Great customer service! Above and beyond, we had a small issue with a car we purchased a month ago.. I stopped in and they took the time to take care if it on the spot, I could tell they were a bit busy.. They did not want me to have to drive back and fourth! Really great, these guys really stand out.

All the options, runs great, priced was even better! They really do have many low milage vehicles for really fair prices! They know how to take care of and treat customers!

No more big stores for me!

All in all very pleased with my overall experience at the dealership, Dealt with a few different people, A sales men and the man in the F&I office, got me financed through peoples CU, very happy with the rate, purchased at 2014 RAM it was about 2,000 less the then the big stores, first time dealing with a small dealership and loved it! Happy with my truck, low miles and a real sharp truck... thanks guys really appreciate how i was treated! :)

Both Steve & Glen were very helpful and did not have a problem with us taking the vehicle to our mechanic. They took care of my concerns and event went above and beyond! Top Notch Service

I was in the market for a used car that was easier on gas for my commute to work. I really was not expecting to find anything, but did not think it would hurt to browse around. The level of customer service that my needs were met with convinced me to buy a car that day. The staff at Sandy Motors was beyond helpful! We browsed around the lot at leisure so that I could take a look at several different options. A lot of sales people that I have encountered are pushy, but John was willing to go at my pace so that I could choose the car that was right for me.

A Step Above the Rest, Indeed!

After hearing the experiences that a few friends of mine had when trying to buy a used car, I was skeptical. My budget, however, did not allow me to be as choosy. Very happy, Nice dealership & cars

Saw the vehicle I purchased online, went down was greeted by Steve, Nice guy..We jumped in the truck and right away I liked it, It was in my price rang with decent miles on it, Steve was honest with me said there were a few parts on order for it and that I could pick it up at the end of the week. Did all the paper work a few days later when I picked it up and now my new Ram is in my drive way. Really nice dealership overall.

Overall very pleased

Really great place to work with, first time buying used and did not want to deal with the large car stores. I have heard way to many things about going into large stores and working with not so good people, They guys here were very nice and honest. They met me take the truck i was interested in to my own shop to get looked at, I gave them a list of about two things that needed to be fixed and the took care of it! I expect some small issues down the road I mean i did buy a 6 year old truck, All around great selection of cars & trucks, prices are great, easy to work with, Thanks guys!

I just bought my 2nd Vehicle from Sandy Motors ..My 1st one was with us going on 9 years and was still in Great Mechanical shape ..that is why we went back to Sandy Motors for a Small Dealership they Have a great selection of Vehicles at Great prices and they are ALWAYS willing to work with the Customer !! Early Christmas gift for myself and my husband! We picked up our new Ford Edge! We have looked for a few months and over the weekend saw one that Sandy Motors had, Loved it, now we own it and can not be happier with the way everything went! They went above and beyond! They even got us an extra key and programmed it for us, we said it would be nice to have an extra and they took it to heart and surprised us! Great staff, great dealership! awesome prices, just overall a really positive and happy car buying experience!

Didn't expect to buy another car but the price sold it

I have met the family who owns Sandy Motors at a few events a couple of times,My wife purchased a Honda from them about 4 years ago, I have a 2002 Honda i got from a friend with only 50K on it. I was not in need of having a third car for just two people. But hey why not! I stopped in to say hello last week and spotted a 14 Nissan Sentra New body style which I like the look of, It was priced for 11,900 with 30k on it, I thought it was a great price, I talked to John he said he could do 11,500 because this was my second car from them! I said ill pick it up Tuesday! Yesterday picked it up and drove off, Love it!!!

Upgraded my suv for the winter

Had my old 2002 Explorer since new, Live locally to Sandy Motors and always when I drive by they have a real nice looking inventory. I stopped in a few weeks ago after seeing a AWD ford flex they had online...Ran good, was in nice shape and was very very clean...One thing i noticed is that they really detail there vehicles nicely. Anyway ended up buying the felx...i just think they are cool looking... I did have a small issues about 2 weeks later ..I dropped it off and they had fixed it within a day..hey things break I get it........Over all I was very happy.

I met with John who helped me out right away and let me test drive two hondas i was interested in! After about an hour and a half we came to a deal on a black civic they had, It has most of the options I wanted and price that really no one could come close to in the area! I have to say the whole process was great from start to finish! They even gave me 3 months free of siriusxm when I picked up the car. If your looking for a reputable dealer with a great selection on cars I totally would check them out.

Really good deal & Nice staff!

I bought the vehicle I wanted to add for work, I have been using a f-250 for about 7 years and am growing my company, I saw a nice f-150 with some miles on it on there website, went and looked at it, wow was i amazed how nice of a truck it was! Very well taken care of & sandy motors did a great job detailing it and fixing some small issues i found with it (Small Raddel In the back). I did have my own financing lined up but they got me an even lower rate with the banks they use so pleasant. Hoping to come back and purchase another vehicle in a few years!

Unsatisfactory

I found them to be very unfriendly didn't help out at all and wouldn't let us test drive unless we are buying never will I recommend them to any one VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

Just purchased my second vehicle from them in 8 months, Great inventory to choose from, They kept there word on what they were going to fix on the 2011 Chevy Siliverado 1500 I just purchased, It was very clean! Everyone was enjoyable to work with! A great local dealership. I have heard some great things from friends and I can see why. Will be back when i'm ready for my kids cars!

Easy Process

Purchased a 2008 Ford Explorer, Looked at very similar ones at local dealers but there prices seem way to high, Sandy Motors had a great deal that I could just not pass up. Enjoyed working with the staff they have from start to finish. I've notice some not so good reviews but I don't understand why, Many of my friends had purchased vehicles here and always recommend them, There are very easy to work with!

They buy their vehicles at auction and do not inspect thoroughly. .. bought a truck that was riddled with issues and after they tried to fix the issues there were even more! After asking to cancel the deal I was told they had the right to keep fixing the problems. After 3 weeks of headaches... I tried to trade my truck in elsewhere just to end this nightmare.. and was informed the truck came from canada.. This means vehicles lose value when they cross borders... I lost 8000 dollars in 3 weeks because of their schemes. I learnt a valuable lesson. .. don't buy from them or someone where the prices seem too good to be true.

First time buying used....loved it

Found their inventory online, was looking for a extra car for the family...compared a few new vehicles to what I was looking at for the price from Sandy Motors and I could not pass up the deal...Very friendly and impressive used car dealership! I would recommend them anytime! Thanks

Great Time!

Very Nice Dealership! Everyone I worked with was pleasant, Great selection of cars trucks and suvs and there prices are very very good! Went to a few dealers who had the same vehicles but were either over priced or just rude...these guys laid back and easy to deal with....great extended warranty plans that I purchased! I recommend Sandy Motors..Its a hidden gem!

Third car i purchased and someone told me to try Sandy Motors...Well I LOVED IT! so easy...I think it was the most laid back place i have ever delt with...there not on you like a hawk and are very nice to work with.

Not what had was expecting!

When you go to many car dealerships they always are all over you to get you into a vehicle for a test drive and almost pressure you while you are there, I went to many places in RI and I Have to say only a few, Sandy Motors being one of them that were so respectful to myself and my family. I was looking for about 3 weeks for a small SUV with good miles on it, I saw a nice Chevy Equinox on there website...went down for a test drive and ended up purchasing it! My overall experience was GREAT! The price on the window was the price I paid no hidden fees...I went back a few days go to have my tire looked at, the fixed a small leak and even washed it for me! I would recommend Sandy Motors to anyone!

Run away from this "Dealer"

Run away from this dealer! Their business model is to buy cars at auction "as is" and pass other peoples' problems on to you, hoping 30 days will expire and they are legally off the hook.I had intermittent problems with a loss of power in my 2008 Jeep Cherokee as early as the day after I bought it. I called Steve Cole, the salesman, immediately and informed him. I replaced common maintenance items that might be causing the problems at my expense, no problem, but the problem persisted. Finally, after 5 weeks of owning the vehicle it happened again and the check engine light went on. We discovered an electrical board in the transmission was faulty.Steve Cole was reasonable and felt Sandy Motors was liable to help fix the problem, however Steve has no power and all matters are sent to the absentee owner, Bob McGowan. Bob McGowan did not return repeated attempts to contact him. Don't stop by the dealership because he is never there. I also tried to contact Jean McGowan to see if she had a conscience. Her silence tells me that the whole family as no moral principles or a sense of fairness and justice.Sandy Motors and the McGowans are what is wrong with the used car business.

Exceptional Customer Service!

When I was in the market for a used car, I expected all of the usual sales tricks and tactics to be thrown my way. Not at Sandy Motors! I got a fair deal and nothing but the facts! I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about customer care, customer service, the wonderful car selections, and the fair prices. If you're in need of a car, I seriously reccomend that you go see the sales team at Sandy Motors!

No Pressure Dealer

I had been searching for a Volvo S80 V8 model for about a year when I drove by Sandy Motors here in Coventry where I live. They had what I was looking for and it happened to be a few thousand less than I had seen elsewhere. Glenn was very helpful, and never pressured me in any way. The car had a few cosmetic issues which were taken care of prior to purchase. I even negotiated the price down several hundred dollars! Bob the office manager was also very helpful in completing the paperwork and taking care of the registration transfer. Nice selection of vehicles from small cars to big trucks well below book value.

Clean place, good prices, nice to work with. Had a problem with the car a bought which was a 2008 F-150 brought it back about 2 weeks later and they fixed it with in a day.
