Let me start off by saying that im not usto writti g reviews and think theres good in everyone. With that i have purchased 3 cars in my life. This was the first time i bought from scarsdale ford hoping for a similar experience to what ive had with honda dealerships. Me and my 55 year old mom went in and met a sales person by the name of Joe tarrantino. He was very nice to talk to and the sale was pleasant . This in fact is my concern. I feel like he tricked me by seemeingly being nice and lied to me. I leased a new car and he explained everything to me. The issue i have is that he told me that he would lower the price pf my down payment and i thought that was great , but what i didnt know was that he chatged me the deduction of my plates and i would have to pay it later on. He told me i would owe between 50 to 75 dollars for the plates. Its turned out to be over 400. I ended up getting 2 tickets for 135 rqch because i was trying to explain to Joe what he had promised. After speaking to the manager he had joes back and basically after they had my money i was screwed. I really wish i didnt buy this car from them. My last dealer gave me free mats and even oil changes on the house. Scarsdale ford is very direct and is only looking for money. Dont buy here!!!!

I had an appointment to fix two recalls. (2011 Mustang Coupe) 15V-319--16B23--Replace Throttle Body--Driver Side airbag inflator. They replaced the Throttle Body but didn't have the parts to replace the air bag inflator. When I asked the service manager about why make an appointment for me when they didn't have all the parts in stock he just shrugged his shoulders and said I would have to come back again. We had and some words and he said if I didn't like it go have my car serviced someplace else.

Called on car asked if it was available waited all day to tell me it wasn't followed up in the afternoon no answer called at night was told he would get back to me turns out the response from sales man Scott Schiller is as follows " It turns out our satellite store took a deposit on Saturday so the Mustang is no longer available. Sorry." So after waiting all day that's the response I don't recommend this dealer and have all the emails and txt messages to back up myDispleasure of anyone wants to see them.

I leased a 2016 Explorer Sport from Scarsdale Ford. Joe was great to work with. The exact car I wanted is pretty rare (bucket seats in the second row), but Joe was able to find it within a day and bring it to Scarsdale Ford. When I picked up the car the process was really quick and easy, no pressure. They also gave me a great price on my trade-in.

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport and I absolutely love the car! The car is awesome and so was the customer service i received at Scarsdale Ford. They were kind and helpful. They explained everything step by step and took their time with me. I never felt rushed throughout the entire process. They even took over an hour with with me after I purchased the vehicle and showed me how to use all its features. In the past, all the other dealers have pushed me out the door once they received their money. This was the best experience i've ever had when purchasing a vehicle. The service department at Scarsdale Ford is amazing! Each person I have dealt with is friendly, thoughtful and honest! I brought my car in for regular service and was concerned about a noise. I was expecting to get a call saying that I needed huge repairs for $$$$, as this was always my experience at other dealerships, and yet I left the dealership paying less than $45!! And the car is running great! Come to think of it, I have yet to spend more than $50 and I have had my Ford Fusion Hybrid for almost 2 years, servicing it exclusively at this dealership!

Took the vehicle in for an inspection. Power Steering leak was found. That was addressed in a timely manner. Returned because the car was leaking fluid. It was determined that there was a crack in the radiator. It was replaced and car was ready before the expected time. Car runs well now.

It had been many years since we had purchased a car. After much research, we chose a Ford Taurus. My husband contacted Scarsdale Ford. We were lucky in that he ended up speaking to Scott Schiller. Mr. Schiller was aware that we had done our research. He was so helpful in giving us the information that we needed in order to make our final decision which included the trade-in of our old car. After we ordered the car, Mr. Schiller kept us informed of everything we needed to do along the way. We were so pleased with how Mr. Schiller handled everything, that when we came to pick up the new Taurus, we decided to trade-in our other old car and order a new Ford Fusion. Again we got a good number on our trade-in from Mr. Schiller and the Scarsdale Ford team. On both occasions, when we came to pick up the new cars, a lot of time was spent showing us the features on the cars. We were always made to feel that we could contact them at any time if we had questions. We have had questions and never felt like we were bothering them.

Very unprofessional and rude. Went to look at a used car and ready to buy - and they could care less. Patronizing too. Was talking with one of the sales person, and as we were talking, he was greeting two other people and started joking around with them - in the middle of our conversation!!! Totally unprofessional and just simply RUDE!! Left and will never ever go there. Wish I could remember the sales person's name.

I chose to work with Marysol Ruiz who was the salesperson for the purchase of my previous Ford. Marysol was very attentive to my needs and concerns and worked dilligently to find the car that suited my needs and budget. She found just the car I was seeking and worked with me to arrive at an appropriate payment schedule. I am writing this review about the Service department, NOT the Sales department. The Front desk individuals at the Service department are Very Rude and Unprofessional. They do not know how to talk professionally on phone or in person. I went in for a NYS inspection and they let me wait for over 3 hours even with an appointment. They even let 2 other people go ahead of me whose appointment were past mine. If you are buying a car from Scarsdale Ford, find elsewhere for your service department.

I had come in with a problem with my sirius radio on my 2010 Ford Explorer. Scarsdale Ford was so helpful to order me the part that was needed to be replaced and when the day came to replace it they also gave me a loaner car so i can get to work and have it ready for me when i got done. I had an issue with my deductible that the parts/service Manager was so nice and take care of it for me. I would say Scarsdale Ford has one of the best teams of customer service that i have seen in a long time!

I had scheduled an online appointment to have my car serviced, since it is falling apart. I was able to choose a time and date to bring it in, and the time I chose was available. I was sent an e-mail the next day saying that they are booked up until the following week. No phone call. It's a good thing I checked my e-mail before I left, because if I had gotten there and was told that, I would've been more furious. Apparently scheduling an appointment that is available doesn't mean anything to the Scarsdale Ford service dept. The date should've been blacked out online if they were booked solid. I don't recommend using Scarsdale Ford for vehicle service. There is no point in making an appointment if they don't monitor, or uphold, their availability or appointment scheduler. I will NEVER go back to Scarsdale Ford.

Windshield damaged on the car I bought Notified dealer within half hour of taking it home. This was in June, it is now August and the promised reimbursement has not been paid. They were aware of problem when I picked up the car.

Worst Service EVER. They do not want you to know about specials, they will overcharge you. They do not honor their own website and promotions or adavantage reward points. They no not keep promises, "I will call you later" weeks laters no call. They will get upset if you point that something is wrong, or something is needed. This is not customer service is a HUSTLE, First time they will SMILE. Next time they will see how they can rip you off. Ps. Most positive reviews look like the dealers themselves wrote it.

Great customer care. The sales people are knowledgable, extremely friendly and helpful. They located a car for me really quickly. I went in on Tuesday picked up the car on Saturday. Did a great job of exposing the car I would be driving to me. I would recommend this dealership to friends. The experience was very comfortable and not pushy which is very important to me since you don't want to be strong armed into buying a car.

The buying process was frustrating. Our first salesman kept us there for 3 hours and promised that we would receive the car in about 6 weeks. When we got home and looked over the contract we found that he made several mistakes in the math and that he wrote that we could expect delivery in 8-12 weeks. We called the dealership and asked for a different salesman. He was more attentive and told us that we could expect to receive the car in about 5 weeks from when it was ordered. Well, it took 8 weeks before we got our car. The car was held at "the ramp" in Newark for an additional 2 weeks for a recall examination. That seems like a long time to us. Once we got the car our experience with Scarsdale Ford changed dramatically. Assistant Sales Manager, Juan Muriel, took over. He spent a lot of time showing us features of our new car and giving us a hands on tutorial. He set up our MyFord Touch and had a lot of patience with us and all of our questions. I had to go back a couple of days later to show them a little imperfection on the back bumper and Juan introduced me to all of the service people who were attentive and assured me that they would take care of everything and our car would be perfect. During this visit Juan helped sync our "Sync My Ride Feature" which gives turn by turn directions. Again, he showed himself to be knowledgeable, very helpful and a nice guy. My husband and I hope that as time goes by the frustrations that we initially experienced will be replaced with feelings of satisfaction with Scarsdale Ford and its staff.

For years Ford was almost a taboo in my mind, if you wanted a reliable car don't get a ford, unless you wanted a truck. That has all changed now with Ford focusing on quality of their cars now. I was looking for a hybrid so naturally my first inclincation was honda or toyota,but the fusion was a full sized sedan that blew me away. The service here at Scarsdale made all the difference. Scott Schiller took care of all the leg work, all I had to do was point and say I want that one and there I was driving off in my new used 2010 Fusion. He listened to my needs and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I would recommend this dealer to anyone buying a car, not just friends. With Ford's new focus(no pun intended) on quality theres something for everyone here.

Orignaly was going to go with a chevy cruze. Wile they were processing my leasing approval which took forever, I walked over to Ford which was across the streen and Dave took care of me instantly got me approved in a matter of minutes. I walked back over to chevy and they still were not done. Dave did not look down on me because I was young and was wearing a tee shirt and shorts. Chevy did, every salesperson made eye contact with me but said nothing. THANKS SCARSDALE FORD AND DAVE!!!
