From the moment we walked thru the doors, we were treated wonderful. Everyone was extremely nice and outgoing. Our salesman and all the salesmen were complete gentlemen, holding doors open for us. We loved this dealership and would highly recommend them to everyone

After talking to them and getting the finance they told me they sold the truck , and still trying to figure out who I was talking to , the supervisor told me he got the exact name and last name of the salesman, funny business place


The worst exrience

This is the worst experience in service and responsability, Ive been waiting for Cue System since August 24. Sewell just say that they have 2000 customer waiting in USA for the same part. In august said Two weeks, in septembre the next month, and 09/30 that they dont know when could I get the Cue System. Tomorrow, 10/7, Ill be there to tracking the part.

Cars.com requested a review of my online experience for more information from Sewell. I used the text message option and Kimberley replied promptly. There were several vehicles I was interested in and wanted to make sure they were available before I made the drive. Kimberley was polite and checked the stock numbers. Unfortunately all the vehicles listed on cars.com were unavailable and she provided what was available in comparison to what I wanted. Though I have purchased a new vehicle from another dealership I do feel that Kimberley was polite and ready to help if they would have had something close to what I wanted. When I am ready for another new vehicle I will give them a chance.

AWESOME CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WITH SCOTT JONES. HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE SHORTLY AFTER.SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I purchased a 2013 Certified ATS 3.6 Performance with 17k on Monday July 25, 2017. On Thursday July 27th i had a flat tire while driving. I brought my vehicle in on July 29 2017 for a loose driver door panel. Upon picking up my vehicle on 08/03/2016 my SEAT MEMORY BUTTONS WERE GONE. My vehicle was not washed becase they claimed my tires was low and couldn't go through the car wash. They replaced my door panel with a base model version which does not have seat memory options. Upon calling the dealership I was told they did not replace my door panel cover after I clearly see they did. Then I was rudely and loudly accused of smoking in a loaner vehicle and I owed them 100.00 for cleaning. This is not the type of service I expected from Sewell. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

From the moment I walked in to Sewell I was completely blown away by the customer service. Austin was the first to greet me and immediately made me feel comfortable in my decision to try and car shop while taking care of my brother with special needs. I was very honest with Austin in regards to how frustrated I've been with the service at Range Rover. Although I have loved driving the car, dealing with their service department is enough to make anyone want to get rid of it. We talked about the various Escalade packages and once I decided on one, I expressed my desire to take it home for the evening so that my husband could see it. I never dreamed they would be so accommodating after the kind of service I had been dealing with in my RR. My husband loved the car and we drove back the next morning to finalize the deal. Today is 2 weeks since owning my 2016 Escalade ESV and I couldn't be happier with our decision.

Scottie Jones was hands down the best salesman I have purchased from, in all my adult years of buying vehicles (48 y.o.). My finance officer was very pleasant and I appreciated her kind demeanor. I would also like to mention Scott Jones because he was considerate enough to pass me on to Scottie Jones due to being busy with another customer, which was greatly appreciated. The dealership is beautiful and posh, what one would expect from being at a Cadillac dealership but more. In the age of Wal-Mart style dealerships, I am glad Sewell is not following that model of building and salesmanship. I felt like my business was important to everyone that works there, I felt important, which now that I think about it, felt nice and made purchasing my vehicle a cherished experience. As I think back on it, I never felt like Scottie was the only person interested in providing a positive experience but everyone was on board with the Sewell way. Bravo. Job Se-WELL done. M.R.

2013 xts awd platinum suspension problem! Had in David Taylor several times , was NEVER fixed! I even had to call them to see how they were doing??? Finally took car to Sewell Houston. They called and gave update ever single day!! WOW! Bingo Fixed! Hats off to Matt and Ryan at Sewell!!

We had a wonderful stress free experience at Sewell Cadillac. Chris Smith was very professional and forth coming. Chris offered a very good upfront price and was still willing to negotiate to make the deal happen. We never once felt stressed by the process nor did he seem like a high pressured salesman. We had casual conversation throughout the process and he took our needs and concerns seriously. He located the vehicle that we wanted and held it for us while we went through the process. HE DID ALL OF THIS WITHOUT RUNNING OUR CREDIT OR WASTING OUR TIME. We were serious buyers and he took time to get to know us first before he tried to sale us a car. Great job Chris.

Even though I work in downtown Houston, and there's a more "convenient" dealer within walking distance of my office, I researched dealers based on reputation, and the Sewell name is associated with top-notch experiences. I know that Sewell has operation in Dallas, and I'm very pleased to see them in Houston now. Sewell Cadillac is beautiful and immaculate facility, and all of the employees whom I dealt with contributed to a very good experience.
