Walked in, and was unsure about what kind of a deal I might. Still owed a lot of money on my previous vehicle. Walked in, met with Matt. Very friendly, and low key. Not pushy at all. Got me a bery fair price for my trade in, and into a fully loaded Buick Encore, and all within my budget.I highly recommend you ask for him, at Serpentini.

Jayne and I went for a ride and picked up the 2017 Chevy book at the post office........She asked to go, so I called and they were open till 9pm.........I had an old car full of stuff but drove to Orrville anyways.....Eric Johnson welcomed me and asked what he could help me with.......he showed me what he had available....everything I could want.......We picked a beautiful blue Chevy Cruz LT ......And took it home that evening. Eric even helped me transfer my stuff from the old car.....some of it was heavy and he moved it with out my asking......At 70....he knew that I appreciated his help......coincidentally I drove home in a Blue Chevy Cruz LT..........the perfect car for a Giants Fan since 1963....Blue Giants color Victor Cruz famous Giant Receiver.....LT.......Lawrence Taylor....Famous Giants Linebacker........Wife picked the color.....I didn't try to make it the perfect Giants Fans car.....but I am grinning from ear to ear.

Brought my car in for repairs, mechanics stopped what they were doing to check out my car and gave me a good idea of what needed fixed. Decided it wasn't worth putting money into and started looking for vehicles. My salesman was knowledgeable and open to my thoughts. Very thorough and helped show me multiple cars. Even stayed 2 hours they closed to get the deal done that same day.

This experience with Serpentini's was not our first. We bought a Malibu from them in 2006. My husband and I were looking for a second vehicle and we looked on line on the Serpentini website. I found a vehicle I was interested in and we went that evening and spoke with Pat Kaiser. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I returned the next morning for a test drive and the dealership allowed me to take the 2013 Chevrolet Traverse to our mechanic to have it checked over. With the okay from him I returned and purchased the vehicle. Even though Pat was very busy he worked to get me out the door as quickly as possible while helping others as well. Pat did a great job and I appreciate his time with me. He helped to install the new floor mat that I ordered for the car too.

My experience with Serpentini was great. This place was very busy, and took the time to deal with me. In the end, I bought a 2016 Buick Encore. Pat got my monthly payment to which I was happy with. The tour of the store was interesting and informative. But, what was really a nice surprise, after Pat gave me a lesson on the Bluetooth, Onstar, lumbar, seat buttons, etc., I noticed that there was a full tank of gas in my Encore! Little things do mean a lot. Thanks!

We were looking for a car to replace a 2015 Terrain that had been totaled in an accident. We loved our previous Terrain so we set out try to find another one similar to the first one. We saw a Terrain on Autotrader.com at Serpentini Chevrolet almost identical to it. We spoke to Tyson on the phone and decided to make the trip to Orrville even though we live in Indiana as it seemed like just what we were looking for.Tyson was very personable and knowledgeable. There were a few questions that he did not have the answer as he had only been on the job for a short time but he knew exactly where to go to get the answer. Every person we dealt with during the car buying process was great. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. My experience with Serpentini was OUTSTANDING from the first call with Kathy Watson to my eventual purchase of my 2016 Malibu Hybrid with John Williams. The entire dealership helped to get me into a brand new vehicle....my credit is not that great but that didn't stop these guys. Their positive attitudes and graceful demeanor was very comforting. Although they did get me financed, I would have been satisfied and left on a positive note if financing wasn't an option for me. These guys worked hard for me and didn't pass me around from person to person....I worked with John the entire time to which was great as he and I got along famously. Recommending this dealer and sales team is super easy and have already done so. I am grateful to have been able to purchase a new car and even more grateful for the outstanding personalities at Serpentini Orville. I have read one or two reviews from folks that did not have the experience they had hoped for....I do feel for their situation and will add the folks I worked with (John, Steve, Jason) were very positive, very real, straight shooters, kind, compassionate and cared. From the time my wife called to inquire whether a vehicle was still on the lot before we made the trip (she spoke to Floyd and found him to be most helpful), throughout the initial discussions and test drive, and ending with the sales and price negotiation process, Floyd was fantastic and its clear the dealership supports their sales staff. Even the little touches of allowing our dog to come into the showroom, and someone unrelated to the sales process bringing her a bowl of water. This might all seem trite, but its one thing to talk about service to the customer, and another to walk the talk demonstrated through actions big and small. The overall experience was good, sales management provided good documentation for their position on pricing, and worked with Floyd and us to meet our objectives. Regardless of your location, if you find a vehicle at this dealership it will be worth it to pursue.

Was pleased with the staff I spoke to and they did seem to try to be as helpful as they could. Bought a used vehicle and overall am pleased with the vehicle except for a mild lower end tap that was heard prior to test drive with salesman present. Tap went away.. but with the ride home it came back and I continue to hear it as of this time. Zach Bauer was very pleasant to do business with and he showed a lot of charisma and care for me the customer. I would recommend Serpentini Orrville and Zach to anyone who would ask of a promising auto buying experience. Also I am hoping they will reach out regarding the tapping issue with the motor as that is really my only concern. Again they treated me well and I will recommend them to others.

Called to make sure they had a vehicle that I found on internet. Told them I was on my way and was a 2 hour drive for me. Car listed on auto trader and their website for 409995. About an hour into my trip they call and say their website has not been updated and the car was 46000 plus now. That was august price. Still hour later and car is listed at 40995. Not a good way to do business.

I walked around the lot peeking in a few Windows and I wasn't swarmed right away I was given the chance to window shop which was very nice. Then walks out Tyson who was very welcoming and we once again looked at the cars I was looking at and went over a few things about each. I test drove one liked it and tried to get approved for it but it didn't go through right away so we checked out the car I currently bought and let me tell you what the comforting and attention I was given by Tyson was spectacular, I actually felt a bond and connection with him. I hate shopping for a vehicle. When walking on a dealers lot I know what I'm looking for. Most sales guys want to sell you a vehicle. Sell you what they want you to buy. But not here. These guys were awesome. I showed Floyd what I wanted we took it for a test drive I loved it but I told Floyd I have to think about it. It was Saturday very close to closing time I told Floyd I will call you Monday. He shook my hand and that was that. On Monday I called Floyd told him let's do this but I couldn't get there until 3 Floyd took my info and when I got there Mark was ready for me Floyd had everything together and I was treated like a king. So thanks to both those guys I will only shop here.

I had identified the vehicle I wanted ahead of time, but I was uncertain as far as what they would give for my trade, and if they would work with me on the price. Floyd was very friendly, stress free, spent extra time showing me features on the car I did not know about. Felt like I had known him for years. I did not feel hassled or pressured in anyway. I was offered a decent trade price, but was able to work out a slightly better number to make sure both sides felt good about the deal. I also had my daughter with me, they were very friendly to her, and recognized I had a time limit. Thanks Floyd for your excellent customer service, you took great care of me and my daughter! We are very pleased with the vehicle, and will definitely keep Serpentini Chevy on our list for our next vehicle!*The only feedback was on how the interest rate was communicated, I was told I would get a great rate, but never really was told a number. I felt a little kept in the dark, I wasn't communicated what rate it was, until I was signing the papers. I understand it only works out to an extra $10-15 a month, but it might help to know up front that number.

We were quickly greeted by Matt Matjunas, who made us feel welcome and didn't put an all-out blitz of pressure on us. Awesome experience!!!I can't express how happy I am!!! We had looked into many places prior, until while listening to the Cavaliers play the finals we heard an ad multiple times for Serpentini of Orrville. After having many problems with my cars in the last year my husband decided,, since Cleveland finally won we should give them a shot maybe it's a good sign. He talked to Kathy Watson who is a lovely lady who understood our situation and gave us nothing but hope over the phone. When we got there on Saturday we had just missed her but was put in great hands. When we met John Conley he made us feel at home. I work with the public so I know all about sales and selling people but I didn't feel like I was being pushed or just a number. Yes they needed a sale but i felt like they were doing everything in their power to help ME not themselves. When you have not so good credit u expect the worst vehicle on the lot to be the one they sell you, not at serpentini when you walk in there they make you feel like that number almost doesn't matter and you CAN get that nice new car. My new motto is "Always Believe".. not only was it the Cavs shirt my husband was wearing when we went but it is exactly how they made me feel. Believing something good was going to happen got me in a 2016. Thank you Kathy Watson, John Conley, and Stephen Fusco for all the work you guys put in for us.

Pat Kaiser is the man to talk to at Serpentini in Orrville, Ohio if you are looking for a vehicle.My husband and I were looking to lease or purchase a Silverado. Of course we wanted to find the best deal so we were looking online and at the dealerships. We were very frustrated while at different dealerships because we could not get a simple question answered on the cost and what deals were available. We were told to check online, so we did, then online we the deals were not available until we sent our information to them. Then once we received a response, we were told someone else would have to get back with us with that information and to go visit the dealership. If was refreshing to meet Pat Kaiser. Pat was the only salesman that gave us the answers to our questions without the run around we experienced from the other dealerships. We realize the need for dealerships to get a potential customers information, but the reason my husband and I wanted to make the deal with Pat was because he treated us like he would like to be treated. We feel we got a good deal and are very happy with our new leased Silverado. We brought the truck in to add mud flaps and the service department took good care of us and completed this quickly. In the last year, 3 other family members have purchased or leased their vehicle from Serpentini in Orrville. That says a lot for this dealership and their sales team! After trying to buy a car from 4 other dealerships, I expected more of the same crap from this one. Well, I left with vehicle I wanted without disappointments. I worked with Jonathon Conley and he listened to my other car buying experiences. I was pretty blunt with him and I he didn't unravel at all. He showed patience and concern. I am a guy who doesn't want to take any prisoners when going to war with a car salesman. He was always composed and neither one of us bled too much from our minor wounds of battle. Kudos to this salesman. He got the job done. I drove an hour and 45 minutes to this dealership. Glad I did.

I went to serpentini after several bad experiences at other dealers I drove about a hour to get to the dealership. and I could not be happier with the outcome. Several other team members kept our 11 yr. old son entertained ( and probably secured his business when he turns 16) by letting him sit in and actually rev up a brand new Corvette! My daughter LOVES her MINI and even though she was slightly embarrassed to hit the "gong" when we closed the deal- she was talking about it as soon as we drive away! Contacted almost immediately with good follow-up. The sales representative did a great job of meeting my needs. However, be very, very careful about trade-in! My extensive research vs. their number were about $3500.00 off. My advice is to come to the table with print offs of everything and have your smartphone loaded with evidence! With that being said, I still walked away with a fairly good deal.

This is the 3rd time I've purchased a vehicle online out of state, never had a problem before. I bought a 2009 Dodge Ram for a great price, only to find out after I purchased it that there were thousands of dollars in repairs needed that were not disclosed. I'm in the process or arbitration because they refuse to pay to have my AC fixed. I bought a truck where they failed to tell me had poor alignment, AC didn't work, needed new tires, was not detailed at all, had a tire pressure sensor light on, needed a new drive alternator belt. They said they replaced or resurfaced the front rotors but I was told by a Dodge dealership as well as another mechanic shop this was not true. My truck needed about $2600 in repairs, but what made me most mad was they said the AC worked fine when the truck was shipped to me, but all of a sudden the AC doesn't work as soon as I get the vehicle. The truck also failed to come with a tire changing kit/accessories. I never complain because I'm too busy, but I have called and tried to work this out with the mgr countless times with no luck, so I'm taking the time to voice my great frustration with a company that has sold me a truck with $2600 in problems that were not disclosed fairly to me, otherwise I would have negotiated the price lower or bought another truck elsewhere. Yes they gave me a partial refund of $685, but I was still out over $2000 in repairs. They said they sent me a wheel jack kit and accessories but its been almost 3 months and it still hasn't arrived, and they sold me a truck where the AC didn't work out of the vents in the dash even when they said it did, the tire pressure light is still on, the Dodge dealership still says the rotors need to be re-finished or replaced, the gear shift doesn't light up when you put it in reverse, etc. If you sell a vehicle at a dealership, you should properly disclose to the buyer what works and doesn't work, I'm not asking for much. Either your company has mechanics that cut corners and speed thru evaluations, or your company is dishonest. Either way, I'm still waiting for your company to send me the wheel jack kit like you promised and a check for $670 to fix the AC

My contact person was Kathy Watson and she was very pleasant to speak with. She kept in-touch with me on vehicles that were in inventory and trades coming in for several days and if they were still available. When I arrived, I did not feel like I was being pushed into any deals or purchases as I was just there to test drive. Floyd took me on a test drive and explained the vehicle in depth. After talking about the truck when we got back, he asked if I would be interested in doing a purchase that night. I agreed to see if I would qualify into a good rate at a payment I could afford. I saw a used car online that I was interested in. The dealership is several hours away from where I live, and so I called with lots of questions about the vehicle before I made the trip. My husband convinced me to go to a dealership to look at a car. Right of the bat, we expressed our reason was to test drive a car and talk about the price. We had a set amount to use for a used car, and made an offer. Was disappointed on the fact that the price was only reduced by $150. I wanted to walk away but my husband kept me there and there was no budging with the price. We even said that we could write a check for the price we wanted. We left with no car. A couple days later we got a call back that the price was dropped a little more, still not in our price range. I didn't want to go back to the dealership but my husband once again talked me into getting the car. We went back to the dealership. We ended up paying more than we really wanted. While we were filling out paper work, we were told that the car was being detailed. Car not detailed only washed, antifreeze in washer fluid reservoir. My husband drained and cleaned it. Only one key with the car.

I have never had a better car buying experience before. I decided to try a local dealership, rather than another one, since I live here in Orrville. I bought a car for my son; he was able to witness a great buying experience because of John Williams. I had done my research and had already decided on the possibility of two cars. He lead me to the cars I asked to see and was kind and professional through the entire experience. I have never owned a Chevy before, but I have five children and four more will need cars. My wife and I were there for only two to three minutes before a sales person was with us. Matt was very friendly and out going. He bent over backwards to get us a vehicle that fit our needs. The facilities were clean and very convenient for people and the areas were well marked so that you could find your way around. I was riddled with poor experiences when searching for a used Suburban and came upon this dealership offering a Suburban. This is a rather long drive from my house but since we were in the almost nearby area on a flop vehicle showing we decided to stop by. The vehicle had not gone through it's service yet after being accepted in as a trade in however the salesman, Matt, explained this condition as we neared the dealership. There were some minor flaws/repairs and I told him that we had some other vehicles to look into first and left. A week later I contacted him about a second opinion from my wife and decided to take the long drive down. The vehicle cleaned up well and the minor problems had been addressed. We bought the vehicle and drove it home.

I worked with Matt Matjunas and he set a different experience for me at car dealers. He was not pushy and didn't try to force a sale. I stopped by over several lunch breaks and it was an easy experience all around. The only complaint is that they only had one finance guy around and about 4 sales happened on the same day which made my transaction take over 3 hours after coming to a deal on the car.

I started out dealing with matt I am about 2 hours from there dealer ship Matt and I had a few phone conversations about a couple trucks they had I told matt I was paying cash for a truck and wanted to stay close to 20 thousand for a truck. Matt said he had a few we could work with in that price range. So last Friday June 12TH I took the day off work to go to there dealership to see what kind of deal we could do so I called them when they Opened and they said matt was off on Fridays so I ask if they could call him since he is the one I have been talking to on the phone. They put Jason Foy on the line and wanted to know what I wanted Matt for and what I was trying to buy. So I explained to Jason Foy what Matt and I have been talking about and he told me not to come there and waste his time because he would not deal with me on what Matt and I talked about. He was an xxxxxxx and no one should buy anything from Jason Foy and the dealership should fire him for being an xxxxxxx to a customer I will never go there and would not recommend anyone to go there as long as Jason Foy is employed there
