It was a bit of a jaunt to get to East Dubuque to look at the truck I ended up purchasing, but the team was very helpful in getting as much information completed before I arrived to make sure if I did like the truck I could drive away with it that day. They had the truck all cleaned up and ready to test drive when I arrived.

Started looking for a different 2500HD for my business and Tim R. at the dealership gave me some good used options but the deal on a new 2015 2500HD was so good I couldn't pass it up. I priced a similar truck from another dealer and Runde's gave me more for my trade in and a bigger discount off the new truck. Beat the other dealer by many $$$$. Thanks Tim and I love my new truck.

Called Jake Meyer off a word of mouth referral. Upon speaking with Jake he answered all of my questions that he could immediately. When I asked a question that required research he did the research and got me the answers I was looking for very quickly. Delivery was arranged and they were able to successfully deliver my new vehicle the next day to the Springfield, Il area. I don't normally look forward to transactions involving vehicles however after my 1st transaction with Jake and Aaron in the finance department I do look forward to doing business with Runde again.

We pretty much knew what we wanted based on Chevrolet's web site as I had gone thru the Build and Price your own car so I knew the options available etc. But Jake was helpful is showing us vehicles with those options, colors etc. He was very knowledgeable about the Impalas and options available. He tried to find a trade vehicle meeting our specs but that didn't out for various reasons related to the other dealers so we ordered what we wanted. Picked it up 4 weeks later and it was exactly what we ordered. It was all washed and cleaned up and Jake spent probably 30 minutes explaining the electronics and features which was much appreciated.

My experience at Runde was a positive one as it has been in the past visits. That is why I continue to have my Equinox serviced at Runde. They correspond with me via email to let me know what my auto is due for in the line of service. I make my appointment and they email me to confirm the date and time. The Service Dept. takes my vehicle while I wait in the waiting area and before long I am on my way home. They treat me professionally and respectfully and I appreciate the wonderful service. Had some accident-caused body work done on my 2013 Traverse. Kevin and the team were nothing but professional and courteous! They gave me a loaner vehicle with no hassle or fuss. I was told when I bought my truck that I would get 2 years free service. That never happened. I was told to bring in my Schedule K-1 in, which I did, so they could rectify the situation and I still ended up paying for my free service. That was the third new vehicle and most likely the last I will buy from Runde's.Great job was done on the service I had done. Only down side was I HAD TO PAY FOR IT!

We searched the Runde site and found the car and options we were looking for. We appreciated the extensive selection because at a previous dealer we were told they could find the car we liked but it may not be exactly what your looking for. So when your spending a lot of money on a new car, you want it to be exactly what your looking for.We inquired about the vehicle and a friendly sales rep quickly returned our email. We even sent pictures and info about our trade-in online to help save time. When I did go to the dealership, they had the car already for a test drive and looked over my trade-in. I was very happy with the trade-in value they gave me, I loved the car I bought, and was treated very well - excellent customer service. I did not feel pressured at all into buying a car. This was in Platteville. My husband had bought a truck in Hazel Green a few months prior and had a great experience as well!

My husband had gone first to Runde's in Platteville to look around. He was impressed with the Equinox so we went online and found one at Runde's in East Dubuque that was in a better price range. The vehicle was a 2013 and only had 11,000 miles on it. We drove it around and thought the drive was very smooth. We wanted a bigger vehicle so the extra space was nice and the inside of the vehicle looked brand new. We ended up buying it that very day and we've been very happy with the mileage and special features.

First let me start by saying Tim is GREAT! No messing around straight to the point man. He's the exact type of person I like to deal with. The finance department is great. Very nice people. Where do I begin. I really wanted a used malibu like my moms. LTZ, V6, sunroof, loaded. Runde's had one. I went into the dealership to talk about price, test drive, you know the usual. The car was everything I wanted, but when it came time to talk price of my trade in, and the price of the car, things got a little rough. I understand how it all works, I've bought a few cars in my lifetime, but the way I was treated by Jake Meyer and the owners of this store, I will NEVER return. First he tries to get me to "sign up" or agree to purchase the car before we even had agreed on price or talked about financing. It seems like I was inconveniencing him and he wanted a fast sale. After checking into financing and getting approved, I told him I would have to think about it some more. After he emailed me some sort of generic email response many times, I decided to email him back. Telling him that I was still interested, but that I needed more for my trade, or more off the asking price of the car, which was priced over book value to begin with. I told him that if they would move $300 either way, that I would come in and pick the vehicle up. I didn't receive a response for 7 days, and the response I did get was that they were not going to budge on their price. Really? You give me half of what my car books for, then try and sell me a car for more then what it books for, but refuse to move a few hundred dollars on price?!??!?!!! The owners of this place are only concerned with padding their already deep pockets. I have many family, and friends who have bought from here, and who will never buy from here again. Four of which bought new vehicles from somewhere other then Rundes, because of this. My mom has been in for service many times for the same issue on her malibu, and after the fourth time, they finally fixed it correctly. Kudos to Rundes for replacing great salesman they used to have with idiots like Jake Meyer. Kudos.

Went in to have remote checked out in my Pontiac. The sevice guy checked remote to be sure it was working and it was.He then ask if he could look at the car and pulled it in the shop and reprogramed the remote and got it working. I ask how much I owed and he said no charge. I was very apperciative for his quick diagnosis ( 10-15min.) and thanked him. While I was taking care of this my wife was looking at new Buicks we were intending to test drive. Mike came out and asked if he could help her. She said she wanted to test drive a Verano & the Buick Encore. He got right on that and we test drove both. We really enjoyed working with Mike. He is a great salesman! Price changed up by about $750, PLUS they wanted me to sign over the title to my 2007 Sirerra and show it as a "paper trade" upon which I would get the title back and pay sales tax on the $10,000 "made up trade" amount. None of this pirate activity was discussed before Idrove 160 miles to pick up the truck, spending $120 on a trailer and $80 in diesel fuel.A bad operation, I went home without the truck. Missed another truck that sold at another dealer during this 3 hour rodeo with these two two pirates. A bad operation.

Drove 3 hours to buy a car for my daughter. Runde Suzuki had several used cars availible. I talked to my salesman Al Kolft the day before and told him what cars I was interested in.When we got there Al had all the keys laid out for the cars we wanted to test drive. We found the car we wanted and the buying process was very easy.The only problem we have had is when we got home and went to transfer the plates there was no front license plate bracket or owners manual. I called Al and he said he would get it taken care. It's been 8 days and haven't seen anything yet should be here soon.I would buy here again.

This was BY FAR the most stress free vehicle purchase I have ever made. There was no pressure from Chris on any vehicle that I looked at, and he gave me the bottom price with no haggling on all the trucks that I was interested in. When I decided on a purchase they got the paperwork ready and I was in and out in 10 minutes with a freshly detailed vehicle and a smile on my face. We were very dissatisfied with the Salesman. He did not know the vehicle, when I asked how something worked he didn know, when I asked about the On Star, he said it didn work, to find out later it did. Many other questions I asked regarding some of the features he didn seem to know the answer. When the car was delivered the speedometer didn work but he told me to take it on my trip anyway, and bring it back later. Who in their right mind would drive a vehicle with the speedometer not working and on a long trip? The heated seat (drivers) doesn work, the breaks squeak. I was told since they were new brakes it take time for them to stop squeaking, so far they haven stopped squeaking and it been about two months. I took my Buick in to get new brakes (some place else) and they have never squeaked. I also had to clean the cargo area, which was never cleaned. I think since I was from out of town they didn seem to care, only wanted a sale. I would never recommend this auto group to anyone. I do know several people in the area and I don mind telling them not to buy a vehicle from them and pass the word.

I started looking on line Thursday afternoon. Immediately Al from Runde's called me and asked what I was looking for. I told him what I needed and the amount of payment I could afford. By Friday at 3:30 he had found me a car and set me up with the payment plan I needed. All I had to do was sign my name. The dealership even opened up an hour early for me on Saturday so I could come get my vehicle!!! I live 4 hours away and had to be back in my town by 2pm to go to work. Al and Toby(finance man) are great!!!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I bought this vehicle sight unseen only looking at pictures on line. Our shopping experience started out like any other. We had bought a truck from Rundes a couple years ago and it was a good experience and it was a good truck still have it runs great. We were looking to get out of our van as the boys are now getting older and I was growing tired of driving a minivan. We wanted something with decent gas mileage, but it still had to have three rows of seating. If you dont have three sons, just take my word for it we needed three rows of seating. We looked at a couple of vehicles. We liked the Chrysler Pacifica, but the styling was getting outdated a little. We looked at the Ford Flex too. Theres a lot of room in the Flex, but I just couldnt get past the boxy styling. We considered something like a Tahoe or Durango, but the gas mileage just wasnt where we wanted it to be on those. My minivan didnt get great gas mileage and we really didnt want to go with something with less mileage as I cringe everytime I go to fill up at the pump. We have had good experiences with both GM and Dodge products, so those were the ones that we were mainly looking into. The truck we got previously at Rundes is a Silverado. We were looking to trade our Dodge Dakota with about 150,000 miles and my van, which was a Oldsmobile Silhouette. The vehicle that really caught my eye was the Buick Enclave. I still think that is the one I would have gotten, but it was just a little out of our price range. We ended up focusing on a Chevy Traverse which Ive been told is basically the same thing as an Enclave. We called our previous salesman at Rundes in Manchester and he said that he didnt deal with new Chevys and all of the Traverses at Rundes were new ones. He let me know that the Saturn Outlook was also about the same as a Traverse and that he had a used one there that we would be able to drive. Were from Manchester and I thought it was convenient for us. I didnt want to have to drive all the way to the East Dubuque Chevy store especially if it turned out that we didnt like the vehicle. So we drove the Outlook in Manchester and it rode nice, but I really wanted to see a Traverse. I know that the Outlook only had about 10,000 miles on it, but a new vehicle is a whole different thing and if we were going to spend that much money on a new vehicle, I wanted to be able to see it in person. So we drove down to East Dubuque a couple days later with our trade ins. I really liked the Traverse. The styling inside was completely different from the Outlook and the seats felt different. There also seemed to be more room in the Traverse, but it could be that the interior was a lighter color that made it seem that way. We knew what we were going to get for our Dakota already because they looked at that in Manchester so they gave us the trade amount for the van. I really liked the Traverse, but me and my husband decided to go home and think about it for a couple days. After talking it over for the weekend, we gave our salesman a call and told him that we were going to go ahead with the deal. Its been about a month and a half and we love our new Traverse. If we had it to do over again, we wouldnt have changed a thing. The experience was a good one and I know that I now have one of the safest vehicles on the market (10 air bags) to help protect me and my kids when we on the go. We highly recommend Rundes and we wont hesitate to go back there when we need another vehicle.

We were tickled pink with our new truck purchase. The folks at Runde made this transaction fun. I've never been more impressed with a dealership. We had been searching for a specific pick-up truck online and we looked from dealer to dealer to dealer all the way from here to Wisconsin. We sent in an inquiry on the truck and got a call back from Rob. We hashed it out over the phone with him and then drove up to pick up the truck. We hadnt heard of Runde Chevrolet before we found the truck on the internet, but were glad we did.
