I worked with Nick and he was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and professional. Near the end of the test drive the sales pitch and the negotiating, they all start to get a little pushy and I don't know of any dealership that doesn't. I said I wanted to sleep on the deal and that was fine. I did sleep on it and I was glad I did. I did my research and I was happy with the deal they gave me. I went back to get my truck and I was out of there in under an hour. The truck was immaculate and the tank was full. They gave me a sweatshirt and took my picture. I love my truck and the dealership was great overall. I would do business with them again.

From the get-go Milton was very friendly and helpful. There were a couple of issues with the truck that he agreed would be taken care of to my satisfaction. I have to say this dealership DID NOT fall into the stereotypical Used Car Lot. My auto purchase made easy.

I purchased a Dodge Ram Promaster cargo van at this dealership; and I must say that it was one of the smoothest auto purchase transactions I have done in a very long time. My initial encounter was with salesman Rafael Borhoquez. My decision had already been made before he even knew it; since there was never a feeling of pressure to purchase and a clear sense of honesty projected from this salesman. He and the business manager went out of their way to accommodate, and as an end result I got exactly the vehicle that I wanted, and at a great price. My dream car!!!

I have been searching for a while to find a Dodge Challenger within my price range. I contacted the dealership about one they had on the lot and unfortunately my price couldn't be met. However, the next day Nick (dealer) sent me pics of one that was just traded in. It was gorgeous and the best part is they dealt with the banks and got me a great interest rate and were able to make the payments meet my requirements. Very friendly, attentive and hard working dealership to meet the customers need. I would highly recommend stopping by if you are in the market.

Moving on from the Mini Van

I traded in my Mini van for a vehicle that handled better in the snow and would still fit my family and get decent gas mileage. I went back to Route 15 car center after my husband purchased his truck from them one month earlier. I had a great experience with Milton. He was very patient as I test drove several different vehicles while trying to figure out what kind of car I was comfortable driving and that would also suit my needs. I ended up with a 2015 Chevy Traverse and it is a great car that I was able to decide on in 3 days. The pricing was in line with what was listed in all of the online sites that I checked so there was minimal haggling on the final price. The processing of paperwork was fast and easy and I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours with my new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car.

Friendly and Helpful

Recently purchased a used car from Route 15 Used Car Center. Their inventory is always top notch and my salesman, Nick, was very patient in working with me as a first time buyer. Justo was also very helpful in explaining some of the finer points of the paperwork with me. Their prices are reasonable and they answered all my questions professionally. I would go back again.

started out well saleman was helpful didnt know much about trucks other salesman did then was told they will mail regastration to us temp plate is expired now still waiting for regastration they said friday they will send now monday they say its going out ups so if you are from another state get everything in writing

2013 Ram

The guys I worked with at the dealership were fine. The thing that soured the whole process for me was that I didn't realize the truck had a bad vibration in it until it was too late. My test drive was limited to the point where I didn't notice it. Since I was continually assured by the sales people that I was protected for 60 days against anything that was wrong, I was comfortable making the deal. I brought in the truck to get looked at 2 times, which is an unavoidable inconvenience. Aafter continuing to experience the problem, I was told by Dover Dodge (Nielson) service people that nothing is wrong with the truck. So, now I'm stuck with a vehicle which according to them has no issues, but clearly still vibrates at certain times. I would suggest having an independent mechanic look at the vehicle you're interested in, even if it's certified pre-owned. I do regret making this deal and will try to re-sell the vehicle as soon as I can.

2010 Mercedes

Was considering a new car but spotted the Mercedes in the lot. Fit my needs and price was right. No high pressure sales and they were willing to let me have an independent mechanic inspect the vehicle. Closing the sale was quick and painless, including transferring my trade in. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a used car.

Honest team and helpful

Yesterday I traded in a truck and purchased a truck from Rafael and Vincent at Rt 15 used car center. These salesman were honest and helpful as I spent a few days trying to decide what I wanted. They were never pushy as a lot of other sales people are.I also dealt with Justo and Jose to finalize my sale. All four of these guys work as a smooth team and never once did I feel as if they were not 100% there to satisfy me. The dealership is clean and had a great selection on the lot. I even met a guy named Kenny, AKA "Torture" that proudly had the grounds around the dealership looking like a high end golf course. The manager and finance guys were great to deal with and actually made it a simple process. I usually hate the car buying experience, but I was very happy with everything from the looking, to the test rides to the final paperwork. I recommend this location and team if your looking for a nearly new used vehicle at a fair price.

Let down.

My experience started well here but quickly went downhill. I spent a couple of hours time spread over 2 days working out a deal with the salesman. We reached an agreement and made an appointment to finalize the deal yet as I was on my way to the dealership for a scheduled appointment, with money in hand, that I took a day off work for, he called me to say the truck had been sold! He explained that he couldn't hold the truck without a deposit, which I was never asked for. Of course there was nothing to be done, it was a used vehicle and it was gone. If you shop here make sure you deal with a more detailed sales person and not Milton Rodriguez, although he may remember to ask for deposits now. The manager, Jose, was disappointing as well. What a horrible let down this turned out to be.

What a wonderful experience my family had when buying our Dodge Durango! Unlike other car dealerships who tried to push us into suv's we didn't like, the salesman at Dodge were very professional and patient with us. Excellent First Car Buying Experience!!!

This was by far one of the most gratifying experiences I've had. Though, I was confident in finding and locating a car, I was mainly concerned about the condition of the car, the available information I needed on the car, the patience of my rep and the tolerance I would need from my rep to be able to handle my ignorance on cars! I recently purchased a used truck and my experience with Milton at Route 15 Used Car Center was painless. The truck was priced well and in good condition. I am very happy with my purchase.

Overall Good Experience

First the good: The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. They were able to accommodate my requests and resolved a technical issue with the vehicle after I bought it. After I got home, I realized the rear wiper was not working. I notified Jose and we made an appointment at the body shop. The car was fixed according to my schedule with no issues or further cost to me. Now the "bad": The only thing I didn't like was the added costs for processing the vehicle and window etching that were not part of the advertised MSRP, and totaled almost 20% of the MSRP. This bumped up my total cost significantly.

Excellent customer service and sales. We had Don Donnelly assisting us. He was very professional and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. We got a gratw deal on a Honda CR-V. Justo was very knowledgeable and thorough with the finance. We will definitely recommend it.

Best experience I've ever had

I work for another big car dealership and 15 used car had better inventory and better prices. I would go back and buy another car from them anytime. I've told all my friends to check them out.
