Altima Purchase 2016

Joe Z helped me out a lot while picking my next car. We test drove multiple cars, and he was honest about all the cars I was looking into. Answering questions, and not telling me what I wanted to hear. I was torn between two cars that I really liked a lot, both were in the same prince range. It was more pros about the Nissan Altima SR than the other car I was looking at. I am happy with my purchase, Joe personality was great, and he was a helping hand before and after purchasing the car. I was pleased with how professional he was during my whole car buying process.

Very helpful Service Staff

My friend had a problem with her tire one day on her Nissan and she called for roadside repair help. The emergency repair truck driver didn't have the necessary tools needed for the repair. I drove to Route 33 and they loaned me the tools needed and she was able to get back on the road in no time. Every one there in the service dept was very helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend them to family or friends.

Quick and easy

Quick and easy are certainly relative when it comes to car dealerships, but this was the least amount of time I've spent trading in a car. Dave was easy to work with and I traded my Rogue for an Altima with no problems. I'll very likely be back when my lease is up again.

Great purchase experience

We went to the dealership to check out the Nissan Altima. I had a very good experience in the past with this dealership and I thought Nissan would be a good option for a small, economical car. We worked with Dave Barysh and he was awesome. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was the one that made the positive difference in my experience. Also, the finance person I dealt with at the end when I signed the papers was great too. I left happy with the deal and the car has been great so far.

New car

We wanted to buy a 2017 pathfinder . Frank Lawrence was our salesman who helped us find perfect color and trim for us. Then he took us on a long test drive to make sure we are totally comfortable . He took time and explained all the nice features the car had. When we were happy and decided to purchase the car we had worked with Kamran(sales manager) for the final deal. He gave us the price we were expecting and made us very happy. Both Frank and Kamran were very professional, knowledgeable and customer centric. Frank and Kamran made everything so easy and enjoyable that the total time we spent at the dealership was just 2.5 hours and we walked out with a brand new car. I am looking forward to work with Rt 33 Nissan and Frank/Kamran again for my next car.

Honest and Upfront

I hate going to car dealerships, the pushy sales people and the even worse finance team. The car buying experience is never fun. So when i go into a dealership my guard is always up. I went in with a True Car deal, sat with Salvatore and David Barysh and was pleasantly surprised when they honored the deal. No questions asked. They showed me the vehicle and took a test drive. When I came back, we talked numbers and a deal was in the future. They did not have the color I wanted and said that they could have it by Monday the 31st. We also talked about new and used cars and lease buyouts, the pros and cons. They were were looking out for my best interests. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Poor customer service & unprofessional

Route 33e Nissian does not value loyal customers. I have spent a thousand dollars getting my car fixed and you would think service advisors would appreciate loyal customers. The first run I had was with Ken Pepp when he raised his voice and was very rude. When I came into the establishment I was not greeted "Hello Good Morning how can I help you today". I spoke to Mr. Pepp about concerns regarding my 2010 Nissian. He clearly wasn't paying attention so I was headed to the receptionist who is one step away. Mr. Pepp raised his voice , I advised not to speak to me in this manner. I left out and called customer service immediately. I recent provided Route 33 Nissian with another chance. I went into the establishment on Oct. 1 to get an oil change and have my belt checked the service advisor was pleasant (didn't get his name) short . After waiting for my oil change another service advisor Zack Grandinetti came out and stated that I would need a new belt and tensioner. He stated that I could contact whoever replace the belt because they may have a warranty. I advised that I would see but I would like Nissian to get the parts. Zack advised that he could have the part in on Monday or Tuesday. I then made an appointment with the receptionist to come in today Saturday, October 8, 2016 for belt and tensioner. I came in at 9am told the service advisor (women with blonde hair) why o was here. She began to search the parts in her system I asked if they were here she didn't say much. I sat down in the waiting room for one hour for her to finally come out to advise they did not have the part. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism at this establishment. I live in the Marlton area the reason why I came back is to give Route 33 a chance which is my fault. I was a loyal customer and I do not deserve unfair treatment. Route 33 Nissian will never have to worry about my business ever again. I will never recommend them to anyone. Time spent waiting for my car that wasn't getting spent is lost. Simply do not value loyal customers I will take my business else where.

GREATEST DEALER EVER!!!

Went to Route 33 Nissan with not such great credit and in desperate need of a vehicle. I sat down with Darren aka The Darrenator who worked his MAGIC. He got me a great deal on a car I really like, got my approved for financing through an ACTUAL big bank, and got me a really good rate. I went to Route 33 Nissan on Saturday (10-08-16) and drove away in my new car on Satuday (10-08-16). Every other dealer I went (like 10) could not get me even close to a deal like Darren at Route 33 Nissan got me. The worst Dealer

The price on the website is 13500, but when I got to the store after a long travel, seller just add almost 5000 to the price. And he called the non-trade in fee. They just allure you with the low price and then add what ever number they want. And the seller leave me in the rain for a long time. The worst dealer I've ever met.

Brought my Altima in to change out the tire sensor & as soon as I drove out the sensor light came back on...I called & they will have me bring it in & fix it..A little inconvient but willing to fix the problem..Carol Sawicki

Went to rte 33 Nissan today in search of a new car. Huge selection of cars and great service. We got a great deal on a 2016 Altima and left with it the same day. Ask for Edgar Soto, he was wonderful and took great care of us! On a scale of 1-10, rte 33 Nissan gets a 10 from us.

Expired Temporary Tags - Non-Profit Organization

I would give them Zero stars if it existed. First, this dealership has our non-profit organization riding around on expired plates with transporting special needs children. We bought two new vehicles from them on the same day. One was a personal vehicle and a passenger van for our non-profit. The plates did not come in so we called to inquire. First, they mixed us up with some one name Michael with the same last name and told us we owe money. I pulled both Bills of Sales and all our receipts. The down payments we made matched the amount due for both cars. We went to the dealership in person and talked to the finance representative and she said there is no money due and she was sending a message to the person thats in charge of the plates. 3-4 business days go by and no call yet. I call today and spoke to a Michaela she stated that there was money still owed on the personal vehicle but they processed the plates for the company vehicle. So I tried to keep my patience, and emailed her all the back-up docs. She said a manager would call me. It is 940pm and STILL NO PLATES AND NO CALL FROM A MANAGER. After purchasing two vehicles in the same day one would think that there would be some customer appreciation but all we see are people that are out to sale cars and after that you are just another number. Now, we have to refer this to our company attorney.

Worst Dealership Ever

I have never been treated more rude than at this place. I walked in to inquire about a 2017 Nissan Rouge. I knew they weren't out yet, but I wanted to know if it was going to have apple car play and when they were going to be out. My cousin came with me to also inquire about a a used vehicle. I walked in and no one approached to help us. Salesman were just standing around. I had to go find someone to help me. The guy at the desk in the back called someone over to help over the load speaker. A somewhat heavy set guy came over and walked us over to his desk in the back corner. He said "How can I help you". I told him I had a couple questions about the new rouges coming out. I asked if apple car play would be available. He did not know. My cousin asked about a used vehicle and the guy just gave him a generic answer. "Sure we have a lot of used vehicles, there out back, go look". I then asked more questions about the rouge, when it was going to be available, price points, etc. He didn't care about the new ones. I asked him if he could get me out of my ford lease.He said yes and immediately pressured me into buying a car on the spot. "Lets do a deal today" as he was getting out paper work for me to sign without me seeing anything. I said, I can't do a deal I came in to only look as I'm in a current lease and I want to know if I can get out, if you could give me details that would be great. Again, generic answer yea we can get you out. Then he said, "if you want to know more about the rouge its sitting over there in the back of the show room, go check it out". At this point I guess he knew we weren't going to buy, so he got up and walked away from his desk in a annoyed mood. Didn't even say a word, not even goodbye. He went over and just continued his conversation with another sales guy. My cousin and I looked at each other in shock as that was very rude, we felt very uncomfortable with the situation. We then proceeded over the the rouge and the maxima and another sales guy who used to be a Professional PGA player was very nice to answer our questions. He didn't give us any issues. We got the information we needed and left. As for my experience this has been the 3rd time I've been here and have been treated poorly every time. I was completely turned off I didn't even want to purchase a Nissan Rouge anymore. I went to another dealership.

He was a very big reason that we decided to purchase our car from this dealership because after a not-so-great experience at Edison Nissan (their sister dealership) we weren't too confident that we would strike a deal here. But thanks to Kamran (and support from sales rep David Parrish), we walked out satisfied. David Parrish is also a very nice salesman.. very polite and patient. Not Satisfied! Good price but poor customer service!

I saw the car online and went to the dealership on 8/17/2016. David Barysh was my sales person. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I picked up my wife and son from JFK after 37 hours of flight and layovers, went to the dealership to buy the Nissan Rouge for my wife's birtday. Price was good and David was helpful but had to wait 5 hours for Terri who is the finance manger to finace the car! She was rude and seemed very frustrated! I have a 835 credit score which is really high and she got me approved for 4.17 finnancing! They ran my credit and got the cash down payment from me before I even met with Terri! When I finally met her she asked me to sign the documents and when I objected to the rate being too high she said dont buy the car, if you dont want to! I said ok give me my cash down payment back and she said we have to cut you a check! I said can I pay the car off early and she said I will lose part of the discount that they gave me !That was a lie! Later on when I complained to the general manger she called and said you can pay off the car whenever you want! The fees the dealer charged me was excess (RIPP OFF)! They cahrged me for somthing called Opt. Anti theft window etching for $299.00! I have no idea what that is and why I was charged. It seems no one can explain that either!. Documents fee $429.00, I checked with other dealers and they charge as low of $150 to $250! The SUV is nice and we like it but I would not recommend this dealership. They give good price but then they add theses inflated fees to the deal which makes you wonder if the deal was good or not? I would give David Barysh 10 out of 10 and the finance manger and the dealership a -10 if I could!

Honesty and accuracy is not their policy or practice

Buyer Beware with this dealership! We visited the Route 33 dealership on 8/17/16, after having called the night before to already speak to a sales rep about the car and the price - which the ad stated was $12,900. That night they explained we needed to add $2K since we were not a loyalty member. We were ok with that. We took the hour long ride today, and when we talked to the salesman (different than the night before) he quoted us the sticker price of $17K. We asked why the sticker price was different than the ad price. Salesman told us the car in the ad 'was not their car'. We showed him the printed ad. He still stated that was not their car. We had to go to our car to get page 2 of the print out, which had the VIN #. IT WAS THEIR CAR. Rather than honoring the price ($12,900 plus $2K), they started at 13,900 and added two thousand. When we called them on it, they changed the price to 12,900 plus $2k, then proceeded to add two fees totalling another $1,100 - window etching fee and dealership handling fee. So they were trying to get that thousand back via deception. We understand the ad likely was completely screwed up. Whoever documented it was way off (stated cloth vs leather, alot of the features weren't listed). We were willing to wiggle a little. But the salesman was so rude through this entire process ('you know what I am saying - this is not my car', and 'just swipe their card for 2K' when we offered to put $1K down on it to hold it) - WE WALKED OUT. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Either they purposely false advertise, or they do not know what they are doing and cover it up with rudeness. Then they accuse YOU of not knowing what you are doing. Attitude from the minute the conversation started. Hey - I just want to spend $15 to $17K at your dealership, NO NEED TO SHOW US ANY RESPECT! I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else that actually knows what honesty and customer service are all about.

Worst car buying experience ever !

Worst experience ever. We went to buy a rogue in cash. We already had a price before we went in and were expecting a smooth transaction as promised. Me and my daughter in law were helped by Abbey who kept increasing the price on us saying we had to finance or pay a higher price. She kept insisting on the fact that we must finance and do a smart buy. She gave a payment and said we can pay it off in November. We were very disappointed and upset and it was getting late, Abbey made it sound like we had no choice. Then she asked us what we thought of the "current police" situation. We were shocked how inappropriate to bring up an unrelated sensitive subject with customers. When we went to the finance office we were shocked to find out that the so called "smart buy" is a lease. We were appalled and proceeded to leave. The finance manager calmed us down and said we could just pay cash. As we were leaving we took down a toll free number for the owners, and Abbey seeing us do that, said "don't call the number, I will lose my job"If she is that afraid then she shouldn't lie to customers. We called the number and left a message and got a call back from the manager seneil Hernandez. He was apologetic and said he would address it with her. We just wanted everyone to know, if you go to this dealer make sure you don't deal with Abbey. Our friends referred us there and they have had a good experience. The lady in finance was great, another manager was great, but Abbey the complete opposite.

I bought my first new car from route 33 Nissan and I must say " it was the best car buying experience I ever had , I have bought few used cars before from other dealerships but this is my first experience here at route 33 Nissan , my salesman KAMRAN made me very comfortable throw out the process , soon I walk in he welcome us to his dealership and offer us refreshments since it was a very hot day , after seating down he asked for my needs and and bring the exact car and color that I want , we took the car for the test drive and I must said " this guy is very knowledgeable about the Nissan products " he show me all the features in the car and made sure I understand all the features since it was fully loaded car , after coming beck he work out all the numbers for me and it was getting little out of my budget , instead of showing me other cars with less features he went beck to his boss to work out the payment that I could afford , and after hours and the half I walk out with brand new car that I always want , I really appreciate KAMRAN and route 33 Nissan to have wonderful people working for them especially my sale man KAMRAN, I will definitely sent all my friends and family to go to route 33 Nissan and asked for KAMRAN .

I bought my first new car from route 33 Nissan and I must say " it was the best car buying experience I ever had , I have bought few used cars before from other dealerships but this is my first experience here at route 33 Nissan , my salesman KAMRAN made me very comfortable throw out the process , soon I walk in he welcome us to his dealership and offer us refreshments since it was a very hot day , after seating down he asked for my needs and and bring the exact car and color that I want , we took the car for the test drive and I must said " this guy is very knowledgeable about the Nissan products " he show me all the features in the car and made sure I understand all the features since it was fully loaded car , after coming beck he work out all the numbers for me and it was getting little out of my budget , instead of showing me other cars with less features he went beck to his boss to work out the payment that I could afford , and after hours and the half I walk out with brand new car that I always want , I really appreciate KAMRAN and route 33 Nissan to have wonderful people working for them especially my sale man KAMRAN, I will definitely sent all my friends and family to go to route 33 Nissan and asked for KAMRAN .

Worst service ever.

Got a quote from Edmund for new Nissan murano platinum 2016 with the right price and went to nissan 33 at Hamilton square for help, but when there no body help us till one of sales person his name Matthew Rebstock try to help us. After talked a while he came out with a pcs of paper, show me a monthly instalment for the new Nissan, I was so shock. They try to robbed me with very high price, it's showed that monthly payment for 72 month was $944 and 84 month was $862.I can get a luxury car for that payment.I wasn't interested anymore and want to leave, but they want negotiated with me, so they come out with another pcs of paper with new offer for leased 39 month was $722.I said, I want financed not leasing. They were so rude and called us crazy .... even the sales manager worst then the sales person.Basically, don't go there buy your next car, not worth it, they will appraise your trade in car a way lower then you expected, they will try to rob you and call you a crazy if they can't close the deal. Impatient, not friendly, That's the worst ever car buying experience for me.

I live a bit far, but I found the dealership online with intention to buy a car which unfortunately wasn't at the dealer when I arrived. I was upset that the car I wanted was not at the dealer after I spent so much time looking into it online. However, the manager, Sunil Fernandes, was able to calm me down and showed me some of the other great options that were available. On Memorial Day my wife, daughter and I focused our sights on either a Jeep Renegade or Nissan Rogue. We had test driven and researched both cars and even tried a couple of dealerships. I was shopping for a new car and met with Sales Manager Chris Forzani and Sales Consultant Chad Bowers. My experience with these individuals was wonderful, they listen to my needs and answered all my questions. The buying process took less than 90 minutes which is unheard of in other dealers. I am very disappointed

Very disappointed with the sales man, disrespectful, I bought a 2010 nissan titan, I had to take the truck back for service a couple weeks later steering pump leaking, it took them 3 days to replace a hose, they are terrible. ...for now I am taking the truck to another dealer for service.

Awesome Dealership Experience x 2!!!

My first experience with the dealership was in November 2015, when my son was ready ready to purchase his 1st car. He had seen a specific vehicle there and thus we went. Upon entering for the first time, we were greeted warmly by Tyler, one of the wonderful staff there. As we went thru the process, we NEVER felt pressured or rushed in any way. Tyler went above and beyond to make my son's dream car purchase a reality, and also an extreme pleasure. I will admit that, having purchased several vehicles myself thru the years, I was TOTALLY SHOCKED by the way we were treated from minute one. Chris, the general manger, personally came over and introduced himself and then also went over the purchasing process with us! He was warm, friendly, and made us feel like long time customers! A few times since my son's purchase, we've stopped by there, and each and every time were greeted personally by name. Chris made sure that we were both happy and that the entire purchase went as smoothly as possible. They both my made son's purchase even possible and left him with a very positive car buying experience. Then in March 2016, I was ready to purchase my own vehicle, and knew EXACTLY where I was going! I stopped by, unannounced, and once again was greeted by Chris and Tyler, personally by name. I asked Tyler to help me, which of course, he was planning on also. First time visitor but a new lifetime customer

I was in the market for a reliable but stylish SUV. My previous car bit the dust and finally clunked out on me so I knew it was time to start looking for something else. I originally wanted to compare the Nissan Rogue to the Honda CR-V, Toyota Rav4 and others in the compact SUV class, however, I didn't plan on buying today. I just simply wanted to test drive the vehicle and get a feel for it. I planned on going to Toyota right afterwards but I didn't. The reason? Well, when I arrived I spoke to a salesman names Chris. He was very nice and was down to earth. He was knowledgeable about their products and made me feel comfortable. He was not pushy at all which is the unfortunate reality of many individuals in the profession. When looking for a Rogue that fit my preferences I also saw a funky looking small SUV looking thingy; the Nissan Juke. I had no interest in the Juke at first because of it's 'love it or hate it' design but for some reason I could not take my eyes off of it. It was smaller than what I originally wanted but it's just me and my husband and most of the times I drive alone so I decided to give it a look. It caught my eye because it was unlike anything I've seen on the road before and it was like a special edition of some sort. It was black and yellow. All black with yellow accents on the front and back, spoiler, mirrors and door handles. The interior was black with matching yellow on the seats, center console, air vents, shift knob, inside door panels and steering wheel. There was even a honeycomb pattern on the seat cushions. I was told it was called the Black Stinger edition. (look it up) it's actually very cool looking! I took it for a test drive and was very pleased. It had adequate power for it's size and turbo engine, it had lots of amenities such as a sunroof, climate control, back-up camera, Bluetooth, etc. The interior space was on the small side but sufficient for my needs. I really liked it. I wanted to, however, give the Rogue a try since that's the reason I initially went there in the first place. I drove a Rogue SV. It was very nice and had lots of features, including third row seats. It was probably an all around better vehicle, comfortable, quick, good on gas, luxury features such as rear cross traffic alert, blind spot monitoring and a birds eye view camera system to name a few. But it was too much vehicle for me and the price was higher than my budget so I started to think more about the Juke. Chris was very patient in answering all of my questions and helped me to make an informed decision. They were willing to work with me to get me into a car payment that I was comfortable with so I decided to see what happens. After just a short time we finally arrived at an agreeable deal. Chris expressed that he wanted me to be happy with the car that I got whether he sold it to me or not. I was very impressed by him because he shared with me that he had recently came there from another dealer and so he's only been there for a short while, however, he was so experienced and just a genuinely friendly person. He made my buying experience a pleasant one. I now have my car and everywhere I go people are turning their heads and looking at my car! I ever saw someone taking a picture of it. Lol! What I'm trying to say is, if you are in the market for a new vehicle be sure to give Nissan a try but not just any Nissan, try Rt. 33 Nissan and talk to Chris. I'm sure you will drive off with the vehicle of your dreams and be happy you dealt with them.

I was told it was called the Black Stinger edition. (look it up) it's actually very cool looking! I took it for a test drive and was very pleased. It had adequate power for it's size and turbo engine, it had lots of amenities such as a sunroof, climate control, back-up camera, Bluetooth, etc. The interior space was on the small side but sufficient for my needs. I really liked it. I wanted to, however, give the Rogue a try since that's the reason I initially went there in the first place. I drove a Rogue SV. It was very nice and had lots of features, including third row seats. It was probably an all around better vehicle, comfortable, quick, good on gas, luxury features such as rear cross traffic alert, blind spot monitoring and a birds eye view camera system to name a few. But it was too much vehicle for me and the price was higher than my budget so I started to think more about the Juke. Chris was very patient in answering all of my questions and helped me to make an informed decision. They were willing to work with me to get me into a car payment that I was comfortable with so I decided to see what happens. After just a short time we finally arrived at an agreeable deal. Chris expressed that he wanted me to be happy with the car that I got whether he sold it to me or not. I was very impressed by him because he shared with me that he had recently came there from another dealer and so he's only been there for a short while, however, he was so experienced and just a genuinely friendly person. He made my buying experience a pleasant one. I now have my car and everywhere I go people are turning their heads and looking at my car! I ever saw someone taking a picture of it. Lol! What I'm trying to say is, if you are in the market for a new vehicle be sure to give Nissan a try but not just any Nissan, try Rt. 33 Nissan and talk to Chris. I'm sure you will drive off with the vehicle of your dreams and be happy you dealt with them.

The Perfect Experience

I have always bought new cars, I am not fond of buying used cars, because I am not a handy car person. But, this time around, my husband suggested to browse some used cars. When we got to the dealership, I was still skeptical. I had no intention of purchasing a car that day. After seeing the options available and speaking with Sunil and John, I was convinced. They were so friendly, professional and honest, we drove off with a nice used car. Its been 5 months and I am still happy with our decision. We saved a little money and got a quality car. I would definitely buy from there again!

A waste of my time

I was a bit nervous about shopping for my first car, and unfortunately, this was the first place I visited. While Route 33 Nissan may be a great option for someone searching for a new vehicle, looking for a used vehicle met my nightmarish pre-conceptions of used car shopping perfectly. The vehicle that I had been interested in had been sold already (which I completely understand, and have no ill will about), but instead of simply explaining to me that they couldn't help and not wasting my time, Chris (who knew that I had a very strict budget) told me that he was going to show me a similar vehicle, but failed to disclose several key issues that would make this car impossible for me to purchase. First, although he did show me a carfax, he emphasized that the car has only had one previous owner - but he didn't mention that this car had previously been a rental vehicle, which was a huge concern for me, and when I brought it up, he completely dismissed my concerns and told me that many similar vehicles in this price range would also be rentals and that my expectations were unreasonable. Furthermore, despite knowing my budget, he did not disclose that this car was significantly more expensive than my budget allowed for, until after I wasted time on a test drive. I completely understand that the car that I had wanted was no longer available. This is certainly something that happens when you are looking for a used vehicle. I simply wish that Chris had given me a business card and told me to check in a week to see if any similar models had come in, instead of wasting everyone's time when I was very clearly on my needs and my budget. I also found him to be very dismissive of my concerns regarding buying a used car and what that would mean for me. At times, I felt that he was trying to make a sale based on convincing me of his character and the nature of the business, instead of having a realistic conversation about what kind of car I would be happy with within my price range. Perhaps I was simply too unprepared for my first car shopping experience and I'm being a bit too harsh, but I found the experience to be very difficult.

I received a letter in the Mail regarding the Nissan dealer. I figured I would come in and discuss my options. Tyler was the salesman that worked with me. He was able to answer ALL of my questions as well as understand where I wanted to be in terms of my payments. Chris worked very hard at also making the deal. Overall my experience was excellent at this dealer.from the start with Tyler taking me out to the lot and explaining the differences in lease and finance options, to Terri with the final signing of the papers.. All I have to say is I love my new car, and I had a WONDERFUL experience!!

Great car and buying experience

Didn't want to chance another bad used car, since we have had a couple of major issues with used cars in the past. In other words, we needed a good reliable car in great condition for my Daughter. Well let me tell you, Route 33 Nissan in Hamilton Square came through for us. Kamran and John worked us a great deal, and we are very happy with the Ford Fusion. I don't usually rate Car Dealers, but in this case they deserve the five stars.

I had the best car buying experience I have ever had at this dealership! Kamran was so helpful, knowledgable, and honest! If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. I'm a woman and had to go car shopping buy myself because my boyfriend is deployed and Kamran really looked out for me. We had a great time just chatting, drinking coffee, and jamming to the music in the dealership while we waited for the finance dept to get my paperwork together. I never felt rushed or pressured to leave even though I walked in late and he had to stay 2 1/2 hrs after they closed. It's hard to meet good quality people these days, but it's always great when you do. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Kamran and Route 33 Nissan to everyone that I know. I went back a few days later to cancel my VSC and wasn't hassled about it at all! I was really expecting some push back, but nothing! I really appreciate that. Walking into Route 33 Nissan to research and purchase my first new car was nerve wracking until I met salesman Joey Zuccari. I have to admit I was leary going into the process, but Joey made me feel at ease and I knew I was in the right place. I never felt any pressure and he listened to what I had to say from the start. Joey made sure he understood what I was looking for and my budget was always top of his mind. I felt like we were partners on my path to my first new car. I found exactly the car I wanted and Joey made the process easy. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and the process was smooth. This was our 3rd dealership we went to and we got the best deal Thanks to our salesman DARREN KATZ!!He's The Man!!Stopped there Saturday night and he didn't like the loan rates that came back.He said Monday i will get you a good rate(I thought yeah ok thats what they all say)But finally a man of his word he went the extra mile and beat the 2nd dealers rate by 8.5%!!!He promised and he does come thru he doesnt just talk so thanks to him we have a 2014 Elantra.We know who we will be buying our next car from Darren Katz(THE DARRENATOR)He said he makes the impossible possible and for us he did!Thanks So Much Darren!!!
