We dealt with Kerry Harrell for a recent purchase of a 2006 used Ford F150. We don't typically enjoy the whole buying experience and dealing with sales people, but not only did he make the experience easy, he was a lot of fun to work with. He was very knowledgeable on the truck and if he didn't know all the answers he made sure he found the answer. Not only did he go the mile for us on this purchase, he also went above and beyond by helping my girlfriend with her explorer, which was not even purchased at any Sheehey dealership. Great service

My salesman was Brantley Slater and he was great. I was looking for a 2012 Expedition and he showed me the 2015's. I fell in love with that body style more after he showed me the changes with the years. He made the buying experience very pleasant since I haven't bought a new car in 16 years. He wasn't pushy. He gathered the information from me of what I was looking for and matched me up with a car in my price range. He was a wonderful salesman and I would recommend him to anyone.

I Already had it set in my mind to buy a new van but didnt know where I would purchase it. I talked with my family which have bought from you guys before so I came to Ashland to see what i had to pick from. The experience I had at Sheehy Ford in Ashland, VA was better than any other I have ever had in my 50 years of owning/Buying cars. Great sales team! Antoine was our salesman and he was awesome. No pressure, he took info on what we were looking for and searched his inventory and texted a few cars that fit what we were looking for. The one we wanted was on another lot and he had it sent down. I just bought a new 2016 F150 V8 XLT from Sheehy Ford of Ashland. I love it! I was a difficult buyer. I test drove multiple trucks, stayed there all day, and ended up diving out in a 2016 F150 V6 2.7L XL. I was trying to save money, but soon realized that it was not the truck I wanted for the next 10 years. I went back the next day to upgrade to the 2016 F150 V8 XLT and I thought that the dealership was going to be upset with me. To my surprise they were extremely nice and took care of everything.My sales person, Robert Antoine Lovick, goes by Antoine, was so helpful during the buying process and afterwards. There were a couple of thing that had to be fixed to make the truck right for me and he took care of setting up the service and a loaner vehicle. Excellent service!Two other people that have been extremely courteous and helpful were Derrick Pendergrass, Director of Sales and Finance, and Vinnie Ingarra, Finance Manager. Derrick helped work up multiple quotes on different vehicles and Vinnie had to do all of the loan and purchasing documents twice since I returned the first vehicle.I am currently getting a spray-on bedliner from them and will return to them for all other service needs.Again, all of the people at Sheehy Ford of Ashland have been great, and I will request Antoine as my sales person in the future.

Bip, Bam, Bop!!

So, I'm just chilling in the parking lot with my wife looking at SUVs. Wasn't looking to buy anything that day, we were going to wait until October, but my wife had her eye on a Ford Edge and it was looking like i was doomed...Then, in EXPLODED, Kerry!! Like a golden eagle in all of it's glory!! That's the best way I can describe it. I have never met someone so happy to just be alive, much less sell me a vehicle. Working with Kerry was exhilarating to say the least. Coming from a sales background myself, I absolutely loved watching him do his thing. The man is GOOD, but part of what makes a great salesman is doing what KERRY did...Keeping the promises he made during the sale even after the sale was finalized. He even took my heckling and haggling(you know i had to try)like an absolute champ!! If you're looking to buy a car, don't waste your time with anyone else. Excellent Dealership

I purchased a used 2011 car 2 months ago, something happened to it which nobody knows, when I called sheehy told them I had to have it towed to a chev dealer they told me to bring it bk so they can figure out what is wrong w it, they took it to a chev dealer near them bc it was a chev. For 3 wks they couldn't figure out what is wrong w it so I called bk to sheehy talked to a GM, When he said customers come 1st he did what he said what he was going to do. I no longer have to deal w the stress w the chev no more, they worked w me walking out of there w a new 2017 ford. ...One very happy customer will work w them again....Evan in sales was great..GM Derrick was a god sin! Worst Experience Ever

I will start with the good. I am happy with the vehicle I purchased and the price was good for a high mileage 2005 F-150.Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a dealer. I initially emailed for information and price on the truck and was sent a link to the ad on the website, nothing new. I sent another email regarding price, no response from internet sales guy. Got an email from him a few days after I purchased my truck asking how my buying process was going...I did not respond.Went to dealer on Friday before Labor day, was there shortly after they opened, test drive, made deal no major issues. Sometime around 11:30 AM I finally got in with the finance guy and we did the paperwork. Around 12:30 my salesman, Maurice Shands, informed me they would not have time that day to wash and detail the truck and do some other minor body repair work. Was told to come back Monday, they could do it then. I asked Maurice, do I need an appointment? was told "you just made it with me." OK. Annoyed that I wasted my morning there I took truck home (again I really like the truck!). Was back there on Monday morning, Labor Day, when they opened. Was informed they could only detail it today, the body shop was closed due to the Holiday (angry face). I live in Midlothian, a 30 minute drive from the dealer. Was told I could bring it in any Thursday or Monday. Saying I would bring it in Thursday I left frustrated again. Wednesday, I emailed Maurice, to let him know that I could not bring it in on Thursday as my wife could not take me to work that day, I would bring it the following Monday. No response. I emailed again, to ask another question, no response. Sunday night I take it up and drop it of at the night drop with a list of what needs to be done. Around 10 on Monday I call to check on the status. Was told it would not be ready until five as I did not have an appointment (so Maurice did not let them know I was coming in), and btw in the process of getting to service I was disconnected. Around 3:30 I started calling to confirm it was going to be ready (hour long round trip, want to be sure). Nobody seemed to know what the status of the truck was, and I was disconnected or hung up on about 6 more times, no one could find Maurice, or maybe Moe was taking care of it...who knew, I kept getting transferred and hung up on. Finally got to Maurice's VM and left one. I think he called me shortly after that, as I was on they way at 4:40 or so, to tell me it would not be ready. They had done the body work only, no detailing and no cutting the second key. I needed my truck back, so I said do not worry about the detail, just cut the key and I will be there in 30 minutes. I arrive and sent my wife to go grab dinner for us as we had somewhere to be that was a 50 minute drive from the dealer. I go in, get sent over to Moe, who very non-apologetically tells me my car is not ready, they still have to cut and program the key and that would take an hour (really?!?!? an hour to cut a key and stick it in the ignition and turn it back and forth about 8 times, I quietly wondered to myself why they had not performed this extensive process during the other 8 hours they had my car). I told him I had to leave in 15 minutes. They did have the extra key to me and I was out of there in about 10 minutes. So 3 unanswered emails, 7 hangups, and 2 1-hour long round trips I left with my dirty truck. They asked if I would be bringing the truck back for detailing, I will NEVER set foot in this dealership again.

Have bought cars here for over 25 years

Came in looking for a car for our daughter and Travis showed us several cars and we ended up purchasing a used focus for her. Travis went to great lengths to make us feel comfortable (it was 100 degrees) and meet all our needs. My husbands family have purchased cars from Sheehy since my husband was a child and we continue the tradition. While we are sad our long times salesman retired, he did a great job training Travis. The financing was competitive and done quickly and effectively. I give Travis and John 5 stars!

Long Distance Deal!

I searched online for a Loaded Fusion Energi Titanium and found one at Sheehy Ford. They beat comparable cars advertised price by thousands. I planned to come down from NY and bring it home, but instead I received excellent communication, photos, and videos from Kevin Doherty. I am a "car guy" and never before have I considered buying a car I couldn't see in front of me, but I did and, with Kevin, I would again. He and Kathy went above and beyond by delivering the car to me at a very fair cost. I didn't lose time from work or family. I will certainly look Kevin up next time I'm shopping for a car!

Kevin Doherty was awesome, took the time to explain all the features and how to use them before our test drive, stayed an hour past closing while we met with finance manager to sign papers. We live in Manassas (about two hours away) and Kevin arranged to have our new car delivered to us by one of their drivers. They had kept the car to fix a couple things and install the Resistall treatment.

These guys were amazing!!!! Long story short a year ago I got a bogus deal from a used car dealership because of poor credit. After a year of making on time payments and going to the guys at Sheehy Ford Ashland to help me out, they pulled out all of the stops and didn't treat me as just a number. 20 year old college student purchases his first car

I visited Sheehy Ford with my parents in June to purchase a used car to have at college. Kerry Harrell greeted us and began to search for cars in our price range. We could not find a car that I liked on our initial visit but we gave Kerry our contact info and a list of cars I was interested in. I have been a FORD customer for many years. Yesterday, I went to the Sheehy dealership in Ashland, Va. My salesman Darrell McKinney met me immediately, showed me all the available inventory taking note of what I did & did not want and found me the perfect 2017 Escape Titanium. Purchase of SUV

This is the second time I've bought a vehicle from Sheehy Ford in Ashland, the first a 2014 Ford Focus ST and most recently a Ford Escape Titanium. Both times purchases were done with Darrick Randall. Darrick is laid back, nice and easy but he does know his cars and after some back and forth we finally came to an agreement and I drove away with a beautiful new SUV. Buying our new car at Sheehy of Ashland was the easiest and fastest new car sale that my wife and I have experienced. Our sales person was Kevin Doherty, I had several phone conversations with him to make sure this car was exactly what we were looking for and what we could expect on our trade in before we made the trip from Harford County, Maryland which was 4 hours away to purchase our new vehicle. Kevin went over and above to make sure this deal went as easy as possible for us being we were traveling more than 140 miles to get to the dealership. I told him we would make the trip last Wednesday, he told me he was off that day but would change his plans with his kids to meet us at lunchtime to help us with the deal. We arrived and met Kevin, he showed us the car, put our car in for the trade allowance, we test drove the new car, we returned and agreed on the deal and started paperwork. Kevin had us filling out paperwork while finance started their paperwork and within minutes we were signing finance paperwork with Amy in finance. Kevin put temporary tags on the vehicle while we were signing finance paperwork, we were done and on our way. This was truly the best car buying experience that we have experienced and trust me, we are both retired and have purchased a lot of vehicles in our time. No hassle everything

Searching for a vehicle for my wife brought me to Sheehy Ford. I spoke with Jesse Melville via telephone to insure the vehicle I was interested in was still there. By the time I arrived, (approximately 10 minutes), Jesse already had the car out front ready to show me. I was interested in the vehicle after seeing it on CARGURUS.com. Jesse had already pulled the CARFAX and was knowledgeable about the car. The price was several thousand dollars less than KBB.com price. It was a few thousand dollars less than NADA.com. Jesse was knowledgeable about the finance process as well, explaining that my credit union (Connects) participated in the CUDL program. (Credit union direct lending). I had been preapproved at certain percentage, the actual final came in more than a percentage point lower. Vinnie took care of all the financial stuff, seamless process, would recommend to everyone. Excellent experience, New F150

This is the second new vehicle we've purchased from Antoine Lovick in two years. Personally, I don't like the process of buying a new car, all the anxiety of spending that much money makes my blood pressure rise. But Antoine is very laid back and all around nice guy. It made the stress of purchasing a new truck so much more enjoyable. And since it was our second time around, it was nice already know him. They found the exact truck I wanted and I had very specific wants since I intend to keep this truck for a long time. My wife and I bought a certified pre-owned 2013 Ford Focus SE from Kevin Doherty. Kevin treated us in a very friendly, courteous, and respectful manner. My wife and I had looked at two Ford Fusions, so Kevin got the keys. Service Department

My daughter bought her first vehicle at Sheehy in Ashland, a new 2014 Ford Focus. The sales person was wonderful however the service team is not helpful. She took the car in for service in February, the problem with her car is worst now. They say it needs new tires even though the tires that came on the car were 60k mile tires and the car has around 30k. She has tire rotation completed at service dept. Now it feels unsafe and they want $115 to tell her whats wrong with it again! My daughter and I have both called trying to reach a service advisor to help with the issue on the car. We have gotten the run around and transferred from one person to another. we are always told that Meghan the advisor will call us back but neither of us has received a return call. Im sure they are busy but someone could have enough consideration and call back when they say they will. I believe they have taken advantage of my daughters age and her trust!!

Tony Nowlin is one of the best salesmen I've run across and Sheehy Ford is awesome. I started shopping for a truck and after visiting a couple of dealerships I was ready to just keep driving mine. Nothing is more frustrating then a salesperson that knows nothing about the cars they are selling and only asks where you need your payments. I was a cash buyer and wanted the details of the trucks. The Way Car Buying Should Be

I purchased a 2016 F-150 from Brantley Slater at Sheehy Ford in February 2016. It was a special order and I must say, it was the smoothest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Brantley was always courteous and was responsive to my questions. We communicated via email and his personal cell phone number. When I picked the truck up, the paperwork processing was straightforward with no high-pressure pitches to purchase additional services. Brantley showed me the various features of the truck and paired my phone with the Sync system. Brantley also followed up with a phone call a couple of days later to see if I had any questions or was having any problems. Great sales experience

I bought my 2012 Fusion here and had a great experience then and excellent service since. So when my son was looking for his first car this was the first dealership we visited. Jarad Perkins met us outside and was very friendly from the get go. When the used car my son was interested in looking at was on a test drive Jarad showed us the used car area while he went to check on that car. My son looked at several cars but eventually found the car he would buy, a very clean 2012 Focus hatchback. Jarad was very helpful throughout the entire process. Call ahead and ask for him!

no hassle, pain free experience

I was in the market for a 2016 F-350 DRW truck. I met with Matt Kachmar at Sheehy in Ashland, VA and told him what I wanted but that I wasn't ready to buy that day, I was just starting to look and get an idea for what I was going to have to spend. He told me every thing I needed to know, and never pressured me at all. about 2 weeks went by and I did plenty of research to make sure I was going to get what I wanted, called Matt and told him to find the truck. The next day he had it transferred from another dealership and I was on my way. I couldn't be happier, Love my truck and would recommend Matt any day of the week. He is definitely a man of his word which is hard to come by these days.

We were shopping around for F150 XLT 4x4 Super Crew and found a 2015 at another dealer, thinking it was a good deal. We visited Sheehy to see what they had. Mr. Kerry Harrell showed us we could get a new 2016 with extra features that the 2015 did not have for less. Also minus the dings and less miles the 2015 had. Kerry was very knowledgeable I enjoyed his great sense of humor. He worked with us to get the truck of our dreams. Great guy, easy to work with. Quick and easy

Mr Kerry Harrell was us to every challenge we had in buying a new car. We arrived at the dealership before it opened on a Sunday. We were just looking at cars and he came out and said "we are not open yet, but how can I help you". He answered all of our questions and demonstrated a great knowledge of his product, this case 2015 Ford Escape. We did not have our trade in with us but he asked us questions about it and even got his sales manager to give us a good offer on an unseen trade in. We were impressed with his ability to get the deal done. I would recommend him and the dealership to everyone in the market for a Ford product or a good preowned car or truck.

Antoine is the one to go to...We had bought a couple vehicles from him in the past, so all I needed to do was call him, then emailed a list of what we were looking for & he went to work...throughout the search process we changed things up a couple times as to what we needed on our Expedition, & he would just roll with the changes...he finally came up with THE Expedition for us....called us to come check it out....greeted us at the door....took our keys for the trade.....handed us the keys for a test drive...we returned to the dealership.....came to an agreement on $$.....signed a couple papers....took our new vehicle home.....all within an hour & a half.....probably would have been quicker, but I had to give him grief over his Cowboys.....Call Antoine....he WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!!!!!! Came back 2 days later to have a remote starter installed....dropped off on my way to work....Antoine called me by lunch to let me know I could pick it up anytime....what service!!!!!
