We went in to look at used automobiles and found something I've been wanting for a very long time. (not what I went to look at) The salesman was excellent and made everything go much quicker than other places we've purchased from. They were about to close but he stayed to help us not knowing if we would purchase or not. We did because of the dealership service we received. While visiting our daughter in Dallas, we decided to stop by and look at new vehicles. We had been shopping in our own state of New Mexico but, after stopping at this dealership, we knew this was the place. Not only was the service outstanding and staff friendly, there was NEVER any pressure or "pushy" salesman. It was actually a pleasure to purchase a car and walk away knowing we got an awesome deal. Even though we are miles away, we have the comfort of knowing we can just pick up the phone knowing the same excellent service will be provided :)

Recently leased a new SRX from Sewell and was very happy with service. Samantha McCawley was so pleasant and professional. It was such a drastic change from my last car buying experience. My husband, who is very big on customer service, said he will only buy from Sewell from now on!

I was going to purchase another Cadillac from Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine. I purchased my last one from them so I was going to do the same. Well I worked with the same salesman from my first purchase. The whole experience was sorry and they were unwilling to negotiate or even TRY to assist me with my purchase. In fact I felt as if I was a burden and the salesman, Darren couldn't wait to be gone with me.Well, I went to another dealership and purchased a 2014 vehicle. The other dealership was totally awesome and they appreciated me as a customer. Sewell - Grapevine KISS my GRITS!!!I may be a woman but I too have purchasing power!! It not just men you need to cater too!

I live in Houston - really disappointed with the lack of professionalism of Houston Cadillac Dealers. Contacted Rick (Internet Manager) and we did most over e-mail and by phone. We came to an agreement - He paid for my flight to Love Field - he picked me up - and I bought the vehicle and drove back to Houston yesterday. My vehicle was a Certified Pre Owned and very happy how the car was presented - even though I basically purchased it "sight unseen"....

I recently purchased a preowned from Sewell and have already recommended them to friends. Everything was fast and straight forward. Rick Burnham knew the product and was honest without any high pressure. The service department was helpful, everything was hassle free. I found myself standing, waiting for an issue to happen, only to see my car ready with the door open waiting for me. If there's one thing I would have liked, it would have been the chance to review some of the additional offers before signing. The Lojack, extended warranty, tire and wheel protection and a dent repair plan may have been something I would have purchased if given the time to review beforehand. Sewell will be the place I car shop from now on.

Within past 6 months, purchased 2 preowned vehicles from Sewell. My latest purchase was with intern Luke and sales associate Rick B. Treated professionally, no high pressure and completed the deal in less than 2 hours. Will have final update after I pick the car up (minor repair work being done). We are the proud owner of the New Cadillac ATS! This is our third Cadilac from Sewell and we have never been anything but impressed! It was a pleasure working with Sewell Sales Manager Lee Hall again. Lee did everything he could to get us the best deal. We would definitely recommend Lee to family and friends. Jeremy Scott our Sales Associate was wonderful and extremely helpful. Took us on a tour of their friendly and beautiful showrooms. Explained features on the car with details. Well be coming back to Sewell for our next purchase for sure!

I worked with David and he was very nice and helpful. He quickly responded to my emails and calls and we were able to put the deal together in 48 hours. I was very pleased with how clean the vehicle was. It was a 2003 Suburban with only one owner and pages and pages of maintenance records. I knew I would not get the best gas mileage, but I wanted something that I could pay off quickly. David knew my needs and helped me achieve my goals. He really went the extra mile when there was another SUV at a different Sewell location and he brought it over to his location so I could view them side by side. That extra service step, made all the difference!!! I would highly recommend this dealership and Kudos to David!!

I had been looking at new vehicles for a few months, so I'd been in a lot of dealerships. None of them compared to the experience I had when I entered Sewell. It was a genuine pleasure to meet Gabe Rios and Calvin Malik. They were as pleasant and unpretentious as anyone I might meet at a ball game. They let the cars sell themselves. I love my new car and highly recommend this dealership. Be sure to ask for Gabe or Calvin.

Normally visiting a car dealership is like visiting a dentist. You hate to go and it is a real pain. This team is just the opposite. They are courteous, helpful and efficient. I have been in there several times and they not only take care of the reason for my visit but also check everything else out. And not because they want to charge me more. It is a real pleasure to do business with them. I will have all my service done here and will continue to buy my cars from them. I trust them which is not a word typically associated with this industry.

The salesperson was very helpful in finding what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Everyone was extremely freindly and the buying experience very enjoyable.
