I have never been treated so poorly. Excuse me for thinking you wanted my business, and that now that I bought a car from you you would want to keep my business. I would not recommend a single soul in this world to even step foot into your dealership. Especially since the price went UP at the end of the month from a price I had been previously provided. Then add not being able to have service done on a walk in basis. Just terrible.

I just stopped by for a test drive and was met by Tim who had sold me a car 8 years ago. The fact the he was still there reinforced my decision to go there. These days 8 years at a company are an eternity and it shows that they treat their employees well which is important to me. Low pressure sales and a decent offer for my trade closed the deal. I have never been treated such a disrespectful way in my life before. I talked over the phone with service manager Jim. He sounded nice and helpful. When I brought my car, I was treated very disrespectful by Dan. As I was trying to explain issues with my car, he started back talking to me with so rude and disrespectful attitude. I even told him that I've been to services before but never treated like that and he told me he has never seen a person like me and he came up close to my face by opening his eyes wide. I was in shock. He continued to talk in a very disrespectful manner that I ended up asking my car keys and left the service. The only thing I was thinking at that moment, how will I trust Mazda Sentry's car service, if they already not know how to communicate. So disappointing.

I like to trade in my car every few years so I've had plenty of experience with dealerships. Sentry West is low pressure and they offered me a fair value for my trade and a good price for the used vehicle I was buying. They don't push extended warranties, and the sales process is clear, low pressure, and well organized (they won't lose your documentation and you don't have to chase them down after the paperwork is signed).

I never been treated this way in my life but today I gone in for oil change service and got treated so rude by Dan. He was very condescending when I mentioned that the oil change price was expensive. He said to go somewhere else then. His manager Jim heard everything but did not step in to remediate the situation. They always tried to find something to charge me for. I don't mind to pay if they fixed the problem but I paid for the service anyway even though the problem was not fixed. I told them that was so disrespectful and I left.

We had such a great experience at Sentry West when buying our new Mazda CX-5. On our first visit, we told the salesperson upfront that we were still shopping around and hadn't settled on a make yet. He took us for a test drive, explained the key features of the car to us, and gave us his direct number if we had any questions. He didn't even take down our phone number, so there were no pushy follow-up calls to deal with! After we did a little more research and decided to go with the Mazda, we went for a second test drive and then negotiated a price. The process was quick and easy, and they had our car ready for us in a couple days, even though they had to get one from a different dealer that was the color and had the options we wanted. Highly recommend going here if you're looking to buy a car without any hassle.

Ok it sounds like an oxymoron but its not. There are nice salespeople out there who sell cars without the usual BS I got at so many other dealerships. Its amazing to me that in this day and age there are still so many slick and useless people selling cars. Kind of sad. My experience here was nothing like that. Just lots of vehicles to choose from, as much time as I needed to buy, would have liked a little more on my trade, but who wouldn't? Smiles all around. My only criticism would be is that they should have a tech person sit with the new buyer and go over all the features of the car, in the car But that's ok, something small in the grand scheme of the deal . Would do business here again , but hoping that I am all set for a long long time with car shopping.

Sentry West Lincoln & Mazda I just want to say THANK YOU for NOT budging on your price!!!!! I am a bit confused why you wouldn't offer anything but the price listed on the vehicle, but then drop the price the following day on Carguru and Auto Trader. Al (our sales person) we just want to say thanks for not fighting to make the deal happen!! I am not sure if it was you or the business manager but one offer and one offer only is an interesting sales strategy. Especially since it was dropped two more times before you sold it. Back to why I am thankful. We found a much better deal on the same vehicle at another dealer who really seemed to want to sell us the car. Folks when you are looking for a new vehicle and come across Sentry just remember the price you see is the only price you get !!!!

I went to Sentry West Mazda after having a disappointing experience earlier in the day at another Mazda dealer. As soon as I pulled into Sentry West's lot I knew the experience was going to be so much better. I was greeted by Al while browsing the Mazda 6's. He asked me what exactly I was looking for as they had a lot of cars on the lot. Thank goodness he did because I would have been lost in the maze of cars! I of course did my homework on the type and style of car I wanted however Al was able to go deeper and truly make sure I was looking at the right car for my needs. Al gave me a very detailed tour of their dealership and made sure I was comfortable with drinks and food before we started talking about numbers. Even the finance manager and Al's manager came over during the process and made sure they introduced themselves and made sure everything was OK. Within less than 2 hours I had purchased a brand new car. The entire experience at Sentry West Mazda was phenomenal. From sales to financing to service. I really want to point out Al. The day and time I scheduled to pick up my new car Al was not scheduled to be there. However he made sure he was there for me. He went over everything about my new car and also gave me an awesome car-warming gift. Thanks Al! It was truly a one of a kind experience as I have never purchased a car in such situations where I was not stressed and they did not try to screw me with my pants on. I was up front with them and they were with me. I will recommend Sentry West Mazda to everyone I know and even to people I do not know. AMAZING!!!

We have been using the service department at Sentry in Shrewsbury since 2006 when we bought a new car there. Dan Obara has worked with us and always resolved any issues with our car. The service is always done in a timely manner, and they check everything over for any possible problem. They do not try to over sell repair and yet keep my vehicle running properly and up-to-date on service that is required. The sales folks were great, but it is Dan that keeps me coming back!

We had a strange brake issue with our 1 year old Mazda. The estimated cost was about $400. The service manager called Mazda, who told him it was not a warranty issue. But Sentry covered the cost of the labor and rotors. We paid for the parts that normally wear ($90). We'll keep coming back.

I had a problem with my 2010 mercury Milan on Thursday and I called repair to see about an appointmen t for repairing a cutout problem. I was told to bring it in the next day and it would be taken care of. I brought it in at 8:30 and it was repaired by 10:15 and I was back on the road home! You can't get any better service than that! 1st scheduled service (7,500 miles) for my 2013 Lincoln MKZ but my 2nd trip there - 1st was for a recall and upgrade to computer system. The appointment was easily scheduled by phone, convenient to my schedule, the dealer opened on time and the servicing was completed ahead of the time indicated when I arrived there. Overall the service department staff are very courteous, explain exactly what is being done for the service visit, and their waiting area is pleasant enough with TV/coffee/Wi-Fi.

Having been a Lexus owner for 12 years I was at first hesitant to consider Mazda for my next car, but I was also sick of the overpriced product from Lexus. Having owned a CX-7 for 18 months I can say that it has been a great car, with few issues and on top of it the service department has been wonderful. I may miss the luxurious dealership but Sentry West has a fine showroom and waiting area and why pay for something you do not need? I want to specifically point out that Dan Obara, the service advisor has done a great job guiding me through the regular service visits and answering whatever questions I have. My only regret is not switching earlier. The quality of the Mazda product and the dealership has really impressed me.

My wife and I were recently on the way home on a Sunday afternoon and blew a tire. We really can't afford to be without our cars for too long because we both work, so I took a chance and just left it at the dealer hoping they could fix it the next day. Not only did they call me to go over all my options, but they fixed it early and also noticed my inspection sticker was due and went ahead and inspected it for me (I totally would have forgot about it). I picked the car up that night and we were back in business. It's always been a great experience with Sentry service.

My husband and I visited this dealership a little over a month ago with the intention of buying a new 2013 Mazdaspeed 3. We went inside and were greeted by a salesman who took us down to the lot. On the way down we asked if there were any current deals; he told us the Mazda3 had a 0% interest rate for qualified buyers. I asked what the qualifications were and his response was "Well you have to have pretty excellent credit..." I didn't care for his tone when he said that, almost as if he assumed we wouldn't meet that criteria, which is funny considering my credit score is 780. When we went down to look at the cars on the lot, he asked us a few questions about what we were looking for. We told him the car was to be for me (a woman) and that I wanted something that had power and speed and that I was interested in the Speed 3. His response to that was 'Oh, well that car has a lot of horsepower, definitely too much for most people'. Apparently despite being young and heavily tattooed, that fact that I am a woman puts me into the 'most people' category...whatever that means. We told him we wanted to have a seat in the car to see how it felt. He opened the drivers door, took a look at my 6'2" husband, pushed the drivers see all the way back and motioned for him to have a seat. At this point, it should have been very clear that the car was for me, but the salesman still obviously had it in his head that the car was meant for a man. I adjusted the seat and got in. I already knew I wanted the car, which should have been apparent based on the fact that I knew the specs better than the salesman. Did he offer a test drive? No. Never even mentioned it. We chatted lightly with him about the difference in price between MS3 with the tech package and without, talked about interest rates and what bank they finance through etc. Even after all of that, this man never invited us inside to talk, never asked if we wanted to drive the car, and never even gave us a business card. My husband and I are polite, well spoken people who were ready to buy a car that day and they completely lost our business. We left that day feeling confused and annoyed, but we are glad it happened the way it did because after we left, we went directly to a dealership in CT, test drove the car, struck a deal and purchased my new MS3 that day. I would NOT recommend this dealership, at least from a sales point of view. But thank you Sentry West for steering us toward a dealership we loved!

Dan in the Service Department is awesome. He knows who I am when I come in. He is always upbeat and wears a smile. I brought my CX7 in unexpectedly for service after white smoke was billowing out of the rear exhaust. I didn't know what was wrong, but Dan immediately identified the problem. My car had to stay at Sentry Mazda while he ordered the part. During that time, Dan was able to get me a rental car so my schedule wasn't affected. He set up the rental, paid for the rental. The only thing I had to do was pick it up. My car was fixed the next day and to top things off, the part and service were covered by the warranty. Way to go Dan!! Thank you for everything you did!!

Great customer service here. No bs, in and out in under one hour. Maybe going on a Weds at midday helped! Dealt directly with Rob, their GSM. Very easy to deal with and their only fee was a $299 doc charge. Hit the pricepoint I wanted from the get go. Good people here, Bill the business manager was A+ to deal with on a complicated title issue. I will say the parts dept was overpriced on accessories and they didn't stock what I wanted. Found what I wanted online for 25% less with free shipping. Sales: A+ & Parts: D-

Dan was an efficient representative as is Jim, the Manager. The good thing about the place is that they know Mazda and so it is not a pot shot in the dark as to what the problem is. Omar, the tech, quickly identified the issues and showed me the problem areas. They gave me a list of solutions and since I could not afford all, I chose the critical ones and a day later, the car was done. It was a no-nonsense, friendly and efficient service. But for the pricing and I understand that dealerships are always pricier (ouch!), I would never hesitate to repeat the experience, any given day.

For almost 3 months I had been looking to purchase a 2013 CX-5 without very much luck or enjoyment. I had gotten the run around by several other Mazda Dealers mostly about price, when I asked about the price they quoted MSRP. I sent Sentry West an Internet inquiry describing the vehicle I wanted and a description of the car I was going to trade (a 2001 RAV4 with 203K miles and a well "experienced" overall appearance). Mike quoted me a price for a CX-5 with the trim and options I wanted. He did explain that they didn't have an exact match in their inventory but he was able to find one at another dealer they regularly trade vehicles with. Mike and his boss Rob contacted the other dealer and made the trade. The price was excellent, much better than any of the other Mazda dealers that I had spoken with. Mike was straight forward and upfront about every aspect of the deal. Not once did I feel pressured to buy something that I didn't want because of the convenience that it was on the lot. I had currently bought a Mazda their a week later I had a problem with the radio. I bring it back so they can check it out and tell me they're gonna need the car for the day so they can fix it. I asked about a loaner car since this car is new and already an issue they tell me that I would have to pay 30 dollars for it. I told him the car is brand new and it's a manufacturer issue they should cover it. I left their so annoyed I decided to call Mazda myself and they had no problem fronting the bill for the loaner. Our experience with Sentry West Lincoln was very positive. The contact was initiated via an inquiry over the internet. There was timely follow-up and dialog about what we were looking for in a new car. No efforts were made to sell us on the lot inventory for a quick sale. We made appointments ahead of time and the cars we were interested in were prepped and ready for us to test drive. Although there was follow-up after our visits, the sales associate understood the process we were following to evaluate many different vehicles. The no pressure approach to the sale did influence our decision. In the end we took test drives at five separate times to compare ride with other vehicles. We did end up buying a car off the lot, but it had all the exact features we were specified, and it was newly delivered so there was no downside.We were already Lincoln owners but this was our first experience with Sentry West.

I am writing this to let you know of the bad experience I recently had with Sentry Auto Group in Shrewsbury:FIRST: Mike Kadis emailed me saying he had a new 2011 Mazda Miata with 0 miles & quoted me a price. I emailed him saying I was coming in. When I got there he said the car wasn't there but at a dealership in NH. Sentry never had the car in their possession nor did they physically see it. SECOND: I gave a $1,500 deposit that day (Friday, April 20, 2012)and was told that they would have the car at their dealership first thing Monday morning, April 23, ready for pick up Monday evening. They never picked it up.THIRD: Mike called me at 3:00 pm Monday and said he hadn't gone to pick it up yet and was going Tuesday morning & I said okay. Two hours later he called back saying he wanted to know if I still wanted it as he just found out that the car had over 500 miles on it. He said they just received the invoice from the other dealer (4 days later?). I said that wasn't acceptable as I was quoted 0 miles. I said that's not new...it's used whether a demo or salesman used it. He said he would speak with his boss. His boss called back just before closing Monday evening asking me if I still wanted it or not and wasn't very nice about it. I said not unless I was compensated in some way as this wasn't right. When he wouldn't I said I'd be in for my refund. I felt they weren't being honest with me from the very beginning. If they were upfront about it from the start, I may have still bought the car.

Great guys to work with. I saw a used car on their website and sent an email asking about the price. Scott called me back, gave me the price, and talked to me a little bit about my budget. Obviously there was a difference but Scott offered me to take a look at the car if that was going to help me decide if i wanted to reiterate my budget. There was never any pushing or constant calling. So i did go and then did a bit of online research. Turns out they were fairly priced. This dealer is superb. During the purchase process we were treated well and the price negotiations were consistent and fair. The sales person thoroughly explained our financing options as well. Our Mazda Tribute was extremely reliable only needing regular scheduled maintenance and normal brake replacement, tires, etc. At one point the vehicle was making an odd sound and a ride with a service technician correctly identified and repaired the minor problem. This was honestly the best Dealer that I have been to. I have been to many shopping and bought cars from two previous, but this was by far the best expereicne I have had ever. Steve was the first salesman I've met who did not pressure me to buy the way others have, and he did a lot more than I ever expected to help me get into the car I wanted. I originally was just looking and had been to previous dealers who kept trying to force me into cars I didn't like. All other dealers also never knew anything about the car I was test driving, I usually knew more than them from the research I had done, but Steve was so knowledgable about the car, and any questions I came up with that he couldn't answer (of which there were few he couldn't) he made sure to find the answer. And no matter how many times I called, I didn't once feel I was bothinering him, it was an absolutely amazing experience and I will keep him in mind for all purchases. To top it all off, no one I ran into was ever rude, all were nice and very welcoming. It was overall a very open dealership.

I have found a friendly face greeting me from my arrival through out the service along to the young lady at the cashier counter. The service advisors and manager have always explained any repairs needed along with giving a very detailed and competitive estimate for the repair. Another great plus is the availability of loaner vehicle during long lasting repair or a ride to work or home. I am a mother of two children and I do not know that much about cars. So, recently when I was traveling through Shrewsbury late one Friday afternoon and my van broke down with me and my two children in it, I was very scared. Luckily I happened to be near Sentry West and I walked over to them and told them what had happened. They helped me get the car over to their service bays, and assured me that the problem could be fixed by the next day. I do not live in the area, I am from New Hampshire, so this was great news. They diagnosed the problem quickly and were working on it non-stop until it was fixed. I really felt I could trust them, and after they had a conversation with my husband to fill him in on the problem, we felt that fixing it right there was the right thing to do. The kids and I spent the night in a hotel recommended by Jim and he even gave us a ride over there! (the kids thought it was a mini-vacation). The next morning he picked us up and brought us back to the dealership where the van was working perfectly. The bill was not as much as I thought it would be, especially since the work was done so fast. When I got home I had my regular mechanic look over the bill and the work that was done. He was very satisfied that everything was done the way it should've been. I want to thank Sentry west for making a trying ordeal such a pleasant experience, and reminding me that there are some very nice people in this world!

Have been coming here for 4+ years and always had great service both when I buy and in the service dept. They wash my car on every visit (I own a Mazda not a Lincoln but it seems everyone gets the luxury treatment - sometimes dealers with more than one brand give short shrift to one or the other but these guys seem to keep it well balanced, and if anything it is greatest common denominator instead of the other way around). The service manager often helps me himself but the other people who work here are equally helpful & friendly. The dealership itself is nice and new but I don't feel like I'm paying for a Taj Mahal - oil change usually comes to the high $30s but I use their rewards program so it probably nets about $5-6 less than that. I have not had anything major break (except for an accident where I got rear ended, about $5000 in damage, which their body shop fixed for me & you'd never know it was in an accident).The only real negative for me is that I live in Marlborough and work in Natick, so I have to drive about 8 miles out of my way to go there. I like the place, but not enough to make me want to move to Worcester so it'd be more convenient.I have been to lots of other dealers and none of them as consistently good as these guys. Very little turnover, at least with the folks I deal with, so maybe that's why.

I bought two factory remotes online for $50 and programmed them myself in 2min). You would expect that the vehicle would be "somewhat" clean when you take ownership of it - we had to request they wash/clean the interior. You would expect that they would provide the code for the keypad on the drivers door - they said they would charge us $25 for it. The F&I person was overly agressive trying to sell an extended warranty/fabric protection and would not take no for an answer - the GM actually came in and tried to sell it as well! Our "salesman" was maybe 20 years old and lacked any interpersonal skills. The oldest salesman looked to be no older than 25. The only reason we bought the vehicle from this dealership was the price. We will NOT use this dealership to service our vehicle. My advice - in today's environment CS is key to any relationship and this dealership has zero. Stay away if at all possible! If this is Ford's example of their luxury division it is no wonder they are in trouble.

I had a completely different experience. I did not buy my Lincoln at this dealership because it was not yet open when I bought it, but they were nonetheless terrific. I had a weird noise that I couldn't quite figure out where it was coming from, and they had the mechanic drive the car with me so he could see what it was. (I forget what it was but it was covered by warranty with no issues). They gave me a car to use while it was fixed and the price for the brake job that I needed was the same as Midas quoted me two months ago.... so fives all around for me. I will definitely buy from them when my lease is up.

got an oil leak fixed, they lost my first appointment, and told me i had an oil leak. well duh. then they 'fixed it'. still leaking returned to get it fixed again, this time they fixed it but broke my mirror off in the car wash and claimed it wasnt their fault and refused to repair it.also tried to get warranty work done and they refused after searching for an hour they found a scratch on the bumper i wanted repaired under warranty and claimed that its voided because i hit something. this place is a joke.
