I had an engine check light on for my cataletic converter for a 2013 chevy cruze eco. I took my car to Henry at sands surprise and he is very knowledgeable and has great customer skills. They fixed my cataletic converter and they also found a small coolant leak and fixed that to. If you need to have your car serviced I recommend calling Henry.

I called up my longtime service advisor (Victor Morales) late in the day, told him the issues I was having and he said bring it in. Upon arrival Victor came out to great me, he asked a few questions and said the car would be ready in no time. As discussed, the issues were corrected and the car was ready the next day to include a car wash. I have never been disappointed with the service I have received at Sands Surprise. They have an outstanding service department beginning with their service advisors, in my case it's always been and will continue to be Victor. He's the man!

After years of sitting around for many child filled years, I decided to purchase my second Corvette. After shopping around Phoenix I found the vehicle I wanted. After going through the paperwork, negotiations and the purchasing of the vehicle. I drove off the lot. Don't know why but I started finding issues with the. car. The next morning I returned to the dealership expecting the worst, "You bought it it's you problem attitude ". To my surprise. Each problem was addressed, a loaner car provided and work performed. I put the Corvette up the next afternoon and to my surprise all items on the vehicle were repaired, along with a few item I. Didn't know of. Being a used vehicle I expected a massive bill. But no, Sands Chevrolet covered all cost I didn't have to pay a penny. Believe I found a dealership in Arizona I can work with and believe in. Thanks to Tom, Victor and Blair. My Chevrolet team. By the way I love the Corvette!!!

Our Avalanche broke down due to improper install of our battery from a family member which caused damage to our truck. Ken, the man I worked with was great. He even offered to wash my car which was greatly appreciated. On my last vist on which I also had a oil change was in August the salesman I worked with then never offered me a car wash and I had also had a wheel alignment and balance which I guess was recommended I had 17,000 miles on my car at that time and this time to Kent told me that I needed air filter if 50000 miles and I'm kind of wondering why the other salesmen didn't mention that at my other visit. I was disappointed at that last visit in August because of that so now I have to plan on another trip in to get the air filter changed which I didn't have done this time because I wasn't planning on the cost thank you

Bought a pre-owned truck from these idiot's, come to find out they never even did an inspection or service on the vehicle before selling it to me. Took them almost 90 days to get license plates to me because they didn't even have the title in possession when they sold vehicle to me. Salesperson had no clue what the xxxx he was talking about and the finance guys are as bad as sales about sneaking extra fee's and warranties in without you knowing. Tried to contact General Manager numerous times and he never contacted me back. The only person there that was any help was a woman named Debbie Waskam in accounting i contacted when I cancelled the BS extended service warranty these fools tried to xxxx me with!

My wife called on Saturday and spoke with Victor to schedule an oil change and car wash for her car for Monday. Appointment was scheduled for 7:30am Monday morning. I got there around 7:15 and the appointment never made it into the computer. Victor said he would get it taken care of though. I waited till 9:45 before the car was done. I got out to my car and it was still dirty. Whatever, I had things to do so I just left. Just seemed like the service department wasn't very organized in general.

Chris was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for my needs as I have to use a motorized wheelchair and be able to transport it. Chris and two other employees physically put the wheelchair in the back to see that it would fit and then Chris took pictures of it in the vehicle so that I could see the wheelchair in the Tahoe. Was having trouble finding used cars of the make, color, and price I was looking for until I found two here. I recieved very prompt reply from my internet inquiry and then Andrew was awesome with sending me the exact "out the door" price of both vehicles I was interested in. I drove a pretty good distance to get there, but it was well worth it. The vehicle was better than advertised and at a very good price that I already knew, without any hidden fees or haggling. Everyone was very friendly and Andrew was super friendly and helpful throughout. Would definitely come back next time.

I made an appointment on line and when I arrived I was not on the schedule. They did take me in which I appreciated but if I take the time to make an appointment I think something is wrong with your system. Also the car wash I received was not very good. When I got home and looked closer at my car there were black marks and streaks all over the car. The windows had not been cleaned and had all kinds of streaks and even dirt left on them. All in all not very satisfied only hope the technical part was done right.

I came to Sands Chevrolet for the first time to have my 2012 Buick Enclave serviced. Jean, the service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to please. She said my car would be ready in one and a half hours, and it was. While waiting for my car I checked out the dealership and was impressed with how nice it was and it's cleanliness. The sales reps I met were friendly and professional. I had a nice chat with Paul Mueller, and if I were to purchase a Chevy product again he's the guy I'd be dealing with. I had a chance to sit in the new Impala, and it is certainly a far cry from the new Impala I bought in 1960. It's a very impressive car. I will continue to do business with Sands in the future because my first visit was a very pleasant experience.

My battery was replaced under warranty a month ago. I noticed that the negative terminal was beginning to have deposits forming. I thought the battery was defective with a leak at the terminal. I asked why the terminal was beginning to have the deposit after only one month. This never happen on my cars in the past unless the battery was failing. Matt Morzella arranged to have the terminal inspected and cleaned adding protective washers to the terminals.

All I can say is "another great experience". I find it hard to be excited about getting your vehicle serviced/worked on but at Sands they make it a very pleasurable experience. From the time you arrive till you are out the door. More companies should look at the Sands business model for customer service because it is a winner. Every company needs to have a face that a customer can relate to and in my case it is Jean Jajou, which is a fantastic ambassador for Sands Chevrolet..

I had been to several other dealerships and hate when they say they can make a deal happen but don't. I explained over the phone what I was looking for and what had to be worked into the deal. Even though my problem isn't fixed, I know that Ken and Mike Laramee tried their best to help us. GM really has a problem with the rough idle on the 2016 Tahoes with the 5.3. It's sad that we paid close to $70K for a vehicle to have it run like it's a 2000.

My wife's 2014 Impala failed to start when she was away on business in Las Vegas. We live in the Phoenix area. I reached out to Matt & Steve from Sands Chevrolet at 9:00pm, yes that's right PM.The both got back to me within a few minutes and gave my wife some tips on what might be wrong & what to try. In the interim my wife used OnStar & someone showed up to jump start the car. The problem was not the car battery, but the fob battery, being the car is a push button start. Matt forwarded us a youtube video showing how to start the car with the key slot in the console. Upon her arrival back to our home in Arizona, they immediately scheduled a time to bring the car in & run diagnostics on the electrical system. Fortunately, it just needed a new battery & we put new batteries in the fob.This is what you call customer service. An art soon forgotten by the youngsters of today.

I had a brand new top put on my convertible in August last year. Obviously, to have them replace it must have been bad. I bring it back after having it start to rattle and get charged for it. It was a whole panel. This is a car that has had several major issues. The service department has always been awesome. This time though I literally got nickeled and dimed. For what? I went in 9/30 and it took 2 hours to get to me to tell me the diagnosis: Needs new tires and controlling arms . It took until 6:15 that evening for me to get my car back. My appt time was 9:30 am so my company vehicle that I use for work was in the shop for almost 9 hours for those 2 service things.....Tires and alignment don't take that long .....not sure the timing for controlling arms but I didn't realize I was going to be without a car for work for an entire day and why did it take 2 hours just to let me know the diagnosis..... Robert was very kind and I appreciate his politeness but I was still very frustrated .

Was told my car would be ready in 1hr it took 2hrs. They said my car would b washed and that's just because I asked. They didn't wash my car was told they would do it but I was already late for my appoint elsewhere. Then was told they would wash it next time..Really. You would think when you pay almost $500.00 for a service a car wash would b automatic. I know other places offer that curtousy...

I went in to Sands today to look at leasing another Traverse or an Equinox. The salesman, Will, showed us both vehicles and showed us exactly what we asked for.
