Firstly right off the bat the salesman were fantastic and helpful and willing to work with me especially Danny and the used sales manager Cain. From start to finish it was a breath of fresh air. They were honest and didn't try to pull any "typical" sleezy sales tactics. They knew how to identify with me as a customer and accommodate my car buying expertise at every turn. Would recommend anyone to deal with these guys.

To my surprise Joe (awesome salesman) delivered my truck to the airport with a full tank of fuel and absolutely spotless. I manage a "customer service" organization for a living, it is always welcome to know there are businesses who still go above and beyond. I had the pleasure of dealing with Franco Contreras when I bought my new vehicle. Frank was very knowledgable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I was approved for the purchase of my vehicle in no time at all. The vehicle I traded in was worth just what I thought it was so there was no hassle there. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 4 hours and on my way back home. I was worried that I would miss my basketball game on TV but made it back in plenty of time. I will sure go back there if I ever need another vehicle. I hope Franco will still be there when I need another vehicle.

Andrew and Monica went by far to provide the best experience. This was my first car purchase and really didn't have in mind what I wanted. As I walked in the parking lot, I was greeted by Monica and listened to what I was looking for in a car, she quickly listened and pointed me to a 2016 Ford Focus. The color and style I wanted wasn't available so she quickly left to her office while Andrew was just showing up. I test drove a focus and I quickly liked it. As I went back to the office, Monica had researched and given me options. My brother and I were discussing about me wanting black rims and a remote starter and we discussed how later we would purchase them. I turn to talk to Monica and she had found a car with those qualities without me telling her to look for one. Andrew made the call and had the car delivered to Odessa. Honestly this is one of the best experiences I had, very lovely people and great people to talk to, very knowledgeable and very patient. Andrew was responsive and helpful through the entire process, even arranging delivery upon our arrival. We had a minor unexpected issue with the truck when we picked it up, but it was immediately addressed without question or issue through Andrew and the Sewell Chevrolet Dealership (even though we purchased the used GMC through the Ford dealership). We did not choose Sewell for service for our Lincoln, but were forced to due to our car breaking down near Odessa, TX. But we are so thankful for such fate! With a tight timeline due to us traveling from Arizona to Atlanta, the service was fantastic ... in fact the best I have ever experienced with a service dealer. Check the fine print. Many of the vehicles have an MSRP listed way below (10-15K) what the MSRP really is at least for all the F150's we were looking at. They apologize and blame internet/webpage issues but I am sure this is a ploy to get your attention. They didn't offer any better deal than anyone else would. Our local dealers laughed and said to please pick up a few for them at that price. If it was not for the fine print that their internet prices could have mistakes it would be strait up False Advertising.

I just purchased my second Ford F-150 .i dealt with salesman Bobby Schwarz. Bobby worked hard to find what I anted both times. He went through every detail to assure I understood every facet of the deal. Took a lot of time to explan the operation. I had 120,000 miles on my first truck. Sewell service was always excellent. When buying a new vehicle your salesman usually always gets a good rating. However, it should be noted that when buying a vehicle, potential customers should also evaluate the dealership service department. I learned the hard way, I live in Midland and bought a Ford 250 diesel from Rogers Ford. The salesman were great, sucked up to me all day long. I was generally happy with the sale. However, I made one critical mistake! I did not check out the service department. The Rogers Ford service department seems to be in a state of chaos with very little communication with the customers. I found the service department at Sewell Ford to be excellent and very customer orientated. Though I live in Midland, my next truck will be from Sewell Ford!

Buying a car can be most stressful, but with TEAM UTLEY (Brandon & Kara) you don't have to worry about a thing. I had been looking for a vehicle last year to replace my wife's Odyssey. Andrew & his wife, Monica, were very helpful and accommodating. I had been by to visit the dealership after work but the vehicle I wanted was already sold. The next day Andrew offered to bring another one to my workplace for me to test drive. I work almost 20 miles away from the dealership! If that's not customer service I don't know what is. Unfortunately we didn't buy from them this go around because the vehicle my wife chose to go with was another Odyssey. Fast forward a few months, my vehicle had been involved in a Hit & Run this past January. I had told Andrew back in November that I would call him when I was ready to buy a truck. He responded so promptly & was excited to find me the truck I was looking for. I gave him the list of requirements and within a few minutes he called me with the truck I was looking for. I was on a tight schedule the day we went to get the truck and he & Richard Fuentes made it almost effortless to get the paperwork done. The Bible & gift basket on the front seat were also a very nice touch. Sewell definitely practices what it preaches when it comes to customer service. Once again thank you Andrew & Richard for the easiest transaction I have had in a long time.

Was able to do most of the trade by phone without having to drive to the dealership. The guys there got me in and out reasonably fast without any hassle. For someone that needs to buy a car and doesn't have all day to do it, I would recommend Sewell Toyota. This dealer rater doesn't give me the option to select Toyota in the Vehicle brand column. The dealership is great but the dealer rater , not so much. Probably not a big deal but if I am asked to give a true evaluation of the dealership, I should at least be able to tell the truth about what kind of car I bought.

Shopping for and purchasing our 2016 Lincoln MKX Reserve was a very pleasant experience. Purchasing a car had become our least favorite thing to do because in the past we had experienced sales representatives who were overly aggressive while not knowing their product and seemed to care less if we bought from them, but the worst part was the long wait after deciding to purchase while they prepared the papers and the car. We have waited as long as five hours to finalize the paper work and then have to wait longer to have the car brought to the front. We are not the only ones who have experienced this tortuous wait. Our friends and family all talk about that being the worst part of buying a car. Juan Galindo, our sales representative at Sewell, listened to what we wanted. He was knowledgeable about every feature of the car. He was not pushy and he responded promptly to every email, text and phone call. There were many communications between us because we were trying to decide between the Lincoln and a car at another dealership. Juan and his team leader did not give up. They continued to try to reach a mutually satisfactory price. Finally after a period of more than a week, we finalized the deal by phone. When I arrived at the dealership a few minutes later, the papers were ready and so was the car. I was in and out in less than an hour. Thats what we call customer friendly service. We especially appreciated their patience with us! My thanks to Juan and all the Sewell Team members that participated in this transaction. Go Team Sewell! P.S. In 2007 we bought a Town Car from this dealer with the same good experience.. That's why we came back and will again.

I came in looking to trade my truck in and get something safe for my three year old son that would also be able to pull my RV. I found one that fit and asked to check on pricing and financing. I don't like to jump into things unless I have peace about it and I appreciate that they did not try to talk me into anything. They wanted me to be comfortable with the purchase. After purchasing the truck Graham and other staff really went above and beyond to give me peace of mind; he even helped me get another set of keys after a set had been misplaced. Staff here treated me like a person, not a dollar sign. I felt like they actually cared and I believe that they do.

Over the years I've bought several new cars, but my most recent experience has by far been the most pleasant. I not only got a great deal on my F250, but I got an added bonus of having met and dealt with an OUTSTANDING young man named Jake Pettit. Prior to Jake calling and having me go down to Sewell Ford, I had all but written this dealership off as to where I'd be buying my next vehicle. I'd searched online, and had gotten and email from two different individuals from Sewell to let me know they'd be calling me to offer a deal on an F250. They never called. I then got online at to "View Dealer Inventory" and Jake called me early the next morning. I met him at the dealership later in the week, and found him to be exceptionally pleasant and willing to find exactly what I wanted, and did his best to help get me a good deal. I'm as impressed with Jake as I am with my new truck! Whether he stays at Sewell or moves on elsewhere, even a different line of work, Jake Pettit will be successful with his positive, friendly, and just plain EXCELLENT attitude! This is our second trip to this service department in a 2 week time. The first trip was excellent with excellent communication. We had shocks, brakes, hubs, traction light issue, etc replaced. There was a strange metal grinding and the traction light came on yet again afterwards so we took it back. They've had the truck for a week and 2 days. I've talked to our service rep twice with no real answer. I finally called Emmanuel on Saturday(day 5). He guaranteed better communication and answers on Monday (day 7). Today, Wednesday (day 9) there's still been zero communication as to what's going on. Needless to say we will be picking the truck up and next time we intend to spend $3600+ in maintenance we will take it elsewhere.

Bought a new truck January 2014. Its now October 2014 and my 70K King Ranch is in for a "Check Engine Light". After 5 days the service advisor "Jesus" calls me and tells me that my repair wont be covered under warranty because there is diesel fuel in the DEF tank. $2600 they want me to pay to fix. This truck had 3800 miles on it when the light came on, 4200 when it went into get fixed. This truck stays in my garage, has had DEF topped off once before a 2000 mile trip. Jesus told me I put diesel fuel in the wrong tank, let me say I've been technician for 23 years, know what damage it will cause. I truly believe one of there lot guys who was supposed to top off everything before I took it home did this. I will never buy again from this dealership or use there service department. I guess ill just do my own repairs in my shop instead, and as stated in another review, this company doesn't care about one customer, with the surge in people in the Permian Basin they have plenty of other sheep to take advantage of.

I purchased a new F150 FX2 from Jason at Sewell recently. Jason was knowledgeable about the features of the truck and was able to educate me on things I did not know about the vehicle. During the test drive and conversations I had with Jason prior to the test drive, he did not approach me with the typical salesmen type questions regarding payment, trade in, etc... He waited until he knew that I was interested in the vehicle before we he even mentioned anything on the finance side of things. I was very pleased with the experience I had at Sewell and in particular dealing with Jason. When it came time to handle the financing part I worked with Christal Jordan. She was extremely helpful in helping me weigh the options of extended warranties and other features I could purchase to protect my new truck. I have been a customer of Sewell Ford 42 years and have always had excellent service until this last purchase two weeks ago. We ,grandson and myself, we're told ,by Jaime, that Bluetooth and window tint would be added to the truck. We are still waiting and Jamie has yet to call with an appointment date. I I have always had excellent service but next time I. Will deal with Terez or Brandon.. They are the most responsible sales reps .. I was trying to ensure another lifetime customer, but so far he is not impressed with the service.

Sewell Ford in Odessa, Tx was an amazing experience! Terez Lyons helped me get into a brand new car in just a day and a half! I would also include Joe, his manager, for helping me get approved and Arthur Montoya for helping me set up the perfect financing options and going through all the paperwork. I was skeptical to believe that they could get me, a single mom with not much credit, into a brand new 2014 Ford Focus with only 9mi on it! No that is not a typo it only had 9 miles! Everyone was so friendly and really helpful this was the best car buying experience ever. I recommend people to come here if you need to get into something they will help you. I just want to say thanks to Sewell Ford for saying yes giving me a chance when other dealerships said no or I needed a co-signer.

By far the worst dealership in the Permian Basin. I have bought several vehicles from here between personal and company trucks. At one time was a decent place to deal with. Now, horrible, rude sales tactics and will not stand by their sales. The service department and collision department is a joke. Their motto is if it doesn't have a warning light, it isn't broken. If you are involved in a wreck DO NOT take it toe sewell collision. They had my truck for 4 months because someone kept ordering wrong parts and people not showing up for work. Service is out the door, with the oil boom they have sacrificed quality over quantity. They could care less about taking care of the customer because they know their is someone right behind you that will buy the vehicle and they are the only show in town for ford warranty service. I could write a book about my bad experiences with Sewell. Too bad they are the only show in town. I have always been a die hard ford fan but because of this dealership, ford has lost a loyal customer!

Can't say enough about the customer service I received at Sewell. In this local economy boom, they sale so many vehicles they don't have to have any service or make deals but they do, and they key on it. From the time I walked in, I was treated like a real friend. I brought a comparable quote from a DFW dealership and they worked with me on price, even though they could have sold the car for full price a few days later. There was never any pressure to buy or add extended services. They were offered but never pushed. I was given a tour of the of various departments, meeting several employees along the way. They were all very kind and acted eager to help if needed. We happened to purchase on the busiest day of the year so far so it took some time to get through financing. Our salesman stayed with us the entire time, even after they closed, to keep us company. We had genuine conversation and were even offered dinner. I have never been a Ford person, never owned one, never wanted to own one, but this experience changed my mind and I can't wait to enjoy our new Explorer. If you ever need a vehicle I wouldn't hesitate to check them out. And talk to Terez Lyons. Best service I've had from anyone in any industry, not just sales!

My wife and I were planning to travel to Dallas, Texas to purchase a new 2014 Ford Focus. I heard the prices are always better in the big city. We live in Odessa, Texas about a 4 1/2 drive. I checked prices from Dallas, San Antonio, all the way down to Houston< Texas and then some for several weeks. I saw some ads showing one price but when I asked for an out the door price I could not get one from most dealerships. I did get a few. So, on Friday I decided to check with Sewell Ford in Odessa, Texas and see what they could do. I told them it was a cash deal and this is how much I was willing to spend. I was wanting a 2014 Ford Focus S with auto transmission, cruise control, CD player, and it had to be a light color and a light color interior. It ended up they had one but no cruise control. I told them that wouldn't do. They really tried hard to get what I wanted. After a while, They told me they could upgrade to an SE model which had all the features and colors we were wanting, but it would cost this much more. They made us a deal better than we could have found in all of the other places websites in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. We did get an out the door price and decided to buy from Sewell Ford in Odessa saving us from having to travel to Dallas and spending extra money on gas and a hotel room. Not to mention a lot more for the same model of car comparably equipped. Edgar Madrid, Andrew Peterson, and Joe did a very good job in handling our car buying experience. We don't buy new cars very often but when I do I will give Sewell Ford in Odessa, Texas my business and save my gas money and hotel expenses and travel time. I'm glad I stopped in Sewell Ford. It was a good car buying experience. Thanks guys. I really didn't want to go to Dallas if I didn't have to.
