No haggle pricing does make it easier but you lose potential for bargaining. Other than that this place was absolutely amazing Matt and Jeff were so helpful and not pushy. They treated me tremendously.

Tried to buy a BMW from Schomp, but their salesman was more interested than a sale than what I was asking for. Murray BMW was happy to work with me. Schomp location is better for me so I go there for service. Had them put on some new tires. They thrashed my M-Rims. After 4 visits to repair them they still were not right. The service manager said something like "who cares, they are just rims. I don't even wash mine. You shouldn't care about rims". In the end they never did fix the gouges and scratches. Now I'm looking for a car for my wife. Looks like it'll be a Porsche. When I discussed with BMW they didn't seem to care. I got the normal "We are sorry for your bad service blah, blah, blah". "Sorry that you had a bad experience, let us know if there is anything else we can do blah, blah, blah".

Sales Manager Anthony Andreozzi saved me! I have purchased a BMW at Schomp BMW. Right away I realized I had made a mistake by not getting the "M Sport" edition. I thought I was stuck with it for years. I explained my regrets to Mr. Andreozzi the next day, and he told me it was not problem. Fortunately, there were only few miles on the vehicle, so he let me bring it in - and they did the paperwork all over again for me! I also would like to thank Michael Campagna, who was extremely patient with my indecisiveness, and David Toben, who is a huge asset to their team (He is the guy that teaches you about your new Beamer). I can't say enough about these people. They made this experience very comfortable and easy - despite the fact that I was anything but an easy customer. Thank you guys very much!

I have been doing business with Ralph Schomp for approximately 20 years. Being a single woman it means so much to have Ralph Schomp as part of my support system. I met Stephen Constable when he was one of the Service Customer Representatives. He took an interest in me as a person as I shared stories about my grandsons. I watched Stephen move into the Manager position over the service department. He is amazing at his ability to oversee the department and still stop and come to personally greet me. I have such trust in working with him. I had a horrible accident before I came to purchase my first BMW, broke my neck and compromised my lower back. I so need to feel safe. Ben Brahler was our sales rep and a true professional plus just an all around good guy. Always on top of communication through email and phone and was always willing to go to work on any questions we had. My wife and I had a 3 month period where we debated on buying the best affordable electric car on the market and Ben was never pushy. He let us ask our questions and come to our own conclusion that leasing a new i3 was the route to go for our family. Ordering, leasing and the final sale process were a breeze, and everyone at Schomp was brilliant including the BMW Geniuses that are experts with the i series of vehicles BMW makes. Couldn't recommend Schomp and Ben more and will definitely be leasing/purchasing all future vehicles through them.

Honestly, from start to finish a wonderful experience. There was no headache like a person would expect to experience at the typical dealership. It was a privilege to work with such a professional team of staff members. Choosing Schomp BMW as the place of purchase for my new baby (3 Series) made the car buying experience stress-free and enjoyable as I wanted it to be. Alice, my sales Advisor did an exceptional job and provided great professionalism and clarity when it came to explaining all necessary information! Alice was honest, to the point, and kept me engaged as she was focused on what I wanted and not on what she thought. Not only was my time valued while at the dealership, but a relationship was also maintained out of the establishment. I initially contacted Schomp via phone to ask about the I3. I wasnt ready to buy but just had some questions. Graham Allen was extremely helpful: not pushy nor your stereotypical sales person. Then when I did visit, I spoke with one of the Geniuses for a few minutes who was also helpful. During the sales process I was helped by both Graham and Alice. Both were great! I wouldnt change a thing in the entire experience which was efficient, respectful, and fun. Great team at Schomp!

I have had 4 BMW's over the years and had some amazing purchase experiences back in Atlanta, when I lived there (including a Performance Center Delivery in Greenville). So, the standard for the experience was set rather high. Recently I went to Schomp to look at an X5 that I saw on their website. I was introduced to Jim Merrell, who was friendly, professional, no pressure, and very knowledgeable. He was interested in getting me in to the right vehicle, and willing to spend as much or as little time as I needed driving, or "fiddling" with the car. I interacted with Jim over the following few days, and again, he provided me with the information I needed so I could make an informed purchase decision. I bought the X5 the following week, and had a very smooth, pleasurable, experience. Also, Laurel, the BMW Genius that spent time going over all the features of the vehicle, was very knowledgeable, too! This is a nice touch since some of the technology had changed since my last BMW in 2012. I would recommend Jim, and Schomp!

I had a great experience at Schomp BMW. The expediency and late hours the service department is open is a great plus since I was able to set the appointment for the same day. Greg was very helpful with explaining the issue and guiding me throughout the whole process. I decided to wait for the car instead of using either a shuttle or a car loaner option. The waiting area with various drink and snacks was a great plus. Ability to chat with the genius team is helpful to stay on top of the new BMW technological features and a great way to use up the wait time.

The oil overfill sensor came on twice since I purchased our X5 and along the identical stretch of road. The second time the warning came on was after driving approximately 1,800 miles without any incidents. The service trip to fix it was fast and without any problems and another sensor was also replaced due to testing. Matt Mueller is reason I return to Schomp BMW, he makes the service visit feel as though I am visiting family. He always keeps me appraised of the progress on my vehicle and he answers any and all questions about the invoice in an extremely pleasant and professional manner. I would recommend paying extra to retain matt on the Service Staff.

This is the fourth BMW I have purchased from Schomp. I have been pleased with service both at the time of purchase and in the continuing service during the length of ownership. Ben Brahler, as my salesperson, provided a superior experience. He is knowledgeable both in the mechanics of car function but also in explaining purchase options. Ben was welcoming, efficient and responsive to my needs; he took me for a test drive the day of purchase to teach automatic parallel parking and to make certain I was comfortable with my X5. When it is time to buy my next car, I will certainly work with Ben.David Toban was the "genius" I worked with and he explained the changes and additions to this new model very effectively. My nearly four year old 2013 X3 with 37K miles experienced a drivetrain malfunction recently. From my initial contact with the service department, multiple follow up callbacks and emails from Lorenzo, low mileage loaner vehicle and finally discussion with a mechanic to understand the repair ticket and work completed - all I can say it outstanding. The facilities are immaculate, the people you meet in the showroom and service center are friendly and always professional, and ultimately return your vehicle in better condition than when dropped off.This is my fourth vehicle from Schomp (2 Honda's and 2 BMW's) and I have always been extremely happy dealing with this organization.

This was my fourth car lease experience with Jim Merrell. and David Toben. As always, the experience was top notch. This time around i ordered a car to replace my previous lease. Jim made this process easy and transparent. The car arrived in the time frame originally quoted. Jim's follow up is always great too, with a few phone calls in the months following my new car pickup to ensure everything is meeting my expectations.David is great as well. He remembered me from my last car pick up and tailored his delivery to only those items that would be new to me. This enabled me to pick up the car in a timely manner. He is always super helpful and even volunteered to come to my house to set up the garage door opener!

Schomp adopts a 'no hassle' policy, which is a primary reason why I've chosen to be a repeat customer over the years. Having never owned a German car, our client advisor, Edward Cheatham, walked us through many of the features. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. I also appreciated how he handled all aspects of our experience, including financing and paperwork, instead of being shuffled around like other dealerships. It was not difficult to make a decision to buy. Later, we were escorted downstairs to the new car bay where our 2016 340i was being prepped, and was introduced to Jeff Capp, who was just as eager, friendly, and professional with showing us some additional features. The entire experience was stress-free, and we'll definitely remain loyal customers!

I recently bought a CPO 2013 328i xdrive. From the initial test drive to driving away from the dealer with my new car, I was extremely impressed, especially compared to the other dealerships that I visited. The geniuses were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My primary salesman was thorough throughout the whole process and I felt that he was sincere and interested in selling me the car that was right for me. Took an X3 to get a simple oil change. What a DISASTER!Took 35 minutes to "check in" and get a loaner car. Seems the chick doing the loaners went to go wash a car and no one was left to pass out loaners. With the rest of the employee standing around with that "not my job" attitude, it took 20 minutes before someone finally decided he might as well get me a car. He walked by my multiple times before he decided maybe I had waited long enough. maybe they have a quota of wasted customer minutes before they are allowed to help out.Upon picking up my car a few hours later after the oil change was done, no one greeted me, no one said a word for 20 minutes. No one was available to check me back out. No one. Finally some old lady came around from her cubicle to do it.TERRRIBLE customer service. Grease Monkey literally does a better job, and Grease Monkey costs less since time is money and I wasted an hour with these jokers. I can get the oil changed at Grease Monkey faster than I can drive to Schomp BMW and get checked in. Ill be paying for an oil change from now on at Grease Monkey since the xxxxxxx at Schomp couldnt care less if I do and will waste my time if I go there. So much for the value of free maintenance at Schomp.I thought buying a BMW would treat me to better customer service than at the domestic dealers. Not so. Schomp is all hype, no action.BTW, Schomp is the dealer that forgot to pay off my trade in. After 45 days from the date of sale, I get a notice from the cars bank that my payment hadnt been made. Schomp BMW said they forgot. On top of that, I asked to buy a key fob protector for an X1. The parts guy had no idea which protector went to which car. How do you like that, a BMW parts guy that has no clue about BMW branded parts for BMW cars.

After 12 years driving a Lexus - decided to look at the competitors when my 2011 Lexus was totaled two weeks ago. Ruled out the Lexus as a replacement because I absolutely hated the front appearance. That grill makes the car look like an angry animal. So focused on Audi, Infiniti, Acura and BMW. Initially had no intention of looking at a BMW - but leaving the Infiniti dealership - saw the BMW right across the road and said - "oh let me at least look at it". When I walked in - was introduced to Jim Merrell. To say it was my lucky day would be an understatement. He was professional, classy, helpful. No pressure whatsoever, Didn't trash the competitors - just focused on the benefits of a BMW. After two days - and test driving the other competitors - final decision was between the Audi and BMW. I bought the BMW 535i - because of the car - it's performance - and the service provided by Jim Merrell. Great price - fabulous quality - tremendous service.

I purchased my CPO 2 years ago and have put on 22,000 miles. Staff claimed an after market filter from an ASE certified mechanic shelled the engine and refuse to even call BMW NA to see if they will cover it. Steve Constable, and 2 receptionists have told my husband to "get your car out of my lot" and hung up on him. David James and Lorenzo Sanchez will not return his calls. BMW NA here we come. I have a hard time believing that an oil filter would cause an engine to completely fail and then I'm handed a $23,404 quote on a CPO which I believed would have covered it. Schomp had instructed another local dealer not to speak to us regarding this as well and to keep their noses out of it. Anxious for our outcome with BMW NA.

Can NOT say enough amazing things about this dealership! From the moment I first walked through the door I was treated with respect and kindness. Doesn't matter that I wasn't there to buy a brand new BMW...in fact I was there to purchase a very well-priced Audi with very high miles. Our salesman was exceptional he was great and helped at every opportunity and answered questions quickly. I asked for financing on the vehicle they came back with the beat rate as 6.99 which for 720+ credit score is a joke. When I asked about the banks and options ,they only had one ,and when asked about other banks they said they couldn't use them because we were out of state which can be true for some banks but when I asked about Wells Fargo they said they didn't finance out of state which is a flat out lie . I can understand having limited options but for such a large upscale facility the financing is a joke. I ended up getting outside financing for my vehicle at 4 points less. That piece was a disappointment but overall if you are paying cash or securing your own financing the dealership was great ! It was clean and beautiful and the staff was very nice.

On a Thursday afternoon around 2:30 I discovered I needed to drive out of state early Friday morning. My car was due for service and I didn't want to drive the 1,000 miles round trip without the needed oil change. I called the Schomp BMW service center and explained the situation. They got my vehicle in by 4:00 pm and had my oil changed promptly. Awesome customer service. My salesman Joey who we worked with almost a year ago in purchasing the vehicle came out to make sure all went well as I waited for the vehicle to be brought back. Professional and courteous and great customer service.

Jesse Esquibel did a very professional job of explaining the options of certified pre owned BMW's to my son, and helped get him the most out of his trade in. I had a warning light come on and was pretty sure the vehicle was fine but wanted to have Schomp check just to be sure. Dropped the car at their location and was quickly in a clean low mileage BMW loaner and on my way. The following day I was contacted and told that after running diagnostics that the car was actually running perfectly. I was at the time and for the next couple of days tied up in a golf tournament about 45 minutes from the dealership so Schomp proposed that they bring my vehicle up to my location and take the loaner back... without me even needing to meet them. I was told that they would contact me later to settle the bill. At the end of the day there my car was, and washed no less. Upon reviewing the bill I saw a zero balance. That's right, Schomp had checked my car out, loaned me a car, then cleaned my car and drove it 45 minutes to my location and picked up their loaner... for free! Love Schomp and will be purchasing my next vehicle there when the time comes.

My go to people at Schomp is Jeff Tucker in sales, Lorenzo Sanchez in service and Jim Dodic in parts.Jeff's attention to detail in the sales process and customer service is second to none. He can talk shop all day long and being an M3 enthusiast does not hurt his credibility one bit. Lorenzo is at the top echelon of advisors I have worked with and I have worked with a dozen or more. The man is a guru and knows everything and anything. Jim is literally an encyclopedia in the parts department and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. All 3 gentlemen exemplifies professionalism.

I visited Schomp BMW for a routine oil change on my 2001 BMW 330i and decided to browse through the CPO cars while I waited. I was assisted by a very knowledgeable and friendly sales adviser named Tomas who listened to my requirements and found the perfect car for me. I was sold halfway through the test-drive and the whole process was a breeze including trade-in of my previous vehicle. Everything was explained in detail, the car was priced under blue-book, and I was left with no questions. Never once did I feel like they were trying to hide something from me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used BMW.

We bought a pre-owned Kia from Schomp BMW. There were a few things that needed to be fixed on the car. Dave and Alice helped me with the entire process. They took care of everything I asked and did not charge me anything. Dave kept in touch with me throughout the process. The service center did not have to fix the things I asked for, but they did anyways. They provided great service! I was given a loaner car while mine was being repaired and that whole process was very simple. A couple of employees even offered to help me switch car seats from car to car. Everyone we've come into contact with there has been so incredible friendly and helpful. I was a little worried since I didn't buy a BMW that I'd be treated with less respect, but that isn't the case at all! I've been so impressed with Schomp throughout the entire car buying and service experience. Keep up the good work Schomp BMW! We will definitely consider buying our next car from any Schomp dealership.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing a pre owned BMW from Schomp! Tyler Timian is the one to ask for, he is a great sales person and knows a TON about the cars. He was also super patient as it took me some time to make my final decision, so many awesome cars to choose from :) I also only had to deal with Tyler, as they advertise, one person throughout the whole deal until you close, it was awesome. The facility is super clean and the overall experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend buying a car from Schomp. I also don't want to forget the BMW genius Phil Baykian, he walked me through all the features of my new car, also very knowledgeable. On Monday, 7/11/2016, I drove into the BMW service area. I was immediately greeted by a friendly young man who took my keys and stated that a service advisor would be with me in just a moment (this was a good start).Jenna came over introduced herself and we briefly discussed the one year warranty on my wife's 528XI. She mentioned it would be about an hour so I decided to wait. About a half-hour into my waiting time, Jenna came over and mentioned that prior warranty work was missed (by me and my wife). If I wanted to wait it would not take long. I agreed. Net, net, in less than two hours we had new wiper blades, engine oil service, and brake flush. In addition the micorofilter was replaced and the car was fully washed and dried.I would like to thank Ms. Jenna Malone and the entire BMW service team for their attention to detail and outstanding customer service.

I have a wonderful i3. For my purposes it is the best of 8 BMWs I have owned. It is rendered nearly perfect by the "loaner" program whereby I can use a conventional car for weekend trips to the mountains, for the cost of fuel. Schomp has always accommodated my needs. They even wash my i3 before I get it back !

From the time a team, not a person, a team of Schomp guys swarmed my car until Elijaha nd Joel explained in detail and English what my problem was, this place floored me. I came to Schomp BMW to test drive a car that I found on Cars.com. I entered the very new and clean environment and was greeted with a smile from a welcoming member of the dealership. I waited for a few moments and was introduced to Chuck, the salesman that I spoke with earlier about the car that I wanted to drive and look at. Chuck was welcoming and very pleasant and was told that he would be a minute while he found the car for me to drive - it had just come back from the shop after an inspection. I took a minute or two to grab a burger and a drink from their tent. That was nice. After a few minutes, Chuck drove the car to me. We hopped in, and I had a great test-drive of this incredible BMW automobile. We took a 20 minute test drive up the mountains, where Chuck let me drive the car as I would like to. On the way, he pointed out some great things about this vehicle. He answered all my questions about it, and made me feel good about my purchase.I wasn't completely sold on it, and wanted to try some other options. He showed me two other vehicles to drive. I test drove them, and with his assistance, chose the first one that I went to see.Chuck was funny, helpful and understood my desires and made me feel good, whichever direction I went. He spent over three hours with me while we got the deal done. I never once felt that he had other customers to get to, or that my time wasn't valuable. He was awesome!While the financing was being done, the rest of the team was very cordial and freindly as I waited.Having bought a few cars in the past, this expereince was one of the best ones that I've had. Since the purchase, they've made me feel like part of their family.I highly recommend Chuck and the Schomp BMW family. I'm happy to be part of the Schomp BMW family.

Chris Sanchez was thorough, friendly, helpful, and patient with me, and I appreciated his respect throughout the transaction. Originally, I had researched online, and I decided to test drive the X1, mainly because I needed a power tailgate after my shoulder replacement. Chris spent much time educating me, and then I decided the X3, with its lumbar adjustment, was the SAV for me. So we put one together, with the options I wanted. He was great in helping me decide what I really didn't need or want, as well. It was more of a fun and exciting adventure than I had anticipated buying my first BMW would be! He ordered the car, and it arrived sooner than I had expected!I also appreciate that the Sales Dept does not work on Commission, and that pricing at Schomp is reasonable. The trade-in of my Subaru Forester was equally a painless process. Additionally, Phil and David Toben in the Genius Department, are terrific teachers! I hope you never eliminate this "consultation" service, as it is so essential for my (older) generation to learn about how to operate and utilize the technologies offered now! I can't sing their praises loudly enough!

I brought my 13 bmw 335i in because of a very rough idling issue. They found the issue and resolved it. On top of that they did a brake fluid flush, buffed my rotors buck use of a little rust, put a new air filter in, toped off fluids and even rinsed and vacuumed my car. Btw I live on a dort road and my car was pretty filthy from recent rain turning into a mud pit iny driveway. Everything was above and beyond what I was expecting. I will definitely return for any services I will need in the future as well when I want to buy a new bmw. Great job!

I had a great overall experience at Schomp. While a bit skeptical of the no haggle process, I became more confident as time passed. In fact, I even went to another dealership and was quoted a price on the same vehicle. In the end, it was the same price but Schomp's service, customer handling, and knowledge was outstanding. And although i was supposed to start with Agye he was tied up with other customers and i began my process with Markus. The transition back to Agye went well. I suspect this is not an easy thing to accomplish as I was comfortable with Markus. But, the transition occurred and I was made comfortable throughout. Kudos. Lastly, Phil, who walked me through the use of my car was outstanding. If we were serving drinks I think we could have spoken for another two hours. Thanks Phil.

This was our 2nd time using Schomp for a used car purchase (1st time we didn't buy car here). We came back to Schomp because our experience was so good the first time, even though they didn't have the car we wanted. This time, we found a great pre-owned vehicle that fit our family's needs. Alice H. was great to work with! She always responded quickly to my texts and questions. The car was ready to go for the test drive and it was the cleaner than any other cars we had already test-driven. Everyone at Schomp was extremely friendly and helpful. I love their 1 person, 1 hour guarantee when buying a car. They stuck to that promise and I really appreciated it! There was a minor repair needed and the service department reached out to me within 3 days, even over the holiday weekend, to schedule an appointment to bring the car back and have it serviced. I would highly recommend this dealership and all their employees. We appreciate that they don't haggle on the price and that there are no dealer handling fees. They Never clearly tell you what service you are elligible for after paying tons of money for services and maintenances. Very rude and impaitient sales and service crew. Just fakely giving smiles but dnt do the job right.When took the car from the service, the service advisor even didnt bother to discuss the issues in person and didnt show up.for a simple question of what are the covered items in the contract plan, i was shoot to 6 different numbers and people and finally not even an answer.Sales person on the phone just hung up on me! I did not even raise my voice and was very calm and just trying to find out info about coverages.After they sell the car, you would regret buying it from Schomp!

Bought a used BMW and nothing but issues ! Computer problems electrical was shot and we had to pay for it the alignment was. Ot done right after we took it in! Ruined 1200$ in new tires brought it back in and was told too bad!! We then had to pay for another alignment and new tires again that were only 6mo this old!!!! THomas was. Was very cocky and rude RUN fast if you get stuck with him!! RUN!!!! We wanted to trade it in we asked about a.certain new car he came back with a car we did. Ot want!! We said NO!! Funny I'm paying the payment!! He gave us one option that was it!! Then he wanted over 8 grand as a down with a credit score over 720 and 28precent income to debt ratio- we had bought 4 cars prior and I now can say they don't care to sell cars!! They can't be bothered! Sales and customer service used to be amazing and it's gone to xxxx !! It's terrible!!! We will not return we will go to Lexus! Management needs to really look at staff/sales and figure out what's important!! Words getting out!

I needed a newer pre certified 5 Series to replace a 10 year old 530 that was close to 100,000 miles. Saw a likely candidate so dropped by dealership late on a Friday afternoon and left a couple of hours later with that replacement. Great assistance from Alice Huesing and Mike Morrine to juggle my test drive and paperwork with their ongoing work schedule. Had received good assistance in past as well as for scheduled maintenance so there no haggle approach and understanding of the process were all helpful including an efficient trade in process. Recommended.

Besides the point that I have an amazing car (2016 4 Series) but the costumer service is the best I have ever had on any vehicle purchase. My Schomp BMW Service Adviser, Jenna Malone was exceptional. Her attentiveness and empathy to my situation was nothing short of amazing. Jenna went way out of her way to make sure that the repair to my car was quick and done professionally. Any other place in my situation (changing out winter tires to summer times and having a bad valve stem mounted in one of the summer tires) would have been an all day ordeal, but Jenna made the situation comfortable and got me on my way. She even followed up the next day to see if the tire was holding air and that there were no other problems. I will be a Schomp BMW customer for life. Not just because the vehicle is nothing short of amazing, but there costumer service is what separated the Men for the Boys in the vehicle market.

Called on Monday to inquire about a used car they had listed. They said it wasn't available and they need to take the posting down due to a recall issue. I noticed the posting was still up that same week on Friday. I called them to see if anything changed, and one of their staff said that it shouldn't be up still due to the recall, but then said they'd call me back because they may be able to work something out so I can buy the vehicle and bring it in when the recall replacement part comes in. Few hours later they called back saying it was good for purchase. I scheduled a time to see the car that same night. About an hour prior my appointment they give me a call and said that the car was sold the day prior (THURSDAY), which was THREE days after my initial call about the car. It seems that their sales team is absolute garbage when a car goes from initially not being able to be sold on that Friday to being sold the day prior on Thursday. This dealership is an absolute joke.

I expected high standards as a BMW is something special; however, I was pleasant surprised with the professionalism of Schomp BMW employees. My salesman, Justin Albrecht helped me choose which car was right for me and genius employees Phil (not sure what his last name, older gentleman who explains features of the car) and David Toben were exceptional. These gentlemen were friendly, very helpful and found a way of explaining the features of the car in such a manner that I did not feel stupid. I am sure that I will be contacting these men again as I become more familiar with the car, and thankfully I am sure that my inquiries will be welcomed. They represent Schomp and BMW very well - I will refer friends and enjoy the BMW experience.

Schomp only puts the customer first until money is in their hand. I was sold a car that had problems within the first few days off the lot. The sales manager was overly rude and disrespectful at every interaction. Over the first three months after I purchased my car over 1k of repairs were needed- in addition to an unknown dollar amount to diagnose and fix an electrical issue (that has resulted in my car breaking down three times already since December). I will find that out when I am able to pay for a length diagnostic financially (as the car is now becoming a money hole). Schomp not only ignored my pleas for assistance or exchange but actually stopped responding all together after I asked for a reasonable trade on offer if the sales manager (John Costello) was serious about helping. The general manger of the store was included on all emails so it is clear that the lack of integrity flows at all levels at this dealership. If you want a reliable car and a dealership that stands behind their vehicles putting customers first then Schomp BMW is NOT the place. I am now stuck with a car I paid over 17k for that spontaneously breaks down and leaves me stranded with no foreseeable fix or way to diagnose.

I purchased a certified used vehicle in November of 2015 and to our surprise it needed brakes 4500 miles later , we took the vehicle in for a brake inspection and at first they didn't have the information as to why we were dropping the car off, they thought it was for service. So after a couple hours they called confirming we needed brakes. " which we already knew", long story short they quoted us for front brake replacement pads rotors and sensors .$800.00 parts and labor .wow pretty pricey, but then again it is bmw! So after going back and forth about why we thought they should've replaced the brakes "prior" to selling the vehicle they discounted the brakes down to $101 dollars and oil change for $80 dollars so we originally went from around $1100-1300 for everything that they recommended we paid $182 . 00 Which was awesome considering what they originally wanted us to pay. I would definitely recommend anyone to schomp BMW . Overall great service

Admittedly I am a demanding customer and an attorney which is a bad combo for anyone but I treasure the times I can just have old fashioned customer service and don't feel like I am going to battle just to get a fair deal. Buying from Schomp (3 cars in 3 months, another next month) and working with Joey Hegge, by far one of the best Client Advisers I have dealt with to date; I was treated well, know they had the best price, no nonsense fees etc. The important thing is I had an issue with a car (my 9th BMW) and it was handled by Joey, Rich Battista and the Owners insisted me, the Client, be satisfied--happy even, with my choice and pet peeves. Never has a dealership done anything like this (Generally, BMW is better than most but Schomp is the best of the better). No need for details, but rare is a dealer--or anyone for that matter that stands behind their product and demands the best from the staff. I know this sounds trite, but it means a lot when you walk in the door you are greeted by any number of people from the Genius staff (walking talking owners' manuals that know all those things that I an too damn old to learn) and best of all, if you are admiring a car or just looking you don't get the old 1st line "what will it take you to buy this today"--instead they say "hi"--they get it; they know we want to look, browse, then buy--but at our pace. Any staff member will smile and help and not in a smarmy way but a genuine human who like their job. Even the follow-up--instead of counting your cash in the backroom, at least--I mean at least one person will call or email to make sure everything is as it should be.

Joey Hegge and Rich Battista are just two reasons to buy a car from Schomp. I purchased 9 BMWs over the last 25 years in Ct, Chicago, DC, and Colorado and Schomp is, by far, head and shoulders above the rest. Price, selections, great staff to cater to every need (and I am a high maint customer). I have never seen, nor heard of a businesses of this size have the Owners actually care about the Customer Experience. Sure, its a BMW dealer so you expect more than most but often, in my experience, the snob factor creeps in; not here. From the moment they greet you to pointing you in the right direction it is a no hassle/headache experience. What I especially liked is I was not prejudged: i walked in jeans and a t-shirt and got the same treatment as a Denver Bronco who was buying the new 750--and I spent half as much (but came back 2 weeks later--the dealership gives you the opposite of buyers remorse--you want to go back and buy a roof rack or a key fob. Just nice people--not, in any way, manner, or form, are they a typical car dealer. They have the best selection and prices so might as well start at Schomp--and save spending a day with the used car dealers of old.

I purchased my first BMW on 29 Jan 2016. What an experience! My salesman, Jeffery Tucker was patient and very informative throughout the entire process. He was there constantly to answer my questions and help me to hang in there while we waited for my car to arrive from Germany. There were never any surprises. The pricing was exactly what he quoted when we place my order. I really appreciate that. When I showed up from Casper, WY Jeff was there to meet me and show me my new M4! The paperwork was simple and to the point. We built my finance package together, face to face, in an unprecedented transparent way. Wow! I've never seen where my salesman was my finance guy too. It was awesome! He then handed me off to Mr. David Toben. An exceptional BMW Genius! David went over my car with me up, down and sideways. He was so helpful. I can truly say when we were finished I really felt like I had owned the car for years! Fit like a glove! I would also like to mention the rest of the Genius team was polite and showed a genuine excitement for me when they learned I was picking up my first BMW. I really enjoyed getting to know Kathy Powell ,Marcus D. their team at the New owners of BMW car class. What an amazing evening of customer service! They provided light food and beverages and we discussed run flat tires and they answered all our questions. We had a detailed orientation of the service department and had fun getting to know what goes on behind the scenes and how well our cars are taken care of during service. After the evening was over my new car was returned washed and returned a FULL tank of gas. Thank you Schomp! (Thank you Cathy for getting my extra keys and Marcus for giving me a lesson on the iDrive. ) Best dealership in Denver!

In the process of buying a pre-owned BMW, sales manager Matt Rebeck test drove my current car with me to determine trade in value. Seemed like a nice guy, although the typical car sales person type. Rest assured he pointed out every flaw in my car down to the littlest detail without ever complimenting anything like "your car is very clean and well kept" or "I'd like to see the service record and how good you maintained this vehicle". Nope. He was snide and arrogant in giving me all the excuses he could to offer me the lowest trade in value possible, offering me $5,500 less than another BMW dealer in the same town! Clearly Schomp sees dollar signs and loves to take trade ins and cut people down as much as possible to profit off them. I took my business elsewhere. Be warned!

I wanted to tell everyone that I just had the best car buying experience that I have ever had in my life. Thanks to Schomp BMW and Gerardo "Jerry" Chavez. This young man is a great sales advisor, the best I have ever had. I have owned about 50-60 vehicles during my lifetime, and so I have see a lot of car salesmen that I really don't like. Usually when I buy a vehicle from a dealer, I go home angry because I feel like I got abused. This is not the case with Ralph Schomp BMW, this is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from them. I did buy another BMW from another dealer and I was not happy at this dealership. Ralph Schomp has the best customer service, they are honest(which is very hard to find in the car selling industry), kind, understanding, and patient. I just don't have enough good to say about Jerry, he was the best salesmen I have ever met, he was not pushy, and was super knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. I just wanted to tell the world that if you are going to buy a BMW GO SEE JERRY CHAVEZ, AT RALPH SCHOMP BMW, you will not be disappointed. I have had nothing but good experiences every time I have ever went there. The sales and the service is the best that you can get. So thank-you Jerry and Schomp BMW, for taking care of me. He not only knows how things work, but knows the technical methodology behind the design. Marcus has a true passion for his job. He knows the BMW line and the competition as well. I recently purchased a 2016 BMW X5 from Schomp BMW. While the sales experience was not 'excellent' but acceptable, the Genius experience was wonderful. Schomp offers a "Genius" to help a new buyer know all the specific features about the new vehicle - Great program!! I worked with David Toben as he walked me through the various features of my new vehicle. He was very thorough, answered any questions I could think of and those I couldn't think of, and had great patience. I had two Genius sessions with him which helped me a to review and remember the features of the car. David gave me his cell number in case I needed help as I became more familiar with the car and had questions. I had asked him about a couple features the salesperson told me were on the car, he advised no 'they're not on this car' and explained why. These are not 'big deal' features to me, but I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get these things to work - such as the 'foot' activated trunk door opener (thought it would be handy with full hands) - it's not on my X5. Thank you David for a great experience and the complete information about my X5!

Schomp BMW was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We purchased a 2015 BMW X-5 demo vehicle and could not be happier with the level of service, attention, professionalism they provided. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase a vehicle, the client advisor (Anthony) was very responsive, courteous, and very very professional. We looked at BMW vehicles for several months around the local Denver/Colorado Springs area and found Schomp BMW to be a cut above the rest in all regards (no Dealer Handling fees, replaced the specialized HUD windshield due to a small crack in the windshield with no hassles). This was such a positive buying experience, we can't say enough. If you are in the market for a BMW, don't go anywhere else besides SCHOMP BMW and ask for Anthony Andreozzi.
