There is no better sales and service department. We always purchase from them, because they always can get what we want or need. But? Boy there is only one Ford Dealer I would ever recommend to anyone I know, and that is Sea Breeze Ford. The inventory is vast, and they are a leading seller of Factory Pre-owned Certified Fords, too. They have been in business at that location since 1979 and have won the much sought after Presidents Award for two years straight. Friendly and courteous is the way I describe them, and I tell everyone how good they are. In fact, both my Brother and Nephew are also Sea Breeze customers. My family does business with their Family. Family owned means a lot today and Sea Breeze has seen three or four generations in the business.

Bought a 2010 Ford Fusion, 41,000 miles When I was buying the car, I felt rushed and my concerns were not being listened to by Gary. I was ok with it only because I really wanted the car. Three weeks after having the car the check fuel intake light came on the dashboard. I took the car back and they fixed it twice. One week later, the check engine light came on. After having taken the car back again(third time there since getting the car) they replaced the Pcv valve. I have a full warrenty on the car but yet still paid 107 dollar deductible. I was told specifically that I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket if there was an issue with the car for the first year. It was not communicate to me about a deductible on the car or anything of that nature. Nor could I find anything in the contract I signed. I would not recommend buying a used car from ford seabreeze. They rush you and don't vaule you as a customer. Just a wallet and a sale.

Spent an entire Saturday going to 5 different dealers. Monday morning we went into Sea Breeze with a copy of the window sticker off their website with the description of the car we wanted. We told the salesman what we wanted to pay and how much we wanted for our trade-in. He came back within several minutes and said we had a deal!! No hassle, no being hounded by various managers. They gave us the best deal on a new 2015 Explorer and we love it!! Thank you Sea Breeze

bought a nice 1 year old truck. needed brake work, they repaired not to specs, we checked with ford. they left old brake pads on and cut the front rotors for a pulsation. cant do that by the book. then we have a squeek in the dash area, mechanic told me that its a truck it squeeks, thats it. Then i was told that i was "particular" very nice to say that to a guy who spent $30,000 with you. appreciate that. They also ruined my grill which i had painted the day before with there sub par detail services. they didnt even offer to fix it or replace it. unreal. you will be hearing more from me. thank you. the sales process however was easy and quick and staff is very friendly. except for the guy who called me "very particular"

Don't judge a book by its cover. This place isn't as glamorous as some dealerships, but the salesmen are great. Responsive, good at explaining details, not pushy. Ray especially was very very helpful. I would totally buy another car from them.

I went to get my truck fixed at the Seabreeze ford And I have an old 2004 F1 50 and I got the tuneup and something else was done they charge me $1900 for that repair.. This is not the first time about 12 years ago I had lemon pick up truck Their awful to deal with these people

Driving to Sea Breeze Ford my stomach was in knots based on previous experiences with buying a car. Dealing with Gary was so different from all past experiences. We had seen a car listed online last night, that I was amazed to find was actually available on the lot. Gary listen to what we wanted and showed us the car we had seen online. He did a good walk around explaining all the features. Our biggest issue with previous dealers was negotiating the price. We would ask how much and the response was always," How much do you want to pay each month"? Gary came to us with a price and we negotiated from that. Overall it was the best car buying experience ever, thanks to Gary. I will be recommending Gary to everyone.

I have been looking for a used car for my son. Today, you can simply scour the internet to find cars you want...until you email the dealership for their selling price. Just about every dealer out there does not respond with a live person. They send you computer generated responses that do not answer any question you may have. It's an exercise in frustration. But than i find a car right in my back yard at Sea Breeze Ford. I send an email with a price i was willing to pay and with in 20 minutes i get a return email from Anton with their bottom line price. No games..no smoke and mirrors..just a real human with a real price. A great price on a great car! I took my son to the dealership, drove the car, put down a deposit. No pressures, no suits, no glitzy showroom, just real hardworking people ineterested in earning your business. Unfortunately, after i got home we realized that this car wasn't the right one for my son. It also needed a major service which we weren't prepared to spend. I emailed Anton to tell him i needed to cancel the car purchase for a few reasons. Anton actually offered to pay for the service if that was an obstacle!! He didn't try to negotiate any more money out of me. WOW. Even with such a generous offer we still felt it was not the right car for my son. Anton said no problem, cheerfully refunded my deposit. WOW again. I was ready to do battle to get my deposit back....but not necessary...Anton took care of that too!! What a refreshing, relaxing, stress-free experience. All my families future car purchases will be at this dealership. It's a real homey atmosphere here....a very modest dealership....without all the bright lights and glamour(you end up paying for those gorgeous dealerships). Great karma here! And they have an excellent inventory of cars....each car model is very well represented. Very, very impressive indeed. So, if you're in the market for a new Ford or possibly a used car you owe it to youself to email, call or visit this dealership. You will be pleasantly surprised at how stress free they make the car buying process. It's obvious by the amount of cars in their inventory that they do a fairly good volume of sales but without having the expensive glitsy overhead they are able to offer you prices that are the best in the area. I have purchased three vehicles from Seabreeze Ford and couldn't be happier. I have additionally referred an additional five friends who have all purchased vehicles and have had the same great experience.The most important aspects of my experience with Seabreeze are as follows:- Great laid-back sales staff. Never pushy. - The purchase price. I found that all of the vehicles I purchased were well-below the window sticker and I felt were a great value for the money.- Post-sales support. Steve and the other guys have been great with me after the sale. They remember my name, are always pleasant, and have repeatedly offered their assistance with any questions that I have had.With regard to the service center at Seabreeze, they are what I would consider to be average. I don't care for the fact that I can get an oil change at many franchise stores in fifteen minutes or less with no appointment but Seabreeze generally requires an appointment to avoid a lengthy wait. Unfortunately, with kids and work, etc., my life doesn't lend itself to scheduling appointments. Although I am a Ford fan in general and feel the company is very strong with great product offerings, I tend to remain loyal to a dealership only if my loyalty is rewarded. I have always felt that the Seabreeze staff are fantastic which is why I won't go anywhere else for Ford products. I rarely offer recommendations to friends as I feel responsible for the experience that they will have based on my opinion. However, I have no problem recommending Seabreeze to anyone. They are a great dealership with a sales staff who have been there for decades, not months.

Right from the start we knew we made the right choice in dealerships. They answered our questions and directed us in the right direction on what vehicle was right for our family. My husband and I decided it was time for a new vehicle. We went from dealership to dealership. Many of them were very pushy. Seabreeze Ford was very courteous, professional and really listened to what we wanted in a vehicle. They were able to meet our needs with trade in, finance, and vehicle in a timely manor. Our Salesman, Tom, took the time to explain all the options and explained how to use Sync with much patience. The whole shopping experince for purchasing a car was very good and I would highly recommend this dealership. Everyone at the dealership from the sales office to the service department was extremely friendly. I bought my new Mustang convertible from them and have continued to service it at the dealership for the past couple of years. They are all professional and never made me feel out of place. I have purchased several vehicles in the past, this was my first experience with Seabreeze Ford and I have to say I do not think I will ever use another dealership. I let them know what I wanted, my budget, and when I wanted to come pick up a vehicle and it was all handled timely and professionally. They did not try and talk me into something I didn't want or try to sell me a car that was out of my price range, like a lot of other dealers. I was in and out of the dealership in minimal time and on my way home in my brand new 2013 Food Explorer, which I absolutely love. Purchased a used Ford Focus Certified Pre-owned. Love the car. Did purchase an esp plan and tire care. Already used the tire care...best product ever. Recently brought my vehicle to their service department for an issue to be checked out. They serviced my vehicle right away and kept me informed on what was going on. Even the owner visited the service department while I was there with my daughter and offered us the internet address for my daughter to use while we waited so she wouldnt use all of her Data. This dealership is horrible. Their employees have attitudes when you call with problems. They also sold us a truck with MULTIPLE issues (serviced 4 times in a month) and when we tried to turn the truck back in to them after only a month and half of owning it, they wanted another $5000 deposit and were nasty and impossible to deal with. Tried to call Ford Corporate as well and they were helpless as well.

Going to Sea Breeze Ford dealer was very pleasant. I don't have a great deal of extra time working evening and having three children so my time is limited. I was able to walk into the dealership and walk out with a vehicle in a very short period of time. The sales rep and establishment took care of everything, all I had to do was sign and drive out with my new ford explorer. Best experience ever dealing with a dealership.
