I called Cyndi just before 6PM, Wednesday, and alerted her to the fact that I had just noticed a Check Engine Light. It was too late to get the car to Shumacher at that point, but I said that I would have it there at 7AM on the next day, Thursday. Cyndi took it at 7AM and got it thru service and out by 3PM. Additionally, the bill was greatly under budget. I could not have been more pleased!

After a few months of searching for a new truck we stopped by Lake Park Schumacher to pick up a brand new GMC Canyon as a work vehicle. We came back in for our first oil change and purchased a new Chevrolet Colorado for my personal vehicle. Both times they took the time to find the truck we were looking for and helped to get us the deal we needed. Super satisfied with both trucks and we will be back to upgrade in a few years.

Not all dealerships treat women as bona fide car-worthy humans. The personnel at Schumacher are not working for one of those dealers! It's nice to take a vehicle in for service and have the service rep. actually listen to the description of the problem, then detail how they will proceed to identify and fix the issue. Schumacher is a feel-good place. I keep coming back -- that says it all. :-)

I was in the market for a larger SUV to my than current GMC TERRAIN...to fit my nephews new wheelchair since it couldn't fit at all into the terrain.Trudy Ann Smith is a hard working, professional and super easy to talk to sales rep.She made sure my nephew (who has special needs) was comfortable through the process first and foremost. She found my new truck for him and made sure he would be completely comfortable in it. She was very thorough in showing me all the vehicle capabilities and even helped measure the truck space to ensure the wheelchair would fit.Unlike other dealers she understood I was NOT in the market for a van and I NEVER felt pressure or stressed during the whole process. No one knows Volkswagens like Cyndi. She is the very best. Jim is really great as well.I had an issue with a tire pressure light that would not go off even when I had filled the tire. I was traveling at the time and asked at another Volkswagen dealership out of state. They all said they would have to raise the car, blah blah blah.. I took it to Cyndi who flipped a switch in the glove compartment and that was that. This woman knows cars. Would only bring my car to her, she treats me like a sister.

My 2013 Volkswagen Beetle went in for annual service with an additional problem of the keyless remote being defective. Cindy set me right up with a loaner car for the unexpected overnight stay with no cost to me. It turned out that a part had to be ordered and it would be during the next week that the car could be repaired. When the part was received by Schumacher I was called right away and once again given the use of a loaner car the overnight repair. Each department was efficient in the handling of my service and I would highly recommend Schumacher to anyone.

The dealership is very accommodating with shuttle service/loaner cars when needed. They are always professional. Went in for factory recall. Cindy was very cordial; explained there was actually another recall that my car needed though no solution is yet available. She said I would be notified when there was a solution. My appointment was for 8:30AM and I was out by 9:30AM. They had a comfortable lounge with complimentary internet access where I was able to log in to my office and work while I waited. Even gave me bagel and coffee!Very satisfied with my experience.

I suggest the "Pre-delivery Service Charge Fee - $795.00" charge be eliminated. The Salesman was upfront and stated the price plus tax, tags, and fees. I took it that the fees were the usually things like battery fee/new tire fee, etc. The last two vehicle purchases we made were from the local Ford and Toyota dealers and they both have abandoned this tactic of dealer fees. I'm sure it's still built into the price, but it's not a surprise when viewing their final numbers. Your Pre-Delivery Service fee policy puts the salesman and customer in an awkward situation and in my case I was going to walk and get a Ford again. Fortunately, there was still some wiggle room in my trade-in to eliminate this fee.

Had the car serviced, though the work was done correctly and I am satisfied with the repair, $900 for 1 tiny missing rubber seal on the clutch bleeder hose I felt was very overpriced.
