This is my third Infiniti from this dealership. Even though they changed hands, George Khalil is still as wonderful as always. I traded in my QX50 and with the increased size of the new model, George was able to work with me to put me in the new QX30. Lance Cote took me on a test drive and showed me all the features of the new car and then made sure I was completely comfortable with it before I drove off the lot. George was even able to source the color I wanted from another dealership in the area. It has been my pleasure to work with this dealership for the past 7 years.

Thanks to Joe Davison for his assistance in my purchase of a 2014 Mercedes. The overall transaction was the most hassle free car buying experience I've had of the 11 vehicles I've purchased since I began driving. I found the vehicle online and was contacted by Christian from internet sales. I went to the dealership, looked over and test drove the vehicle on 2 consecutive days. Even though Joe is an Infiniti Sales consultant, he knew enough about this car to help me make up my mind. Excellent Service from the time we walked into the dealership, Joe got us in and set us up with a test drive, even though he had another customer. The salesmen at Sheehy were great to work with. Lance Cote we felt went above and beyond. His responsiveness, knowledge of the vehicle, Purchase vs lease options, and the time he took to walk through the entire vehicle setup with my wife before we left the lot, was a level of service second to none. We will definitely be back in a few years when it's time to trade this one in. He even went the extra mile to put me in touch with an engine expert when I mentioned I was having performance issues with my Mustang. Jim and Joe also stepped up to make sure my time wasn't wasted while I was there despite personal sacrifice with a lost sale (handing it over to Lance) and staying late.

This was my first Infiniti purchase and I have to admit, it may not be the last. The staff at the dealership could not have been more friendly. My salesman, Isaiah, especially. He was very patient, informative, and able to answer all of my questions. I never had the feeling that I was wasting his time but rather that he was there for as long as I had questions. As for the 2017 QX60 I purchased? May be too soon to say since I just purchased it 2 days ago but I can tell you that it has met or exceeded all of my expectations on all levels. I look forward to becoming more familiar with my new vehicle even though I am enjoying it already.

Lance was the man. I came in after spending several hours at the Infiniti Tysons location and I was on the verge of giving up. After meeting with Lance and laying all my cards on the table, he was completely honest with me when it came to meeting every requirement and expectation with purchasing a pre-owned JX35. I give Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly an excellent rating due to the excellent service I received when I recently purchased my car from them. I always have had a disdain for pushy and disingenuous people, especially sales people. Kevin Gallagher, the salesperson who helped me, is not your typical salesperson. He listened to me and what I wanted, and then set out to make the transaction happen. He was not pushy, but was patience. He was not disingenuous but rather showed a genuine concern to put me in the best car that worked within my budget and that satisfied my desire to have a car with all of the premium features. Even after the sale, a couple of days later he both texted and called me to check on the car and to see if there was anything they could do for me. The other people who assisted in the purchase process at Sheehy exhibited the same professionalism, care and put forth the same effort also. My wife and I purchased a new Infiniti QX60 a few months ago. We went into the dealership for a state inspection on our QX56, and because of great customer service, drove away with a new SUV. Chuck Vanderwall, our sales consultant, was great to work with. Having done no research on new cars, we were flying blind. He was patient and knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained all of the features of the various models available, both used and new. We are very happy with the vehicle we purchased.It's a few months later now, and I needed a car for myself. Our experience was so great, we went back to Chuck without even knowing what used cars they had available. Again, he was extremely helpful showing us the used inventory and describing the features of all of them. We ended up purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and again the process was so easy and enjoyable. My wife and I highly recommend Chuck and Sheehy Infiniti for both new and pre-owned vehicles. Customer service is top notch and exactly what you would expect from a luxury brand dealership.

My fiance and I were car shopping because our 2007 Toyota Rav 4 had died. So we came to Sheehy Infinity on recommendation from a co-worker. I mostly dealt with Mackenzie McDonald, and I told him what I was looking for. He found a nice 2004 Ford Explorer for us with very low mileage. I had some questions about some other cars I had found on the website and advised us he wasn't comfortable selling us a car from another lot. Which we were very happy with his honesty, and the fact he wasn't trying to make a quick dollar off of us. Then, George Khalil helped us with the financing and made some price adjustments for us. Overall, my fiance and I couldn't be happier with our experience and our new used car!

I was on the hunt for the new 2017 Q60 Red Sport 400 and expressed how desperate I was to get one to Lance a month before one showed up. After a month of dealing with less than par (slimy) car salesmen I had the pleasure of dealing with Chuck Vanderwall to purchase my QX60. I am hard to please and he was honest and straight forward and keep me informed all through the process . The QX60 was a perfect fit for us but I wasn't going to buy a car from somebody that I didn't trust , but I could tell from the moment I started dealing with Chuck that he was a straight up guy. I am extremely pleased with how my car buying experience went when purchasing my 2016 Q50 3.0T. JB was professional and his customer service was second to none. It was like I was talking more to a friend than a sales person. I knew what I wanted, knew how much I wanted to spend, and JB helped me find the perfect car and reach my desired numbers. He did not "bully" me into anything that I did not want, but instead was very transparent with me and did not beat around the bush. Also, George Khalil was very helpful in showing me all my options when it came down to the numbers (payment options, interest, downpayment, etc), very patient with me as I asked him 100 questions, and showed me everything. There were no hidden fees or surprises when it came down to it. I was happy with the fact that all the numbers were shown to me and thoroughly explained.Overall, i would HIGHLY recommend JB Reid if you are in the market for a new or used car. Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly, in my opinion, is one of the best, if not best place to buy a new or used car in the DC/MD/VA area. I also want to acknowledge the great job Nadar Zekria did in finding and securing the specific vehicle I was requesting. I highly recommend Lance Cote to be your next new or used car salesman for several reasons. First and foremost Lance is honest, sincere, straightforward and trustworthy. Second, he will truly care about you as a valued current and future customer. Third, you will feel that Lance puts your wants, needs and desires first, and he will fight to get you a fair deal. Fourth, he will be providing you with the highest level of service possible throughout the entire buying process.The true test of a good salesman, in my opinion, is his pre- and post sale follow-through. My wonderful, used 2013 Nissan 370Z needed some pre- delivery work, which Lance immediately arranged to have done. Of course since I hadn't paid for the car that work was not optional. However, the car also needed some post delivery work, which the dealer could have denied. Almost like an attorney, Lance went to bat for me and got the repairs approved. For over fifty (50) years I bought new and used cars from countless salespersons men and women alike. I have never had a better salesperson than Lance Cote. If you are active or former military as I am you will have an instant bond with him- he being a former Marine.In addition to Lance, I was well served by used car manager Nadar Zekria and general manager George Khalil. Without them and their approvals the purchase and pre- and post delivery repairs could not have happened. For their help I am most apprerciative. I was interested in a used truck they had on the lot. It's always a scary process buying a used vehicle, but Lance was very straight with me with everything I asked, including price and what was serviced on the vehicle. He gave me a detailed maintenance report on everything that was serviced. When I saw that one of the side mirrors was damaged, I asked if they would replace it at no additional cost and he said no problem. It was included in the contract, and they ordered the part right away.

Yesterday I purchased my second Infiniti from the same dealership. I had a great experience with this dealership that when it was time to purchase a new car, I did not have to think twice as to where I was going. When I arrived at the dealership I encountered Lance Cote. I told him what I was interested in. He took the time to show me my preferred model and explained all of the options. Since my desired vehicle (meaning color) was not available on the lot, he and GM George Khalil located my desired model and color. Lance also went above and beyond to show me all of the new features in the car. I also met with other employees who were very professional and not pushy as in most car dealerships. We'd narrowed down our choices to three vehicles, one of which was the Infiniti QX80 Limited. Sheehy Infiniti had four on their lot, all competitively priced relative to other area dealerships. Mack (sales), Lance (sales) and George (Manager) went above and beyond in describing the benefits of the QX80, allowing me several, long test drives, and walking me through all of the vehicle's features. They even washed every one of the QX80s so I could choose a color. Who does that?! There was no pressure whatever; though I'd never before met any of these folks, I was treated like a friend of the family. Negotiations were straightforward and without drama; George demonstrated this dealership's commitment to integrity, throughout. Delivery was absolutely seamless. I have every confidence that the service experience will be equally as impressive. While my primary points of contact were Mack and George, I spoke with several other employees. It is worth noting that, to a person, they were polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly without reservation. It just doesn't get any better.

Buying a used car here was fantastic. I picked up a somewhat older Infiniti, but the sales team treated me like I was buying a brand new one. Nader and Craig made the buying process painless, replaced a remote battery when it was low, showed me how to use the electronics, and Craig has followed up with me several times post-sale to make sure I was happy. Unfortunately, less than 100 miles later, the suspension had an issue. Of course the power train warranty doesn't cover it, but I brought the car in and the service department had me in and out quickly, everyone was extremely nice. I had a pre and post road test to show them the problem and them show me they fixed it, which was very nice. When the issue occurred, I sent Craig an email asking for some guidance on what to do, and he had called me back within 10 minutes of emailing him on a Saturday afternoon. He talked me through making a service appointment, suggested times, and made sure I was doing it as soon as possible. He made me feel like I would be taken care of, and I was. Great experience here, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used Infiniti!

I purchased my 4th Infiniti from Sheehy Infiniti in Chantilly Va from Lance Cote this week. Lance goes above and beyond to make the transaction as smooth as possible and knows the cars inside and out. He is very detail oriented and makes sure he knows exactly what you want and care about. George the Manager and Jim the Sales manager are awesome as well. George went out of his way to get me the best rate with Infiniti Finance and make the deal happen. These guys don't play games they got me what I want from another store for the price I wanted to pay for the car. George runs the best Dealership IMHO from the Sales to the Service department. They do little things that are very important to me like putting plastic on my seats for service to protect them. Go to some other dealers in the area that sell 100k plus cars and their technicians get in the drivers seat with grease and sweat and no protection. They have a customer for life!

I walked into the dealership on a whim, as I had been told that the Infiniti was really fun to drive. After a few minutes of talking to me about my preferences, Craig had a good idea of what I'd like, and showed me a new Q50. Even though I had not really planned on purchasing a car that day, I decided to go for a test drive. Long story short, I really loved the ride, but I wasn't sold on actually buying ANY car. After a bit of back and forth, I was presented with a great offer, on an even better car, and had to make the deal. A great experience with a 'no pressure' professional group is what you get a Sheehy Infiniti in Chantilly, Va. My salesman was Chuck Vanderwall, who was a pleasant departure from most car sales reps. While obviously competing for your business, Chuck doesn't pivot to the hard sales approach you often get at dealerships. He simply gives you the facts, doesn't incessantly bother you and fights to get you the best deal possible. George Kahlil (Sales Manager) takes a similar approach. His VIP program is the best I have seen and they get the little things right - like having the service manager swing by to introduce himself as part of the process. The associates at Sheehy Infiniti are very down to earth and easy to interact with. I normally feel uneasy with a car buying situation as if I am going off to war. I am extremely glad I purchased my Q50 from this particular dealership. Stopping by 2 other Infiniti dealerships ive noticed that the sales agents were pushy, sketchy and not at all trust worthy. As I was about to give up in my quest of leasing an infiniti i got an email from Chuck Vanderwall. After a few brief email exchanges i decided to stop by the dealership myself. One hour drive to it was totally worth it because i leased the vehicle that same day. Chuck was very respectful, knowledgeable, patient (im a picky customer) and above all, not pushy. Chuck is an Army vet and the dealership is very military friendly. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Some time has passed since ive leased the vehicle and still whenever a question arises i give Chuck a call and he is more than happy to assist me, even on his day off. Okay prior to stepping into a dealership they warn you about the crazy salesmen who are going to try to "pull one over you"...do anything to get you to buy a car ect. I had my guard up going in here but Craig was completely transparent with me. It would have only been my second buy so I had little to no experience and wasn't trying to repeat my mistake the second time around. The moment we walked in everyone there was helpful and made sure we were comfortable, got us water...waited until I changed and fed my two month old baby I mean they were great! And Craig even offered me a quiet, cooled off, lounge to help the baby fall asleep after she ate. The facility was very nice and well kept. They took a little longer to appraise my car than expected but it was a Sunday afternoon and I wasn't in any rush. I wish I could have made the trade/buy but otherwise I had a great first experience there. THANKS CRAIG!

Our experience with the dealership, and Lance Cote, was fabulous from beginning to end! It is difficult for us to get time to come buy and negotiate a car, and Lance was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to negotiate via phone! Our car actually needed a minor software update when we went to pick it up and wasn't ready- so Lance actually drove 30 minutes to our house that night to drop it off! Went to Sheehy Infiniti after researching and driving many other competitive SUVs. Researched Sheehy's available inventory online before heading out there for a test drive. Called ahead and had a sales person lined up for our arrival. Paul was personable and knowledgeable about the product he was selling. We knew we were getting a lot of vehicle for the price and this was the second vehicle we have purchased from a Sheehy dealership. The short Story: I recently purchased a new car at Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly, VA. My salesman Isaiah Townsend (and all the other employees) was very personable. Why did we purchase from Isaiah Townsend? It was the non-pressure buying experience, knowledgeable, professional and very personable.The long story: After 14 different cars test drives from many different dealers, I was able to narrow down my selection to Lexus or Infiniti. My husband and I took the Lexus out for one more test drive (with the salesman in tow). Afterward, the hard sales pressure was applied. It made me very uncomfortable. We left as I wanted to drive the Infiniti again and remove myself from the high pressure environment. We pulled up to Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly, VA for another test drive, Isaiah Townsend basically handed the keys and let us drive off alone. When we got back he had already pulled out the second car from the showroom as he knew I looked at that vehicle too. What made the experience for us is the non-pressure sales experience. He basically knew I was torn between Infiniti and Lexus. He didn't try to pressure us and his attitude was just let me know what you decide. I felt very comfortable working with Isaiah Townsend and I would certainly recommend him if you end up in (Sheehy) Chantilly VA auto park.

I took my car for an oil change on Saturday afternoon, and while I was waiting I walked around the lot looking at the used cars. A 2013 JX35 caught my eye. As I was peering in the windows, JB came out and greeted me. He was friendly, not pushy, very approachable and a well mannered guy. I asked for the keys so I could sit in it and check the size for our family of 5. I was not in the market for a new vehicle, but I mentioned it to my wife later that day as a viable option when she was ready to get out of the minivan. She was so intrigued that she mad me drive back to the dealer to look at it. After a quick test drive, she determined that she wanted it and we would be back on Sunday. We arrived on Sunday, and were greeted in the parking lot by Nader and Lance with a firm handshake and a smile. We were whisked inside, they looked at our trade and then we filled out the paperwork for financing. Not once were we pressured into anything or pushed to look at something else. They were very accommodating to our 3 kids. While the paperwork was being processed, they cleaned and gassed up the car, and helped us move items over from the old car. During that time we were told Dave the finance guy was ready for us. During Dave's portion, not once did I feel pressure to buy anything. He was speaking from experience and person opinions and made us feel very at ease with whatever our decision was. All in all, 3 hours in and out, no pushing, no stalking, no pressure about anything. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for any new or used cars. They can find you what your looking for in their vast Sheehy inventory, and will certainly treat you like family. it's a testament to Aaron and George's (the GM's) leadership as to why this place runs so smoothly. I arrived to the dealership already frustrated due to a dealership i was at an hour previously to this one. Car salesman have a reputation for being pushy which can be quite frustrating. This wasn't the case at all here. Lance Cote was my sales rep. Literally couldn't have asked for someone better to deal with. Extremely personable. I told him from the beginning that i didn't want any xxxxxxxx and to just keep things as honest as possible with me. I got exactly what i wanted. He told me how it was while being courteous to what it was i could work with. I thought i knew a lot about the type of car i was looking to buy (I had done my research quite well), yet, he still informed me on more. This is the fourth car that we have leased thru Infiniti of Chantilly. As always, service was excellent. This time, we wanted a very specific (and apparently very rare) model. They located it and the price was fantastic. Was able to do the deal with little hassle. Responses to questions always quick and easy to understand. I have referred many of my friends and neighbors who have had nothing but great experiences. George and Lance made this experience as easy as possible. Have worked with George many times. I had a 2008 G35X and was quite comfortable in my car but after meeting with James Timber Sr I couldnt resist leasing a 2015 Q50 Premium Sport vehicle. When i arrived he was working with another customers whom had walked in prior to my appointment (I was a little late). He greeted me and explained what happened and assured me that he would be with me shortly. I was quite impressed with how he was able to work with both customers and I not feel as if I was being neglected. The other customer and I both purchased vehicles and conversed about how exceptional he was. My battery in my cell phone lost its charge and they sales team ensured that I had a charge. Once i finalized my vehicle, George Khalil came in and spoke with me about my options and he made sure I understood the difference between financing and leasing. The team at Sheehy of Chantilly certainly made the purchase of my vehicle painless. I easily could have driven to Bethesda but since I had purchased my last car from Chantilly I wanted to see if the same service would be provided. I was certainly impressed. The final part of my day ended with Dave Barwinczak, in Finance, I did not feel rushed although it was the end of the day. He reviewed all of the documents with me to ensure that I understood what I was reading. After very little response to 10 days of advertising, we sold our older car the day before we were to head out on a vacation at the beach. Suddenly we needed wheels for the trip and planned to rent a car. However, my husband had had his eye on a used Infiniti EX35, and we had driven one a few weeks earlier at another dealer. On a whim my husband noticed a 2012 Infiniti EX35 Journey advertised online at the Sheehy dealer, and asked me to stop by and see if I liked it. Therefore, I dropped into the Sheehy dealer first thing and was greeted warmly by Lance Cote; I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the vehicle; and very quickly the deal was signed, sealed and delivered. I initiated an online request and had a return email within hours from James Timbers. He was very easy to work with and very knowledgable, but not overbearing or too aggressive. Total JOke...LIARS!! Worked with George Kahlil I believe..I was buying a used 200i9 BMW from him. I was trading in a 2007 M45. He looked over my Infiniti, and determined it had been repainted and been in an accident. With that being said, they quoted me a low number on my trade in. so low in fact that I deceided to just go sell it at CarMax because even they were giving me a hight quote So I was definitely interested in moving the car and purchasing the BMW. He ensured me that the BMW was in great shape..well..long story short..I ended up buying the BMW...I took it to CarMax not even 2 months later because I needed to kill some time one day to have it appraised. Low and behold..the BMW has been repainted and repaired on both sides! unbelieveable! liar...I called..and emailed George and the manager..and do you think I got a response back from those clowns??? NOPE!! I've thought about just dropping by to give them a piece of my mind...however...that wouldn't end well...trying to be calm these days...im in a good place in my life!

I don't understand how some people have rated this dealership as being five stars. Perhaps the dealer is having their friends and relatives write reviews here. However, if I could give this place negative stars, I would. I took my G35 in to replace the lost lug nut lock key. Sure enough, my service manager comes back to me and tells me that I have five stripped studs on my wheels, and it would cost me additional $250 dollars to get it replaced. Since I didn't come into the shop for this, I thought I would get a second opinion before spending whatever these clowns tell me.Just after getting the lug nut keys replaced, I went to get my car inspected at a nearby Exxon since it was that time of the year again. I told the mechanic there that Infiniti people said five stud on the wheels were stripped, and I would need to replace them. Exxon mechanic looked at the wheels, put a lug nut on every stud on all four wheels, and they all turned without so much as a hitch.So, what happened to five stripped studs that Infiniti told me needing replacement for $250??? Was he talking about the studs on the spare? Or perhaps just trying to rip off another customer? Talk about trying to rob someone blind. These people are not honest, they do not care about customer service, and they will rip you off on first chance they have.You know, it's illegal to steal things from people, or con them out of money. And Chantily Infiniti should be ashamed of themsevles for doing the same.

I visited the dealership on a Saturday a few weeks later since I didn't hear back from him and I was informed he was with another customer. I waited for approximately 20 minutes then left and also left a note for him to contact me. I am all about customer service and this was a horrible first impression when I was attempting to get their business. Ended up dealing with another dealership in Baltimore (Nationwide) which provided above and beyond customer service along with proactive followup with me throughout the entire process. I even had a pre approved loan from my credit union so I was a serious buyer but again, not sure why they didn't want (respect) my business. Their loss, not mine!

Just walk away from this place, worse dealership ever, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU COULD.I bought a BMW 750i, the tires had to be replaced because it had nails in two of them, they agreed to replace them and at the time of meeting wanted to put the worst quality tires in a car that costs more than $ 50,000, they only interested in making money, satisfaction customer and honesty has nothing to do with these people.

The experience that I had at the Chantilly Infiniti dealership was very good and should be recognized. Isaiah Townsend was a very good representative of Infiniti. His knowledge and experience lended to a very good business transaction. I would highly recommend that dealership--the credibility is amazing and I would recommend Isaiah. I went to Infiniti to trade in my old Infiniti I30 and look at the G series of vehicles. My intentions were to buy a car on this day, not necessarily through this dealership, but i was recommended to start here from family members. Our sales consultant went above and beyond with his level of service. He was very friendly and helpful without being overly pushy. I went into Infiniti of Chantilly which is less than one mile away from my house, on one of my very unreliable cars, a 1997 Jaguar XK convertible. I was greeted at a beautiful new lobby by an attractive and very nice lady who directed me to a sales guy; Jason. He walked me through the features of the G37 and took me out for a test drive. He was very attentive, patient and overall a nice guy to deal with, too bad half of the answers to my questions were wrong which ended up being a big problem down the road. Then it came down to evaluating my trade in, blue book value was 4k in fair condition and almost 5 in good condition, I got offered 3k. Harri told me that it was difficult to market such a car, I told him that I also wanted to get rid of my 2004 Porsche Cayenne, he told me that the latter was a better choice since he could sell this car on his lot. I was looking to either lease a new G37x or buy a used 2009, They had 10 or so 2009 cars in the lot but all priced 20% or so over what the blue book MSRP yielded. After going back and forward and repeatedly being told that they would give me a great deal but not giving me any actual discounts we agreed that I would come back with the Porsche.A week later (day after the storm and 2 days before the month was up) I came back on the Porsche and a print out of comparable listings off of cars.com of similar G37x, all certified pre-owned and with similar mileage and features to what I wanted. I also brought a print out of the Kelly blue book report of the trade in of my Porsche. This time I am talking to George while Harri evaluates my trade in. George was this slick patronizing yet nice guy, he pretended to look up on his computer the listings I brought and he told me he could not find them. While browsing on cars.com I could see that he bypassed literally dozens of listings with the certified pre-owned logo for the price range I was looking for but he would not open any of those and kept browsing really fast. Meanwhile some other customer is attracting his attention, some other sales guy is pinging him. Although I was a willing customer, with my car title and check book in hand and a credit score of 800 I clearly became second class citizen. They would not even accompany me to the parking lot to see the cars, they would just toss me the keys.My Porsche was in overall great shape. According to Kelly blue book, my Porsche in fair condition was worth $ 13,700 and in good condition $16,200; Harri offered $11K and once again gave me the story of how hard those cars are to sell, now I am understandably VERY skeptical. Now he would possibly up the Jaguar from 3 to 4K (why couldnt you tell me this last week?).George comes back and this time he does open a listing, not for a G37x but for a Porsche Cayenne for $16,200, it was an older and different model than mine (mine is an S with 8 cyl engine and the one he pulled was a 6 cyl engine) with much higher mileage and he told me how unreasonable I was for wanting $16 (blue book trade in).Then I turn to their cars, why are they 10 -20% over MSRP? They tell me that these are killer deals, then Harri tells me he would cut me a deal I could not possibly refuse on a particular car. Before walking to the lot to see it, while he searches for the keys, I look up the blue book MSRP and the price Harri gave me was only $50 over MSRP, not bad! (so I thought). I get in the car and the smell hits me like a freight train, this car belonged to a heavy smoker and somebody at the dealership had the great idea of masking the smell with heavy deodorants. Frustrated and in indignation I get out of the car and then I see a window sticker on it for a price a few bucks lower than what harri told me.At this point, I found out that despite what Jason had told me on my first visit, my phone would not connect to the car, that only a 2010 model would.I tried so hard to work out a deal with these guys (because they are almost walking distance from my house), unfortunately they would not sell you a car unless is $2K - $4K over market or MSRP and they would not take a trade for the lowest possible trade in Kelly Blue book value.I walk out with my car title and check book in hand and George is unfaced, Harri was a bit frustrated but stayed nice, calm and attentive throughout the entire process ( I can tell he is a good guy, it is the dealership which is a problem)Next day I walk into Tysons Corner Infinity, they had 5 or 6 cars at market price and a special deal on a lease (From $329 down to $269), trade in for the Jaguar? Right at blue book value. In less than 10 minutes I have my choice between a great lease deal or 4 cars within the price range, mileage and features I was asking Chantilly for.I am now the proud leasee of a brand new G37x off of Tysons Corner Infiniti, just could not work with the folks at Chantilly, now for service I will pass by the Chantilly dealership on my way to Tysons Corner.

I've taken my vehicle into this service dept two times with the same outcome. It seems that the customers issues are second to charging for what should be warranty work. What was supposedly fixed on the first visit. Never was, then on the 2nd visit I was told that it's not a warranty issue. And then was told work was done on this car at Alexandria. Which is NOW over due to 12k miles. Had the service dept bothered to mention about this in the history of the vehicle. I would have have been able to get it fixed under warranty for work. Convieniently now I can be charged for work. Bottom line. With the service record of the vehicle at their finger tips, it could have been easily mentioned that this issue was observed previously. It was not mentioned, until it was too late.This is my first Infiniti. Might be my last. Always reciever better service from Audi/BMW

When I leased my FX35 from this dealership, I paid a premium over the offers I had from other Infiniti dealers in the area just because of the benefits of their 500 Club. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and the inefficiency of the staff that I came in contact with.On my very first service appointment, I had been put down as willing to wait while service was being performed when I had mentioned that I wanted a loaner while making the appointment. When this came to light, I was told (twice) that a loaner was being arranged. This never materialized and after about an hour, I was told that my car was ready. After I got the car, I noticed that it had not been vacuumed.I emailed Ken Smith (General Manager) and Jack Wynn (Parts & Service Director) about this but never heard back form them. Not even an acknowledgement!I guess once the sale is made, these people do not care about anything else. A big thumbs down to them. I am taking my business elsewhere.
