All I can say is Wow. I was recommended to Roush from a friend, but I was also online searching. I received emails from 4-5 different sales reps from different dealerships.. Cameron was one of them. Out of all of them, Cameron was the only one to actually send me a quote based on the information I provided him with. Cameron was outstanding. He was upfront with me on everything. Absolutely no hidden fees. He walked me through our entire lease and also helped show us the features of the van. Casey Brindley, one of their managers, approached us only to thank us on shopping with them and also to just have a friendly conversation (You don't see managers doing that everywhere!) Last, Mike Dunlap made our financing appointment quick and easy. This dealership really knows how to make their customers feel comfortable. Great purchase experience. I did most of my correspondence with Josie via email, which I prefer over taking phone calls during my work. She understood the vehicle I was looking for and was prompt on notifying me of availability. It was also nice that she had done her homework on the differences in the trim levels and the operation of the features of the vehicle.

I have had Honda's in the past, and they have always been fantastic. The car that I was replacing was not a Honda since we didn't like the styling that year. Buying the new car from Spyros Tabone, was like dealing with a trusted friend you had known for years. I can't say enough about him, Roush Honda, or my new Accord.

I gave Roush a 5 stars because I enjoyed the no pressure sales approach of Josh Wiswell. I was trying to make a decision between a Honda Accord and 2 other different brands. Josh went through the features of the Accord Touring and the EX-L V6 and encouraged me to drive both vehicles to so that I could determine which vehicle satisfied my criteria and budget. The people can make or break a dealership. Josh kept in contact with me via email, text and phone during the process. I decided to purchase the vehicle after the weekend. He had all of the paperwork ready when I got off work and the final segment of the process was painless. He took the time to go through the vehicle with me and set up the mobile interface etc. I appreciated the attention and the follow through after the sale too.

It has been 11 years since I purchased a new car and Spyros Tabone helped me through the process every step of the way. I was impressed with Jeff Hape, sales consultant, a year ago when my granddaughter leased a Honda Civic from Roush Honda. When i decided to purchase a new car I asked for Jeff. The information Jeff presented and test drive was more than adequate to make a good decision as to the best model for my requirements. Jeff did not pressure me in any way and took a lot of time to answer throughly my questions and went over all the features of the actual car that I purchased. I would highly recommend Roush Honda, the Honda Accord and Jeff Hape, sales consultant and everyone involved with the transaction.

Though I'd been in conversation with multiple potential dealerships in Cleveland, once I began working with Josie, I immediately knew my search was over. She and her colleagues made the whole experience wonderfully straightforward, and she was not only helpful, patient, thorough, and incredibly quick to respond, she was also extremely kind and fun to work with. I leased a car through Leigh Daniels in 2013 and he had just previously retired within a month of my lease ending. Mary Huggins was so kind/helpful to recommend I use Cameron Bryant as a salesman. I walked into the dealership to look at a CR-V EX-L and asked to speak to a salesperson and they gave me Spyros Tabone. He was extremely personable and I feel like I made a new friend. We could have talked all afternoon. There was never any pressure. I had put out a request for several cars and had received an email from Mark that I missed but Spyros noticed it and talked to Mark who had given me a good price. He went with that price which was actually below what I had expected to pay. Spyros introduced Mark to me and he was very nice, I am glad that they all work together. I have been places where that would have caused a row. I felt bad but Mark was great. The car was prepped and Spyros showed my wife and I how things worked including setting up my phone. Will in financing made all of the signing very easy and comfortable. I walked out of the dealer with the car I wanted at a better price than I expected. I would highly recommend that you buy your next car here!

Buying my new Civic was handled admirably by Cameron Bryant--he was very helpful and patient in explaining all the processes in the buying experience--including all the moving parts on the car's dashboard !! It was a real pleasure getting to know him. He is a fine addition to the Roush team ! Rich Broderick took good care of me in explaining all the parts of the financial process.I do have one concern with the service department. In addressing problems with my other Honda I had to wait days ( and even weeks ) to have it evaluated for a "check engine light". I hope that this does not happen again.

The Goodwin StoryWhen it came time for us to find a vehicle that would go in the southern Ohio snow in the winter, we decided that that a Honda CR-V EX-L AWD was the vehicle for us.We started looking online. We came to a good deal at Honda of Marysville, but it was a FWD not AWD vehicle.We looked online again searching again. That is when we found exactly what we wanted at Roush Honda! Questions being: Did they still have vehicle available? Would Roush Honda honor the same deal as Honda of Marysville for the FWD? What kind of dealership would Roush Honda be?With a little research, we found Roush Honda had an excellent reputation and people who had gone to Roush Honda had excellent things to say about the dealership.We made an online inquiry about the vehicle. Spyros Tabone contacted Barney. Barney explained that this vehicle was exactly what we were looking for and what we were willing to pay. Spyros and Barney made arrangements to meet on Friday.On Friday, we met with Spyros. Spyros went right to work with his new car managers. We came to an agreement with the new car manager relatively quick and we had a good deal on the exact vehicle that we wanted and desired! Even with the extras that we desired--floor mats and mud guards. Spyros went right to work to get them installed on the vehicle while maintenance was prepping vehicle.Spyros took the time to explain where things were on the vehicle, getting us familiar with the car, making sure the seat and mirrors were adjusted correctly, pairing both our iPhones, and even posed for a photo with usafter all this was a BIG moment for me (Carla) MY FIRST NEW CAR IN MY LIFE!! Thank you, Spyros!! You are AWESOME!Roush Honda staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was as if we were family to them. Not just people purchasing a car. I believe this is what makes Roush Honda stand far above normal car dealerships. Roush Honda cares for their customers and wants to have a long-term relationship with their customers! We were not just people to sell a car to and never to see again. No, Roush Hondas attitude is they want to have long lasting relationships with their customers in years to come. Unbelievable. One phone call to let Cameron Dean know that we needed to replace or 2011 Odyssey EX-L with a 2016 Odyssey EX-L because it was involved in an accident. Unfortunately the vehicle was totaled, but everyone was okay and the van did its job of protecting my family. Cameron got back to me with the best price in the area, suggested the great honda financing deal currently going on and had us all ready to pick up the vehicle in 2 days. Friendly and efficient staff when we got there to sign, no tricks, no changes to terms. Overall a great experience.

I was in the process of a buyback on a lemon that I had purchased and was going to be without a vehicle in the interim. Spyros was very helpful with showing and explaining to me the Ridgeline I was interested in. Having a short time period to work in, he was able to make me a great deal. The day of the buyback, Nissan did not deliver my check. Spyros picked me up at the Nissan dealership, and with the help of Richard Broderick were able to work magic and I drove out with my Ridgeline that day. My fiance and I agree that our experience at Roush Honda was the best either of us have ever had at a dealership. Test driving was incredibly low pressure and we felt that they didn't want us to do anything we weren't comfortable with. Once we decided to lease a CR-V, everything was quick, seamless, and painless. The whole process of trading in my old car and taking home the new one took only a couple of hours, rather than all day. If I could go above and beyond the 5 star review on here, I would. I cannot rave about Roush Honda enough. Our family had always been Lindsay Honda customers, having purchased two vehicles from them within the last 6 years, as well as getting all of our maintenence and oil changes taken care of at their business. On Saturday, October 22, we spent a minimum of 3 1/2 hours invested into purchasing a vehicle, only to be left with a horrific and disappointing experience at the Lindsay Honda showroom. We were treated poorly and unfairly by the sales manager after being accused of lying about the prices given to us from other Honda Dealers in the area. The sales manager was overly aggressive and made us feel extremely uncomfortable after multiple inappropriate comments were made to us. Having called Roush Honda that same day and given an amazing price quote, we headed in that direction, even though it was an extra 30 minutes away. From the moment we contacted them over the phone, we were given quick, accurate, and helpful information from one of the sale representatives, Casey. Upon our arrival to the business, knowing they were closing in about an hour and a half, we weren't exactly sure what to expect considering our time invested at Lindsay. We were NOT surrounded like vultures in the parking lot as soon as we exited our car, nor were we attacked upon entering the building by multiple reps vying for our time. There were no high pressure sales tactics taking place, like at the Lindsay Honda business we had previously seen that day. We were met by a very nice receptionist who asked if she could help us with something, and upon telling her why we were there, she immediately paged Casey to let him know we had arrived. When he came out of his office, he was kind, well dressed, and well spoken. He knew exactly what we wanted and said he had even started getting paperwork together since he knew we were serious about purchasing the 2016 Honda Civic EX-T. He immediately had someone go retrieve the car and bring it out front for us to look over. Considering we had been looking at this car for months, we knew it was exactly what we wanted. The pricing out the door, which was BY FAR the best deal ANY Honda dealer has ever given us, was accurate and EXACTLY what he had quoted us over the phone. There were no hidden fees or underlying costs you commonly find at various car dealerships. After confirming that we were in fact ready to move forward with the deal, he introduced us to another sales associate Mark, who would be helping us with the final paperwork side. During that time, he took the car to get washed and detailed for us. Mark was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and made you feel comfortable during the entire process. We already had our financing set up with a local bank, and he was quick to get everything organized and moving. After Mark was finished with the paperwork portion, we met Rich, who was assigned to us for processing the financial part and to see if we needed any additional items. The entire process only took about an hour and a half which was absolutely amazing. Everyone we met was so professional and class act! After our paperwork and the financial part was processed, we met again with Mark. He went ABOVE and BEYOND explaining all of the technology in the car, showing us everything it could do and how to work all of the bells and whistles on it. I have never had such an amazing experience at a car dealership, let alone had the opportunity to work with three separate sales associates who worked together as a team unit. All three people we worked with, Casey, Mark, and Rich, worked to ensure our experience with Roush Honda was the best possible experience we could have. They took the time to get to know us, asked about our jobs and life, and made sure we were 100% happy with everything that happened before we left. We will never go to another Honda Dealer after our experience over the weekend. They have scored life long customers for sure!A HUGE thanks to Mark, Casey, and Rich for your time and help! Friendly, no-pressure salesman (Tim Potts) who took his time showing me several options of certified used Honda Odysseys (I had already narrowed down my search). He knew a lot about the vehicle and the various features and options. I was sort of putting off getting another car because I was worried about all the hassle and high pressure sales. Bought a 2016 CR-V here. The dealership was recommended highly by several friends who weren't wrong. Visited several other dealerships and the price and professionalism here were by far the best. I owned a 2004 Honda Civic that suddenly developed very expensive repair problems after 9 years of reliable performance. I took the car to Roush Service Department for diagnosis and after their examination, they called me to notify me of all the needed repairs, explained the repairs, and gave a cost estimate. With the repairs perhaps over 2000 dollars and taking 2 weeks to be performed, I asked the service woman for advise on my options. She was wonderful in giving me advise and said she would recommend putting the money for repair into a new car. She referred me to the Service Concierge, DeAnna Thompson who called me the next day. I met up with Deanna and she worked out some of the details about the rental car payment, getting a turn-in appraisal for my older car, and introducing me to Shawn Risner, sales consultant. Shaun was personable, courteous, and very helpful in arranging test driving, explaining various options for the CR-V, asking what my time requirements were, etc. He never really tried to "sell" me a car, instead, he was a wonderful facilitator in helping me purchase a car that would meet my needs. Both Shawn and Greg (a new sales consultant shadowing) seemed devoted to helping me shop and buy a new car. Greg did a thorough job demonstrating and teaching about using the technology on the dash board/steering wheel, etc. When I needed a silver strip repainted in my car's interior, Shawn researched and referred me to a business that beautifully painted the strip. The sales consultants at Roush continue with follow -up after you purchase your car and are always available for questions and concerns that may arise after purchase. To make a long story short, Roush Honda provides excellent customer service in all their departments and buying a new car was efficiently facilitated by all staff. I feel that the dealership is very trust worthy and I highly recommend Roush for all your car needs.

Often times people give car salesman a bad wrap. I always had the conception that car salesmen were sleazy tricksters whose sole purpose was to sell you a car no matter what. My experience at roush honda was eye opening. My wife purchased a vehicle from Shawn a few months prior to my visiti today. She raved about how great he was. He was friendly, honest, not pushy etc.. We got up early today and decided to go car shopping with no real determination to buy. We just wanted to shop and gauge our options. We visited a few dealerships and decided to call roush to see if shawn was working. Luckily he was. We sat down with Shawn who explained our options to us perfectly. He did not push us in any direction or try to hard sell us. I had a trade in that was not in the best condition but shawn worked with me to get the monthly payment i was looking for. The manager john came out and shook our hand thanking us for the purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and its staff if you are in the market for a vehicle. If i could give them more than 5 stars i would but unfortubately i am limited to 5 stars. Thank you roush honda for discounting the perception that car buying is a hassle and car salesman are pushy.

True to form, the service section of this dealer can never work your car in for service, no matter how immediate the problem. The story is always the same --- you can call for a service appointment that is two to three weeks out or you could perhaps leave your car here and we will work it in-- sometime! Oh, that would mean you are out of a car? Or driving a car with a safety hazard for 2 or 3 weeks? We are very sorry. It is too bad that we can't get good timely service from our local Honda dealer.

I was almost sure what car I wanted to purchase when I came to Roush. I had the pleasure of dealing with Cameron who showed me a few cars and offered me a book on the civic. I was not ready to make my decision on that date so I chose not to test drive a car. I did come back the next day after reviewing the book on the civics and took a test drive which completely convinced me that I wanted the civic. Casey was fair on dealing with the price of the car with all the options and add-ons that I wanted. Cameron is fairly new to Roush but will eager to help. Cameron answered all my questions and those he was not able to answer he did go find the answers for me. I am completely satisfied with Roush Honda and would come back to purchase another car. I would recommend Roush Honda to my family and friends as well as I would suggest Cameron as their sales consultant.

I have bought 2 used vehicles through this dealership in the past year. One purchase was dedicated to a used Honda Odyssey. The second was open and the rep helped identify a great option not previously considered. In both scenarios I was provided oppty's that were not on the market yet. The pricing, the entire staff, and the ease of closing the paperwork was great. I asked the rep to follow up with me 7 months after the first purchase and right on cue I got a list of vehicles within the parameters I provided. No pressure to buy more car than was needed and objective viewpoints offered directly relevant to the purchase decision. Lastly everytime I stop in they run my car through the car wash.

The internet sales team was very responsive and Spyros was quick to provide quotes over email.The quotes were detailed, i.e. every fee was categorized, and most competitive amongst all the dealerships in town. Spyros responded to my queries, over emails, within few hours and made sure that all my questions were answered. Spyros spent ample time with us during the test drive and explained all the features in detail. I lease my Hondas (have for years!) and responded to a card from Shawn Risner that it was time to begin the process of deciding just what avenue to take since my lease was nearly over. I talked with him several times on the phone and then went out to Roush to discuss my options. He was great, answered all my questions, and took me to look at new cars. I was then was in the neighborhood and made a surprise visit. Shawn was busy with another customer and David McCamon picked up where we had left off. I happily walked out of Roush later that day with my new lease, a beautiful CRV! I totally appreciated the efficiency and transparency of everyone there!

From the start of communicating with Jeff Hape through email, I felt like I was getting a very personal experience. He walked me through every step I needed to take in order to get a new car and answered every single question I asked (which, believe me, was a lot). Once I got to the dealership that evening, Jeff recognized me even though we had never met before which made me feel like he did his research to try and get to know me as best as he could. He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process of trading in my old car and starting up a lease for a brand new Honda Civic! He even asked me what color car I preferred (interior and exterior). I also met with Karen Mathews to go over all of the financial aspects of leasing a new car. She was also very kind and helpful. She even stayed late to help me with all of my paperwork! Overall, I thought my experience at Roush Honda was warm and welcoming. I never felt nervous or out of place during my visit and look forward to going back there for regular maintenance and car check ups.

I bought a used Honda Odyssey from Roush Honda. Sales gentleman Vince Delviscio was great. He had all the knowledge of the car model. His patience is highly appreciated for answering all my novice questions. In the journey, from first sales call to real sale to post sale support, he showed great professionalism and helpful in all the ways. Everyone in the office seemed so professional. The cars they sell looked really in good condition. I bought the van only by test driving it, didn't need private inspection. We went in expecting to test drive a CRV and then had plans to go to a Nissan Dealership and test drive a Nissan Rogue. Once we drove the CRV we really liked it. Shawn Risner was very friendly and was very willing to work with us in meeting what our expectations were for paying for a new car.We actually walked away with more amenities than we had planned to get in a new car. By saying this is the third Honda from Leigh Daniels says something in itself. This time I went to two other Columbus dealers before getting a quote from Roush and Leigh gave me a quote thousands below the others. I particular like the plan where if you pay about $175 you get a loaner when your car is serviced for only the price of the gas. I sent my son to Leigh when he wanted to buy his first car but he had his heart set on a Toyota and Leigh could't help him with that. You know how kids can be. Oh yeh, I'm not a relative of any Roush employee!

I am now the proud owner of my third Honda purchased in the last 6 years from Roush Honda in Westerville, Ohio. I recently purchased a Honda CRZ, this car caught my eye when we purchased our second Crosstour over two years ago. Roush is a "top rated" dealership in our minds and our Sales Consultant, Richard Miller, has always been there for us when we have a question. The only down side is when we are due to replace the Crosstour we have to consider another vehicle since Honda has stopped making the Crosstour. We have already looked at the Pilot which most likely will be our next purchase in a couple years. Their Service Department is top notch and very professional and thorough in their work. We are very happy with our Roush relationship and Honda!

We knew what we were looking for and had done our homework, but hadn't purchased a car for 8 years. Things have changed and Lee did an excellent job of explaining what had changed and how. He introduced us to all of the new technology and helped us setup everything. I don't know what else we would have asked of him. Will, likewise, explained what had changed in financing and protection plans. He was able to help us understand the options we had without making us feel pressured. We didn't have to talk with any management to make our deal. Lee and Will handled everything. We had purchased a couple of vehicles from Roush and then skipped them for one and we are glad to see they are just as professional as before. Maybe they are even better.

If you need AMAZING customer service, this is the place you want to be. I purchased a New Honda Car from them.First, the sales person Mark Zolendziewski is JUST AMAZING!!!! I think that word will cover everything. He makes you feel as if he is your brother and walks you through your needs before you could even think about it. Also, Roush Honda gives special discounts (AMAZING discounts) if you are a costco member.Their rate is just superb that you would keep your mouth shut coz you just can't bargain further. The Delivery coordinator Rich Broderick is amazing too. They have a lot of packages available to pick and choose on your auto loan, services and repairs TREMENDOUS discounts using "All State" service contract etc. This is a dream come true dealer place. Bill is very knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to drive the vehicle that I later leased. When I picked the car up, Bill went through the entire car showing me all the features and how to use them. Signing the paperwork for the lease was well managed and took a minimal amount of time. All of the above reasons are important, however the best reason was not having to go back and forth on the price of the car. The best price was the first price.

Hassle free buying experience. Worked with us to find the right car for my wives needs--I would have gone with the touring edition---she was more comfortable with the EXL edition. Negotiated a fair price with Spyros Tabone in a timely manner. No pressure, just very reasonable. Thoroughly and patiently went over all the features of the vehicle with us and assured us that if any questions or problems arise, he is there for us. Mike Dunlap in finance was also most personable and efficient. Presented us with options and explained in detail the pros and cons. No pressure to upsell us--just wanted to provide what we wanted and needed. This is our second new vehicle purchase from Roush Honda and when that time comes again in the hopefully distant future, we will be returning to see Spyros at Roush Honda.

Everything from Sales dept and higher leadership personnel is outstanding. In Sales there is Ms. Jossie Middendorf whose knowledge and patience is remarkable; she is diligent, efficient and polite to her clients. It was a pleasure to work with her. In higher leadership, the General Manager, Mr. Jim Erwin is courteous, greets the clients, also communicates well and facilitates sales & transactions by his sales staff. So, why do I give a 4-star rating? It's the adjuster who evaluates cars in potential trade-ins. The pronouncements that individual makes is too harsh, not well justified. It nearly insults the owners of their cars by absurd quotes which are easily negated by quotes from other outside entities. This is one area Roush can improve; it is possible to make a profit and still behave reasonably.

I had a specific vehicle I was searching for, and Roush Honda had it! I called and spoke with Spyros, and from the beginning, he was a joy to work with. Spyros is a very laid back and professional salesperson, unlike a few that I had met with before. He walked my wife and I through the entire car buying process and I did not feel any dishonesty from him. I had lots of questions to be answered and met with him on multiple occasions and I never once felt that I was wasting his time. In the end, I had a Honda employee discount which allowed me to get a very good deal on our 2016 Honda Civic, lower than dealer invoice. Even with that, I never felt that I was wasting anyone's time, even though they were surely not making money off me.I would recommend Roush Honda and Spyros and will be going back for our next car.

We bought our 2016 Honda Civic from Roush Honda in August 2016. While other area dealers had comparative prices, Roush stood out as our top choice because of the quality of their service and attention to details. I'd like to single out Lee Cohen, Joe Glomski, and Rich Broderick for their amazing, courteous, and fast service. They were spot on and at no point did we feel pressured or ignored. We came into Roush JUST to test drive the Civic. We had done a ton of research ahead of time and even walked car lots after closing so we could come in with all the information we needed. We expected a hard sell and lots of pushy sales pitches surrounding the test drive, but Spyros had us in a car within about 15 minutes. He told us what to look at and how to experiment with various features while we were out, which was very helpful. When we returned, we had already decided not to bother looking at the Hyundai and stick with the Civic. But even then, he was practical and helpful. He was never pushy. He helped us select the features we want, made sure we understood the options available, and negotiated an entirely fair price. When our son started to get impatient, he even gave him his own banana from his lunch as a snack.His manager (Joe?) was helpful with the financing process and recognized that USAA provides fantastic financing, so he didn't even pressure us to apply for Honda financing.We picked the car up two days later (our choice), and Rick in financing was also wonderful. He was patient. He checked and explained each item in our paperwork clearly. He helped us avoid title transfer issues with our existing plates from our prior car. He chatted with us about his amazing collection of bobbleheads.Once we were ready to go, Spyros helped us navigate all the settings in the car before we left. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly and clearly. He is a fantastic car salesman, and I would buy another car from him tomorrow if I needed to. Best experience of my life buying a car!

I came to the used lot knowing exactly what I wanted as I had seen the car online. (Honda Civic Coupe). Richie Phillips came out right away and assisted me. He was informative and personable at the same time. I needed to buy a car quickly as I was on a time frame and had other things to do that week. He made it easy for me and was helpful and courteous to my Dad who drove a distance to help me with the purchase. There's a reason Richie is a top salesman and you can tell he loves his job. Had the pleasure of working with Leigh Daniels (ldanielsatroushhonda.com). Leigh was very professional and very knowledgeable. I especially liked that he was also approachable, personable and friendly. I hadn't purchased a vehicle since 2005 so I was not very familiar with the newer technology. Leigh spent time explaining everything to me - making sure I understood by asking me to show him what he just showed me. I was also encouraged to write it down. Leigh followed up with me daily during our transaction time period then afterwards via email to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. I barely have 300+ miles on the car and am impressed with the contact and attention I've received....

I went in and told them what I wanted and what price I wanted to spend and they were able to get me exactly what I wanted and I didn't spend the entire day. I found the car that I wanted and we worked out the deal within an hour and then they set up the appointment for the next day and when I arrived all of the documentation was ready for me to sign. Signed all of the documents, was given a demonstration on the new vehicle and I was out the door in an hour.

Kurt and I bought a beautiful blue 2016 Odyssey on 28 July 2016 with Lee Cohen's professional assistance. We were overwhelmed by the plethora of "new-to-us" electronic devices, but Lee patiently and thoroughly explained the most important features we would need to know immediately. He spent significant time highlighting the safety options, such as the right-hand mirror's abilities, the back-up camera, and the lane line warnings. He helped us set us a few radio stations, so that we would be able to add more on our own time. Lee encouraged us to call him for any further explanations we might need. We would recommend working with Lee Cohen to any Roush potential buyers! He is pleasant, professional and well-versed in the features of the 2016 Honda Odyssey!
