The tire pressure sensor light came on indicating low tire pressure, so I brought the car in to have the tire checked and have the light reset. It was checked and patched after a nail was found in the tire. I was in and out in less than 30 min. I'm always treated fairly by Chris Whiteman when I come into the service department.

Found the car we were interested in through an internet search. Worked with John Miller, Internet Sales Manager, at Scott Clark Honda. He made the used car purchase experience a painless one. Very knowledgeable about the inventory on hand. Did not pressure us to purchase any other car than the one we were interested in. Worked with us on the price. Just a pleasure to interact with. Well spoken, kind, and professional. Had mechanical/service experience as well. Would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Miller and Scott Clark Honda for a car purchase, new or used. The dealership is brand new, the service area is spotlessly clean.....very impressive! You can relax comfortably while your car is being maintained with a full, unobstructed view of the maintenance area. Just an all-around, thumbs-up experience.

Eric Watts was very professional and sets an example of excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable and was a great listener. The finance experience could use some improvement. I was put out when Glen in Finance presented the first deal to me without running my credit supposedly. Offered a high payment with 4.99% interest when I qualified for 0.9%. It would be nice to know that you had the best interest of the customer in mind rather than making them feel they are being taken advantage of. I am a repeat customer to Scott Clark and if that was your vision you would certainly have many more repeat customers. The finance process took too long. I had to wait at least an hour or more after the deal was done to begin finance paperwork.

Great experience with Jesse and Scott and Glenn and the rest of the team. Excellent sales experience. Leased a Civic, got a very good deal. Took time to go over every detail and question we had and were extremely analytical people so that says a lot. My husband and I traveled from Columbia, SC to purchase a 2007 Honda Odyssey from Scott Clark Honda. We were first time car-buyers and it must have shown. While meeting with Carlos in their finance department we were told that in order to obtain the financing offered by Wells Fargo (at 4.9% APR) we would be required to purchase an extended warranty through AUL for $2500. The justification given was that banks want to be safe from problems that older cars often pose. As I have discovered, this is a scam and it is illegal no bank can require you to purchase a service contract/extended warranty to gain financing. Austin was our sales associate that day and rattled off features the van didnt have and made promises he didnt keep. When he told us everything was in working condition, we took him at his word. The reality was the van had a tail light out and a broken AC, which the warranty didnt cover. Incidentally, it was our attempt to refinance the van in order to get out of a worthless warranty that led us to the realization that we were scammed. These are mistakes we wont make again regardless of where we buy a car. However, I can assure you, we wont ever return to this dealership. We learned a lot from our experience at Scott Clark Honda dealership and for all the wrong reasons!

My salesman Brandon Fergueson went out of his way to figure out exactly what I wanted. He showed me numerous cars that fit into what I was looking for. We went on a few test drives and even drove to my wife's job to get her thumbs up. Brandon made the car buying experience very pleasant. The finance manager recognized he could possibly get us a better interest rate than what we weee already getting and he was right. So, the sales manager: Chad Fickert worked diligently to satisfied me. My original salesperson: JR Difalco was excellent, too. But, I was a woman who was difficult to please to say the least. Chad promised me that when a 2017 HR-V arrives it's mine. 3 months later, several trips back to SCH and 10,000miles later.. It came a brand new 2017 Honda HR-V still wrapped in plastic. And, no matter how many times I came back the young lady at the front desk Ms Samantha Pierre alwayed greeted me with a warm Southern Smile and hospitality. I got a great deal, financing, and the car all done the same day! YES! They delivered the car to me. I received my car, in my driveway at 9:30 pm Monday night! We were shopping for a pre-owned Honda, and had checked two other Honda dealers nearby before we landed at Scott Clark Honda late evening. Brandon Bullock was courteous and never hurried us through the process in spite of the fact it was 7pm on a Saturday with an hour to their closing time. The pre-owned car lot was secure and well maintained and all cars were kept washed and clean, unlike the other dealership where we had to dust the vehicles to see their real color! After the test drive we were back in the sales area, and were promptly provided with the carfax report, NADA value estimate and their internet promotion pricing. After quick negotiations we settled on an agreeable pricing and finalized the sale. Carlos Fuller handled the finance and paperwork and went over the documents quickly to get us out fast. Overall it was a wonderful experience and none of the sales folks were pushy or tried to sell us anything beyond what we were interested in.

I have consistently gone to Scott Clark Honda for maintenance work on my car. They have always done a great job, but I recently had the best experience I've had yet. I went in for an oil change, and it ended up being one of the quickest oil changes I've had yet. Moreover, each person I spoke with was courteous and kind and extremely helpful. Getting work done on your car can be very stressful, but I felt at ease the whole time and left feeling grateful!

Alexander was a pleasure to work with. We went to see a used non-Honda. He never tried to sell us anything different. He explained everything well and we agreed quickly to buy the car. We then looked at leasing a second car, and he made that process easy as well.

Saw the exact truck I wanted on auto trader sent an email to inquire. Then received a text from Kevin asking me if I had any questions or if I needed anything I could reach him anytime. Went up here the next day and walked out with it. The people greeted us with a smile and handshakes (this was a huge hit with my fiance as she's bug on handshakes) took us for a test drive. Alex was a great guy and held a conversation with us about general things (which was nice that he wasn't pushing the vehicle). We got back and sat down to do paperwork and can you believe it didn't take long at all? He gave us a moment when we needed to discuss finances. There was no rushing and everything was done with a smile and no agitation. No ultimatums were given either. Scott was laid back and carried on interesting conversation while waiting for the insurance. Only thing we had a problem with was insurance and that was on our end. They patiently waited and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to deliver excellent customer satisfaction. Will definitely be recommending this dealership to everyone and will taking my fiance to get her vehicle here too. 10/10 for Scott Clark Honda.

Recently reviewed this dealership shortly after we took our new Civic home. Thought the experience was great at the time. However after a month, we now realize the financing was not as good as we thought. Had to payoff our previous car loan when we thought it was in the deal, and did not fully understand the add-ones to the payment. Ended up having to pay $30 more a month than we thought. The sales team is fantastic, Financing would use some work. Would still recommend the dealership.

Everyone we delt with made us feel welcome and didn't try to pressure us. Chip our salesman came in on his birthday to sale us our van that we drove 4 hrs for. Kevin Harris did a great job of handling multiple concerns and also listened to my needs as a customer. While I did not appreciate the haggling I think my needs Were eventually met. George is fantastic! When he says he will take care of you he means it! I purchased a car from George about 2 months ago, he worked his hardest to get me out of there in the car I wanted. I had a trade in with negative equity and still got me out of there with the same payment amount. Today we noticed that the 2 front tires were bald. I called up George and came in to have it looked at. He not only knew me but went and looked at the tires with Glenn personally. They came back with great news that they would take care of them for me right then and there- no charge!! They also fueled the car up and a wash! Not only do they take care of you they stick to their word. I know I can give this team a call and they will accommodate for me. Went to get my car serviced schedule an oil change one week prior so I had an appointment set. Took two and a half hours to change my oil with an appointment. I use to service cars and I know for one if you have an appointment you're first priority. I expected it to take atleast 45minutes but 2 and a half hours? The car buying experience was great though. Reggie was my sales representative and the car buying experience was easy and smooth. Definitely recommend getting a car from this dealership it's the cleanest dealership I've ever been to.

I took my 2006 Honda Pilot with A LOT of miles to SCH this past week. They were very up front about what they found in their inspection and also about what could be put off versus what should be done with more urgency. The needed repairs were done to my full satisfaction and all was handled very professionally with attention to my timeframe.This vehicle was purchased at this dealership when it was Crown Honda and all the maintenance has been done there. I must admit that the transition to the Scott Clark organization was a bit bumpy, but I believe they have put in place a service organization that is first rate regarding professionalism and mechanical knowledge about Honda vehicles. My hat is off to SCH...they will definitely be my dealership of choice for maintenance on this or any other Honda that I own.Specifically, Scott, the service advisor was outstanding! Working with Myles, I traded in my 2015 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L, and they paid off the lease buy out, with only 12 months on the lease. Then they gave a great price (Glenn Hildreth) on a 2016 Honda CRV SE. Jamara assisted Myles and took me for test drives and handled the paperwork because Myles was out the day I came back. Tony Lowder did the finance, and gave lots of good advice. After about 3 weeks, I noticed the antenna had been smacked and bent up off the roof. After showing the dealer, they decided instead of fixing it, they would simply replace the car with another brand new one! THAT my friends is "above and beyond!" Chris Whiteman, in Service, and David, worked together to get me home in a loaner car, and back again 2 days later to pickup my new, new CRV. I worked with Jamara again for the paperwork, and then Scott for the finance. I had to call my insurance company with the new VIN, and then drove home.Seems crazy, I know - but this dealer is doing EVERYTHING right, as far as I can tell, and they will bend over backwards to make you happy!

I was very upset on Friday afternoon; my vacation day was imposed upon due issues with my 2015 Honda Sport. I spoke with several people and then Eric called me to inquire about my disappointment. I thoroughly believe in things being explained and information so that you have a choice. Eric gave information and so did the service manager. I did my research from the information given and then Eric called again to check on me Saturday. At that point I stopped by the dealership to see what he had to offer and to see if he was truly sincere. It was true, Eric was truly and genuinely concerned about my situation. Thanks to William Villamil who made this overall process very smooth. Upon arrival at the dealership, i can sense a very welcoming atmosphere which is something i didn't notice at other honda dealerships in my city (i don't want to name those). William gave a demo of the Odyssey and answered all our questions patiently...then we were on the table to discuss the price point. Worst customer service from every department within this dealership. They make promises they do not keep they flat out lie. When there is a problem they avoid your phone calls and every employee tries to put it off on a different manager or employee. Out of the three months I have owned the car I have not been able to drive it comfortably for about two. Do not do business with these people spent over 20000.00 and have had nothing but one problem after the other.

Being a real estate agent I am always sizing up other peoples service and people skills. I visited this week for a routine oil change and I was incredibly impressed with Chris Whiteman in their service department! Even though it was obvious that they were very busy at the time, Chris took the time to sit with me and review my cars maintenance needs and work on setting up a time for a future visit. I purchased my new Odyssey 3 years ago and since then I have received excellent support and service. I had an issue yesterday and Shukla, Robbie and JB resolved my issue and I can't say anything except EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also, the kids loved their lobby area as I worked while we waited. They have an onsite cafe which is perfect to those who have to stay and wait for their vehicle. Super friendly and supportive staff. Once again big shout out to Shukla, Robbie and JB! I also own a Toyota and receive unbelievable service from both Scott Clark locations Justin at Toyota is my point of contact in service and he rocks too. Excellent service at both locations. Highly recommend!

My sales representative was Jeff Geoff. Initially I was interested in a used Honda Pilot but after he showed me all the upgrades and safety features on the 2016 model , I was sold on a new Pilot. He spent hours with me trying to explain all the tech stuff involved in this car. Even help me learn to drive the car properly. The entire dealership was very helpful and we were able to come to an agreeable price and trade in with little stress. Yes I am a female age 66 buying a car alone ( scary) . I also have to say I had a Honda Odyssey then traded it on a Highlander but was never completely satisfied with a Toyota performance and navigation system. I am thrilled to now own a new Honda with all the upgrades for an enjoyable ride.

George Billet and Jason assisted my wife and I and I am very appreciative of the support they provided. The only thing I think they can work on is the final "out the door" process. The young lady putting on the license plate had some issues (I mention this because this is the second car she out processed for me in the past 4 months and it was the same way). The overall experience was great. The "finance" office is always the place I hate to enter but most dealers are the same so no big deal. Love our new (used) car.

Recently purchased an Accord Sport at SCH. Scott Clark Honda is the best dealership in Charlotte. I visited a few dealerships but none of them are accommodating as SCH is. They made sure I was completely satisfied by all means before I took the vehicle. Scott from the Finance department was awesome and helped me understand various options and gave me some valuable suggestions in choosing some protection packages. I recently purchased a used automobile from Scott Clark Honda. My first contact with the dealership was online. I had read some negative reviews and was, honestly, leery of doing business with them. While initially, they pushed hard to get my phone number, when I made it clear I wished to communicate only via email at that point to get my initial questions about the car answered, the message got through. Not only did I receive an email, it was from the internet sales manager, Jeffrey Goodwin, who sent me a short video of himself in front of the car I was interested in to not only show me that it was indeed on the lot but to give me a peek of the inside, which answered my initial inquiry. My concerns about the dealership subsided. That evening, Jeffrey and I worked together via text (yep, he had provided me his cell number and told me I could call or text - he had picked up on the fact I likely wasn't going to want to talk) to work out the details and come to an out the door price. I didn't want to drive 1.5 hours and then not be able to come to terms. I purchased the car the next day and for the price agreed upon! There were apparently two other interested parties. One at the dealership wanting to test drive when I returned from mine and another scheduled for a test drive later in the day with another salesman. I am glad I made the drive early in the day. I had lost another car at another dealer earlier in the week, and it would have been heartbreaking to go through that again. Luckily, that did not happen. I feel I got a great price on a used vehicle. I had wonderful service from Jeffrey Goodwin and would and will recommend him highly to my friends, coworkers, acquaintances, the general public - i.e. YOU! I also don't want to leave out my dealings with the finance manager, Ronnie, who also was kind and easy to deal with. It was his job to try to sell me the extended warranty and such, but, he had been forewarned by Jeffrey that I would not be interested in such, so he did not push hard. He was also a pleasure to deal with. Provided my car doesn't fall apart (haha), I could not rate my experience any higher. Thank you, Jeffrey. Thank you, Ronnie. Keep up the excellent work!

Not only did I get the car I wanted but I was able to drive the car off the lot the same day!! Also, I had my 4 year old daughter with me and we all know how they can be, he was extremely nice to her, and kept her happy. He listened to what I wanted and I ended up with a car that was better than what I asked for a 2013 Honda Accord Fully loaded!!! I was able to drive off the lot with my car!! I came in yesterday for a service appointment, and while waiting looked at the CRV in the showroom. Alexander Fung-A-Ling came over and even though I said I was just waiting on my service to be done went so above and beyond to give me all the information I needed to know without being overwhelming or pushy. He really listened to exactly what I wanted and made me feel so at ease with the entire process. Even when I went back and forth between styles, he was so understanding and literally ran all over the lot to find exactly what I was looking for. The staff knew as a new mother I was short on time, and made everything so much easier than I have experienced in the past. In my experience the finance part of buying a car has never been great. It always seemed to take forever, pushy add ons etc. Donnie Farmer was absolutely wonderful! Who would have thought that it could go as quickly and enjoyable as it was. Very informative, explained everything in detail, but without making me sit there for hours. He is in charge of finance and he even installed my son's carseat!! Onto switching my car. As I said before, was so not planning on doing this that day, so of course my trunk was a disaster. Stroller, basically my closet lol, carseat, paperwork, toys you name it. Alexander, Donnie and the sweet girl that helped me program my bluetooth at the end all transferred everything over to my new car. I really was blown away by every person that I encountered. So incredibly happy with my decision to get my new beautiful CRV from these wonderful people! Go and ask for Alexander and Donnie!

I felt right at home at Scott Clark Honda! From the time I pulled into the parking lot to leaving in my new Pilot, I had the best time. I was greeted by George Billet and his assistant Victoria right when I walked through the doors. They assisted me through out the day and really listened to what I had to say and to my concerns with buying a new car. They did not push a vehicle on me or pressure me in any way. They sought every avenue for me until we found an awesome vehicle at my price point. George and Victoria were both professional and at the same time we laughed and enjoyed the day. I went to Scott Clark Honda of Charlotte and got a 2010 Volkswagen and found out they had lied 3 months later about the condition of the car I had so many problems and poured a good amount of money into it thanks for them. Even found wires taped together under the hood?? Called them and found out others were experiencing the same problems. What a waste of time and money.

Without any force, coercion, or convincing, within minutes, I was purchasing a car. I ended up having to come in the next day and he was able to walk me through all of the different features that I missed the day before, he helped me get everything I left out of my trade-in, and he made sure any issues I had were mitigated. Bought a used car and it had some chips on the hood. They promise to repair the chips and after the second attempt of repairs it still was not corrected. They wanted me to bring back the third time. I called the general manager and left a message and yet still has not called in any way. They got my money this time but not the next time. I am done with this car lot. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

When you go to a Car dealership the sales person always tell you what they are sure they can and will do, and at the end you leave disappointed. Well I walked in to Honda telling Rucker what I want and don't want. I went there on a Tuesday night, (in which it was kind of late) he told me give him until Wednesday by noon. Well at 9:00 am I got a message from him saying that he had something for me. I bought over the years 6 various New Honda's a mix of Civic, Accord, Pilots, Odyssey and 2 used Accords for my kids and Jimmy has been there for years taking care of my vehicles, I missed his excellent customer service the short time he was away and so happy he returned! I have to drive out of state a lot and I have never broken down (knock on wood) Jimmy and the service department staff always keep me informed about the future needs or preventative service's which keep me safely on the road. I have an Autistic son and when he is with me Jimmy is really good about getting my service time wait as short as possible. He knows without saying anything that my hands are full and I appreciate the extra time / effort he gives in his service which is why I only shop and service my cars at this Dealership. The only reason I didn't rate the overall experience a 5 was based upon my 30 second interchange with their sales manager Derek. His contribution to the process was odd, borderline rude and certainly added no value to a process already in the works and running smoothly. Still unsure of his involvement for a deal already consummated at that point. Otherwise, I am pleased with our experience buying the car at Scott Clark Honda.

Had a great experience with the dealership. We bought a used Honda Odyssey & was contacted a couple weeks later stating that they needed us to bring the car in to fix a recall. Since we live in another state, we made accommodations to spend the night. We dropped the car off on Friday & was told by the Service Director Jimmy Bass that they would need to keep the vehicle overnight so they could work on it the next day. He went above & beyond to accommodate us, as he gave us a loaner vehicle to use until we returned the next day. The service was fabulous and Jimmy was so very kind & helpful. My family was quite impressed! We will definitely be back to purchase future vehicles from them!

George Billett was the salesman that I was referred to by another salesmen at another Scott Clark dealership. I was looking for a pre-owned car and saw a few on their website I was interested in. After test driving the first car I had looked at, I went to talk about the numbers. I was not satisfied with the amount that they were asking for that particular car; so I asked to see a cheaper car that was on the lot. At that point instead of letting me compare another car or even letting me look at any other car on the lot I was yelled at and disrespected. George Was incredibly rude to me when I requested to look at the car that wasn't a Honda, but still being sold at his dealership. Then said,"It's the end of the month I don't need to sell you this car, if you don't like this car then don't buy it." I don't think that is how a customer should ever be treated especially when all the customer was doing was requesting to look at another vehicle on the same lot. I understand that a cheaper car would put less money in his pocket, but honestly it was just awful customer service. I promptly left after he made it clear that he did not need my business. Needless to say I will not be purchasing any vehicle from any Scott Clark dealerships and would suggest anyone that is looking at a used/new car to avoid it as well. I purchased my other car a few years ago and was never spoken to in the way that I was today.

After shopping around on the new 2016 Civic, I found that Scott Clark Honda offered by far the best payment and overall experience while shopping and test driving. My consultant Justin Scott was outstanding. When I first inquired, he created a personalized video tour of one of the vehicles that I had shown interest in driving. He followed up via my preferred method of communication - text messaging. Many other salespeople I dealt with won't adapt to a customer's preference with communication. Justin was on board. He wanted to set up an appointment, but to my own fault, I went in to see him without confirming a time and date. His colleague JR was very helpful while Justin was with another client. I followed up after the visit to meet with Justin. I met with Justin to look at some options and we came to an agreement on price and the features I wanted in the Civic. The price was nearly $200 less per month than a competing dealer in Charlotte. Where the hiccups came into play was in the finance office. The monthly payment on paper was somehow $30 higher than I had agreed to. I was told that it was because of a difference in state taxes. I took them at their word and agreed. I went home later and researched the tax discrepancy. I found that there should have been no increase because of registering in South Carolina. I followed up with Justin Scott who verified that the finance manager was new and that there were paperwork errors. There would end up being several other errors in the paperwork from the "rookie" in finance until we reached out to Justin Mann, the finance director. Justin Mann took immediate ownership of the experience on the finance side and ensured that everything worked perfectly with the agreed upon payment and lease terms.Justin Scott kept in touch to see that everything was good on my end. They gave me fair value for my trade and in the end I was able to pick up the new car looking nice with everything I had asked for.The key to success in even the most volatile of situations is communication. Both Justins were great in that they stayed in touch and making sure everything was corrected. I recommend Justin Scott as a Honda expert and someone you can trust as a consultant when you consider purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you guys (and JR for the help as well!) for making this a good overall experience.

My husband and I were looking for a dependable used car and came across a great deal online with Scott Clark Honda. We sent an email inquiry, and were quickly contacted by a customer service representative. We set up a test drive for the next day. We arrived about 30 minutes early, and were asked to sit down while they brought the car around. We waited at least 20 minutes before the girl came back and told us that, "Unfortunately the car sold a 'few minutes ago'. However we have this/that/and the other model that we could show you". I found that very odd, but things happen. We decided to leave (without waiting to "talk to her manager", and test drive somewhere else. Curious, I decided to go back on the site and inquire about the same car under a different name. Amazingly, we got not one, not two, but THREE customer service emails stating that the car was....wait for it....AVAILABLE, and when would we like to come test drive it? Now, I know that technology can be slow....but three offers to come in? HOURS after we were there and were told it was sold? Make your own decisions, but I would be very wary of Scott Clark Honda.

Purchased 2010 cc Volkswagen. Thought would be better to buy thru dealership. I was wrong. I have spent $3000 in 3 months. I have emailed, called, and live chat. No response other than live chat. Replace both head light bulbs, replaced plugs, water pump and housing. The water pump was the last problem. I am handicap and they dealership is 2 1/2 hrs away. Could have purchased from individual for $500 cheaper, but I want to buy thru dealer. The water pump disabled the vehicle, so after 2 weeks and no response, I had it towed to Volkswagen dealership for the repair. After they replaced it they found sensor and sensor wiring tape to hold sensor in. They replaced wiring and sensor. The dealership was in disbelief that I bought it from a dealer ship. I unloaded that lemon for another Volkswagen. The original payed was around $15,000. Spent another $3000 on repairs, another $3000 for newer on. So I have spent $21,000 on the whole mess. STAY AWAY FROM SCOTT CLARK HONDA. Don't even know what there position is, will not return calls or emails. Richard Brackin

I stopped to look at a vehicle I saw on line that they had for sale. A very nice salesman names Eric Watts helped me. It was dark but Eric knew exactly where the car was and brought it up front for me to see. He wasn't one of those sales people that tried to " shove a sale" at you. Eric Clark was very polite and answered all questions I had. He even stayed until everything was handled, and brought the car around after it had been detailed. I highly recommend Eris Watts for the sales person at Scott Clark Honda. All the people that worked there were very friendly too. Seriously, unbelievable. Here I am in Michigan, been looking for a specific car for 10 months now, finally find it and I was told no problem, we can bring it to you and pick up your trade in. I thought to myself, WOW, now this is great. Called them Sunday, loan approved Monday and they sold it sometime between then and didn't bother to say, Hey, someone is looking at it, can you leave a deposit or anything, just left me hanging and asked if i'd be interested in another vehicle. Who does that??????? would not recommend, not on the up and up. What else are they capable of???????? people suck.

I took my car in for service at 10 am, was asked if I could get my car back at the end if the day. Told them that was fine, end of day was cool. Well i called back at 8 only to find out it was closed. Never heard from the service department, that my car would not be ready like promised. Called next morning at 7. Told someone would call me back in 45 min. Two hrs later received call that car was ready. When i picked up car, just was told car outside. Frustrated but let it go, what were they going to really do, I only had a recall repair. The tipping point was when i got to my car it was not given the complementary car wash like they said and noted on my invoice. The car wash was not a big deal but i decided to express my frustration, they offered to wash the car but offered no apologies for my inconveniences. No car that night, no car the next morning no call so I could make arrangments I was not

I recently purchased a pre owned Jeep Patriot High Altitude vehicle from this dealership.My initial experience with the dealership left a lot to be desired, but when JB Beckley (the GM) got involved my experience improved dramatically. This particular pre owned vehicle with low mileage is hard to find, but JB made sure his staff stayed on top of their search. Additionally, JB stayed in touch with me on a regular basis to keep me updated with the search.As a GM of a large dealership that sells over 350 pre owned cars a month, it is an understatement to say he is a busy person 12+ hours a day. JB stayed involved from the start of the search to me taking ownership of the vehicle.I would recommend this dealership based on his performance and involvement.

My car would not start took it there for service and was told it was bad gas. They did not save the gas and I had the gas tested. It came back that the gas was fine and this dealership charged me $693.39 when the parts were only $35.00. I also did not authorize them to fix it especially when it should have been figured out diagnostically!! I tried to speak to the manager and was not able to and then I called the corporate office and they basically told me that they stood by their service dept. Really without proof and I had proof. So nevertheless I will never go there again for anything and I have told people I know to not go there for anything. I want my money back because I feel I was scammed. Also contacted my lawyer because one way or another I will get my money back!!

It's just a conversation no need to be dismissive. He called me when ready "I paged you, called you and left a voicemail." "I told him I didn't hear the page and I'm in the lobby" I came out and showed him no voicemail. His response "I didn't call you then" and walked off. Didn't go over the report and found out on my own that I needed an alignment. Also paper work shows work order created at 10 AM... Not at 8 :(Hope this guy has a better day. I hope Scott Clark company genuinely takes this feedback as constructional training for your employees and a way to improve scheduling and turn around times....for your customers because I felt today you all didn't live up to your end of your motto to "Take care of the customer".

I never write a review on any business. As a matter of fact this is my first one but I'm so disappointed! I called several times this week and talked to different sales associates. Everybody said they'd check on the price or my trade in and never called back! I left messages and still couldn't get a call back. Called again today and asked for a manager and the car I was wanting sold yesterday! I am out of state so couldn't just drive on over but wanted the car when it was for sale Monday. Terrible, terrible customer service! You can do better!

New facilities are very convenient and comfortable. I have been having my Honda CRV, which I purchased at this location, regularly serviced here. The service people have always been friendly, courteous and efficient. My last visit was to have tires replaced and Trevor Flott, the assistant sales manager, was great. The dealership matched, actually, bettered an offer made by a discount tire dealer, and did the work with a minimum of wait. Highly recommend the service work at Scott Clark Honda.

Two months ago I bought 4 tires for my car at Scott Clark Honda ( I own a Mercedes Benz GLK350 ), I should had purchased the tires at Mercedes but since we had been long time customers with Honda, my family had purchased several cars from them and their tires were less expensive, I decided to go ahead. Tires were installed, balanced and alignment done based on the service report I was given.Fast forward two months later and driving on Providence Rd. me rear left tire goes flat. Mercedes road side assistance comes over and gets my spare tire on ( since apparently is hard to change their tires ) and it turns out both of my rear tires are worn out on the inside (alignment issues). Having a year warranty on the tires my husband goes to the dealer and explains the tire was flat and we are wondering how to go about with the warranty. My husband is turned away because being a Mercedes Benz it overrides their warranty, he is told by Steve Beck (the same person that advised us to buy the tires) that if the car would be a Honda they can honor the warranty but since is not, the only thing he can do about it is " sell us another tire" which of course would not have any kind of warranty since the car that needs it is still a Mercedes Benz not a Honda. Next Day my father goes over the dealership since he is the one that took the car there on the first place. He speaks again with Steve Beck and also with service management and he is told that our stories don't match, that the day before my husband told them that he had hit the sidewalk and that's how the tire got flat. ( Obviously my husband never said that, because that never happened!), on top of everything, Honda service management tells my father that my husband and I had placed him in a bad position because the tires the car had are not the same that they had installed, that either my husband or myself had removed the tires they installed and replaced them with worn out tires. So now, we are lairs and thieves. Don't know how it happened but they ended up replacing the rear tires, it was 7 pm and my parents are still waiting for the car, after it had been dropped off before noon. The alignment was never done the first time or yesterday when the rear tires were replaced. I took my car to Mercedes Benz dealer today because the alignment is completely off, it turns out the tires were not installed properly and they weren't even a good match for my car. I had to pay for the new alignment at Mercedes and was advised to replace the tires as soon as possible since they are not a perfect match for my car and it will continue driving off. Scott Clark Honda, you had lost 3 customers and as much as I can, will tell my friends and family about your unprofessional service department.

I just bought a 2015 Honda CR-V EX for my wife and the experience was awesome from the beginning, My salesman, Mr. william Villamil, was unique from the first contact. Very professional and with unbelievable patience answering all our questions and concerns taking on consideration that the whole process was done over the phone, we never set one step at the facility! William Villamil sent us pictures, brochures and any information on reference to the vehicle, the price and the different options. Also assisted us comparing the vehicle with others in the market. Provided me all the information and link necessary for me to complete the whole process over the phone while I was at the beach (Yes, labor day weekend, on a Sunday). The whole process was completed on Monday and the vehicle was delivered to me the very next day (126 miles away) without any issue. The delivery representatives carried all the paperwork for me to signed (accurate and as described and agreed) and in a matter of, no more than 30 minutes, I had the keys in my hands, the car in my driveway and the happiest wife in the neighborhood! I'm the living proof that the purchase of a good car can be done over the phone when you have an excellent salesman like Mr. Villamil...THANKS!

I purchased a 2012 Rav-4. The salesman, Mohamed, was very courteous & easy to work with. The car was detailed & ready the next morning as promised. I did have a minor repair as the low tire pressure icon went on shortly after I took the car. I couldn't get the caps off the values so I brought it back to check if it was only low pressure or a malfunction in the sensor. The service took care of the problem; it only need air in the tires. My overall experience with Scott Clark Honda has been great!

Was a great buying experience. My salesman was Lane Benningfield and he was very understanding of my need to negotiate by phone since I live a great distance from the dealership. Very straight-up guy. Usually absolutely hate to buy a car but this time it wasn't so bad. Only complaint was the amount of time spent waiting for finance person to do final paper work. A very busy dealership!

I would like to write an update to a previous review... After speaking with Stuart at Scott Clark, I was able to finalize my deal on a new 2014 Honda Accord. My second experience was much better than the first. I really enjoyed working with Stuart and JB. They took great care of me! I would recommend Scott Clark to anyone - ask for JB! :)

Horrible experience , we went to purchase CRV we are ready to buy same day , Manager does not know how to talk with customer and if customer offers some number , Manager should say Yes or No on customer offer, he should not talk more that.Scott Clark should trained the managers ,how to talk with customers, Last year staff and sales person are good, after changing to new building changed everything personally I don't recommend this place , try other places Honda showrooms Manager - Donnie Farmer I think he has problem with dealing of Asian community people.
