The dealership was a good experience. The only thing that bugged me was the salesman said that the car had cruise control and bluetooth. It doesn't have either one. On a good note, he was able to meet my needs and work with me on price.

We had a very good time. The employees are professional. The only complaint we had was the car has no front license plate mount which is needed to be legal in the state. We now have to invest am additional $100 for that. Wish we would have been informed that at the time. Other than that the service was awesome.

The good:Went looking for a 2017 Elantra. Overall a pretty good experience. Ivan and Spencer were both very friendly and helpful, so was Devon in the Finance Department. Ivan showed us around and took us on a test drive after we explained our requirements. Devon tried his best to slash the interest rates as much as he could and even gave us a lower rate 2 days after the purchase. No complains there.The not so good:1. Spencer was very rigid with his prices and was not willing to negotiate at all. To be honest, if we weren't so desperately needing a car at that point, I might not have made the purchase that night.2. The personnel should have better knowledge of their inventory and the models they have in stock. Ivan was very helpful in friendly and eager to show us around, but he seemed pretty confused about what features different models and variants have. Often he would go and open the car, take a look around and say something like "Oh you know this model has this feature as well." That didn't turn out to be much of a problem for us though, but sales personnel should know what they are selling, right? In his defense, the new Elantra models had just arrived on their lot, and maybe he didn't get a chance to refresh yet.

Again, I cannot say enough about my experience at Roseville Hyundai- very knowledgeable, friendly staff and comfortable setting. They could have real creamer and tea as an option! I was there 8 hours and needed something to drink other than water or coffee with fake creamer. Just a thought. If I'm gonna camp out somewhere I'd like a Keurig. Other than that, the car is great. I'm still reading the many manuals and may stop by to get more info. Hopefully, they will be as friendly as they were in the beginning...

All and all I had a good experience. The only thing I didn't enjoy was when I initially made a call requesting a certain model/year of a car and letting Roseville know I already received a quote on it from another dealership. I was informed that there were some in stock and that the price could be matched. When I came in I found out that the Roseville dealership did not have that particular car in stock.

For reasons stated earlier, I was originally of a mind to try to cancel the whole deal regarding my new leased car. Eventually. an agreement was reached wherein the car's plain rear view mirror was to be replaced with a more sophisticated model including a compass and a link to my garage door's function. I was informed by Mr. Gibbons of the Finance Department that a special arrangement had been granted by upper management and the mirror would be replaced at an added cost to me of $300. I reluctantly agreed to that. When I first arrived at the Service Department for the installation, Mr. Rob Peace informed me that the charge for the mirror replacement would be a great deal more than $378. He immediately recognized my frustration and anger at what was an added insult. After having served twenty-five years in the U.S. Navy (and having commanded two submarines), as well as running my own post-retirement business, my word is proven to be good. I expect the same from those with whom I deal in business. Mr. Peace immediately assured me that he would see to it that my cost would indeed be $300. He also closely monitored the completion of the order XZILLON coating to my car, ensuring that it was flawless. I have had reasons to be unhappy with Roseville Hyundai.Mr. Peace's intervention went a long way in restoring my confidence in your company. Now I need only to find someone to explain how to connect the new control to my garage door. (I was given no instructions in this regard).

We went in for the advertised special, of course we didn't qualify for all of the discounts that were supposed to get us the lowest price, and that was ok. The problem started when the finance guy argued with me about the advertised interest rate and said that it wasn't available unless I bought an extended warranty. I went back to the ad after we left and found out that if we had gotten the popular option package for $700 less than the extended warranty, we would have qualified. They did sell us exactly what we came in to buy, but they could have been more forthcoming about what else was available. Also, my wife wanted a blue car, the closest one they could find was in Richmond, we settled on a silver one because there was one in Chico, by the time they made the deal and we got the paperwork going, someone there decide it was too late to go get it and we ended up waiting until the next day to get the car anyway. If we had known we were going to end up waiting a day, we would have gotten the blue one. I am happy with the car but I could have gotten the color we wanted, with a few more features, for a little less money, and that would have made me much happier. And there was no reason I should have had to make 3 trips to the dealership and spend 10+ hours there in total.

We had a good experience overall. We came in to look at a specific model, but still felt a little indecisive. We spent a bit of time looking at vehicles that were there, including used. I think we gave the sales staff quite the run-around before settling on the car we originally came in for. Overall, they let us work out what we wanted to do. Pricing was straightforward and we got deal that we didn't have buyer's remorse or anything the next day. I was pleased to find out that the final closing of the deal with finance did not include the typical high pressure sales of overpriced add-ons and accessories. It was straightforward and only included reasonable insurance/warranty options. Overall, I would return and do business with Roseville Hyundai again.

The dealership was pressure free which is very nice. I felt like the staff was extremely helpful and we got the good deal that we initially came in for. The only downfall was my car not being ready on the day they said it would be. I did buy on a Holiday weekend, but I was a little upset when they said my car would be ready by Tuesday and it wasn't ready until Friday. Other then that, the overall experience with this dealership was good and we love our new car.

Folsom dealer did a major service and recommended I get left front cv axle replaced as it was causing a small grease leak ; they quoted me roughly $330 plus tax . I decide to make an appointment at Roseville dealer. 2 hours away because a little easier to get to that day--8.30 am. Sept 28, 2016. I make sure to speak with a service tech not just the appointment gal because I knew a part was needed and this was not a routine service. I drive two hours and get there only to receive a quote for over $500. I knew something was wrong . He says Folsom may have planned on using an aftermarket part. Whatever that means. My bull--- radar goes up even more. He goes to check pricing and 7 minutes later comes back and says they have no part. They might be able to have it driven over from Sacramento dealer. ...I leave. They knew for weeks about this appointment and that I was driving a long way, yet they have no part. My local I dependent shop says the part is about $ 150 max and the Folsom quote was accurate. I'm a lawyer. There is only one inference to draw. The Roseville Hyundai department. runs a fraud game on parts pricing AND they are incompetent. Avoid at all cost.

I had a great buying experience at Hyundai of Roseville. I think the dealership sales staff has mastered the art of providing excellent service without being overly aggressive and too pushy. Driving into the dealership, I spotted the car color (Mojave Sand) I wanted immediately so for me it was a matter of finding the right car in that color. Once we settled on the Tucson, my sales rep, Ivan Contreras searched to find the Tucson in the color I desired and had it brought to Roseville. The only drawback to the process was that the smart stick the dealership provided containing all my documents will not work in my computer. It's an innovative approach to giving you the paperwork but it needs work. Have them email it to you as well.

I came to this dealership in desperate need of the new car. While I did not reveal it, I was on a tight schedule and needed to make a quick and easy deal. I had wanted to look at Hyundai's first because I had heard such good things about the car and the warrantee. I should've known right away what kind of customer service they offered when I came in at 9:40 AM and was greeted by a salesman who said he could help me in 20 min. and could I wait. I left and went to look at Toyota's. I eventually received a call from Patrick one of the salespeople who apologized and invited me to come back if I was still interested.I drove back over and after visiting with Patrick and looking at a few cars, we had an easy negotiation of a car I thought my wife would like. Patrick seemed very nice and easy to work with. We drove the car a few blocks to where my wife worked so she could see what they look like. She liked the car but wanted a color that would need to be brought from another dealership. Patrick made a few calls and found the car my wife wanted. Everything was going so smoothly and then came the nonsense and needless lies.First, Patrick said we would need to sign a contract to buy the car before the dealership who had the car would release it. Total lie number one. I knew this was nonsense and told him so. But since I knew the contract wasn't binding and we wanted the car, I saw no harm in it. At this point, I left the dealership and Patrick was going to take the contract to my wife's work for her to sign. It was all downhill from this point on. After telling me in our negotiations that our 0% interest rate would be for either five or six years, he tells my wife it is only for four years. This didn't really matter to us but was a signal of things to come. He then tells my wife that she is signing a binding contract and must buy a car she has never even seen. While we both knew this was not accurate, he insisted that it was true. Even when the dealerships finance manager (Devon) told my wife that Patrick was wrong, he continued to insist that this was a binding contract. Also, after initially telling me he thought they could get the car that day (Wednesday) it ended up arriving at the dealership late on Saturday and was not available for us to pick up until Sunday nearly 4 days later. During that time, because of Patrick's needless pressure and lies, my wife was anxious and very concerned about the situation. Keep in mind, we needed and wanted the car. There was absolutely no need for the lies and the typical car salesman nonsense.When we arrived to pick up the car on Sunday Patrick came out and before he even got to us, yelled out "all right, let's go sign the paperwork." When my wife asked if we could see the car first, Patrick's response was abrupt and on the verge of nasty. Again, we were stunned. We wanted and needed the car and wanted everything to go smoothly. We had decided to come in with a fresh attitude and hoped that everything with the car would be as promised. Yet this salesman seemed intent on being belligerent and hostile. I told him that he and I needed to have a little chat. I let him know that he had needlessly put my wife through some sleepless nights and that we both knew the law and that there was no need for him to continue to lie to us about a binding contract. His attitude only got worse. He continued to vehemently insist that we had a binding contract and we had to buy a car we still had not yet seen. I was then, and remain, dumbfounded by what appears to be compulsive dishonesty for absolutely no reason. At this point, I told him we were done and that he should simply get away from me.We were then approached by a sales manager named Spencer. He asked if there was a problem and we said yes absolutely. I informed him that we were no longer able to work with Patrick and he escorted us to a table and invited us to share the problem. We then laid out the story as I have done so here. Spencer was very understanding and stated that he wanted to make things right and take care of us. However, I did find it interesting that not even Spencer was willing to admit that his salesman had been completely untruthful about the necessity of having to sign a contract in the first place and that it was a binding contract to boot. He stated he would talk to his salesman about the situation but would never say that Patrick's statements were inaccurate. At this point, I concluded that dishonesty and exaggeration must be the day-to-day policy of this dealership. However, since I had negotiated a deal on car that I needed and wanted, I played along and let Spencer be as he called it, "the fixer."Now for a bit of good news. When they finally brought the car up for us to see, it was the car we wanted with all of the features and packages we have been promised. While we were still chatting with Spencer, my wife and I decided we might consider buying a second new car and trading in our 2013 Honda Accord. Before going off to see the finance manager, I asked Spencer to give me a price for our trade-in and also for his best deal on a fully loaded 2016 Hyundai Sonata. Then it was off to see Devon to sign the real contract for the car we had finally seen and agreed to purchase.Devon was very warm, courteous and friendly. He flat out told us that Patrick had lied to us and there had been no binding contract of any kind and further that while it was dealer policy to request a contract signing in order to bring a car from another dealership, it was by no means a requirement from the other dealer. Finally, someone who would actually admit what I had known from the very beginning. We signed the necessary papers and Devon offered to sell us the extended warranty at "his cost.." which he said was $1800 rather than the $2800 we had been originally quoted. We agreed and all the papers were signed.At this point, after about 90 min. of working our way through the signing process, we were ready to leave with our new car. However, I still had one more piece of business I was interested in pursuing. But sales manager Spencer had not come back with any of the numbers I had requested. When I finally spotted him, I reminded him of my request and he called over a salesman to take me to see a Sonata. Though I didn't really need to see one, I went along. After looking at the car and chatting with the salesman I went back to talk to Spencer about a trade in and about selling me another new car. He was nowhere to be found. In case you're wondering, I was pursuing a second car with this completely shady dealership with the idea that since my wife and I had been treated so poorly, Spencer might want to go the extra mile on a second new car purchase. I was sadly mistaken. We left the dealership without ever receiving any of the numbers I had requested.Now you might think that this is the end of the story..... Not quite. When we got the car home, my wife realized that they had never bothered to finish detailing it. There were still stickers left on the windows, the windshields, both front and back were covered with a dingy film, the back seat was covered with carpet fibers and there were sticky spots from the few stickers they actually did remove. In short, we realized they had sold us a new car and since we demanded to see it before signing a contract, they brought it to us still wet and incomplete. Then never bothered to finish the job even though they had two or three hours to do so. Admittedly, in the scope of things this is a rather small issue, but I find it very symptomatic and telling of the attitude of this entire dealership toward their customers and customer service in general.One final irony. After a couple more days, my wife and I decided we really wanted to buy one more new car, the Hyundai Sonata. So I picked up the phone and called Spencer at Roseville Hyundai. Keep in mind, Spencer is a sales manager! I asked him simply, "Do you want to sell me a car?" He said, "yeah what do you want?" I said, the same thing I wanted on Sunday." He told me he had been really busy and wasn't sure I was serious. After chuckling a bit, I assured him that if I hadn't been serious, I wouldn't have asked for the numbers in the first place. He finally gave me a number for my trade in but said he would have to get back to me on a number for the new car we wanted. After waiting a couple more days and hearing nothing, ((We Never Have) we went to another Hyundai dealership and bought the car we wanted, a fully loaded Hyundai Sonata. Ironically the car came to the second dealership from, you guessed it, Roseville Hyundai. The second dealership did not require us to sign a contract to have the car brought over and I negotiated the entire deal on the phone without any hassle. In a final twist of the knife, when we bought the extended warranty on the Sonata they gave it to us for $500 less than the $1800 Devon had told us was "his cost!" It would appear that lying and deception are the hallmark of Roseville Hyundai. The sad part is, none of it was necessary. They could and would have sold us a car without having to tell a single lie. We wanted and desperately needed the car we chose and would've gladly paid the $1800 for the extended warranty whether it was at cost or not. I'm afraid this dealership just can't help itself. In the end, we were not personally hurt financially by any of this and we got the car we wanted for the price I negotiated. But no one should have to endure the lies, exaggerations and deceptions we went through. Though we have the background and knowledge not to be fooled, others may not. So again I say in closing, Buyer Beware and enter Roseville Hyundai at your own risk.Bill Pence916-869-7603

Sales rep Ivan had a good working knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in. Our vehicle color and options was not at the dealership, they located one in Santa Rosa and brought it to this dealership the following day for pickup. Although there were some dirt marks on the seats, we were instructed to bring it in anytime to have it cleaned, which we did. I was disappointed that when I asked at parts about the tow package we were interested in, that they had no package listed, that was abailable. This was one of the opitions we were intersted in and were told our Tuscan was capable. The parts person was going to check further, because he thought there were some recalls on other tow packages and thought maybe there was not a part listed because of the recall. I have not as yet heard back from the parts department. Over a week ago now.. Overall we were happy with the vehicle, only somewhat disapointed with the tow package isssue.

David was very helpful giving me all the information I needed to make my choice of vehicle. The color I wanted came into the dealership on a truck while we were talking so I decided to wait for them to detail it, bought it and drove it home. I am very happy with the Tuscan as it is much easier to get in and out of than the Sonata I looked at and have owned for over 10 years.

I was very happy with my experience at this dealership. After walking the Roseville lot my mom advised that I call salesman Ivan. We were actually going to drive to their folsom lot and buy a car from him as my mom had an excellent experience and purchased a car from him the month before. Well it turned out that Ivan had transferred to the Roseville lot but happen to be off for the day. When I called and mentioned my mom (which he knew right away by first name) and told him I wanted to buy a new car today he canceled his plans, drove twenty minutes out of his way, and greeted us with a friendly smile. My mom was so happy with his outgoing and friendly personality! And I'm very happy with my car. I really hate the finance process! It's so long and for someone who just got off of work you could imagine how tired I was by this point. I was delightfully surprised by Kajen the finance guy at this dealership! It was like having a friend on my side helping me understand what I was reading and looking out for my best interest! He's such a people person!

My sister had purchased a car at Roseville Hyundai in 2012 and I was in the market to replace my 2001 Ford Focus. I wanted a compact SUV (Tuscon, RAV4, CR-V, etc.) and after looking around/test-driving my top options, I couldn't find a better deal than the Tuscon offered at Roseville. Ivan was my main point of contact and he was extremely professional, gave me all the information I requested, and was patient as we discussed pricing/purchase. I never felt pressured from anyone at Roseville and they were very amiable even when negotiating the final price/package. Car buying can be one of the most frustrating and draining things anyone can do (between negotiating, time, stress) but it helps to find the right dealer and to know that you have all the power. You're buying the car and nobody else. The people I met at Roseville Hyundai remained professional, gave me my time and space when I asked for it, and helped to make the experience at least tolerable. Do your own serious research on the car you want and the dealerships you're looking at but I would definitely recommend to include Roseville Hyundai on your list.

Went to 4 other Hyundai dealerships and this was by far the best one. David greeted us right away and made sure he got all the info to find us the car we wanted. It was late in the day so we had to come back at another time to finish up the paperwork and we ended up working with Josip at that time. He was so attentive made sure he got us water n snacks and went over every single detail of the features. Edwin worked diligently to get us the approval we wanted. All in all a great experience

The most valuable element was time. Many dealerships want you to fill a credit application without even telling you if they can deliver upon your expectations and that is a deal breaker for me. I communicated my expectations to the sales person and he delivered accordingly.

They sold me a car. I can never afford. I got a bad deal. I tried to return the car. They have me financed for the rest of my life. The were so pushy it wore me down. Never ever want anyone to go through what they put me through. I now have a new car no money, I put 4000. Cash down on the car and now have to pay the full price of the car at safe credit union. NOt happy.

. Very disappointed. We went to this dealership because it was associated with the True Car pricing, but what we received was NOT the True Car pricing we were promised. We had a certificate for an AWD vehicle but after doing a test drive and looking at our options we decided on a FWD vehicle, the dealership printed up a new certificate that was 2000.00 less than the AWD, after signing all our papers and taking possession of the car we have subsequently realized that we were charged the higher price for the AWD vehicle. We hope that this was an honest mistake and not a bait and switch. Please advise as to how we can proceed to make this right.

My husband and I had a great experience with Roseville Hyundai. We were looking at some used Sonatas, but somehow ended up purchasing our first new vehicle; which we absolutely love! Ivan was great and took me on multiple test drives and we looked at multiple cars as the selection was large, with many different options. Ivan was very knowledgable and helpful in the transition to our new vehicle with so many bells and whistles. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The warranty on these vehicles also specks for itself. Our neighbors all thought we bought a BMW when we pulled up in our new Sonata Limited. I think there's a lot of improvements this dealerships could make when we first walked in looking for the car I knew exactly what I wanted and the salesman waited on another couple before us because he was waiting for the electric car to be brought out so I told him we were going to leave we had waited too long at least 45 minutes He got another salesman to help us who was very nice very good with the electric gas car I liked him a lot I really wanted him to get credit for my leasing of the car but he was not available the day I got back came back into the dealership to purchase the car. Too bad! So the next guy that help me didn't know really anything about the car and a little bit of the information was wrong

We returned to Hyundai of Roseville to buy our third Sante Fe, since our 2013 Sante Fe was destroyed in a front end crash that totaled the vehicle. My wife, who was driving at the time, only sustained minor injuries, and the passenger compartment was virtually untouched. Thank you Hyundai for your excellent safety record! We wound up going just a little smaller, leaving with a Tucson that has all the bells and whistles, yet was still very affordable. Recommend Hyundai of Roseville for their professional and courteous staff, and their great prices on excellent vehicles.

I have been going to this Service Dept consistently for 9yrs. For years Rob Peace was my Service Advisor and he did a pretty good job. He has known my daughter since birth and has always been sweet to her. He gave me valuable advice on some warranty work once. The dealership had always been fairly clean and my vehicle was usually done on time. But the last couple of years our vehicle is always finished late, the waiting room has been filthy!!! I have photos that prove the filth that disgusted my child and I was still there a year later on our next visit! GROSS!!! The worst part of our dealings with this dealership has been the actual service! 2yrs ago I took my SUV in for its usual oil change and when they gave us back our keys we found motor oil dripping down our beige interior drivers door and all over the floor of the driver's side. They lost my valve stem caps. I check for them after every vehicle service. I quite liked them. Apparently they were custom. They promised to replace them. They never did. They cleaned up the oil. I was so upset by the shock of motor oil dripping down my interior door that it took me arriving home to notice a chip in my key fob. My daughter's father is a prominent psychiatrist. He will attest to the fact that my OCD would never allow me to own anything damaged, defective or dirty. So that key fob was in perfect condition when I gave it to that service dept. They never replaced it either. Then when we took our vehicle in for service a couple of weeks ago the same thing happened! The waiting room was filthy!!! We took photos! Our car was done extremely late!!! We walked up to it to find once AGAIN MOTOR OIL DRIPPING down our interior drivers door and big, black , greasy boot prints on not only the drivers carpet... but also the passenger side!!! I also KNOW they put a scratch below the back window. They tried to deny being responsible for the scratch. Again because of my OCD I walk around my car to check it for damages every time it is out of our garage. Andy the Service Mgr had them ONCE AGAIN clean the interior of my SUV where there was motor oil and greasy boot prints. But then he got VERY AGGRESSIVE and RUDE with me!!! As if somehow I am at all responsible for the pure NEGLIGENCE of his dept!!! He should NOT be a Mgr!!! He LACKS the proper qualities of one who is to be HELPFUL and a LEADER!!! It is because of his behavior that we have decided to make a new SUV purchase with another dealership. We had planned on purchasing a new Hyundai SUV. But NOT if it means being mistreated by these RECKLESS people!!! I took photos of the filth in the waiting room. I also took photos of my vehicle every time they covered my car in motor oil. I took photos of the 2 valve stem caps on their desk as I left them to have them order 4 new, matching ones. I took photos of the scratch and I documented in an email to them every thing in this review and I sent them photos. They have NEVER fixed a thing!!! So you tell me... are they a GOOD dealership? Is this man, Andy, a proper manager? Every person I have told finds them and my repeated situations APPALLING!!! I have been reading this dealerships bad reviews online and have found so MANY people who have had the exact same or very similar problems I have experienced with Roseville Hyundai. If you have POOR leadership... you get POOR service!!! For sure the service management needs to be changed!!!

My sales consultant was possibly the worst. I've tried to reach out to him twice after purchasing my car to set up my BlueLink and he has not returned any phone calls. I would not recommend him. My car also had stickers and plastic still attached to it when it was delivered.
