Had a recall done. They didn't fix my car properly & I had to bring it back 3 times. They never even test drove the car which if they had they would have realized how bad it pulled to the right. The 2nd time I went back (the next day) I had them do an alignment done which I had to pay for. Picked the car up (that night) & it still pulled so I went right back & told them to realign it again. Spoke with the owner while my car was there & he told me "well I'm not going to charge you for the 2nd alignment." EXCUSE ME? You just did it the night before & didn't do it right of coarse you aren't going to charge me. Would NEVER go back. The only reason they got one star is I can't give them zero!

I was very happy with my experience with Hyundai. I am very happy with my new car. One thing I would've liked is to have blue link. I did not know it didn't have it. I would've liked either that or a remote starter. I have had car starters in every vehicle I've had. Overall, my experience was great and I will definitely recommend Hyundai and will be back again.

This place is xxxxxx but a brand new veloster it has given me nothing but ongoing issues finally brought it back after they couldn't "duplicate" my concerns. They put it in as a trade in waited almost 4 hours to do paper work (finance dept) for tony to come and say he had nothing done for me to come back tomorrow !!! After waiting almost 4 hours !! I was already a pissed off customer w a defective car and then have to wait for paper work they should have made me a priority not keep me waiting literally for nothing this place sucks !

see what I just wrote on the previous screen. But the dealership and salesmen are awesome. They are friendly, let you have donuts (don't discount that), and let you test drive tons of different cars in your price range. They had some of every model (Elantra-Sedan, Gt, Coupe, etc) on the lot. When they didn't have the color I wanted, they got a black coupe out of Connecticut in less than 24 hours

Leased a 2017 Elantra. Dealership unable to produce a lease agreement because the finance manage quit before completing the transaction No one in the dealership had a clue how to reprint the paperwork.Finally called Hyundai to get the information the dealership was unable to produce. Turns out the dealership misrepresented the lease terms and deliberately withheld the paperwork. Its a great car that will be serviced buy someone other that Route 44 Hyundai.

I just traded in my 2013 Elantra GT for a 2016 Tucson. Fabrice was the salesperson I dealt with. Except for the finance person, the dealer is very good. He has a poor attitude and work ethic. The finance person let me leave the dealership without a copy of the sales document. When stopped by police a few days later, I couldn't prove that I actually owned the car. I would have been towed had I not had a friend who was a retired state policemen. The salesman Jerry Medeiros made up for all the screw-ups of the finance person. He personally delivered the registration to my home once it became available.

I bought a 2016 Santa Fe recently and it was very easy and nice experience. I first made contact by e-mail of a specific vehicle and got a quick response with a price. I then made an appointment and was met by Eric Barros. I was informed that that they could reduce the price another $500.00. We road tested the vehicle but my wife wanted a different color, He was able to get the color we wanted and also installed a trailer hitch in three days. They offered exactly the amount I wanted for my trade in without any back and forth with other sales mangers. Eric was very professional and backed up everything that he told us and made sure that we got the car with the options that we wanted. When it came to financing I was going to go with my credit union but Laura Courcy was able to get us a super low rate with Hyundai. She was also very professional and explain everything very clearly and did not pressure us to buy other plans that we did not need. This was the best car buying experience we have had in about 10 years.

If your like me you despise car shopping. Your sick and tired of way you got treated in the past. This time was different. First I went on line and tried TrueCar. They emailed me 4 offers for the car I wanted and at $4500 to $5500 off the MSRP. Before I could turn my computer off, I got a call and email from John at Route 44 Hyundai. I wanted a Santa Fe with certain options and a specific color. No pressure. He just said, let me know when you want to come down and we will find the car you want for that price. I went down at the end of the week. John introduced my to Sayed. We did the paper work. The price was the same as Truecar said. They started searching for a car and evaluating my trade. My trade came back at a reasonable offer (I made sure everything was clean and working).We were only there 2 hours!They found the exact car we wanted in 2 days. We picked it up with out any high pressure financing, 3rd party warranty or options. We were out the door in 45 minutes!So if want or need to buy a car, take the hassle out it so you can enjoy yourself.. You like to feel good when you buy things, especially a car. Do TrueCar and go to Route 44. See my new friend Sayed.And Check out these Hyundai's. This is our third one. We have one with 200k miles one with 100k miles and now one with 111 miles.

My vehicle had an electrical issue caused by a rodent that chewed the wiring harness, so I brought to the dealer to repair. They repaired the issues and returned the vehicle. Two days later, the car would not start, or take a charge from a battery charger or jumper cables. When I contacted the service department, my service tech Keith, was not in. They asked if I could bring it in. Again, I explained that it would not start, and that something had to be wrong with the electrical system, so it was not possible to bring it in without a tow truck. The service department stated that the issue could not be due to the repairs that made. They automatically blamed another issue, even though the car was in their shop 2 days before for electrical issues. I would not recommend servicing your vehicle here, as they do not stand behind their work.

I went to Empire Hyundai and was very disappointed. They told me one thing, let me drive a Hyundai Sonata home, I was very excited for them to tell me last minute that I needed to put 9,000 down or have a co signer. I came to Rt. 44 where I previously bought my 2016 Hyundai Elantra and they made me very happy. I am leaving today with a 2016 with a back up camera and blue tooth and my payments the same with low interest rate. Great job Syed Mahmud.

Was about to buy a GMC down the road but felt it wasn't a good enough deal plus we were made to wait for 2 hours as the salesman was too busy with others several times. Driving home we saw a GMC on RT 44 Hyundai's parking lot and turned around to check it out.. Ended up looking at a Hyundai Tucson and asked Eric Barros for information . What a breath of fresh air this sales rep and dealership is. We felt no pressure and were treated with respect. We will be returning tomorrow to make our purchase. He never said that this deal is only good for today like the other dealers have done. Eric makes the buying process a real pleasure. We highly recommend RT 44 Hyundai to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They are truly a 10 star dealership !

Made appointment with Rachel to look at new Equus. Told her the time I would be there.She told me "Make sure you ask for me when you get here" Got there on time asked for her and was told she is just for internet. Never did meet her? No car was set up and no one had the details straight on the car I called about? Not getting the luxury feel here... So I had to start from scratch. Trying Hyundai as it seemed they have finally gotten their quality and service way up from days of old.Car I called about was in showroom with dead battery and boxed in by other cars. Why would you have your "Flagship Model" sitting in the showroom with a dead battery?( Red flag #1) I could not test the model I was interested in. Met a salesman very nice person and very helpful but did not know much about leasing. Test drove different model of the car I called about. I did like the test drive so I tried to work numbers with sales manager on the model I was interested in. Power trunk release was broken on this car and it only had a few hundred miles?? (Red flag #2) so while dealing with numbers I came close but they were going to try to get closer to my number. Gave them my phone and e-mail several times. No business cards were offered? (Red flag #3) Asked salesman to send me deal sheets we were working on. He agreed. Never sent them. So I called next day and girl who answered phone said she would have him call me the next day as he was off today...never heard from sales guy or manager or anyone for that matter again. ( Red flag #4)Trying to buy a top of the line rear wheel drive car that has been on the lot for over a year right before snow hits one would think they would hustle? Well as I currently have an Infiniti I know first hand going there is a totally different experience. Top notch sales and service. Hyundai has a good warrantee but from the service reviews I looked up on at least 10 different sites including this one(Red flag #5) it is very scary some of the issues people have had. What good is a warrantee if the car is in the shop all the time? Thought I would try something new but after this I am not getting the "warm and fuzzy" If Hyundai is looking to get into the luxury car game they need to get these cars out of the low end dealerships as people just do not want to put up with nonsense .Infiniti ,Acura and Lexus will all drive the car I want to my house on my time. I make appointment and drive 40 miles for a dead battery?? Looking at MDX,QX70 or RX350 now to play it safe.
