They had a great variety of cars and what we were looking for except for a sales person to help us. He kept referring us to the website not understanding he was 15 feet away from the cars they are trying to sell.

This place is wonderful. We were looking for a car for our son and I kept driving by this cute little truck. We went in and drove it....and loved it! The buying process was no pressure, and no tactics like the dealers. We are so used to getting the run around that it was nice to find a straight and honest car deal. I emailed Sarpy County Motors about a truck they had on the lot. They got back to me very quickly and the sales man was very nice on the phone. I did not buy the truck but they are decent people. Not pushy sales over the phone they were very understanding.

My Husband and i Made the Trip Up from Lincoln on a Saturday Hoping that the vehicle we were interested in was still there because we didn't call we just made a last Min. decision to go up there! So we Loaded up our two kiddos and went up. Got there and they were BUSY! My husband walked inside as was immediately acknowledged by Chad, He asked if there was anything that he would like keys to so he could check them out and apologized for being so busy but tossed over three sets of keys to 3 Tahoe's that they had and told my husband to check them out see what he thought! ** this is huge as i can't tell you the countless times we have looked at vehicles and the salesman just breathes down your back hovering the entire time...** so my husband brought out all sets of keys opened up the two we were interested in and then we decided that we wanted to drive one of them.. so my husband walked back in and Chad Shook his hand and again apologized for being busy and asked him if he liked anything and my husband asked if we could drive the one! So we loaded our kids up into the Tahoe and took it for a drive! We got back and decided that we would buy it so chad got us financed and out the door within an hour! BUT... as we were literally in reverse to back out of the dealership Travis ran us down and said that chad had actually heard back from another lender just now with a lower rate!! So we ran back in signed a couple different papers and were outta there! Such a Smooth process! Thanks again for everything!!

If you want a car or truck reasonably priced then this is the place to go. All low miles and good quality. Car fax availability, and no pressure sales is key. Do your homework and you will find that that they are lower. Like that they are not open after 5, respect the family time!

Easy, helpful, relaxed. Both sales reps we spoke wiith knew the vehicles well. They addressed me & my husband equally. I had questions and observations about the vehicles we test drove ....I felt like I was speaking to my brothers. I believe the quality of their inventory is good and the prices are fair. Financing with them was easy. The 2% lower sales tax makes up for the drive from Omaha. Future purchases will start with checking their inventory on-line.

Everyone at Sarpy County Motors was super friendly and approachable (good for a first timer). I had questions I wasn't sure how to ask and I don't know much about cars, but a ton of research plus being able to ask awkward questions about price and not feel like I was getting screwed over was great. They worked fast and the owner answered his phone/texted me whenever I had a question. I love my new/used car and I would definitely check them out if you find one you like!

I had been searching for an older truck with low mileage and in good condition, so I had been searching for over a month. I ending up seeing an 01 F-150 with 127,000 miles that looked really clean in the photos. I put in an email request for information and I was called the next morning by one of the salesmen. I was going to have a 3 hour drive each way to view the truck and the salesman told me that he'd call me if the truck sold. The truck didn't sell that day so my wife and I made the drive, and I'm glad we did. The truck was actually nicer than what it was advertised as. I've owned around 45 different vehicles over the past 20 years, so you could say that I've had a few sales experiences. This was certainly in my top 5 best sales transactions. The salesman tossed me the keys and let me drive it. He didn't stand over our shoulder or put any pressure on us. I looked it over for about 15 minutes and went back inside. I didn't have a trade-in vehicle, so we just had a quick negotiation over a power window motor that needed replacing and we agreed on a very good price on the truck. They had financing available at the dealership which we had to have since I didn't want to drive back home to get the loan through my credit union. They didn't try to sell us on paint sealant or undercoating like most places, it was just a straight-forward process. Start to finish, we were done in less than an hour. The next vehicle that we go to buy, I wouldn't hesitate to drive another 3 hours up to Sarpy County Motors to buy again. Thanks, guys!

In order to be a dealership, you need to be willing to drop prices down to nada retail. Your prices are over by 1000 up to 2000. And you don't get crap for trade ins. Need to be willing to work, unless you like keeping your collection of cars.

The guys down at Sarpy County Motors are the best! I had been looking for a certain vehicle for about a year, when they finally found one with all of the options I was looking for, they made sure to contact me ASAP to let me know. I was then able to go test drive the vehicle the same evening. They also let me take the vehicle to my shop of choice for a once over, everything checked out perfect. I then was able to fill out all the credit application on line which was very convenient. Chad did a very good job of keeping in contact with me every step of the process! Once everything was approved, Travis was great to work with for finishing all the paperwork. The whole expierence was hassle free and I would gladly do business with them again!

The 1997 4Runner that was advertised on Sarpy's website was exactly as described and priced correctly.I flew in from Michigan to finish paper work and drove it home without an issue.

Purchased a truck from them less than a month ago. Have had nothing but troubles with it since then. It is an 18 year old truck so i knew there would more than likely be some problems. The truck ran fine for the test drive, no transmission issues, engine ran fine,etc. Noticed some small leaks in output shaft and pinion seal which i expected there to be. On the drive home which was over an hour was when the problems started. SES light comes on once i get home i hook up the scanner to check troubles codes and find out i need to replace tps and o2 sensor no big deal. In the following week i find the lower intake manifold gasket is leaking another common problem with this vehicle, they pressure was the engine off so well that the leak was unnoticeable. As of yesterday now the transmission/drivetrain? is binding up in reverse. So point here is they clear any ses lights and mask any problem areas your vehicle may or may not have. I would avoid this seller and spend alittle more on a vehicle at a reputable dealer.

Chad at Travis worked literally night & day to get my Durango 100% working. I am so happy with it now. It had a few issues but those guys put up with me. They made sure it was all in working order when they delivered it to me. I would send anyone to them. Sometimes there is a little give with take when you get such a Great deal. Thanx Guys! The cookies will come sometime in November. Hopefully we'll still be running!!! Lol <3

Wasted not one but two 80+ mile round trips to go look at a Toyota Corolla that could have been a second car for me. No one there either time. Went to start down there today, and guess what, the car is gone. Too bad, this dealership's loss, which would have been a total cash deal, will be another dealership's gain.

Drove over 5 hours to look at a very nice truck that had no problems but a dash issue and a little rust spot. Get there and the truck is hail damaged, bedliner melted, rear main leaks, oil is low and hasn't been changed and the transmission fluid is questionable... I asked if there were any leaks and how the clean the truck was underneath and he said it all looked good. Test drove it and the front pump in the trans makes noise and there was more of the dash broke than what I was told. Meanwhile on my test drive the salesman leaves and just leaves a note with a rude individual who wont even hardly talk to me about it, stuck on one price and I walk out. Not very knowledgable and not fully informative over the phone... Glad I took a day off work to drive over 10 hours to look at a lie. 2 simple words would have stopped me from going, "hail damage" but he said nothing was wrong with the body except for a rust spot...
