I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment at route 146 Auto Sales. My fiance and I visited on Monday September 26th in the late afternoon and it was clear that our presence and business was not wanted. Before hand we were emailing back and forth inquiring about a vehicle, after a few days our emails were not responded to. We called almost every day with no return phone call or even an answer. When we arrived we walked over to the vehicle we were interested in waiting for somebody to come and greet us. After about 30 minutes we walked inside we sat down waiting for some assistance, an older gentlemen approached us, he was extremely rude and the first question was finance or cash. My fiance responded with financing as he was approved for a private loan from his personal bank. The guy (who's name I don't know because he failed to introduce himself) then started badgering asking how he got a loan, and if he unsterstood what he was saying as if he was judging a book by its cover hinting that we could not afford what we were looking at. My fiance then asked about some of the things he noted on the truck and received the quick response of "What do you want to know? You already went through the truck. I'm not spending a penny more on that truck, I have two pages of what we did, do you want to see them" we then politely said yes and he said give him five minutes. Once again we returned to the vehicle of intrest and waiting fifteen minutes for him to return and say "So do you want a purchase and sales agreement?" In shock my fiance replied " I'm not ready for that yet, I haven't even driven it yet" and the guy mumbled something and walked away to help someone else. We then left. It's extremely disappointing we were not even offered a test drive, let alone the time of day and courtesy to answer our questions. i have never experienced such a luck of professionalism. I will not return to this establishment.

2nd truck that I have purchased from them. The last one lasted 7.5 years of hard plowing.Both times they have worked in good faith in making sure I was happy with the little things as well as big that most dealers wouldn't do

Bought an 07 F-150 FX4 from Chris. I can't vouch for the vehicle's future as I just bought it (hoping for the best) but I can say these guys have the cleanest trucks I have ever seen and when you go there they treat you like family. Very personable and very efficient. Chris and Joe and the office staff were great. Only took 2 days to get the truck and when I got it, everything was perfect. Looking forward to doing business with these guys in the future.

Small family operated facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Love the new Dodge Dakota. They were very accomodating to our requirements and do all the financing at their facility. No other trips to the bank were necessary. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is in the market to buy a truck.


rust is an issue

I drove nearly 100 miles to come and see an 99 Dodge diesel which by the pictures looked like a great well kept truck. Before I drove down there I asked the question about if there was any rust on it and I was told it was in great shape, well it was the interior was awesome but looking underneath the truck it was literally rusting away and there was a large portion of rust on the fender also that I could not see from the pictures. Joe the owner appoligized to me and told me he would fix the fender but most of the nuts that held the truck together did not even resemble nuts anymore. I was very dissappointed because I was told that the turck was in great shape but.... He did have allot of diesels for sale but no others even remotely close to my pricerange. I know that rust is a problem here in the New England area but I specifically asked about it and was misled.

I purchased a truck a few months back, & I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Route 146. Upon walking in i was greeted instantly by Joe the owner and from that moment i knew i was in good hands. He helped me with everything i needed and we found what was best for me. I just want to thank everyone for all the help and i will definitely be back for my future vehicles!
