I recently purchased a QX80 SUV at Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis. My sales person Kalie Murphy was outstanding and I found every aspect of the dealership to professional and first class. I was not pressured in any way or rushed to make a decision, even though I went on four test drives before deciding on the QX80. Dennis Hunt is the best salesman I've ever had when buying a car. His demeanor is calm, pleasant and very humbling. I've know him for 8+ years and every time I see him he is the same today as he was when we first met. I bought my wife a car in July 2015, when I came in to get an oil change.... then I sold my 2006 QX56, and told Dennis I'll be back later in the year to buy a truck.. No pressure calls, no haggle and no sales pitch.. When I was ready I just told him let's go for a test drive and what I wanted in my deal and the rest is history.. I truely appreciate the car buying process at Sheehy Infiniti... I'll be back in a few years :-)

The trade-in of my 2013 G37 for a new 2016 Q50 this weekend was the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis and Dennis Hunt. There's a reason I keep coming back (and the cars are only a piece of it). Sheehy's customer service, attention to detail, and overall willingness to go out of their way to ensure my needs are met each and every time is unparalleled. This time around, I had arranged with Dennis to test drive the new Q60 Red Sport that had been delivered to the dealer the day prior in the hopes of comparing it to the Q50 Red Sport, and as always he did not disappoint. Suffice it to say, there is a 400hp beast of a sedan in my garage at the moment because Dennis, Chris, and the entire Sheehy team in Annapolis go above and beyond when it comes to their customers. For me, their professionalism and attentiveness will keep me coming back again and again! I cannot recommend this dealership, Dennis, Chris, and the entire sales enough! If you're in the market for a vehicle (new or used...I've bought both here), I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I'm a repeat customer, but this is the first time I'v'e worked with Dennis Hunt. I started the process over the phone, calling to talk about the process for turning in my lease and securing another Infiniti Q50 Hybrid. Dennis walked me through the process and invited me to come in at my convenience. Everything about the experience was top-notch. I knew what I wanted (though I did get a bit sidetracked by the gorgeous Q60 and the Q70. The dealership did not have the Q50 Hybrid AWD I wanted, so Dennis searched other stores on the east coast and found the perfect car in New York. I signed away my 2014 Q50, signed the lease paperwork for the 2016 (sight unseen!!!) and left the dealership with a loaner until my new car arrived. I've never bought or leased a car without seeing it first, but Dennis said hie had made sure the new car had everthing I wanted (and more!) so I confidently took him at his word. Picking up the new car was like Christmas! When I arrived a few days later, my baby was parked out front with balloons and a sign with my name! I felt special (as I always do at Sheehy Infiniti in Annapolis. I'm on my 5th Infiniti and I'll return for a 6th when the lease expires. Ask for Dennis Hunt -- he'll make the car search effortless and you will always be satisfied!!!

i recently purchased another Infiniti from Annapolis Sheehy. This is my third car from this dealership. First, i will say that I have been very pleased with Infiniti and the performance, so I am a repeat customer. recently, my Infiniti was totaled in an accident. i had to get a new car. When I called the dealership, Dennis took my call, was extremely helpful and provided me with information on value of my car to help with the insurance. When I went into the dealership Dennis and Greg were a great help. Greg ended up being my salesperson. What impressed me most is he listened to what I wanted and did not try to "sell me." the service was excellent. They even took the time to explore a certified preowned, as well as new. Financing was totally trouble free. I am sure I will be a repeat customer again. From start to finish, they made this a great buying experience.

My fiance and I were looking for an Infiniti QX80 for months. We finally found the color combination and all the options we were looking for at Sheehy Infiniti, VA. Since we live in Maryland, I called Sheehy Infiniti Annapolis, MD and spoke with salesman Greg Weschler. Greg contacted the VA store and had the vehicle transported to Sheehy Annapolis right away. The vehicle was inspected, clean and ready for test drive when we arrived. Greg was prompt with his responses for all my questions and requests, whether by phone, email or text message. Greg went out of his way to make sure my fiance and I were taken care of and satisfied. We traded two vehicles, my 2006 Infiniti M45 and my fiance's 2014 Ford Explorer with no hassles or arguments over price or value. Sheehy made, in my opinion, a fair offer for both vehicles and the selling price of the QX80 was reasonable. Finance manager Bing Chen was friendly and clear with his explanations for all the paperwork. Bada bing bada boom...we're driving home with our new purchase. We were in and out the door in no time and love our new (Certified Pre-Owned) Infiniti QX80. This is the third Infiniti I've purchased from three different dealerships and my experience at Sheehy Infiniti Annapolis was by far my best. Friendly, courteous sales department, clean showroom and facilities and service with a smile. What more could you ask for? We will definitely be going back to Sheehy to purchase our next Infiniti and would highly recommend salesman Greg Weschler to anyone looking to make their next vehicle purchase.

I wanted to move from my Infiniti Q50 into a Sports Utility Vehicle and Dennis Hunt was instrumental in making this transition easy and, well, comfortable. He went out of his way to explain everything in great detail while in his office, at the vehicle, and during a test drive. His knowledge of the QX60 was superb. He worked with me on my trade and got me a great deal on the SUV I wanted. He took note of my desires and found me the perfect vehicle. Right from the beginning, Greg was amazing, providing me with multiple options on new QX60's which met my requirements. He was open and honest and not manipulative. I am from out of state and inquired several other dealerships before coming across Sheehy. He gave me the best deal for the vehicle I was looking for. After searching all day through online posts for the Jeep that was right for me, I stumbled upon Sheehy selling "THE ONE." Right away I knew I was going to be leaving with it, and Dennis Hunt of Sheehy Infiniti Annapolis made the entire process, from overall inspecting the vehicle, to test drive, to my mass amounts of drool, to walking out the door with a new set of keys a very calming and relaxed process. The entire time I was there, I never felt uncomfortable with my decision. Do not buy a car from this place. Save yourself the trip and don't waste your time with a visit. Most importantly, avoid Damon Scott as a sales representative. He has poor customer service and is extremely unprofessional. He lacks knowledge about vehicles and hustles like he's selling cars on the corner instead of an elite dealership. They will lose tons of customers because of hiring poor salesmen like Damon. If you're hard working, you don't have time for this nonsense and ridiculous sales tactic. The place looks classy, but looks are deceiving.

Some car dealers have made great strides in recent years of losing the shady used car salesman image. Unfortunately this dealership is not one of them. we own an infiniti so we have had experience with them on the service side. The service is been uneven at best. We ended up with an irreputable and uninformed sales service writer who made up unneeded repairs. After one particularly bad experience we decide to quit taking our car there. Recently I saw a used car that I was interested in and despite my reservations with their service department decided to give their sales staff a try. It was bad! It was a typical old used car strategy - got to talk to my manager back-and-forth 10 times on a negotiation of trade value after an insanely low lowball initial offer. Had to do the old customer walking out routine a couple times to get anything done. Part of the deal with them for to fix the door dings on the car we were purchasing. We brought it in at a scheduled time but the guy who supposed to fix it wasn't there. He arrived 30 minutes late and did a piss poor job of actually fixing the car. Due to the unexpectedly delay due to the late arrival of the body shop employee we had to rush out without getting satisfactory resolution of the shortfall in the quality of repair. Subsequent calls and emails were ignored.Their totally inept finance department Forgot to ask us to sign several documents are necessary to close the loan. I said I'd be happy to sign the missing documents once they fix the doors as promised.. This led to a conversation with Chris Pender, a manager. who iwas nothing but confrontational and deceitful. He Promise that he would personally make sure that we were taking care of once the documents are signed, but then ignored every message I sent him.Needless to say we are done with both Sheehy Infiniti and Infiniti In general since they are our only local dealer.

Dennis L. Hunt was the sales person for my wife and I. He was very knowable about the Infiniti we were interested in purchasing. While there were none on the lot, we were shown the online inventory of Sheehy Infiniti M37s. We were offered the option of test driving a similar vehicle. At this point our experience had been very good. So we selected the M37 we liked and filled out the necessary papers. I explained that I had been preapproved with SECUMD and had a check that needed to be filled out and signed by Sheehy and me. This is when the experience went south. The financial person presented my wife and I with papers indicating we were applying for a loan from SECUMD. When I ask why, he started that he had access to SECUMDs system and this is the way it had to be done. We reluctantly singed the papers and purchased the vehicle. Later we spoke with the SECUMD loan officer and explained what happened with the preapproved check. We were surprised at this unethical practice. The Sheehy financial person will be compensate as if he secured a loan for us with SECUMD and the SECUMD will not. For this deceptive unethical way of doing business I can not trust Sheehy of Annapolis and will not recommend them to anyone.

This is our third time dealing with Denis Hunt. We must say that Dennis is the ultimate professional. Dennis ensured our vehicles were primed and ready to go once the deals were finalized. The prep work done before we went to the dealership proved to be very important and time saving. Dennis stayed at the dealership past closing time to ensure we understood the technology packages of our new vehicles. He guided us through the sign up process with the Infiniti Connection and the SXM audio system. Dennis answered all our questions and there were many. We especially appreciate the fact that Dennis came into the dealership on his day off to ensure we took advantage of Infiniti's savings which are expiring shortly. Went in to get a feel for the cars I was researching online for a few months, and came away with a car.Dennis, made the process as low stress as he could make it, though it took quite a while to get to the finish line. Make sure you allot plenty of time... it took about 6 hrs for me. I ended up getting a great Q50 Premium AWD. Even though the car was not at their lot, they ended up bringing it for me from Virginia. Before you commit, do your homework and come prepared... know your credit score and have a car loan pre-approved so you have some bargaining options... finance guy will try to make more off you every time. Here, finance was able to undercut my pre-approved loan buy 0.75%Would recommend this Dealer to friends.

I first went to Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis when it was located on Riva Road in 2008. The salesman did not seem interested in gaining my business and had me waiting a very long time. So, I purchased my Infiniti at another dealer. Since I lived very close to Annapolis I had my Infiniti serviced at Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis. I was a little skeptical because of my prior sales experience with their Sales Department but I quickly discovered that their Service Department is second to none. Jonathan took excellent care of my vehicle maintenance and Paul took over with exceptional service when Jonathan changed dealers. My business with Sheehy did not go beyond the Service Department so when it was time for me to buy another car I never entertained the idea of Sheehys Sales Department (solely based on the 2008 experience). I searched for several days and on May 26, 2016 I get an e-mail from Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis General Sales Manager Chris Prender wanting to buy my car. Quick summary: Began researching QX60s two weeks ago. Registered for the Vehicle Purchase Program through my company. The program directed me to several dealerships. Greg Shields reached out promptly from Sheehy Annapolis. Given my wife and my schedule we planned to purchase Memorial Day weekend. We reached out to Greg on a Saturday; he scheduled us to come in on Monday. Here's where the magic began.We arrive at 10am Monday with a rambunctious set of kids (5 and 7) in tow. Dennis Hunt graciously opened the door and helped get us set up in the very well-equipped and clean customer waiting area. I found out later that Dennis is a fraternity brother of mine (Omega Psi Phi); that made his politeness even more understandable :-)Greg came and greeted my family and me and got us started. He walked us methodically through each step of the process. Put us in an amazing 2016 QX60 and guided us on a comprehensive test drive. Every question was answered and he was very kind to my kids who asked the occasional random, off-beat questions that 5 and 7 year olds ask. We got back to the dealership, Greg built us the specific vehicle we were looking for, then we got down to brass tacks. The price discussion was stress free, direct, and honest. Greg offered us several options and took our financial considerations into serious regard. He got us to where we wanted to be in terms of price, financing, and monthly payment. We met with the Finance Manager at 12:30 and were on our way by 1:15. No muss, no fuss.Here are a few kickers:1. Every single person we came in contact with was genuinely polite and kind. I mean EVERYONE. The receptionist, the other sales consultants (everyone we ran across congratulated us and Ed was great and set the tone upon our first arriving), the sales manager (who was cooking out on the grill and prepared hot dogs and hamburgers for my family), the cashier (who let my kids munch on snacks in the customer waiting area and didn't mind that were all over the place). We did not encounter a single poor or fake attitude.2. The dealership is immaculate and is designed with the customer in mind. It was comfortable and offered complimentary refreshments that were awesome.3. Last but not least - Greg Shields was AMAZING. We will be customers of his as long as he is selling automobiles. As a first time car buyer, i walked through the front door with skepticism and doubt, especially after having visited a couple dealers previous to Sheehy Infiniti. But these guys really won me over. The facility itself is beautiful and is quite a pleasant place to spend time as a customer, and the employees are very hospitable. Everyone who helped me was extremely polite and personable, and they were more than willing to answer any questions I had. When you visit or call Sheehy, ask for Dennis Hunt. Dennis could not have been better to me, he treated me with respect and regarded me as a serious customer despite my age and lack of experience. He went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable and happy, and has even gone out of his way to follow up with me two weeks later.The only thing i would say is that Sheehy has no Haggle pricing which is not mentioned on all websites, so go expecting to pay what they ask. That being said, i can't complain about the pricing. i feel as though i got what i wanted for a reasonable price. All in all, my experience with Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis couldn't have been better. Five stars all day long.

I walked into Sheehy Lexus with pre-approved financing, and after inspecting the vehicle I wanted, we sat down to make the deal. Come to find out the Sheehy Lexus didn't work with my bank and Lexus financing would cost me more, so I got up to leave. Jason (Salesman) and Michele (Finance Manager), tried every angle with my bank to make the deal in a round about way, but my bank wasn't having it. I wasn't expecting to drive away with a cool Lexus RX 400h, but Sheehy Lexus decided to sell the Lexus to Sheehy Infiniti (next door) since they did deal with my bank. Josh Brown with Sheehy Infiniti worked with the guys at Sheehy Lexus so I'd walk away with my Lexus RX 400h regardless of who financed me. Great cooperation between both dealers and I'd recommend them both. Sheehy Infiniti made sure the vehicle was clean and ready to go once all the paperwork was finalized. Josh even delivered the next day to my fiancee since I couldn't drive it home the night I bought it due to work obligations.

We purchased our Infiniti though Wheels to Lease and Chris Prender at Sheehy. It has been 9 months and we have not received our license plates. Chris does not reply right away and then sends new temporary plates eventually. The car also came without a manual and a second key. The manual finally came after constant reminder a couple of months ago. Wheels to Lease sent somebody to make another key because Chris did not take care of it. I have never had a car purchase turn into such a nightmare. We paid for the DMV fees when we got the car and were told anything extra would be returned to us. WHERE IS OUR MONEY IF WE DON"T HAVE PLATES?

Sheehy Infiniti is a class dealership. I visited several times and each visit, there was no pressure to purchase at any time. I visited once with my wife back in 2014, to decide between different SUV Brands. Mr. Dennis Hunt was the sales person. Dennis explained in detail about the SUV we were looking at. He was very friendly and a true delight to share the experience with. Unfortunately, my wife went with another SUV Brand, BUT I knew I would be back to deal with Sheehy Infiniti and hopefully Dennis, once I was ready to purchase the vehicle of my choice. 1 1/2 years later, I returned to make a deal for a new car and guess who assisted me through the entire process....Mr. Dennis Hunt! Nothing could be farther from the truth. Whether it is new cars sales or the service department I have never been less than totally satisfied. I go specifically to Sheehy because of this. I want to thank Mr. Dennis Hunt for the professional service. I met Dennis at Sheehy Infiniti while I was having my QX56 serviced. I was in the lot looking at the new vehicles when Dennis and I began discussing the Q50. I told Dennis about my plans to purchase my wife a new Infiniti for our 30th wedding anniversary. I told him exactly the features, type/color "dream car" my wife wanted. About one year later, Mr Hunt called me and asked if I was ready to purchase the dream car for my wife. I was surprised that he remembered me. Not to mention the anniversary present for my wife. Mr. Hunt told me he had the car at the dealership waiting for my wife. From the beginning, I was very impressed with the reception I received when I got to the dealership. In the past and with other dealers, I have been asked to "bring my husband back" before someone would even talk to me about a car. Here, I was taken seriously the very the moment I arrived. I gave a description of what I was/ interested in and it was directly brought to me, no questions asked. There was no pressure to explore cars and options that I felt didn't fit my needs. This made a huge difference to me, especially since I was on a time crunch.Dennis Hunt was so very easy to work with. Honestly, I initially walked away to explore other options but was back at his desk within 24 hours. He was the reason I returned. We test drove a used car and were told to come two days later with our trade in (we lived about an hour drive away). I spent the whole day getting the trade in ready, and called to make sure it was still available, and it was. We drove all the way there (90minutes with the bad traffic), and somebody was just getting in to test drive the car we were going to buy as we pulled in (they hadn't even pulled out yet). Our salesmen told us to wait and asked for the keys to our trade in. We stood around about 30minutes, they took our trade-in away, drove it around the lot. Finally the salesmen comes out and says the other people just bought the car, and we were SOL. It would have been courteous to at least wait a few hours for us to arrive knowing we were coming to hold the car being we were driving from so far. We didn't really get an apology, and just left after wasting a bunch of time. Tread lightly people.

I had been looking for a slightly used red Q60 for a month or so and I finally found one online at Sheehy. I quickly called and made a great deal with Greg Shields. Yes, I bought the car, sight unseen. All the paperwork was done by mail and Greg made it easy. It was such a good deal that I had no problem spending money on a plane ticket to come get my car. They even picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealership. The car was beautiful just like Greg said and I LOVE this car! Overall, I had a great experience at Sheehy and Greg was a true professional - friendly, helpful, and fair. Great guy, too!

Went in to get my dads car serviced that he had bought from Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis about a year ago. I was looking to trade my car in for an SUV but couldn't find the right car or the right dealership. My dad kept saying to go look at Sheehy because he had a great experience when he went but I couldn't make it because it was so far from where I live. While we were waiting for his car to get serviced we were looking around between the Infinitis and the Lexus'. After not being able to find what I was looking for at the Lexus dealership I started to give up but as I was walking back to the Infiniti where the car was being serviced, I saw a used Lexus RX450h. It was love at first sight. Dennis Hunt came out to help us take a look at the car and test drive it. He was such a big help in the process. After we test drove it I knew that was the car for me so we went in and started doing paperwork. Everyone knows that the car buying process is very long but Dennis made it a great experience. He made sure we had a beverage while we waited, he even gave us sandwiches! He was just an overall amazing sales representative. He showed that he cared that we got the best price for the perfect car. He made a lasting impression on my family and I when he said he was "blessed. We were looking for a car for my college aged son. He told me he found some great deals on the internet. When I saw the Sheehy dealership on his list, I told him we should check them out. My wife purchased a Lexus from their other dealership a few years prior and we loved the service. The car he really wanted just happened to be at that dealership. When we arrived, the salseman Dennis Hunt greeted us immediately and took us around to check out the car. He then took us on a test drive. No pressure the entire time. he made myself and my son very comfortable. It has been our experience that some salesmen have either ignored us or become too pushy. The car we were checking out was a 2009 used model so there wasn't a huge $$$$ deal, but Dennis treated us like I'm sure he treats every customer. My son really liked the car but still wanted to check out another car at another lot. Dennis did not catch an attitude and told us he would be right there when we returned. We went to another dealership near by. The lot was a little shabby and the service was slower. They didn't even have the car on the lot anymore. They said it had been gone for a few weeks. My son had just pulled it up on their site on his phone. We went back to Dennis, worked out the deal and my son is happy. I fully recommend everyone to go to Sheehy in Annapolis and seek out Dennis.

I casually found myself in the dealership looking at at new 2015 Q50 during a break from a business meeting. I didn't have too much time, but I was interested in a test drive and to find a bit more information about the vehicle that I'd seen being driven around around town. I met both Dennis Hunt and Trent Covington. Trent went on the test drive with me and explained the technology features (truly amazing). We exchanged contact information and I explained to him that I was " just looking", we shook hands and I left. After looking at other dealerships and other vehicles, I made my way back to Sheehy Infinity of Annapolis. I saw Dennis and as I was trying to remind him who I was and that I had test driven a Q50 nearly a month ago, he spoke up and called me by name, and recalled the car that I had test drove (seriously?). He mentioned that they had recently received a shipment of Q50's, as he was pulling the inventory, he noticed that the same Malbec Q50 that I had driven was still in stock! Long story short, I got a deal that would blew the doors off the truecar.com pricing! After agreeing on pricing with Dennis, Jim Serone, the Sales Manager came in to congratulate me and asked if there were anything else that they could do?, Jokingly after noticing the great golf polos worn by the staff, I said, "sure, I'd love a golf shirt in an extra large". I'm here to tell you, not only did I get a great deal on a new car, I got a new golf shirt, as well as had the BEST EVER sales experience when purchasing a car!. So I am at the end of my lease, with a few months to go. The Dealership had been calling me to see about options a the end of my lease. I previously worked with Dennis. He was cool and pleasant. On this day, Dennis was available so I was passed to this guy named Phil. At the first handshake, I didn't even get a smile from him. We looked at different models, chit chatted, and later ran some numbers, cool. *Mind you, I was there because they were hounding me, not because I truly needed a new car. Long story short, all went well with Phil, until we could not come to an agreement on the price. He comes back in the office and says, "You've been jerkin me around the whole time, and making me jump through hoops. I've gotta family to feed to. Today is not the day for a deal." Seriously, you really came back to a potential sale (customer) and say they I'm jerkin you around. Good luck in sales Phil, guess I wont be back to Infiniti as long as your there! I could have corrected this issue while I was there but I had my son with me and it wasn't worth any more of my time. This guy seemed to take a business transaction personally!

I contacted the dealership about a car, and they sold the car and didn't even notify me knowing that my drive was coming from Richmond VA. That absolutely ignored both my texts and emails. When I talked to them on phone, the salesperson Christian claimed he "didn't see the emails or texts". That's just poor !

I've purchased a few cars and SUV's in my lifetime and it was always a hassle------until I met Dennis Hunt. He was the most personable, professional, and knowledgeable salesman I ever dealt with. He just made the car buying experience pleasurable which is something I'd come to "not expect". To say that it was refreshing, is an understatement. I'm very happy with everything about my G37 coupe; the car, the price, the experience. I've had to purchase a truck since I purchased the car. And although I felt I got a good deal, the "personal" touch was lacking. As soon as we inked the deal, all communication with the salesman ceased and I was the property of the service department. Not so with Dennis. He still keeps in touch and asks how I'm liking the car as well as sending a birthday e-mail to boot. When I'm ready for another Infiniti, I'll be contacting Dennis if he hasn't contacted me first.

I had a great car buying experience at Sheehy Infiniti in Annapolis, MD. My salesman was Dennis Hunt and he was a pleasure to work with. This is the fourth time I purchased a car, my first time at Infiniti and by far the best car buying experience was at the Infiniti dealership. Dennis is knowledgeable on the technology, specs, and features of the cars. He showed me how to work the navigation, Bluetooth, play music from my phone, etc. He provided more information about the car than I could absorb. According to the carfax report, the 2012 used car I purchased has $600 positive equity! Also, I traded in a car and initially Sheehy wanted to give me $2000 less than what Carmax offered, I told them how much carmax offered and they nearly matched the trade-in value. Overall it was a great experience and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

From the moment we walked in on that snowy Saturday morning, we knew we were not wasting our time at an average car dealership. To call him a subject matter expert would be an understatement. After telling him about our family and what we believed our car needs were, he was able to provide perspective that was of great assistance in determining which model was really best for us. Because the snow was coming down in such unexpected volume when I purchased, Dennis and the sales manager insisted that I take a loaner vehicle home that evening. When I left my personal garage door opener in the loaner vehicle a couple of days later, after picking up my car, Dennis drove out of his way on his way home one evening to return my garage door opener. Dennis Hunt was low key, knowledgeable (which I found most dealer reps were not !, how hard is it to know your product ?)and directed us to a car I would have never considered that wound up being exactly what we wanted. I went to Sheeny for an oil change and wheel alignment. It was supposed to be a 2 hour max wait. Well as they have the past few times, they tried to get me to replace the brake fluid (replaced 18 months ago and still clean) replace the drive belt (only 25K miles old and in good condition) and replace the front brake pads (they were worn). All we had them do was the oil and alignment and it took over 3 hours (with the final hour in the car wash). They also put on the hard sell to do the additional work. They have done this several times and I have complained to the service manager who basically was very rude and could not care less. I am a VIP member and that is the only reason I take my car there for oil changes anymore. They are rude, hard sell unnecessary repairs, cant get the work done on time and in my opinion have lost their premium service I used to receive. I will not be purchasing from them in the future. They have soured my relationship and I don't trust them with my car. Additionally the alignment was done wrong and my front right tire is now wearing unevenly.

I made the 60 mile hike to Sheehy after having multiple dealers bait & switch with vehicles no longer in inventory, so firstly, I want to thank the inventory manager for keeping that up to date. Next I want to shout out to the website - definitely easier to navigate/select/anything than most any other, so kudos to the website provider as well! I came in with very limited time, I have less than 2 hours before I had a hard stop to make the 60 mile return trip to Montgomery County. Not only did Dennis get everything done start to finish with a few minutes to spare (including test drive, clean up, & delivery checklist), but did so more professionally, cordially, & friendlier than any other dealership experience I've had in the 27 years I've been buying cars. He sets the bar there, a consummate professional & you would be doing yourself a great disservice if you don't avail yourself the opportunity to work with him on your next purchase! Fairly straight forward process. Took about 3 hours from start to finish including test drives. I'd recommend doing your homework ahead of time if you are trading in a vehicle. Almost a $2,000 delta on what I was initially offered and what I ended up getting for my trade in. Facility was very nice! Free food and drinks!

Last week I bought a used car from Sheehy infiniti and everything went well. I drove the car home to find out to my surprise that this car has one key. Of course i informed the salesman about this issue and was informed that this is normal and it happen often that people buy their cars with one key! Although he did not mention to me at all that this car has one key during the buying process, except that the key is in the car and since it is keyless i did not notice while at their lot. otherwise, I will not buy a car with a single key knowing that losing it could hamper your move until you get a replacement. He is trying to contact the previous owner but in case that is not successful the salesman informed that if i need a second one i have to pay for it!! I do not want to judge on this yet but this dealership should have the courtesy to inform their customters of what typeof goods they are getting and not to be silent and hope that things will go by unoticed. Buying a car should not be a fishing experience and Sheehy should know better. I really hope the dealership can rectify this mishap and do the right thing soon because this experience is a non starter to continue doing business with them. Thank you

Just traded in my 2012 M37x on a 2014 QX60...This is the second time I have worked Chris Prender, and the first time with Dennis Hunt. I went in for a routine service on my G37X, when I ran into Dennis Hunt, whom I had bought my car from. After about a minute, we were wondering lot looking at the new Q50. Dennis Hunt sold me my G35x way back in 2010. It was a great and smooth experience. Fast forward 4 years and I am ready to upgrade my car and I decided to come back to Sheehy Infiniti and see Dennis about getting a 2013 G37 or 2014 Q50. Dennis Hunt was my salesman and he's been in the biz a long time. He knew this car like the back of his hand. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a fair deal. Of course we always want them to go lower, but this dealership is a 'no haggle' just like Carmax. I was not aware of that when I went into the process. It makes things so much easier. I got a pretty good deal on my trade in too, considering it was a 10 year old Honda with peeling paint, a door that didn't work and 154K miles.( I think he actually liked my old minivan). Chris the financial guy was great too. He made the money process quick and somewhat painless considering...I love my car and I would definitely recommend this dealership!

After negotiating with several of the local dealers in Northern Virginia and finding them to be less than straight forward I paid Sheehy a visit. The facility is gorgeous and my salesman Dennis Hunt was great. I've been to dealerships where they either overwhelm you with info about the car or want to get you to sign paperwork as soon as possible. Dennis took a few minutes to understand my needs and what I was trying to do. We then walked the lot to find several vehicles that would be in my price range. we quickly worked out a favorable deal (which coincidently was the best price I had seen to date). There were ZERO surprises back in the finance office. Yes the dealership offered other services but didn't push me into buying anything. Planning to go back when my wife's lease is up on her Honda.

My review is a little late; however, I had to post this review about Dennis Hunt. He is the most personable and knowledgeable sales person I have ever worked with. When he introduced himself, I was immediately at easeDennis and Chris Prender worked hard to get me a great loan at a great rate with a payment I could afford. The most impressive thing about Dennis is his follow through to ensure he retains a customer for life. I didn't have time the day I purchased the car to go over all the features, so, he told me I could come back and he would go over everything with me. I came on a Saturday morning, which is always busy,but,he took the time to sit with me in the car and go over all the features. He could have been helping a potential car buyer, but,he wanted to make sure I understood the M37 and I love my new car!!#if you are looking for a great dealership, great customer service and a great salesman in Dennis Hunt, you need to get over to Sheehy Infiniti!!100% first class customer service!!!

Lets start by saying Trent is the sales associate to talk to when visiting this dealership. HOWEVER, the finance manager is very rude to those customers he feels "does not qualify" to buy a car. He will fast talk and be very curt with you regarding financing options. Once you let him know you have other options and will take your money else where (which is what we did) he wants to be friendly and MAKE you feel like ohhhhh this is your car.... Sorry but at the rate they are going this guy will scare numerous amounts of GREAT customers off. Hate to break it to him... Sheehy Infiniti is not the only dealership in the DMV area with well maintained vehicles.

I was wondering if all these surveys done are paid by Mr, Joe as told to me personally by Joe himself. It happened that I bought a QX56 on 1st March. When I got this SUV, there was no headphones in the vehicle, When I inquired about the missing head phones .I was told by Christian Tapia that those will be sent over night. which unfortunately I have not received till day. I called several times and even sent email but got no response. Finally, a week ago, Christian called me and told me that he would send those in couple of days, I called in today to enquire about the head phones but to my utter surprise I was told by Joe that since I did a negative survey on cars.com. I would not get the head phones. he even went on to say that he could pay money to get good surveys done. I am surprised with the way a customer has been treated. I have never seen a Manager or an executive using the kind of language Joe used. I guess reading all the comments by other customer, I wish I would have gone to Mr. Hunt.

I bought a QX56 recently and I thought the customer service was great to start with but then after I had bought the truck, I was informed since the part shop was closed, the head phones to the theater pack were not available and that those will be sent over night to me. The next thing I notice when I came back home was that one of the wiper was broken. I called the person who was dealing with me Christian Tipia but got no response, Went to another dealer and paid$62 to get it fixed. Now a week later, there is a maintenance sign up. Trying to call the person again to ask if the service was done prior to the sale or not but till day no response. It's been 10 days I bought this SUV and still waiting for those Head Phones. The Financial service was too good.

My family and I were initially in the market for a preowned QX56 but could not find one that met our criteria. Dennis Hunt helped us to find a New QX80 that met our specific wants and needs. He helped to find what seemed at the time to be a very hard to come by SUV, and kept his promise by finding the QX that we wanted. Dennis went above and beyond throughout the whole buying process by keeping in touch but never making us feel rushed. When I took delivery of vehicle he spent time going over every single feature of the QX- which came in handy in the days following my purchase. I had an amazing experience working with Dennis Hunt at Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis on the evening of 3/10/14. I set an appointment prior and he greeted us with a very inspiring message about being blessed and favored - that certainly set a relaxed and comfortable tone :-). Dennis was ready - had my initial choice vehicle parked up front (M45S Sport) and ready for a test drive. He described the specs of the vehicle bumer to bumper and was very knowledgeable of the numerous models that Sheehy has to offer. I however also had my eye on another vehicle which was also sporty, clean, fully loaded and an overall better fit for me. We went on a test drive and I was practically sold. The car was "peppy" as Dennis decribed and ver easy to handle. The bells and whistles that the car included reassured me that I was at the right place working with the right guy. Dennis was very patient, detailed, professional and personable as we "zoomed around" while asking questions. I already knew I'd drive off the lot in my Cert Pre-Owned G37X, and indeed I did. After a great test drive, the final paperwork was handled by Finance Manager, Chris Pender. Chris was very professional, swift, knowledgeable and really worked with me in making sure my overall coverages and extended warranty was in place. The process worked out perfectly, no pressure, no paper tags, no MVA hassle, no stress, just professionalism with a personal touch at it's best! Even after I received my keys, the car was gassedand the tags were afixed...Dennis sat in my new ride with us and voluntarily helped me program the voice activated navigation (who does that when the lights are off in the building?!?!) as well as he escorted us (we followed him) on his way out down to Annapolis Towne Center. Once we arrived he shook our hands, thanked us for our business once again and drove away waving. I must say I'll never forget the experience with working with such wonderful people. I visited Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis on February 28, 2014 to service my previous vehicle. While there, I decided to take a look at their inventory. The M37X caught my eye. I met Dennis Hunt and Phil Lark to express my interest in the vehicle. Needless to say after the test drive I feel in love with the vehicle, but had some reservations about purchasing a new vehicle. I had an excellent experience at Sheehy Infinity of Annapolis during the entire process of purchasing my new 2014 QX60. Dennis Hunt was my sales contact and his knowledge and professionalism was abundantly obvious from the start. Dennis makes a point of treating his customers like good old friends. He takes pride in his customer service and will do everything within his power to give you a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I was very specific in what I wanted in my QX60 and Dennis managed to produce the vehicle that met my requirements even though it meant that he had to personally drive to PA to get it.....AND he delivered it to my home. Agreeing on a price for the new car and a trade in price for my 2008 Infinity G35X was a pleasure without the necessity of haggling. I believe I received a fair deal, as did Sheehy of Annapolis. A mutually satisfactory experience. The financial closing process was done by Chris Prender whose handling of paperwork is absolutely phenomenal. He knows every word on those voluminous pages and his efficiency in speeding us through the process was greatly appreciated. Chris is personable and funny and gives the customer as much or as little time as they require. My overall experience with Sheehy Infinity of Annapolis was the best it could be and I will have no hesitation going back there in a few years for my third Infinity. I should also mention that although I have driven nothing but Mercedes from 1980 to 2008 (and my husband still does), it is Infinity for me from now on.

I stoppped by to test drive a certified pre-owned G37 and had a great experience. Phil was very knowledgable and patient and explained the differences between the different options and vehicles available. We checked out several vehicles in person, double checked their online inventory, checked down the street for a particular car and then finally made a decision. After we picked one, he even brought it inside as it was getting dark out, so that I could inspect it throughly. After finishing the paperwork he took me through the the features of the vehicle, which took at while. Eventhough it was getting past 9:00, Phil was eager to make sure I understood everything. I enjoyed doing business with Sheehy because there was no hagling over price, they gave me a fair trade in, told me to bring the car back within 3 days if I didn't like it and were very professional. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Dennis Hunt for the second time in less than 24 months. My wife and I purchased an Infiniti G37X from him in October 2012 and had a great experience with him and the dealership. Our first impressions from Infiniti, Mr. Hunt and his associates ensured we would be repeat customers. This past weekend we purchased our second Infiniti, a 2014 Q50, from Mr. Hunt.
