Bought a $24000 vehicle and had to put another grand in it to get it up to par..this after being called a liar by there managment team..which aren't qualified to flip burgers let alone manage service and sales..with that being said please go elsewhere..tell your friends as well.. the clowns at shivleys are a group of shysters..DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY...GO ELSEWHERE AND GET TREATED LIKE A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED

I have to tell you my experience at Shively motors is how car buying should be. This was our day, we had decided we wanted a sublime green 2015 challenger skat pack and we had located one 2 hours from our home that was exactly what we wanted. I spoke to the salesman set the appointment, we got to the dealer and we were so disappointed. The car was not cleaned up, it still had road salt on it, (this was in june) then they would not even come close to the value of our trade so we left. We were there about 2 hours. On the drive home my husband decided to stop at Shively Motors, Jay was our sales man, very pleasant, amazing salesman. We sat down he got on his computer found several that were close to what we wanted but I had my heart set on sublime. So we built one in sublime but they discontinued that color. Mean while they valued our trade and I can say they were very fair on the value we never even questioned it. We left settling for a B5 blue. He said he would look for one in sublime but we didn't feel hopeful. Jay calls me the next day he found our car in Ohio, He kept looking, which I can say pleased me. Then he drove there and picked it up we were in our car within the week, no headaches. We went to pick it up we were there approx. 1 hour doing financing. They were all so was efficient, I can tell you from sales to financing to service that was the best I have ever been treated at a dealer, last week I found a blemish on the mirrors factory mistake, they ordered two new mirrors no hassle. He noted I wanted a brochure for the car he found me one. He took care of every little detail of our purchase, and was not pushy or overbearing. I can say I will definatly give them all my business. They also have free inspection, deal on oil changes.

Recently purchased a new Jeep. The entire dealership experence was excellent. I would definately recommened them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Jason Headly was the salesman who worked with my wife and I, and he was fantastic. Great information, no "High Pressure" tactics. Just a great expereince.

Just bought a vehicle at this dealer and I am beyond pleased with the service I recieved. I dealt with Bill O'Leary and Nick Garcia and they made this process of buying my vehicle simple and easy. I was looking all over for a vehicle for over a month; I had dealt with dishonest sales reps at multiple dealerships and was getting very frustrated with finding a good car at a great price with a trustworthy dealership. I found a car at the Chambersburg location and Bill and Nick did everything they could to get me a great deal on the vehicle without the typical dealership hassle. I couldn't have asked for better service. I would highly recommend using this dealership when looking to find the perfect car for a great deal, at a trustworthy dealer.

Jason was great to work with while buying my new Dodge Journey. He made it a very easy experience and got us a great price on the new vehicle and a fair trade price on our old one. This is the first Chrysler vehicle we have bought through Shivleys because we have never been treated fairly prior to this trip. Jason met with us and explained all the details of our purchase and is very friendly and knowledgeable about Chrysler products. He knew what we were looking for and did not try to get us to buy something else we did not want. All features were explained and it did not take a lot of time. The Durango was clean and ready to go at the time he said and after a week we are very happy with our purchase.

My husband and I have bought a few cars in the Chambersburg area over the years and I must say that Shively Motors of Chambersburg is the best dealership we have EVER purchased a car from. We were fortunate to get Jason as our salesman. He was very professional. Never pushy or demanding. He took his time with us and was extremely informative and patient,answering all our questions thoroughly. He introduced us to the Manager,Will, and the Finance Manager,Rob,who were also very friendly and pleasant to work with. Customer service is also very friendly and efficient. I went to Shively knowing what vehicle I wanted. Jason helped reassure me that I had made a great decision. While he knew we were working with a budget for our new purchase, he knew I wanted the next step up for features in my car but didn't push it to just get the sale. I ended up deciding to purchase the model with more great features than the basic model and his finance team was very gracious to help us stay within our budget. It was a great experience and I plan on Shively being my first stop every single time! I have other family members that deal with them as well so its nice to have a common ground in that respect and value our purchases from a great sales team and dealership!

WOULDN'T BUY A MATCHBOX CAR HERE...We purchased a van here & have regretted it ever since. The vehicle literally had burning tires on the drive home from the lot, they didn't want to fix it, finally did but were rude about it then after only 2 years, problems with keys that they gave us with it. They claimed both keys needed reprogrammed, then told us they actually needed replaced, we paid almost $500 for 2 keys only to find out they wouldn't open the van doors (which the old keys did the day before), not only refused to help us but were rude. If you want to deal with a smooth talking crook when buying a car or getting repairs, Shively Motors is your pick, if you want honesty & integrity, go anywhere else!
