They don't care

Had a recall done. They didn't fix my car properly & I had to bring it back 3 times. They never even test drove the car which if they had they would have realized how bad it pulled to the right. The 2nd time I went back (the next day) I had them do an alignment done which I had to pay for. Picked the car up (that night) & it still pulled so I went right back & told them to realign it again. Spoke with the owner while my car was there & he told me "well I'm not going to charge you for the 2nd alignment." EXCUSE ME? You just did it the night before & didn't do it right of coarse you aren't going to charge me. Would NEVER go back. The only reason they got one star is I can't give them zero!

I was very happy with my experience with Hyundai. I am very happy with my new car. One thing I would've liked is to have blue link. I did not know it didn't have it. I would've liked either that or a remote starter. I have had car starters in every vehicle I've had. Overall, my experience was great and I will definitely recommend Hyundai and will be back again.

Horrible service new but Defective car!

This place is xxxxxx but a brand new veloster it has given me nothing but ongoing issues finally brought it back after they couldn't "duplicate" my concerns. They put it in as a trade in waited almost 4 hours to do paper work (finance dept) for tony to come and say he had nothing done for me to come back tomorrow !!! After waiting almost 4 hours !! I was already a pissed off customer w a defective car and then have to wait for paper work they should have made me a priority not keep me waiting literally for nothing this place sucks !

They are friendly, let you have donuts (don't discount that), and let you test drive tons of different cars in your price range. They had some of every model (Elantra-Sedan, Gt, Coupe, etc) on the lot. When they didn't have the color I wanted, they got a black coupe out of Connecticut in less than 24 hours

Route 44 Hyundai is one of the best dealerships I have ever been to. There is tons of staff to help if you need it without any pressure. What topped off my visit and purchase was my salesperson Eric Barros who was beyond helpful and professional throughout my entire process. Even when I returned a week later to pick up my registration Eric greeted me and congratulated me again with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and would ask for Eric as your go to guy.

Sloppy paperwork. Poor internal communication. Bait and Swit

Leased a 2017 Elantra. Dealership unable to produce a lease agreement because the finance manage quit before completing the transaction No one in the dealership had a clue how to reprint the paperwork.Finally called Hyundai to get the information the dealership was unable to produce. Turns out the dealership misrepresented the lease terms and deliberately withheld the paperwork. Its a great car that will be serviced buy someone other that Route 44 Hyundai.

Overall the experience was great. Ben Ortiz made the experience much better then anticipated when first walking in! He is truthful and gets to the point with things. Doesn't waste time on things you don't want to hear. One of the best sales person I have ever delt with.

I just traded in my 2013 Elantra GT for a 2016 Tucson. Fabrice was the salesperson I dealt with. He was polite, he listened, he found the right car for me because he paid attention to what mattered for me. My Fiancee got a car from him 2 weeks after I did based on my experience.The dealership as a whole won me over last year when the service department gave me a new tire for free after a sidewall puncture. That one act by the service manager clinched the deal for me and led me to return to the dealership again.

I arrived to Hyundai hoping to get rid of my awful Nissan Maxima that gave me nothing but trouble for the past 4 years. I have been trying to get in touch with someone from finance for months now and up until this day no one care enough to call.I left countless messages even today the receptionist took a personal message and that did not make a difference,I would never recommend anyone to do business with this dealership, it's ok when you go to buy a vehicle after that they just don't care,I reported this the Hyundai consumer affairs, rt 44 hyundai is the worst,never again.

The car was ready for pick up on the agreed upon time, Peter took the time to show me all the features of the car and he was very patient with my questions. I would highly recommend him to my friends. I wanted an automatic starter and he checked the price for me and after I gave my consent he arranged to have it installed before I picked the car up, he also returned my old plates so I would not have to go to the RMV. This is my fourth Hyundai and Peter was by far the best salesperson I have dealt with. I will definitely return.

Making deals that were not clear, I had to submit my income and have been paying car payments for 2 yrs and Paul 's credit goes up, my credit stays in the toilet.

Almost excellent.

Except for the finance person, the dealer is very good. He has a poor attitude and work ethic. The finance person let me leave the dealership without a copy of the sales document. When stopped by police a few days later, I couldn't prove that I actually owned the car. I would have been towed had I not had a friend who was a retired state policemen. The salesman Jerry Medeiros made up for all the screw-ups of the finance person. He personally delivered the registration to my home once it became available.

Very unprofessional Bought a vehicle 3years ago was very satisfied decided to return and very disappointed that I did. Customer service lacking and no one seems concerned.Issues in service, follow through and a plethora of other issues. They seem friendly enough but that's an act as they are untrustworthy.

Outstanding Experience

It was refreshing to purchase a vehicle and have no Haggling back and forth. Straight forward, honest and fair deal. I was not really looking to purchase a new vehicle as I was there to help my wife pick out an purchase her new vehicle. I asked a question about what Hyundai had that was comparable to my current (at that time) Toyota Camry. Dave explained both the Sonata and Elantra and I determined that the Sonata best fit my needs. After that, the deal that he offered me was too good to pass up to get a brand new vehicle so I made the decision to purchase a new Sonata. My short time driving it I absolutely love the car.

The interaction with Megan online and over the phone was effective and considerate of my time. Peter's approach was refreshing; truly an expert at client service.

Friendly

Austin is very attentive to his customers needs. He responded to my calls with questions very promptly. Also had to use service and they were great and fit me in I had nail in tire and needed a new tire a more local hyundia dealer was not accommodating was worth driving to raynham.

Just one issue

I felt pressured by only one of the above. Chaz was not the best person to speak with. He was too much of a car salesman personality. (Pushy)!i hate when to single out one person. Avery was great. He did everything in his power to get me what I needed.

The sales dept personnel treated us fairly. Our circumstances to purchasea new car were unique, but Peter worked with us. We found an error on our sales agreement. I bought my Santa Fe and have it serviced at this center and have to say that I am lucky enough to have Cory as a rep to deal with.He is always helpful and makes sure to give me all the options regarding repairs to my automobile and goes above and beyond to make sure he works around my complicated schedule to make sure things find a way to get done.I would recommend the Service Center for the work I have experienced and would always tell anyone if you can to work with Cory because he will do what it takes to make sure your repairs and you personally get taken care of.

Very Good Experience

I bought a 2016 Santa Fe recently and it was very easy and nice experience. I first made contact by e-mail of a specific vehicle and got a quick response with a price. I then made an appointment and was met by Eric Barros. I was informed that that they could reduce the price another $500.00. We road tested the vehicle but my wife wanted a different color, He was able to get the color we wanted and also installed a trailer hitch in three days. They offered exactly the amount I wanted for my trade in without any back and forth with other sales mangers. Eric was very professional and backed up everything that he told us and made sure that we got the car with the options that we wanted. When it came to financing I was going to go with my credit union but Laura Courcy was able to get us a super low rate with Hyundai. She was also very professional and explain everything very clearly and did not pressure us to buy other plans that we did not need. This was the best car buying experience we have had in about 10 years.

Route 44 Hyundai is fair and will work with you to get the deal your looking for. From the sales team, finance team, and service department this dealership is professional. I have bought at least 6 cars in the past 5-6 years and have not been disappointed. My 18 year old daughter came into the dealership with me one day and commented how clean the sales area, and service area was. She also commented, after I was greeted by the sales team and finance team, dad your like a celebrity here. That in itself says it all as I feel like I am treated special. That is why I keep going back.

Bad customer service

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. This was the worst customer service experience I could have ever imagined. No communication between sales or finance my calls and text messages were not returned. It took me to get very upset and just show up at the dealership to get anything accomplished
