I researched BMW, Audi, Infinity, Acura, and Mercedes Benz cars to replace my old Camry. The sales consultants at each site were helpful, but Sarah helped me make the best choice to suit my needs. There were no pressure sales tactics, just the right information to assist me in making an informed decision - a 2017 C43 AMG. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and responded promptly to my questions and correspondence. This is a significant purchase in my life, but I feel confident that I made the right decision based on her guidance. I would highly recommend Sears and Sarah to my friends.

I had an excellent experience working with Sarah Britney, Jennifer Parker and everyone at Sears. They provided plenty of time for me to consider this important purchase after the initial contact with them. This was an out of state sale, which required extra work on their part to handle the registration details. They had a "can do" and "want to" attitude from the get-go. I love the car and appreciate Sarah's on-going availability to provide what I wanted even after the sale was completed. Their approach was appropriately professional and sincerely personal. I never thought I'd use the word "trustworthy" to describe a car salesman, but Jared is just that. He took time to get to know what I was looking for, and got to know me. He had my little girl laughing and was very pleasant to all of us. He worked very hard to get the numbers where I wanted them, which wasn't easy, but he remained pleasant and professional during the whole process. Working out a deal to trade my vehicle for another while also agreeing on payment through email is usually pretty complicated. We were able to finalize everything in a few emails. William and Kathleen were very easy to work with and had all paperwork and car ready to go when I arrived. Justin was also very helpful with switching over plates. I live south of the twin cities and was looking to find a CPO Mercedes that had the features important to me. Because of the distance involved, I wanted to do the majority of my investigation via email. The Sears Imported Autos website connected me with a person in the early morning then arrange for a rep to contact me. That rep was Jared Kenny. He responded promptly, provided the information I requested and communicated with me as I wanted. After a week of investigating vehicles over email around the twin cities, I planned a meeting with Jared Kenny first thing on a Saturday morning, He provided updated information prior to our early am meeting and was there waiting for me as I walked in the door. The vehicle I test drove was my second choice, but the salesman at Feldmanns made the thought of giving them my business unpleasant. I gave Feldmanns one last chance while I was talking with Jared and they again let me down and gave me more reasons to work with Jared. I purchased my vehicle on the spot. I came in with financing prearranged and Sears worked to get me a better deal and they did. For my first interaction with Sears and Jared, they did nothing but deliver during the entire process and I'm very happy with my choice of vehicle and dealership. Thanks Sears Imported Auto's and thanks Jared Kenny.

You do not want to deal with a company that doesn't care about their clients. I would take Cory off your list for sales people at Sears. Others may be better - but as with any organization this role top down. Cory has a horrible attitude, treats people with disrespect and doesn't try to solve problems - maybe create them for himself. I would not purchase another vehicle from this organization and to be honest - its worth a drive to Feldman's or Maplewood MB to get great service and great sales staff that care about the people they work with for customers that demand excellence - which I would guess most people do that are shopping for a MB. Just my two cents.

Going into Sears I was slightly intimidated because being a younger less experienced adult puts me at risk of being taken advantage of, however William did a fantastic job of relating to my age and my needs. He also sent some photos, of areas that did show some minor wear. I have had nothing but the best experiences with this dealership time and time again! I recently leased a C300 and worked with Stacy in Sales and Jennifer in financing. They went above and beyond for me and really made the entire process easy and fun! I highly recommend you ask for them! One of the managers named Aaron stopped over to introduce himself and thank me, which I really appreciated! The service department is also always super helpful and friendly! I had a blinker bulb go out and they replaced it for no charge, on the spot and washed my car. ( Not to mention We had a snowstorm that morning, they were super busy and I came in without an appointment.) Five star service from the moment I put my foot in the door and the greeter at the desk asked me how she could help me with a smile, to the detail department that made my car look immaculate! It seems like every department communicates well with each other and bends over backwards for their customers, which is so appreciated! I cant say enough good things about this dealership! My lease was about to end on my current car so my wife, son and I decided we would go out start looking at potential cars to purchase. Our first stop was at local BMW dealer where we walked around, sat in quite a few cars and not one time did any of the employees at that dealership speak to us. We then headed over to Sears Imports to look at Certified Mercedes C 300 sedans. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a couple different employees. MJ Johnston welcomed us to the Sears and we told her we were "just looking". MJ Johnston said "feel free to look around and let me know if you want to go for a ride", she also asked what were looking for. After about five or ten minutes of looking at different cars and SUVs MJ Johnston offered us bottles of water and asked if we found what were were looking for and if we wanted to take a car for a drive? We said we wanted to take a look at a C-300... Within a few minutes we were driving a C-300 certified. MJ also had a few other models for us to drive. We thanked MJ for her time and went on to look at quite a few different cars that day and over the following week. I received a call from MJ about five days after our fist visit to Sears Imports and MJ told me the car we had driven sold but that she expected more cars in the rage and model we were looking for to be coming in soon! With in a week from that call we received another call from MJ that a couple cars came in that we may want to see and take a test drive. We took the car MJ told us about for a drive and then took a couple other cars out for a drive. MJ asked what we thought and reminded us of the promotion going on about extended warranty and first payment paid for by the dealership. My wife and looked at each other and asked how much would our payments be? MJ went and talked with the Finance Manager and within in a few minutes we had a price. We told MJ we would think on it. The next night we went and purchased our fist Mercedes from MJ Johnston. MJ made the entire sales experience easy and friendly. There was no "hard sell" from MJ and no knocking of competitor dealerships. During our search for our new car we went to five or six other dealerships and encountered many different "sales-techniques". MJ made our experience seem like a new "friendship" and "relationship", which in my opinion is a great sales strategy.Kudos to MJ Johnston and the entire staff at Sears Imports!!

I found my experience in buying a 2015 GL350 BTC to be only fair due to the "old school" negotiating on my trade in (2013 A7) where the used car manager gave me less than KBB blue book because of my "high mileage" of 48,000. Really? 16,000 miles a year?William, the sale person was fine, and was patient with me.The demo of my GL by Jules was done very well.I hope the service dept will be a good experience.

I would like to compliment the Service Department manager, Reid Willemsen. I purchased a pre-owed car in September. I had some work completed (a clear shield installation) and there was a blip in the service results. I checked in with Mr. Willemsen. He conferred that the process needed to be redone. He immediately took action, rescheduled the appointment, made sure I had a loaner car, and supervised the repair. The final results were spectacular and especially pleasing to me. The team went above and beyond my expectations in redoing the clear shield. In addition to fixing the hood, painting the old chipped spots, my door edges were also coated with the clear shield.While I do not like having something redone, I am impressed with the concern, the promptness, and the fastidious nature in which the correction was made. I am grateful to Mr. Willemsen for listening to me, and then efficiently and effectively restoring my automobile to perfection.It is one thing to be pleased with the purchase of the automobile, but it is just as important to me to be able to be happy with the service that follows that purchase.You have an excellent, efficient, caring leader in your Sears Imports service department.I wanted to share this with you.

He is an expert with the details and functioning of the auto and consistently shared the information that was new to me. We worked with John Drewitz for our purchase of a 2014 CPO E350 4matic sedan. This was our first Mercedes-Benz, and John's knowledgeable about the vehicles, features, and options was very helpful to us. John was courteous and professional throughout the entire process of selecting the best model, identifying an excellent CPO vehicle with the features we wanted, handling a trade, and completing the transaction. Jules Bacsa helped us through the vehicle delivery process by demonstrating the numerous E350 features and pointing us to online information resources. Especially for a first time Mercedes-Benz buyer, there is a significant amount to absorb. Even though I had downloaded and scanned through the E350 and technology owner manuals prior to the purchase, Jules' instruction was very valuable for us. I strongly recommend John, Jules, and the Sears team to anyone looking to lease or purchase a Mercedes-Benz.

For me an ideal dealership is not just a place to can purchase a car at an attractive price. While price is a good motivator a knowledgeable sales staff is even more important. My salesman, David Ruben, is not only knowledgeable he is an expert in his product and a sophisticated communicator. My experiences with the service department have been nothing but commendable. Josh Mills, service consultant, is cordial, informative, helpful, and most of all keeps me and all others well informed about the progress of the work being performed. Don Davidson, principal dealer, is to be commended for the fine dealership he and his general manager, Mike Roeder operate. Not only do the various departments put customer service at the forefront, the amenities in the lounge and boutique are first rate. Furthermore, all the public spaces are meticulously clean and attractive. For these reasons Sears Imported Autos is an ideal auto dealership. Don and his group have my undying appreciation and heartfelt recommendations.

Purchased vehicle on line JANUARY 30. Payment was executed promptly. THEN all the work fell to ME. Had to ensure lien transfer myself (to be fair, they offer the service at BUYERS expense) This took weeks of back and forth with the title, ins agent and DMV. As I sit here I am ARRANGING MY OWN transport, which the salesperson is unable to do despite self proclaimed profiency on the purchase date. Also not impressed with overall responsiveness of the business office. It seems like once they got the $$, any attempt to please the buyer ended. It is MARCH 7, and I am still not sure when I will take delivery I recommend against on line purchasing from this dealer.

If you are looking for a dealership that is focused on customer service...drive right passed Sears Automotive Imports. The sales process was ok but post sale WATCH OUT! The female sales rep was unhelpful after the transaction was complete and I would never shop here again as a result.Don't trust the finance department either. They sell with empty promises and without facts and documentation even when asked. I left messages on multiple occasions for Jennifer and four separate times she claimed her voicemail didn't work! The MB USA issued me a courtesy refund on a $1125 prepaid maintenance package that I can't use since my car was totaled. I had 2 unused services left and they valued this at $55.44 - no this is not a typo they made an exception since the documentation from insurance was supplied and issued a refund due to the situation and are giving me back fifty four dollars and 44 cents! I have never been more dissatisfied with any company than I am with Mercedes Benz and Sears Automotive Imports.

I purchased my 2010 C300 from Stacy about a year ago. The overall experience was awesome. I had never driven a Mercedes before and just stopped in to take a test drive. I was sold on the brand and especially the dealer on the spot!! Stacey said that she would be able to find me a car with almost any combination of options I wanted. I went home, did research and emailed her the next morning. She found me everything that I asked for (fully loaded), excellent condition, just like a brand new car. It ended up missing a connection for the Ipod and she ordered it and had it for me in a matter of days. I cant say enough about the experience of Sears Imports. Never feel second rated, because I "just" have a C class Mercedes. Whenever I come in for car washes, etc., they treat you with the utmost respect and friendliness. Would highly recommend Sears Imports all the way around!!

Sears have good reviews overall which helped my confidence. I have bought many cars over the years, and am a pretty direct kind of purchaser. Purchased Aston Martin, sight unseen, with help of Matt Mahoney at Sears. Matt was incredibly responsive to email and calls, and we concluded a deal in less than 10 minutes on a fair basis for both sides. Sears were quick on paperwork, car was precisely as described once I received it (in South Florida, after 2000 miles on covered transport from MN!). Matt followed up continuously, took detailed pictures prior to, and while, loading to ensure no possible disputes with transport company I used (Alpine Transport - very good!) and conducted this long-distance sale with great attention to details and integrity. Let me start off by saying I do not work for Sears imported autos. The day we looked at the cars, it was one of the coldest of the winter. We had to buy a car pretty quickly, as we were making a move to NJ. We worked with Dave Tobin. We have 2 children under the age of 2. The car was going to be for my wife, and needed 3 rows. We thought we were going to buy a Chevy Tahoe. We were wrong!! We showed up at Sears with car seat in hand. Dave had moved to the comfort of the indoors 3 cars for us. The Tahoe, Mercedes GL450, Land Rover LR3. He let us put the cars to the test. We quickly ruled out the LR3. The Tahoe was great, car seat in and out many times, great 3rd row of seating, done deal in my mind lets go. We drove the Mercedes to be polite, no way could we afford it even being used. My wife and I fell in love with the car right away, that's the one we wanted. The one we drove had a little higher mileage than we wanted. Keep in mind we are moving to NJ, and Dave knew this. Dave did some looking and could not find us a GL450 in our price range. He was great, gave us all the time we wanted and then some, he also had other buys at the dealership he was working with that afternoon. We left Sears without a car, and there was no pressure or hard feeling. BUT WAIT. 2 weeks later, Dave called me, asked if we were still in town, he had a great car for us. We were already set to meet a dealer from southern MN. with a GL450 that was perfect. We had one hour before the car was set to leave the other dealership. Dave said you must see this car. So off to Sears we went. He was right!!! Perfect in every way, spotless, low mileage and we got a great price!!! Still look at these cars online from time to time. We called off the other dealership and left with our new but slightly used Gl450. I cannot express all that Dave did for me and my family. New head phones and remote for dvd, and so on. For all Dave Tobin knew we were kicking tires and moving to NJ where we would buy the car. The entire staff at Sears made us feel welcome and that we mattered to them. Not sure we were there regular customer. Dave is a ROCK STAR. Oh ya, I almost forgot, I drove the car from MN to NJ not a single issue. Not sure my wife will get the car, or I will. I just leased my second vehicle from Sears. My first was a 2010 C300. The service and experience from Matt Mahoney was excellent with this first vehicle. I did not have any major issues with that car, but went in for regular service, each time I was well taken care of and given a Mercedes loaner. As my lease was nearing the end I was interested in some other manufacturer's vehicles so did research and checked around. I told Matt what I was looking for and he advised me to wait for the 2013 GLK350 as it was being updated and would be a perfect fit. I was glad I took his advice. I just took ownership this week and love the car. I highly recommend Mercedes vehicles, Sears Imported Autos and Matt Mahoney.

it was just great...i called for service because the car told me that it wanted fresh oil....so i did what the car requested and made the call. i was connected to the service department immediately.. he told me that it would take about 1 1/2 hours to make the car happy again. since my wife was the one that uses the car it would be her that would take it in. .. we spoke about the need of a loaner while the work was being done and we got the thumbs up on it..however, when my wife took it in she decided to wait for it.naturally she would require some refreshments while she waited and they were supplied..a cookie and coffee...when the dust settled ...1 hour later..it was done..my wife was happy which makes me happy and off she road into the sunset she road.... the ending of a good day for all..but...she will be back to do it again in another 12 months..thanks for the great service ..with a :-).Norman Wartnick

Customer service: I bought my new (to me) 2010 C-class this past fall from another dealership. When it needed service, I sort of sheepishly brought it to Sears (it is under warranty and they are a Mercedes dealership). They didn't bat an eye at my having purchased somewhere else, and in fact they went WAY over and above what my expectations were for work on the car. Pretty classy start. Work and price: There are a couple of noises that bothered me, and they tried their best to locate them, even going for a ride with me so that I could point them out. I was surprised when they didn't charge me for this. My understanding is that even when a car is under warranty, they are going to bill you for the time spent on the diagnosis, especially if, in the end, there isn't any problem that they can find (Turns out I am super-sensitive to the normal noises in this car). Well, these guys didn't charge me a nickel, plus they gave a me an identical C-class for a loaner overnight while they looked at my car. I am realizing that I should have just gone to Sears in the first place to buy the car. Overall: They could have said "you're crazy and you owe us $300 for listening for problems that aren't there", and instead they said "no charge, have a nice day, see you later". Can't say enough good about Sears.

My car was experiencing several persistent and unexplained problems which were causing huge concern. My faith in the brand was waning. The way Reid handled the situation was extraordinary. I have been consistently disappointed with this dealership. They have done some work without pre-authorization, and they focus more on finding additional work (not requested) to propose than on getting the requested work done well and on time. Communication is poor. I loved my first Mercedes and the associated dealer so much that I bought another one. After dealing with this dealership, I have traded my Mercedes in for a different vehicle, allowing me to go elsewhere.

I found the used car purchasing experience at Sears Imported Autos to be very pleasant. The car I looked at and ended up purchasing had a fairly "unique" history - a full factory engine replacement less than 500 miles ago. The salesperson was completely upfront about the history of the car and put me in touch with the service manager of the dealership who performed the engine swap. He was able to provide a full account of what happened and full documentation of the engine replacement. The Sears sales staff negotiated a fair price that accounted for the special history of the car and did not attempt to hide anything. I would definitely return to Sears the next time I am in the market for a new or used vehicle.

One of the reasons to purchase a Mercedes is the dealship that sells you the car. I owned an Audi after 2 S class Mercedes for only 7 months. The reason was the quality of the service I had come to expect from Sears imports. The Audi dealer had my car in monthly as they continued to try and repair my car car for 7 months. Over the 10 years owning S class Mercedes I have delt with Sears and have had 3 repairs requiring digging into the car and finding the true cause of the issue and repairing it. Dash boards, leaking seal, and now a car that would not start. In all cases they kep the car until they knew what the issue was and in all cases resolved the issue before getting me back into the car. I was always kept up to date with the issue resoultion and always kept me informed of what caused the inssue in complete detail.

Our E320 Wagon was towed to Sears after its brake system completely failed. (yes, you read that right) The repair was covered under an extended warranty at no cost to us. The car was repaired properly by Sears and done in a timely manner. However, I didn't get a warm, friendly feeling from Sears' service department. Their newly remodeled store is beautiful, but it's very sterile and impersonal, and no one was very friendly when I went in to pick up the car. Maybe it was because our car had such a severe failure that no one wanted to talk to me about it. Nonetheless, I found this surprising. We've bought two very nice cars from Sears in recent years (including the wagon that was in for service), but I get the feeling that the environment has changed at Sears over the past couple years. Horrible experience. I scheduled an appointment and dropped off my car and don't get any communication back for 2 days, even after calling 2 times to ask for an update. When we finally receive a call back we find out nothing has happened because the service rep we worked with was out. (Excuses... customers don't want to hear them. What does that have to do with having a car looked at? The mechanics look at the car, assign the car to another service rep... so someone has communication with the customer! Hello...) Finally the car is looked at and STILL we don't get any communication back. We have to constantly call to try to get updates (and no one is available to give an update).We finally scheduled and appointment with another dealer who actually looked at the car right away (just as most any place would) and within 3 hours we found out what was wrong. They fixed everything within 1.5 days (and at a much lower price).The only thing Sears Imports has going for them is the shuttle service. My driver (Jim Mickel) was polite, kind, and prompt. A model of excellent customer service IMO. Maybe the rest of the team could get some tips from Jim on what customer service means.I don't think I'll be going back.

i called the dealership service department to make an appointment to have a fog light re-seated in its housing and to check on a tire that was leaking air (very slowly).the light was re-seated, but does not sit as sturdily as the factory light. they told me the tire had no problem, but they cleaned the rim. we'll see if that stops the leaking.the biggest issue is that these two things should have taken less than one hour, yet they had my car for 7+ hours. they never called to say the car was ready, i had to call to check.this is a pattern with this dealer who takes far too long to complete work and does not keep in touch with customers as progress is being made / work completed.how easy would it be to complete work on time and call when completed. keep a schedule, keep in touch.Both things cost nothing and go a very long way to service.

I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago. I arrived at 7 a.m. obtained my rental and went to work. After almost 9 hours since the drop off time I called to verify the car was done. (On all my previous visits Sears had called me within two hours to say service was completed and/or discuss any problems found) After going through an operator, the service department and finally the service person I was told the car was just done and they had identified other problems. You can imagine my disappointment that I hadn't been called earlier and now there wasn't time to complete all service before I picked the car up. A huge inconvenience. I said I would arrive in 30 minutes to pick up the car. It took me 45 minutes due to traffic and the car was not ready, it was just now being washed. Ultimately 45 minutes later (10.5 hours after drop off) I left the dealership. This is unlike any service I've ever received at Sears. Very disappointed.

Drove an old Volvo until I couldn't take it any more . . . had to buy the car of my dreams, an E350, especially with the new design. Checked out the other dealership in town and was unimpressed. Then went to Sears, where everything was perfect. The showroom and people, especially Matt, were all first-rate and what you'd expect buying a Mercedes. It was actually extremely cold, and closing time had passed, yet Matt unflinchingly used every resource at his disposal, like he owned the place, to show me every car and every detail that he thought I should consider before making a decision.

I leased a new Mercedes C300 from Sears with the help of Matt Mahoney. He was a joy to work with and we negotiated a fair payment. During and after the sales process I reached out to Matt and he was always willing to help if I had any questions or issues. I have used their service many times for complementary washes as well as scheduled and some minor unscheduled maintenance. All my experience have been great. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Additionally, employees smile and say hello, which is a simple thing, but cannot be taken for granted at dealerships, even luxury dealerships.

Purchased my E350 from Sears Imports about 18 months ago and can't say enough good things about the entire car buying experience and customer service. Great sales experience where I completely trusted the Sears team and they were genuine throughout the entire sales process with no pressure - provided me options to look at and found the right car for me. Since purchasing the car, I have had great customer service and they have assisted me on 3 different occasions with service updates - 1) 1 year service update - process was seemless and provided me a loaner during the day, 2) flat tire - sears roadside team showed up at my office, put my spare on and I swung by after work and they put a new tire on (already had it mounted waiting for me to show up) and 3) front headlight burned out - I swung in at 6.45pm and they had me out of there in 5 minutes. I can't say enough about the team, the new facility and the overall experience I've had at sears - I would recommend it to anyone.

I drive a 2003 ML, so it is at an age where it needs repairs periodically. I brought it in for the regular annual service and there were a few things that also needed to be done. The service agent explained it all to me in a clear way and did not try to sell me service I really didn't need. He made clear what could wait and what should be done as soon as possible. He kept in close touch with me and gave me a realistic time line. They gave me a 2011 version of my car as a loaner, which was fun to try out. Their new service area is clean and easy to maneuver--a lot better than before when it was a tight fit getting in and backing out of the garage. I bought this car at Sears and couldn't be happier with it. It's a great value for a used car and I have had very few problems with it. It is clear that there's a culture of friendliness and respect there, from every single employee.

Simply took the car in for a recommended tire rotation. It took a little bit longer than I had planned but they also washed my car. The waiting area is comfortable to just hang out in.

I dropped my car off at Sears Imports. It was making a nasty noise when braking. I received a voice mail a few hours later explaining that my car needed new break pads and rotors - $730. I called back and left a message for the rep that my car only had 16000 miles and if the break repairs were needed they should be covered. He called back and told me that even though not covered by warrantee the dealership would pick up the entire bill.

I just got my car serviced and they did an excellent job. The service only took a couple of hours, they informed me of what was happening and how the service went. I have had a mercedes for the last 5 years and I just bought a new e550 to replace my 05. Service have been fine. Although I have tried to get a copy of my service records on my 05 since I am selling myself and I had asked them to mail me them 2 months ago and now asking for them to be faxed to me and they claim to have no problem doing this but I still don't have them to show my buyer. this is one of the simple things that should nt be this hard. I purchased a used c280 elsewhere and took it to sears to have them fix a fairly major warranty problem after just 2 weeks. I had stories about how c class owners are second class citizens in the mb world and 200 dollar oil changes at dealers and here I'm going to be driving in with another dealers plates on my car. What a fantastic experience! They fixed the major problem, found another small problem and fixed that. Two service reps talked with me for probably an hour over 2 days. I asked the cost of an oil change and he gave me that ($115 remember thats 8 1/2 qts of full synthetic) and then proceeded to give me the cost of flex A and flex B service ($250 and $495) and he wrote it down so I wouldn't forget. I get 3 years of $25 dollar oil changes where I bought the car but Sears has earned my business. Oh yeah-I got a deal on my 280 elsewhere and bought an extended warranty on it but when I add the cost of the car and warranty together its no longer much better than one of Sear's Certified used cars. Live and learn.

My car is under warranty. I recently faced a problem with the engine. I thought of going for a comprehensive service. Servicing was done alright but during the service, they could not duplicate the problem. But I kept it experiencing. Couple months later, I again handed over my car just for the problem. They charged me again premium price but told me that they did not duplicate the problem. However, nobody asked me to show the problem. This time I insisted on showing the problem to the front desk. He accepted it. However next day I got a call saying they could not duplicate the problem. I again showed to the mechanic this time. He told me they were looking for something else. After that they offered me try changing spark plug (450 bucks) or engine oil, etc but did not give any assurance that that will solve the problem. So my frustration is - in spite of being under warranty, I keep paying for the problem and it is not solved. I am negotiating with the dealer currently to find a fair solution.

Bought a 760Li from Kris and have only had a few problems. Went in dressed in jean shorts and t-shirt and had no problem taking $250,000 worth of cars off the lot without a salesman. Service scratched the hood while cleaning the car and took care of it beyond expectations. Have also purchased cars from Motorwerks and would say they are very simular, prefer the service at Motorwerks for the phone calls and the X5 loaner.

I walked in ready to purchase a new MB SLK. I was introduced to a sales person who took 3 phone calls in the first 15 minutes of working with me. After asking repeatedly, he failed to go into many details about the car's capabilities. He told me he "wasn't interested" in my trade-in (a 2year old loaded Accord in excellent condition) and suggested I try to "get rid of it and come back." -- I expect a higher level of customer service from a dealership representing a luxury brand.
