy screen. I have followed up three times and have been ignored. It feels like Sierra Subaru got what they wanted in me buying the new car and after that, they were not interested in customer service.

The deal was made through emails with no hassle. Internet sale's consultant "Alvin Pizano" made it happen for me with a great deal on a 2013 WRX. Just go to their internet site and ask for information for quote on the car you're interested in. You don't have to leave a phone number. Picking up the car with the paper work was relatively quick. Most of the time was washing and detailing. Overall experience was great and will definitely recommend this place to a friend.

It was time to replace my old truck and after shopping around, I visited Sierra Subaru. Alvin Pizano was helpful and friendly, and took me on a test drive of a Legacy, which I decided on after driving an Optima, Accord, Sonata, and Camry. I told Alvin I'd call him in a few days and went home. When I ended up selling my truck on short notice, I needed a car asap! I called Alvin on his cell phone, who happened to be on his day off. Since we had basically decided on a great price (lowest of all dealers within 50 miles) I told him I was ready to buy and actually needed to do it that day. He picked me up at my home and drove me to the dealership . . . ON HIS DAY OFF! He then took care of all preparations and had the car detailed while I completed the paperwork. This young man clearly went above and beyond what is expected from the typical auto salesman. One year later, I saw him when I took my car in for an oil change - glad to see he's still there. I'm definitely calling him for my next car.

Compared to other dealers, I felt comfortable around everyone there. Gordon Fenty helped me out the most. He was patient and guided me through the payment options available for a car I was looking to buy. Whatever I needed or requested, he just put a huge smile on and made sure I was content with the decisions I was making before buying the car. Once purchased, due to my lack of experience with driving stick, he actually rode in the passenger seat with me and went around the block a couple times until I felt comfortable enough to drive the vehicle home myself. After officially purchasing the car, he thoroughly explained things about my car and went through the manuals with me one by one making sure he didn't leave anything out. I would say this was a total of a 4 hour service given to just one person to make sure they are in good hands. Thanks so much!

I never write reviews but feel I need to in this case. I have been searching for a Subaru dealership in SoCal that will sell me a BRZ without a mark up and this was the place! I dealt with Alvin Pizano who was very professional and gave me several options to purchase a new 2013 BRZ limited. Alvin was really knowledgeable about the BRZ as he himself is into the car scene so that was a big plus. He really knew what he was talking about and you could tell he was passionate about performance cars. I had been to other Subaru dealerships around and most of the sales staff gave me a "shady" vibe. Alvin was the first sales associate that was very upfront and straightforward with me which was very very helpful. All in all I will be back and was very happy with my experience overall.

We looked up the car we wanted and brought in trade ins for appraisal. We were able to look at a couple of cars without being bothered so it gave us some room to think about what it is we'd really like to invest into. Ernie was knowledgeable from the get go about the car and on top of that he was very helpful without the pressure to buy or to settle for less. He will go out of his way to even work on his off day to help you get the best deal. He weighed out our options and even gave us choices that we could work with as far as finances went. He was working with Michael as well, now granted I don't have the greatest credit report but these guys were working hard to ensure both our wants and needs met. Bought a 2013 Outback. I emailed Sierra Subaru that I was interested in a 2013 Outback premium. They emailed me back with a very good price far below MSRP. Went there with the email print out. The offer had expired but they still honored it. Cindy Jimenez was our salesperson. She was great and very helpful. The finance guy was also straight forward and didn't pressure us on the extended warranty or try to slip in extra fees. I met Gordon a couple weeks back and I knew he was hard working and trustworthy. I went to a number of dealer in the next few weeks and I decided to go back and see Gordon. He was fair and even when I decided to change the color at the last minute he personally drove the car out of the showroom in order to meet my needs. The whole team did a great job even the finance team and sales management. This is the first new car I ever got and the Crosstrek is a a great ride and I am very please with it.

An outstanding experience from my first exploratory visit through driving off the lot with my new XV Crosstrek. Cindy made every step of the process easy and pleasant. She was was very knowledgeable and comfortable with my questions. Most importantly, she listened, understood, and focused on my desires and priorities. I felt at ease with her and happily "signed on the dotted line". I had planned to return with a friend the next day to pick up the car. To my surprise and delight Cindy quickly found a remedy. She went above and beyond what was expected and actually went out of her way so that I might drive my new car home that very afternoon! The interactions I had with others at this dealership were consistent with my experience with Cindy. Five days later I am very happy with and thoroughly enjoying my new Crosstrek.

My wife and I started out looking for a 3-5 year old Subaru Outback though private parties, but those cars are surprisingly rare and the ones in good condition command a very high price. After a month of this, we began shopping at the dealerships in the greater LA area. While the sales reps at all the dealerships were knowledgeable and polite, it seemed like Cindy did the best job of listening to us. We were looking for a basic Outback Premium without too many frills, although the automatic transmission was a must. We discussed what we wanted in "plain talk", going through the various models (even getting a close look at a Forester) and understanding the options. We were shown pretty much exactly what we wanted at a competitive price. We took a few days to think it all over and went back to close the deal. Cindy and the finance manager walked us through the paperwork, taking time to explain it all. We've had it for a week and we remain very pleased with the entire experience.

I have waited for an opportunity to purchase my WRB Limited Manual BRZ since June and I was displeased that almost all the Subaru dealerships had their BRZs marked up an average of $5000. They were not professional at all and had the audacity to lecture me about the marked up price in the marketing aspect..... which just led me to walk out of the dealerships that I physically visited. Sierra Subaru is the place to purchase your BRZ at MSRP and they have kept their word on it since I first contacted them regarding the car. Even though the demand on the BRZ is so high, I wasn't expected to get a hold of a BRZ anytime soon. After I placed an order with through Sierra with the help of Cindy Jimenez, it only took about 11 weeks for them to deliver the car to me. Cindy was really understanding of my impatience of waiting for the vehicle.. but I don't think I was that bad :/ She was also on top of my order and special requests (I did not want the front license plate screwed on to my front end). I was also impressed with this dealership in preparation of the car prior to my purchase. I have friends who have purchased their BRZs from other dealerships through their orders and when they were delivered.... they had plenty of swirls and light scratches on their cars. Upon receiving my BRZ I noticed the car had practically no scratches and was in a SHOW ROOM condition. Sierra was really diligent in delivering my BRZ in a absolutely pleasing condition. I've known people who have purchased their cars from Sierra and all I heard was good news. I also have owned plenty of cars and do detailing work, so when I saw the condition of BRZ I was simply impressed. Thanks Cindy Jimenez!! PC12312011

I have purchased cars from Sierra in the past. I went back and found that their service and facilities are still top notch. I visited the dealership looking for a BRZ in January. Ms. Cindy Jimendez, the sales person notified me that the dealership did not have the car in inventory but provided me with all the information I need. I had then placed an order for the car. Cindy did a excellent job in assisting through out the process and was able to deliver the car to me before the estimated delivery date. The purchase experience was the best, communication from Cindy was excellent. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Ms. Cindy Jimendez to all the interested buyer of Subaru.

I contacted Michael Conquilla and asked about getting a BRZ. They didn't have any at the time but he said he would contact me when one came in. A week later they got one and he called me and I went down and bought it. He was great and even the finance guy (Peter I think) was refreshing to work with. No pressure no hard sell. Michael is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had an accessory or two installed and Elsa in the service department is the best employee I have met in any type of service job in many years. Even the kids who drove me home while they did the work were professional. The Subaru dealership in Glendale was adding a $5,000 mark up on these cars and the one in Ontario was adding $2,000. This dealership never adds a mark up over sticker. Great people at this dealership!

Recently bought a Subaru XV from Sierra Subaru. I was helped by Brian Bautista and he straightforward, honest, and made the whole buying process a breeze. Even though it was superbowl sunday, the sales rep and the rest of the staff were more than willing to help out any way they can. I actually came in to get a CX5, but ended up with the XV because I was getting more bang for my buck and fit my lifestyle way more. Ive bought 2 cars from the Sierra now. First a Mazda, now a Subaru. Maybe Ill try one of their other brands next time!

Purchasing my car from Sierra Subaru was a great experience from beginning to end!! I did minimal research but knew what car I wanted. I was actually sitting at another dealership (who was giving me grief when it came down to price/financing) when I found on my smart phone the exact color/model car I wanted at Sierra Subaru. I called to confirm they had the car and it was smooth sailing from there. Cindy was extremely helpful in getting docs ready for trade-in, financing, etc. She was integral in making my car purchase happen, and has continued excellent customer service from beginning to even now. Mike was super in walking me through the paperwork. I left Sierra Subaru with an awesome deal and the exact car that I wanted!! Buying a new car can be difficult and even a bit scary, but we had a GREAT experience buying our new Subaru Legacy at Sierra this week! We've purchased and leased many cars over the years, and Sierra was by far our "best ever" experience. We did some research in advance so had an idea of the models, features, prices and trade-in values. Sierra had a great inventory, and after test-driving a few models we knew what we wanted. Justin was a very helpful, informative, no-pressure salesperson. Mike Hoffman was great and made the paperwork process go smoothly -- everything was clear, and we got a very good trade-in value. I don't like dealing with car people or dealerships. When my beloved 4Runner was totaled I was left with little choice. I did a lot of internet research and starting calling around. The usual garbage until I spoke with Brandon Dame. He was straight forward and honest. Easy to understand and not pushy. I went to the lot about a week later and left that same day with a fantastic 2010 Outback in what I believe was a great deal. I am loving the car. Brandon was great and kept working to get us a good deal. The finance process was pretty straight forward and went rather quickly. I would definitely recommend Brandon and Sierra Subaru to anyone. :-)

Decided to trade my subcompact in for the new Mazda 3 hatchback. It was the best experience I've ever had in purchasing an automobile. Sierra's pricing was much lower than the previous Mazda dealership that I visited. The whole process was almost effortless. The first dealership wanted me to put a large amount of money down and wouldn't even take anything off their sticker price. I would avoid this dealership, if it were me.The service center proved to be quite sub-standard for me. If you like having the same repair made no less than FOUR times (for a simple repair), then you'll be happy here. Maybe you like looking around at cars on the lot and wasting time at dealerships. Not me. They are so bad, the service advisor and manager sent my car home twice indicating it was "the best they could do" only to later admit parts should have been ordered and the job should have been done right on the first response. This dealer represents too many manufacturers to get any one of them right. I highly recommend going to virtually ANY Subaru dealer that carries exclusively that brand, as opposed to this one. General manager never acknowledged my concerns. Don't expect the regional service manager to do much either. He never called, even when asked to do so. I'm taking my business some place that's reputable.
