Me my dad and my broter were visiting Scottsdale, and we were there because my dad comes down to scottsdale occaionaly, for business. He knows me and my broter are into cars and he said that there were some fancy dealerships down the road from where he works. So he took us too Scottsdale Ferrari. I'm not going to lie, the people there were very, very nice. They treated us extremely well even though we werent in the market for a Ferrari. They were absolutely fine with us walking around taking pictures of the cars. The gift shop prices are suprisingly cheap if you are looking for a Ferrari souvenir. We will never forget our expeirience at Scottsdale Ferrari.

Chris Pauken made my car purchase a dream. I was looking for a newer Range Rover HSE to replace my fun car. An aging Land Rover Discovery that couldn't hold my three children for long trips (no center seat shoulder harness). The dealership had the right car that I was looking for with the options I wanted. We went through the price negotiations quickly without any drama. Chris also negotiated a very fair price for my trade. The Discovery was in good shape so the finance person was looking to buy it for her dad as a 4-wheeler for him. (Better than hearing it would go to auction or crushed)When I came to pick up the Range Rover with my son. Chris let my 11 year old sit in the Ferrari F438 of his dreams. For my son it was much better than watching the car on Top Gear or on his X-Box. He now has a goal to work toward. Chris is great salesman who knows his products and the store inventory very well and makes the car purchase a simple and straight forward transaction. I would work with him anytime.

I was searching for a Cadillac XLR for my wife (as a surprise) when she returned from a missions trip with our church. She had been wishful thinking about one ever since we test drove one four years ago on our anniversary in Palm Springs. I searched online for a few days and found one at Scottsdale Ferrari in Scottsdale, AZ. I called the dealership and was transferred to Lonnie. He told me about the car and when he couldn't answer all my questions agreed to call me back with more details. He called back a half hour later and was able to give me a bit more detail (nice). I thought about it for another day and then called Lonnie to find out how to buy it seeing as I live in CA. He helped me with all the information needed to purchase the car (sent all documents and wire transfer info overnight) and then arranged to have the car ready for my brother to pick up for me and drive it to CA. I really didn't think I was going to be able to pull off this surprise, seeing as I was working on such a tight timeline. I think if I had tried this at another dealer it probably wouldn't have worked out as well. My brother really enjoyed driving the car to CA for me, I was able to surprise my wife when she returned home, and she absolutely loves the car! Thanks again Lonnie - I will probably be looking for another car in a couple of years and I will certainly look you up first.

My recent purchase experience of my 2011 Maserati Grantourismo S from Chris Pauken at Scottsdale Ferrari-Maserati was the "BEST" car buying experience I have ever had. Chris was greatly knowledgable, professional, easy to work with and best of all came with zero high pressure! Delivery of my car was no hassle and Chris has been great in checking up on me since my purchase!!! Overall I was greatly impressed with everyone I came in contact with and the dealership was a total candy store for grown ups! If you are in the market for a luxury vehicle I would most definitely recommend my new friends at Scottsdale Ferrari-Maserati.

Why did I give all 5's? Let me tell you. I was greeted by Chris Pauken, pleasantly and enthusiastically. Just what I expected from a Ferrari Dealer. I test drove the cars I was interested in. Not just around the block but on some roads that would allow me to experience the Ferrari spirit. Long story short. I bough a 458 Italia from Chris, because he made not only the driving experience soul stirring but with his knowledge and expertise of each model, my soul was stirred listening to him explain the car and its nuances. Chris then made the purchase uneventful once he found out how I wanted to make the purchase. The car was prepared for me, as I was out of town, and delivered when I arrived as promised. Then that evening Chris came to the local car gathering in my area, to see how I was getting along, and to further explain some of the interesting workings of the gadgets on the 458. I have had several followup contacts from him, never about business but inquiring as to my enjoyment and experiences driving my new 458. I would recommend that if you have interest a Ferrari, no matter your location, call Chris. Heck, he even made a video clip of my car for me while I was out of town. To be honest you do not find this type of care and concern for your experience much anymore. You will not regret it as he exhibits the same spirit, at the same level, as the cars he sells. I purchased a 2002 Corvette Z06 from this dealer two States away. I live in Houston and was not haveing any luck in finding the perfect car that I was looking for close to home. As with most folks, I am always a little bit nervous about buying a car without actually seeing it. Pictures tell a good part of the story, but not all of it. Dealing with Lonnie turined out to be a great car buying adventure, with no suprises along the way. The car is beautiful and is in great mechanical condition. They handled all of the paperwork with little to no hassle for me. I would not hesitate to send a friend or family member to these guys for a car purchase. I had visited another competing dealership in the area and was not treated well. The entire team at Scottsdale Ferrari was very relaxed and enjoyable to work with. They bent over backwards to get me into the car I wanted. The negotiations were less than 10 minutes and the paperwork was about the same. I am very satisfied and will definately be back.

Wed spent the last several days car shopping and ended up at Scottsdale Ferrari. I must say that I was extremely pleased with the purchase of my Audi truck. The service was exceptional! When I drove up to the dealership Dan was helping another client but walked out to greet me and asked if I wanted to see the inside of the truck. I opened the car and started it for me and once he finished with his other client we went on a test drive. I did not have to wait long for him to finish with his other client. After test driving several vehicles, I told Dan that I need to sleep on my decision. He did not pressure me or ask for my number, he just gave me his card and told me to call once I made my decision. I called Dan the following day and told him that I wanted to go with the Audi and that I was already approved at another dealer and gave him the name of the bank. He did not shop my deal, he called the bank and they told him that I was already approved and they would work this deal. This was on Friday!! I did everything over the phone and Dan said that he would call me once he heard back from the bank. Dan followed up on Friday evening to let me know he would call in the morning once everything was finalized. Dan was a man of his word, on Saturday morning I heard from him and he said he would have everything ready within an hour. Once I got to the dealership, Dan had the vehicle up front with the temp tag ready to go! He took me over to meet with Jay to do my paperwork which took less then 30 mins. I was amazed with the service and the short amount of time it took to do the paperwork. Jay was professional and organized. He was also training Megan but did everything in a timely manner. I must say these guys were great and more then exceeded my expectations of purchasing a vehicle. I will recommend everyone I know to these guys because of the service, care and professionalism. I don't normally write about excellent service mostly because I don't experience it very often. I must say my experience with Scottsdale Ferrari was a exceptional. The dealership met all my expectations and then exceeded them. Everyone at the dealershipis friendly and knowledgeable but I have to say Chad Morgan is man who knows his automobiles. I enjoyed all the information he shared, there wasn't a question he couldn't answer and his passion for cars and his job is obvious. I would recommend anyone looking for a car and a salesman with knowledge and integrity to get in touch with Chad. From the moment I contacted Scottsdale Ferrari Maserati, Jay and Chad provided excellent customer service. They kept in constant email communications with me and made the purchase of my 2008 Porsche Cayman S the best car buying experience I have ever had. Each email and telephone exchange was simply positive where they had a solution for each challenge that I presented. I was moving from overseas back to Washington DC and did not have time to pick up my car and Jay arranged shipment of it via enclosed truck. All of the necessary paperwork to complete the purchase was sent to me overseas via FedEx with clear and concise instructions as to how the forms had to be completed. Scottsdale Ferrari Maserati made shipping arrangements, handled the temporary registration, and kept in contact with me each step of the way that created a positive comfort factor. The price of the Porsche was excellent and significantly below NADA, Edmunds, and Kelly Blue book figures so the value I obtained in the purchase of the vehicle was first rate. Scottsdale Ferrari Maserati also provided me with CARFAX documentation to assure me I was getting the value for my money. I purchased a 2007 Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT from Scottsdale Ferrari and I have had the best experience dealing with Chad and Jay. It was a great price for superior value. I bought the car online via eBay Motors, and it being an out-of-state purchase on top of an online purchase, I was understandably a bit nervous. Chad and Jay were super at making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. No hard sell from them and they were very responsive with any questions I had. They took care of all the details and walked me through the entire procedure for getting the car inspected, shipped, and registered in my home state.They were very friendly and accommodating and did everything possible to make sure I was happy throughout my purchase. I even requested extra options on top (a clear bra treatment), and it was done flawlessly for a fair price. I've definitely become a fan of their customer service and would happily refer anyone thinking of buying from Scottsdale Ferrari. In fact, I would certainly include them in my shopping for all my future Ferrari and Maserati needs. I first spotted the 03 911 on Auto Trader.com and then called the dealership.Gary Simon answered and since I was an out of state buyer, I asked him to describe in detail the condition of the car and any flaws he saw,and his overall impression of the car before flying to Phoenix to see it in person. Gary did a very accurate job and based on his description,I decided to see the car for myself.Gary picked me up at the airport, in the 911,and then spent plenty of time on a test drive with me.I was happy to see the car was just as Gary had described it and I felt that their was no high pressure sales pitch and that the price we agreed upon was very fair given all factors regarding the car. After agreeing to the terms of the purchase,Jay Wardell handled the rest of the transaction,including arranging for the shipping.This was all done via email,telephone, bankwire and fedex.I felt that the entire transaction went very smoothly and was handled in a very professional,yet friendly manner.
