From start to finish in purchasing my new Equinox, Chris Garceau was top notch! He went above & beyond the call of duty in making sure the process of buying a new car was smooth & hassle free. It was actually fun! I hated to leave as the showroom is so inviting, comfortable & well lit. Chris went over all the paperwork in a timely manner but didn't rush. He sat in the car with me & pointed out all the features & taught me how to use them. There was lots to learn & he was so patient. His sense of humor is a real asset to his customers. Buying a new car is a big deal & he kept my nerves at bay. He called me twice afterwards to see how I was doing with the new car. When I got the new license tabs, he put them on. He also downloaded the OnStar app so I can start my car with my phone. Awesome! A person doesn't see service like this everyday. Thank you Chris!

He printed out a few for me to think about that fit for what I wanted. Stopped back the next day to test drive it and buy it. Rydell car detail service is garbage

We paid $189 for the full detail on our chrysler 300. Left the car all day, when we went to pick it up it looked like my 3 year old cleaned it. They vaccuumed the car and they never shampooed the carpets, never cleaned the gum off the seat were my daughters car seat was and they didnt even clean the back of the seats. The manager tried to fix this but there was too much to do so he asked if we would leave it over night. We didnt so we scheduled a follow up appointment. Left the car for another 8 hours, guess what... gum still on the seats, windows still had finger prints on them and the backs of the seats still had dirt on them because they werent wiped down! I wouldnt recommend this detail/car wash to anyone! Waste of time gas and money. Thanks for nothing rydell

I went there, since I bought it there, not expecting much. I had a 4yr old car with rust spots on the trunk lid where the metal decals were attached. I had been to other body shops, just thought I would see what they would say. After checking out the area, he stated the factory warranty could not be used, as the damage was not severe enough. But, as he noted I had taken very good care of the car, and so he made me a very good offer on the repair. The repair was exceptional and I could not be happier.

I work very long hours away from home and find it difficult to make an appointment with anyone.I went to Rydell Chevrolet for service on my 2007, 2500 Duramax pickup at 2:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon. The service manager Ken was very helpful in listening to my problem, an engine light on that had been giving me problems for some time. Ken let me bring my truck in and he personally hooked his computer up and read the stored information off the truck. Ken talked the mechanic and told me the problem and what it would cost to fix. Rydell fixed my truck and had me on my way by 4:45 pm. Zach Sieracki even added the cost of some additional parts I wanted from the parts department to the service bill that I already had making the payment under one transaction. Very pleased with all personnel and service.

From the moment AJ walked out onto the lot to greet us and introduce himself, I knew we had the right guy! He asked what we were interested in and to be honest, we were not positive at that moment! He sat down and we just talked, discussed our pricing range, everything we were looking for in a vehicle. He did not push at all, he truly was there to help us get what we needed and what we could afford. He is not a pressure salesman by no means. My husband John has worked in the service dept at different dealerships over the years and he said, " This is by far the most pleasing experience he has ever had dealing with a vehicle salesman. That speaks volumes for A.J.! We both plan to spread the word to go see A.J. for ANY vehicle needs! We are extremely pleased with our purchase, with the entire encounter. Thank you sooooooo much. I called to request warranty work on my Equinox on Wed. and talked to Service.. who were going to call me right back. Thursday I called again talked to a sales person whom was going to get it lined up and call me back. Never happened. Friday I called to speak with Corey whom I bought the vehicle from. Went to his mail box which is full so was unable to leave him a message. So I then requested a different salesman. I spoke with Ben Peterson ( I believe) he was very helpful and got the appointment taken care of. The Service person called to schedule the appointment within a half hour. Then Ben called back on Saturday to make sure I got an appointment and he sent a PO in for the repair. ON Tuesday I arrived at 4:35pm. The person that helped me was very nice. He told me it would be going right back and it shouldn't take too long. 2 hours later I went to the back to see if my equinox was ready. He stated that he would go check. He went back and said there were only 2 mechanics and it would be about 5 minutes. It amazed me how other people came and went with their repairs while I sat and waited. The fix was a .6 job..to replace a RR tire pressure sensor.. why did I spend 2.25 hours of my time at Rydell's?? I felt like my time was not worth anything to your company. IF you only have 2 mechanics on after 5pm.. maybe you should schedule accordingly.

I had some warrantee auto/body work done on a new vehicle (a small tweak that took some time to get to the fix at hand). I need to compliment first Dave, an estimator- henceforth Brian Hill another associate and Terry the body tech (may I say the finest). I was greeted with great courtesy by a very friendly staff of receptionists. From that point, a prompt time in getting the vehicle in...all be it the work took longer than anticipated, however Brian and Dave cordially kept me informed of an approximate time of completion. Customer service at it's best! Compliments also to Randy S for his apparent inspiration to his staff toward "customer service". This is a professional dealership and in my opinion deserving of a huge compliment...Thank you for the great service!A happy customer.

I have purchased or leased many vehicles from Rydell's over the years and have always been very satisfied with the vehicles and the service I have received. The salesman for the last three or four vehicles I've acquired has been Joe Garceau. Joe is great. Always courteous and helpful. Even when I am not in the market for another vehicle, I can stop in at Rydell's and talk to Joe about the new models and their features and he always has time to discuss them with me. My wife will probably be looking to replace her Buick Encore (a great little car!) this fall and we for sure will be returning to Rydell's and Joe Garceau.

Customer service was great when scheduling my maintainence appointment. She gave me excellent directions to the designated 'appointment lane.' Mr.Robles (the service writer) was very cheerful and polite when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. He explained the services that were going to be performed, approximate wait time, where the lobby/ waiting area was, excorted me there, and came to get me when the job(s) were finished. Great service times (was finished sooner than estimated), friendly service technicians and overall a beautiful facility. Give Mr.Robles a raise! Rod Troftgruben did a great job of getting my wife's car in for her appointment (oil change), and getting me a ride to work. He called (and I received an email) when the car was ready and what was done to it. Rod also explained again what the technicians had found (leaking seals) when I came to pick up the vehicle, and said it was under warranty so no cost to me!

I received amazing service from Craig Croaker and Bobby in finance! They both went above and beyond for me. They both also treated my sister and I like we were their best friend. They laughed and joked with us, took pictures, made us feel completely comfortable, and went to work for me to get me into the care that I wanted. I was soooo happy and excited when I left the sales lot! I will definitely go back again as well as refer anyone to them. They even got my sister's car washed for free! This is not the first time I've worked with the Collision Center (and David Lueker). As had been my previous experience, the service was exceptional. I appreciate the responsiveness, attention to detail, courtesy, and overall great customer service. David had to have multiple communications with the insurance company of the person who rear ended my vehicle - and I called him several times too. He was always so polite and helpful. I went in for a scheduled oil change and in the process they discovered a nail in my tire. Since the service department is separate I thought I would be waiting hours or even a day or two to get it fixed and didn't know what I would do because I live out of town but they got it fixed right away and got me on the road in record time. I moved to Fargo but still return to Rydells for sales and service of my vehicles and this experience is another example of why I keep coming back year after year. Thanks Rydell's!

Dave and the staff at Rydell Collision are wonderful to work with. I damaged my Buick on Wednesday evening, and the replacement part came in by the next Monday. My car was as good as new by Tuesday morning. They even cleaned it inside out, and it looked super! The cost of the repair was reasonable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend going to Rydell Collision Center.

We were waiting for a part to come in and a month went by with no response. I called. I left a message on Zac's phone ( my original serviceman was gone) and he promptly got back to me. He checked on my part it was in and got me scheduled for the next morning. I am so happy with the way Zac treated me on the phone, very professional! My poor Avalanche had had enough. After countless operations on it, I felt like it was time to set her free in a pasture owned by someone different. I called the dealership in the morning and my phone call was answered by a nice young chap named Sam Foster. I explained to him that I was looking for a brand new fully loaded Z71 Colorado and that I'd show up around 2pm. At 1:50 I showed up (if you're not 10 minutes early you're late) and he was just pulling a car up front for me to look at. We took it for a test drive and I fell in love with said Colorado. They took my sad Avalanche for a test drive and gave me more than I thought they were going to. Now granted that I had already gotten pre-approved from a bank for a loan, I was in and out of there with a new vehicle in 2 hours. In the downtime, while papers were processing, him and I engaged on some serious golf banter. Never at one moment did I feel like I was being swindled, or hoodwinked in any sort of way. My experience was quite pleasant, and I was lucky enough to be in there while they were moving ZO6 Corvettes around (stimulating.) All in all, if you're looking for a new Chevy, swing by Rydell's and ask for Sam. Maybe you'll get some golf pointers, too. (He has his PGA card.)

We came in just looking and knowing that the dealership hours were close to closing, but the salesmen continued to help us with all and every question, we ended up leasing exactly what fit our needs and wants, I was also very impressed that the salesmen was willing to make the deal smooth and we ended up leaving 20 minutes to 11 pm with a deal set in place. Never been to a dealership that would ever help a customer that close to closing time. Lakeith was are salesmen and he is very good at finding the right fit, and is very good salesmen.

My 2011 Malibu had a cracked Windshield and was way over due for an oil change. I contacted Nick Maro as he was the one I worked with last time my car was in for recall work. He was able to get my car in before my weekend trip that I planned. He contacted David Lucker in the body shop and quickly got in touch with me very quickly. I got my Windshield fixed and my oil changed! When I came to pick it up they have even washed it! My car looked brand new! I was so happy! Once again great customer service.

I met with Tanner to look at a used van I had seen on their web site. We took it for a drive and when we got back Tanner asked what I thought. I had never had a van and told Tanner that it wasn't what I was looking for. Their was no hesitation as Tanner said "that's fine lets go look at some other vehicles". Being on a smaller budget I was concerned what I would end up with. We went and looked at a lot more vehicles than I thought I could get and was shocked at the Buick Lucerne he and his crew where able to get me into. It was way more than I ever expected especially never dealing with Rydell Chevrolet. I have driven it for a week and couldn't ask for a better car. I ordered 2 new tires for the front of my car & all wheel alignment. As things sometimes go, when I got there for my appointment my tires had not been ordered. However, everyone there was extremely concerned that I get taken care of. I live 77 miles from G.F. They gave me a rental & paid for my gas. Stuff happens & Rydell's staff made it work out just fine. I really like my new tires & I will be returning to all my service. Thank you!

Worked with Jesse recently on buying a Tahoe. When asked for a car fax report was told he reviewed it and didn't find any issues, then when I pursued the report, was given access to some other type of report which I found unsatisfactory. As I live a ways away from the dealer, Jesse knew it would be about a week before I could come and see it, I inquired if anyone was seriously interested that he was aware of, he completely avoided answering this question several times before I finally received an answer. Then I wanted to see best and worse case on financing, because I already had arranged it but wanted to be sure, I was told he wanted to pull my credit. I told him an approximate credit score and requested some possibilities of financing options, he COMPLETELY failed at getting me any sort of options instead was asking about what I wanted for payments etc after several requests for financing options. Lastly his last email to me was inquiring about financing sent to me at 1:00 pm On Monday inquiring about more financial information ( which wasn't provided) did not inform me the vehicle had been sold on the previous Saturday. This has been a horrendous experience with much more stress added because of the incompetence of a sales person.

Stopped into Rydell's Body Shop after 5pm Wed Nov 25 (the eve of Thanksgiving Day) to see if a recent black scuff mark could be buffed out of the door handle of my white 2015 GMC Sierra. Anne Ostlund immediately had me bring the truck into the shop and buffed the black scuff out right then and there. I was in and out of the shop in less than 10 minutes. Great service after the sale. I brought my 2008 Impala in for an oil change and right from tire pressure sensor. While attending to these needs they found a power steering fluid leak, oil pan gasket leak, and intake manifold leak. All were repaired under warranty which was great. I am rather concerned that all these problems occurred to a vehicle with about 40,000 miles but was very happy with the resolution this time.

Everyone at the Service Desk worked well with me - communication was excellent. They did forget, however, to fix headlights and i had to make an extra trip to dealer, but they gave me a ride which helped. As to the low beam headlights on the Acadia they came out of the factory being low and i still don't like them and believe they are still too low. Rydell adjusted them for what is now the third time and i believe they are still wrong. Rydell charged me $20 for the adjustment which is inappropriate considering they were wrong and low from when i bought the car new two years ago.

I brought my 2014 Dodge Ram to the Rydell Collision Center for some body repairs. Even though they don't sell Ram trucks at Rydells , the People at the Collision Center were very professional and polite. They worked with my insurance company to make sure I had a proper estimate. They repaired my truck to "like new" condition and got me a rental car to use while my truck was in the shop. David Lueker did the estimate on my truck and did a terrific job of explaining the repairs needed to me. The people at the front desk where polite and professional. The Collision Center even finished my truck repairs ahead of schedule ! I would highly recommend the Rydell Collision Center to anyone in need of collision or paint repair work no matter what brand of car or truck you drive.

The service was only for an oil change and tire rotation, free with the purchase of my GMC Sierra, but the service advisor was very good. He even tracked me down in the showroom to go over the findings.
