I had to purchase a new car due to losing my old Honda in flood. As I walked in, Joe greeted me, even though I didn't look fancy, and asked if he could help me. Although my first choice would be a 5-speed Honda Accord, I directed him to show me an automatic car which would impress me. He showed me a few cars and explained details about each. Test driving the second car was it. When I returned later to assist me with phone connection, floor matts, etc... he was very courteous and patient. I really love my new Honda Accord. Thank you.

Terrible --Poor service. Multiple strikes with this dealer. Don't go here. They will be happy to sell you a car for sticker and try to sell you multiple additional packages and warranties. Nitro Fill was a horiffic joke. I took my car to Scholfield 3 or 4 times and eventually had to go somewhere else to have the problem diagnosed and resolved. The dealer referred me to an 800 number and became argumentative when I ask if I could just come in and purchase a tire myself. You have to deal with the warranty company directly. It took multiple phone calls and I evntually just paid for the tire out of my pocket.... at Firestone. My latest and final trip to the shop was for an oil change and rotation. I failed to make an appointment and was turned away for service because it was inconvenient for the shop at 4pm. I barely got the reason for my visit out and was cut off. Funny, I didn't have to make an appointment the previous two times. I've bought two cars here. Wow !!!! I bought locally for service because I drive many miles each month and have a busy schedule. I talked to management who blamed me and said if I hadn't cut off the service guy he might have got me in at their other location across town. It was ok for me to take 30 minutes to drive across town so they could still pocket the costly service. I had someone follow me to drop the car at the East location. Nightmare!! I went to Jiffy Lube and was finished 20 minutes after I pulled in. I would have preferred Honda certified service. Maintenance is extremely important and needs to be timely and reliable.... I have found that this dealer is neither. Draw your own conclusions.

This purchase all came about because Brad Cox knew of my need to replace my Honda Fit (which had served me well for 8 years!), and my financial guidelines I wanted to follow. After visiting with Roger Scholfield, who had guided me in car decisions many times, he asked Brandon Balman to assist in my sales experience. Brandon was the perfect match, and never grew impatient with all my "many" questions! He was fantastic...and loved his smile!

This will be our second time of purchasing cars from Scholfield Honda and each time it's been great experience. We bought brand new cars 10 years ago and was due for different cars this year. Everyone was very respectful and worked us through the process easily. A special thanks to Steven Bishop. He was our sales guy and he was wonderful. He called, texted and was available ( even after office hours) during the process to answer questions and make everything smooth. Jason Shire was also very good and helpful and they both gave us good deals. We will definitely be back when we are due for another car.

This was my first experience at the Scholfield Honda dealership and I was very impressed with the employees and management. They were very friendly, helpful and non-pushy. Our salesman, Chris Kurth, was very informative and understanding of our needs from start to finish during the trade of our vehicle. He spent time showing us what our new car could do and how each of the features worked. He was a real peach to work with and made the trading process a pleasant experience!I would encourage others looking for a new car to go to Scholfield Honda. They are a nice group of people, selling a great brand of car! Definitely a positive experience. Thumbs up here!

Bought my Accord coupe certified used in '06 and had a good experience. Nearing the end of the original warranty the clear coat began to peel. Took it in and was told that they would not fix it.Returned six months later for repairs and among the suggested list of things to repair was an entry noting the clear coat was peeling, badly, by now. Again, told them I purchased the car certified used from them and asked for them to cover it under the extended warranty I had purchased. I was told that it didn't cover paint and they would not fix it. I went through this three additional times to get them to fix it with no luck so I finally gave up.Couple of months ago I was sent an email that the dealership was interested in my car. I had received calls like this before from Scholfield (actually an agent acting on their behalf) wanting to buy my car but each time I went in they acted like they knew nothing about it. This time it was from the secretary telling me they had a customer interested in my model of car. I went and had the unpleasant experience of talking to the sales manager who insulted me with a low-ball offer on my car. It was only after I explained to him that Audi and Cadillac we're going to give me DOUBLE what he was that he brought his offer up more.Your only saving grace is the service department of which I have been a loyal customer. Will not buy certified used or new from this dealership again. You had ample opportunities to make things right but continued to deny it each time I asked.

I want to personally recommend and thank the following: Brian Watkins, James Watkins, Mark Weins, Matt Council, Drew Droegmeier, Brad Cox, Mitch Johnson, and the rest of the Scholfield team for a wonderful experience. This team went above and beyond to help us find two cars for our family, one a new Honda Accord and one a gently used 2013 Ford Escape. Both teams worked diligently to make sure that we were getting exactly what we were wanting, in the price range we wanted, while providing us with great customer service, honest advice, and a seamless process from start to finish. All team members were professional and knowledgeable. All questions that we had they were able to answer for us immediately or find out the answer in no time. Great repairs team as well. We request a few touch ups on the ford and they got to work on them immediately and had the car looking better than new. Please save yourself the time and hassle of other places and just go to Scholfield Honda first.

I cannot edit my previous review for some reason. Roger and the GM contacted me to discuss my previous experience. We were able to come to an agreement. This company does monitor and care about how they are reviewed in social media. If you have a problem they will listen and try to resolve.

After the service manager,Matt, yelled at me for inquiring why a part wasn't covered under warranty when i had documents from the warranty paperwork saying it was I cannot recommend this to anyone. They did the absolute minimum that they could to help me, which was to tell me i was wrong, they didn't care, and to yell at me.

Bought a 2014 civic 5spd manual I have my car in for service today some kid pulls out my car and immediately kills it so I ask him if he can drive a manual he replied no so I myself drove it into the service department then they told me it would be a 6 hour wait and did not offer me a ride so I proceed to kill time by looking at a 2015 si nobody came and greeted me I then walked into the main sales floor and sat down I have now been sitting for 35 minutes and not a single person has said hello good product terrible customer service I am highly unhappy with this dealership

In March we went to Scholfield to look for used cars for my daughter's. They sold us a vehicle that had been wrecked, after telling us it had not been. Less than 60 days later someone backed into us at Dillons . The body shop said the prior damage was so poorly repaired that it would be several thousand dollars to correctly repair the vehicle. Additionally, they said there was NO WAY Scholfield did not know it had this prior damage. We actually tried to by two vehicles at once, and this was the only car they were willing to come down on the price, I now know why. As a mother, I took my daughters to Scholfield because I thought they would be more honest than a "buy here, pay here lot on Broadway". Boy was I wrong!!! They finally agreed to trade it out for another car after my husband called them. At the time of the trade in they did an estimate to repair the damages and took several thousand off of the trade in price (much more than the estimate from the insurance company was willing to pay us) saying that I would have to try and recoop my cost from insurance company.....and how I was lucky they were doing this in the first place. The purchase/trade in was completed over three months ago, and they are now calling wanting the insurance check. Their own body shop did the repairs, they took several thousand off the trade in and now say they are going to sue me for the money. Nowhere in the contract was it said we were to give them the check. Infact, the New Car Sales Manager, said several times I would have to recoop my money throught the insurance company, the check would be mine. Not only did they try to pawn a wrecked vehicle off on me, they are now trying to get more money out of me. I will be fighting this matter. But BUYER BEWARE!! They are not a honest dealership and take advantage of WOMEN. I will never buy from them again, and will be sure and tell everyone about their bad business practices.

In 2011 I bought my first Honda Fit at Scholfield and was pleased with the experience. This month I returned to find that the experience was just as rewarding. Mr. Scholfield... you can be proud of your entire staff. Especially Chris Moore who went out of his way several times to assure we got the automobile we wanted and the best financial deal that could be had. He made sure we were satisfied in every sense of the word, and left no question unanswered. His experience and friendly manner made me feel at home as if I were sitting across my kitchen table discussing cars over a cup of coffee. When we wanted to add some additional features, he turned us over to Jason who offered all of the options available and explained each one flawlessly. When we came to pick up the car, Brad Cox stopped by and introduced himself and thanked us for our dedication to this dealership. Very friendly sales staff. Brandon was very good and even came to the airport to pick me up. The auto (VW Touareg) was in very good condition as advertised except they lost the second key and the 12v plug in was not operational. They have agreed to pay for a 2nd key, but indicate the 12v outlet was not covered in their "120 point" inspection and won't fix that. I did purchase a 5 year 60K mile full extended warranty for a good price. Most importantly the price of the VW was the best I'd found in 2 months searching.

We normally use the Scholfield Service Center on the other side of town (also highly recommended!) but they don't do detailing, so we brought our Accord in for that. My daughter had lost a gold ring under the seat and hadn't been able to find it, and the detailer returned it to her and would not accept a reward. The second time we had the car detailed a year later, there was a ten-dollar bill under the seat that we didn't know was there, but it was waiting for us with our paperwork. I was very impressed both times as it would have been very easy for the employee to pocket either or both items. The detail work was also superb, and the car was just like new again. I won't take my Hondas anywhere else!

I am very happy with the service center. All of the employees are polite. I have worked mostly with Josh. I appreciate their honesty. I have called to get my oil changed on more than one occasion and they have asked me if I am at 15% yet...I say "no" and they say that it doesn't need to be changed until it's at 15%. I didn't even know I could wait until 15%. I moved here from Enid Oklahoma and they changed it whenever I took it in. Regardless of what percentage of usage I showed. Very happy and will continue to take my civic only to this service center.Tracey Harriso

Scholfield Honda is the best place in Wichita to buy a new car. The sales associates are friendly, and knowledgeable. This is the 4th Honda that we have purchased, and you just can't beat the great deals Scholfield offers their customers. We always get our cars serviced at Scholfield Honda West, but I am sure Scholfield East does fantastic service as well. Previously, we have owned 2 Accords. Now we own the Honda CR-V and we just purchased the Honda FIT. When we started thinking about buying a new car, I did all my research online. We were looking for an economical 2nd car that would get good gas mileage for our frequent out of town trips. The FIT looked real good online, but the real test was going to be trying it out for size. We are kind of larger people, so we wanted to make sure we wouldn't feel cramped in this size of car. We were really amazed at how comfortable and roomy the FIT is. If you want to have a fantastic car buying experience, go to Scholfield Honda. You also will soon be saying "I love my Scholfield Honda"!

Within days of writing this review, Scholfield Honda and Roger Scholfield himself reached out to me to reconcile the situation. Mr. Scholfield offered to pay a large percentage of the parts and labor to fix my BMW which I recently purchased from the dealership. I am extremely appreciative for the quick response and for the dealership to assist me in making this right for all of us. I feel my review was a little emotional and I overreacted too quickly as I very eager to return home from deployment. But, I grateful to Mr. Scholfield and the staff at Scholfield Honda to go above and beyond on this issue. They have kept me as a customer for life and their immediate attention to my situation did not go unnoticed.

I forgot to mention that when i first bought the car the oil light came on the next day. joe self bmw said the oil was low. they topped it off and never did it come on again. I also purchased a $3000 warranty from scholfield honda and when it took it joe self bmw they said it already have a 100k mile warranty due to it being a Certified preowned. the warranty scholfield sold me was only up to 86k, I asked for a refund its taking 4-6 weeks to get my money back that only took them 1 day to take. Thats on top of my clutch going out 2 weeks after buying this car. Every I call them they have a reason for not even trying to split cost of labor and parts. NOTHING! Thats ok though. I have a welcome home interview with KAKE when I return home since I've been deployed so much and missed a lot of my family gatherings. I WILL be sure to mention Scholfield Honda and how they potentially ruined my kids christmas. I serve my country proudly. I would expect my country to do the same.

First of all I'm a deployed service member. Im doing my final tour. 3 of the last 4 years have been spent in the middle east. My sister back home purchased a vehicle i found on their website. it was an 08 bmw 328i. She bought the car and drove it 10 miles to her work and it was smoking. she had briefly rest her foot on the pedal. while driving. the sales guy said don't do that. she made sure she hasn't since. 2 weeks later the clutch is completely out in less than 100 miles. the dealership said drivers error and now I'm stuck paying 1100 bucks out of my pocket right before christmas. Ive spent a ton of money on lawyer fees to get custody of my kids, new place, etc so that just screwed everything up even more Ive served my country and extremely upset when i can't get the people i protect to help me out.

I told the salesman this, and he said that I could take a test drive anyways. The salesman was very polite, and did not try to push me into a car that I did not want. Excellent customer service
