Awesome and Reliable Service
I have been taken my cars to Scott Schaeffer over two years now.From day one i was always treated with Respect.I never have to bring my cars back for the same problem.A couple months ago my truck had sensor problem Jeff check it out and told me that it was not safe to drive, Cory had me come in the next day to fix the problem.Jessica has very great customer skills..the entire staff is very Helpful!..I would recommend Scott Schaeffer to anyone.
Windshield and enhanced inspection services
I had taken my car to Scott Schaeffers to have my windshield replaced after a rare hailstorm in May. They replaced my windshield very inexpensively and while there I found that they also performed Enhanced inspections which I would need in order to keep my car. Jessica was great at putting me at ease and answered all my questions. I had an appointment within a week and got.my car back quickly with only having to wait for my title in the mail. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have bought several cars from Scott Schaeffer over the years. I have always been treated great. They have offered me rides home so I didn't have to wait, always fixed everything promptly for me, and were always friendly. The staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. Very comfortable friendly atmosphere. I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new car. Will buy my next vehicle from them again.

Test drove vehicle and was given price. Went back to dealership three weeks later and made a deal. Sat down to do paperwork with cash on the "oh, did I tell you it has a reconstructed title?" No, I was not told until I went to sign the title. I wish I was told up front. Also, my insurance company informed me I would barely get anything if there was a claim. I backed out and left. He proceeded to call my insurance agent and yell at her for giving me that information! Should have been told up front when I first looked at the car.
