Failed to fix my truck while under warranty

My truck started fouling the #1 sparkplug with very few miles. They would simply replace it, free of charge, never addressing the cause.At 95000 miles the truck was consuming excessive oil. ( warranty almost up)They claimed they couldn't find any damage, to "keep an eye on it "Soon after the warranty was up, I found an GM service announcement to technicians , regarding excessive oil consumption, and fouling sparkplugs.The bottom line, they didn't want to fix it, while it was covered!!!

Great service department

I have purchased several cars at this dealership because the service department does a great job of maintaining them. They are honest and don't try to push something you don't need on you. The work is done in a timely fashion and they are a pleasure to deal with.

Shopping For A New WT

Treated well. I test drove one vehicle that was not close enough to what I had been looking for. I am holding off purchase for the time being. Good experience so far.
