I went to Landmark Rosenthal to check on prices and when I told the salesman Getahun AmedeI was not going to buy the car today he rudely told me that I was wasting his time. For me, buying a car is no small thing. I never buy a car under pressure. I may be back but I will never buy a car from this person. He needs a course in customer respect and courtesy.

In looking for a low-cost used car for my son, I was surprised to find something at a well-known dealership like Rosenthal Landmark Honda. I sent a request for more information and was immediately contacted by Walta at Landmark. Walta was great to deal with from start to finish; he understood our budget and worked with us to get within that budget. He was also extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with; this was one of my best car buying experiences ever. The buying process for my preowned vehicle was very easy. I definitely recommend talking with Mr. Danfa. He was helpful, energetic and easy going. He never was pushy in any aspect of the process. Though I financed through a third party, I would definitely suggest going to this dealership as point if you are looking for a new or used honda.

I went to purchase a CV-R Touring. The salesman was knowledgeable about the product. The problem came in negotiating a price and the timeline. I made it clear up front I would not make the decision until I slept on it overnight. Of course I got pressure to buy "today." Second, the pricing was outright shady. I was initially told they had a 2015. Mysteriously, I was told, "no, you don't want that one but we'll give you a 2016 for the same price." Then they added an "appearance package" without even asking it I wanted it ($700 additional). When I said I didn't want it, the salesmen kept insisting I needed it. When I looked at the "great deal," it was essentially the 2016 MSRP plus all fees. No 2015 pricing, nothing that would be of interest to a seller. Needless to say, I won't buy from a dishonest car dealer. Recommend that no one else do so either.

My negotiations yesterday with Chisty Hussain were surprisingly pleasant. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable young man who knows his subject and knows how to instruct his customers in a straightforward manner. He is obviously very good in dealing with and relating to people and I actually enjoyed an informal yet informative conversation with him. After talking with him, my experience with other Landmark employees was unfortunately very discomfortingly though probably unavaoidable hard-sell.

Vince Porter made my car experience relaxing and non stressful as any one can tell you that has bought a car before. He made it a relatively quick transaction with no run arounds and knew exactly what information you would need to make a decision that you would be satisfied with. When applying for financing please beware that Landmark Honda will supply your financing application to multiple financing institutions which will in turn each conduct their own hard credit inquiry that will appear on your credit report. When I applied for a small amount financing, I had 6 hard credit inquires appear on my credit report and caused my credit score to lower. When confronted, the reply was that was normal business. However, to have submitted a single application for financing and had 6 credit inquires appear on my credit report as a result is by no means "Normal business"

I was warmly welcomed by one of their customer service/ sales person called Mekdim Tilahun (Mack), he almost provide me a state of the art service one expectes at this time. He was highly concerned about all the questions I was asking and gave me plenty of options depending on my need. It took me just few hours to pick a brand new car (Honda Civic 2014 EX) & the overall buying process was so smooth & interesting that you don't even feel you wasted your time unlike other car buying experiences. I highly recommend this office & particulary this sales person (Mack) to have a wonderful Honda buying experience.

I was extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service that I received from one of your sales associates who goes by the name Mekdim Tilahun or AKA Mack. I was recommended to Mack thru friends. I can confidently say that Mack is very honest and straightforward with a great deal of knowledge about his products. He is very easy to talk to and you will feel that he is there to create a win-win situation. He doesn't want to rush you to make your decision and gives you a deep insight with no gimmick or sales pitch. Mack wants to make sure that you are satisfied with his service and that is how he gets his satisfaction too. We were undecided and very much confused to choose between the Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna. If it were not for Mack's extraordinary personality, we would not have purchased our 2014 Honda. This is my second car that I purchased from Mack and the experience on my first car which I cosigned for a good friend is the reason that I have decided to come again. Also, I would like to point out that I referred two of my friends to Mack and were able to purchase two new vehicles. My mother lost her keys to her 2011 Honda Pilot before and got her key redone about a year ago probably less. Landmark Honda was great then. During that time since, she did find old key, but did lose the Driver 2 key since. We went to Landmark Honda today to get a new Driver 2 key, but they re-enabled the Driver 1 key. Why the hell would i want a second driver 1 key ? Now they want to charge another $200 to create a driver 2 key ? Really ? Really ? I was there with my 76 year old mother, and said we want driver 2 key multiple times. Why do we have to pay another $200 for something when the service department screws up. Besides this screw up, Landmark Honda has been ok,..

This review addresses the sales department, not the service department. I had a miserable, infuriating experience with the sales team and DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone for any reason ever. They do not care about the customer and I'm very upset that I gave them a sale. I was dismissed, treated rudely, and blamed for the following situation. I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord from Landmark Honda a few weeks ago. I wasn't satisfied with the sales process to begin with as I felt a bit bullied but I accept my role in allowing that to happen. On my fourth day of ownership, a Saturday evening, the battery died on me while I was in New Jersey, 300 miles away from home. I was shocked and angry and immediately called the dealership and asked to speak with my sales rep. He's a nice enough guy and tried to help me figure out the issue since the service team had gone home for the day. I heard him ask for help from two different sales managers while I was on the phone. Neither could be bothered to speak to me directly and all they offered was "tell her to call roadside assistance" and implied that I'd "probably just left my lights on or something". I'm not an idiot nor a novice driver. No manager got on the phone to apologize or show me any concern or to walk me through the situation or to make me have any faith in this new car that had just failed me. In fact, they were entirely unhelpful and instead inferred that it was probably my fault. Infuriating. Thankfully, I had AAA and gave them a call. They arrived an hour later and gave me a jump then tested the battery -- the test came back as "bad cell". The battery was dead for good. AAA proceeded to follow me to the gas station so I could fill up and drive all the way back to VA without having to turn my car off, because it likely wouldn't turn back on. The following day I called the dealership again to get some help. I left a message for a manager to give me a call. 2 1/2 hours later I still hadn't received a call back so I called again and asked to be placed on hold until a manager could speak with me. I was pretty upset about this situation and to this point had had to navigate this entire ordeal on my own. After holding for several minutes I was finally connected with a sales manager named John Polifko. My interaction with this individual made me so furious I was nearly brought to tears. He immediately took an attitude of "What's your problem?" and "Why are you bothering me?". He was rude, combative, tried to make me feel like an idiot, gave me misinformation and again, blamed me for the situation. I had friends in the room with me while I spoke with Mr. Polifko and they couldn't believe how he treated me. He told me to call Honda roadside assistance to have my car towed to the dealership. I called and it turns out I don't have Honda roadside assistance. I called the dealership back to try to get some kind of help out of anyone. I was transferred to another sales manager named Theresa who was sufficiently apologetic and kind. However, she said she would call me back with a "plan" but I didn't get a call back until the next day. She says she wrote my number down wrong. Fine, but my number could have been tracked down on the paperwork at the dealership. On my own, I found out that the service department opened at 8am on Monday and planned to have friend jump my car so I could drive it there, then have my sister drive me to work. Again, making any effort to resolve this situation by myself, with no help from the dealership. When I pulled into the service bay the next morning, the gentleman in the service department immediately apologized for my inconvenience and said about my battery situation, "this isn't uncommon, unfortunately. It happens once or twice a month with new cars." That was a huge relief and within seconds, two days of frustration was eased a bit. He assured me that they would replace the battery (at no cost to me -- you better believe you'

Had to write a review to praise the service team at Landmark. I'm a bit biased - I have bought 8 or 9 Hondas from Landmark - but with no offense to the sales department, the reason my wife and I keep coming back to Landmark is for the service department. My Service Advisor is Gus Cucalon, and the technician on Gus' team who services my wife's Fit and my Accord is Gustavo Ramos. Gus Cucalon greets me by name when I appear at the service counter out of nowhere and he knows my car without his computer - Gustavo talks to me personally about what he found and what he did when I pick up the cars after service. Those are the main reasons we keep buying Hondas from Landmark, and that is why I keep coming back for service for our cars at Landmark. The personal attention, the attention to details, and the consistency of the personnel makes ownership of our Hondas an easy choice.

I wanted the dealer we bought from to be as close to us as possible, and this was the closest one. That said, if I didn't like the dealership, there are several within close proximity and I would have gone elsewhere. Dealership is nice, if a bit crowded but they are a large-volume dealer so I guess that's to be expected. I'd have to say best selection in the area, and while they didn't have the exact car we wanted on hand (White CR-V LX AWD), there was one inbound and we picked it up the night after the deal was done. Buying/negotiation process was relatively painless, though it continues to amaze me the dealers are doing the same old song and dance they've been doing for decades even with all the information out there these days. But, that's to be expected at any place, and I've seen MUCH worse so not something I consider a detriment. Cars.com is a GREAT resource and I will be using it all the time going forward buying cars, easy way to comparison shop without doing the legwork of driving to multiple dealers. We did have a lot of sitting and waiting throughout the buying process, possibly a bit more than I'd say normal, but only a little if any over average (another unfortunate part of the buying process). We also bought over President's day weekend so I'm willing to chalk some if not all of it up to that. Can't speak to service as we just bought the car, but best I can tell they get good reviews for that, as well. Even if not, you can get warranty service anywhere so that's not really a factor, and they don't offer any service perks for buying with them (free oil changes and things like that).

I was excited when I purchased my brand new 2014 Honda Accord from Landmark Honda. Unfortunately after only driving the car for a couple of days (less than 100 miles on the vehicle), I began hearing a strange sound coming from under the hood. Needless to say, I was very concerned that I just spent a lot of money on a brand new car and something was already wrong with it. Ive always had great luck with Hondas. Theyre always so reliable which is why I suspected something quite unusual going on. I took it back to Landmark Honda to be serviced and the problem was not obvious even after working with their offsite Honda Technical Team. After about a week of troubleshooting it was determined that the entire transmission needed to be replaced. The car was under warranty and Landmark gave me a rental car to use while my car was being serviced but my real concern was that this new car is having thousands of dollars of maintenance done on it and I havent driven it for even a week! So thats when I called the Landmark Honda General Manager, Joe Waldman. I told him my story over the phone and he immediately was as concerned as I was and agreed that something didnt seem right. He met with his service team who had been working on my car and called me back shortly to say that rather than continuing to inconvenience me by trying to repair the car, he would just give me a brand new car to drive home that day since they had an identical one in stock. I cannot tell you how happy that made me to hear him offer that to me. Most dealerships would just continue to service the car until it was fixed and send you on your way not feeling any better about your new car purchase. When I got to Landmark later that day to pick up the new car, I was greeted by Joe and my brand new car was sitting right there waiting for me. He personally saw to it that I was 100% taken care of and that I was totally satisfied with the transaction. No additional fees. No additional money out of my pocket. Joe and his team made it so seamless. I am honestly happier now than when I had originally purchased the car. It says a lot about how Joe and the Landmark Honda Team view their customers and doing right by them. Thanks Landmark Honda!

After days of going back and forth with my salesperson, DAYS!, I agreed to buy an Accord. The haggling totally ruined the experience for me. As it turned out, I got the deal I asked for on the first day. The salespeople are just too hungry here at Landmark Honda. When I went to trade the car in a couple of years later at a different dealership, I found out the car was in an accident before I bought it. The salesperson lied to me (I know, a used car salesperson lied). I think the constant going back and forth made me just want the whole thing to be over and I simply forgot to get a copy of the Carfax. I wouldn't want anyone I cared about to shop here.

Upon arrival to the dealership, my husband and I were immediately greeted by Mr. Ogbe Maxwell. Our experience from the moment we met Mr. Maxwell until we signed on the dotted line was very positive. Ogbe is very personable, a consummate professional and his approach to selling is very laid back. He has a very upfront and relaxing energy about him and never once seemed pushy or forceful. Ogbe explained all we needed to know about the purchase of our car from point A through Z and did not leave out a detail. There were no surprises upon receipt of our car and we were even pleasantly surprised when Maria Belbruno in Finance informed us that the original interest rate we agreed to was further lowered and an extended warranty was added to our final contract without increasing our monthly payment. From phoning the dealership and being greeted by Anna, the Receptionist to asking for a courtesy from Bouna Ndiaye, the Sales Director, this has been the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! I am happy to share this review with anyone willing to read it and will most definitely refer friends and family who are in the car buying market to this dealership!

There was no pressure and she made sure the car we purchased was right for us. When it came to fulfilling all of our needs. I made a deal with closer dealer to me but that dealer was not able to get me the car I wanted, after 2 weeks of waiting I decided to take my deal to landmark because they had the car i wanted. Once I arrived, I told them my deal and if they could match it or beat it we had a deal. They came back with a lower offer and I drove away in my new car. Landmark Honda was very professional, kind and was not pushy. I highly recommend Landmark Honda.

When I arrived at the dealership the salesperson I was communicating with was on her way out for the day but she stayed back to help me out. We had a stuck seatbelt in our almost new minivan. We took it to Landmark Honda and within the promised hour they had fixed the problem. Thankfully, it was under warranty. I was pleased with the prompt friendly service. They had a nice waiting room, but it was a beautiful day so I opted to walk on the trail in the park not far from the dealership--another advantage of having service done at Landmark Honda.

We bought a Honda CRV through the COSTCO Auto Program - essentially, there is no negotiation. We actually came to Landmark after going to another dealership and encountering a small inventory and a bit of a problem with our trade-in. We arrived at Landmark (we received a call from them as we were traveling from the other dealership - I know they are trying to make a sale, but we just liked the attention). Iqbad was our salesperson - he was very friendly and courteous - we picked out a car and got to work on the price - I said no negotiation because of the Costco Auto Program, but as you know, there is always room to talk price when buying a car. Ali was the sales manager who assisted us - he was absolutely wonderful. The finance folks were also engaging and helpful. After our purchase, we went home and checked out paperwork, discovering that we had not received the discount for participating in the Costco program! We called and Ali worked it our immediately - we saved more money on the vehicle. The only negative thing that I would point out is that we weren't given much of an introduction to the new vehicle (how to operate the electronics, etc.) - this would have been helpful, but does little to dampen our enthusiasm for our experience.

While looking for a car, we looked at other dealers as well as another Honda dealer closer to my house, but found the service at Landmark Honda best of all. The sales person as well as the person that handled our financing seemed to bend over backwards to help us get our car. I know it's in their best interest to get the sale, but it didn't seem like they were. They listened to what we wanted and made it happen. Really glad we chose Landmark Honda to buy our car.

Keith was dedicated with providing me with stellar cusotmer service. Ketih explained the process from start to finish and he introduced me to the most kind and intelligent person who handled the Financial portion of sale (Ronald C.) Keith taught me how to use all the functionalities of the 2013 Honda Accord coupe (interior functions, exterior and the went over the service booklet in detail). Had a great purchase experience. Negotiated a very good price online, then had exceptionally fast and competent service when we came in to look at and test drive a new Odyssey. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the features in the car, and was very helpful in coordinating a reasonable trade-in offer for our old car. The dealership beat my pre-arranged bank financing on the spot and we ended up driving away in a flawlessly prepared new Odyssey barely 90 minutes after the test drive. We definitely recommend this dealership.

Honda has hired contract workers to collect data about their sales people, service, and ratings from 1-5. Fact #1 First you fill out an extremely long survey and you mail it back. I am O:K with that. Fact #2 You get an individual who is a contract worker collecting data about sales people, service, rating 1-5 and this individual spends 30-40 minutes on the phone with you. This person confessed to being a contract worker. Question? The contract worker is redundant with the questions that are already on the survey that you mail in. Last Friday, October 25,2013 the contract worker called me eight times, then I finally spoke to the individual. On Thursday, October 31, 2013 a contract worker left a voice mail message on my sister's phone with all the questions and all the ratings 1-5. 1. The voice mail message was extremely mumble jumble. 2. The voice mail message was the same questions that I responded to rating everything from 1-5. Suggestion: Get rid of those contract workers-they are annoying.

Got a 2012 CRZ after I told them my price they let me drive home then called me back and said they would take it. They should have just said ok if they were going to take it and not make me drive back and forth. Also did not notice till after a few days that the inspection sticker on car was only good for 6 months when I got the car.

Yes buying a car at Landmark is good. I had already picked out a stock number from their extensive inventory. Negotiating the deal was fun. Funny how in these times you would think cash is king but the dealers make more money on financing. They really wanted us to finance but we paid cash.

I was greeted immediately by a friendly, well informed sales representative when I arrived at the dealership. I had done my research and knew the vehicle I was interested in and was quickly offered a test drive. The customer representative was knowledgeable about the vehicle, Honda Fit, and was thorough in describing all aspects of the vehicle. The representative who handled the buying process was knowledgeable and quickly responded to my questions and requirements and we settled on a very competitive lease and payment schedule. Landmark Honda even gave me trade-in value on my old vehicle. The financial associate expedited the buying process quickly and I was driving my new Honda Fit that evening. Follow-up service was expedited regarding my sealing option and license tag installations. Will try to keep this brief so folks will read it. I am as happy with my buying, service and customer service experience at Landmark Honda as I am with our Lexus dealership. Following a difficult buying encounter at another Honda dealership, I went to buy a Nissan Altima and stumbled on Landmark Honda by accident. Walking through the door, I was made to feel welcome and completely comfortable. The superior sales manager assessed my needs, asked what kind of deal I wanted, and gave it to me. Customer service was just as exceptional because when I went to switch my "stuff" to the new car, it was already done as well as educating me on how the car works and providing several follow-up contacts to ensure I was happy. The Service department continued the exceptional experience with thorough, knowledgeable service work (even caught the need for a vehicle inspection I forgot about), vehicle check-up and follow-up satisfaction calls. You owe it to yourself to visit Landmark first. You are appreciated when you enter and they don't forget you when you leave. The folks there clearly love what they do, it shows in how they treat their clients. A level of excellence that you expect from luxury car dealerships. Well done.

I had an extremely good experience at Rosenthal Landmark Honda. I had made the preliminary arrangements for a new car by telephone. When I arrived, the salesman was waiting for me, the car was newly washed and sitting out front so I could see it when I came in, and all the paperwork that could be done in advance was ready. I was in and out of the dealership in about 90 minutes, which is the fastest you can expect, given the need to complete paperwork, get the titling papers finished, get new car insurance, make the obligatory stop at finance and go over the car with the salesman. I strongly recommend the dealership.

I have used this dealer the past 5 years for all my Honda services. They are extremely easy to deal with and very reliable. I particularly like their on-line appointment service and use it exclusively to arrange both scheduled and "surprise" maintenance. We also used them when looking to upgrade our mini-van. The buying experience was equally as satisfying. I believe I got a fair/good deal without the drama or headaches I've experienced at other dealers. I particularly recommend the on-line sales crew; they were top notch. I highly recommend them for both servicing your vehicle and when in the market for a new or used car.

The staff at Rosenthal Landmark Honda was great. I was frustrated at another dealership when my girlfriend made a call to some other dealerships, and she spoke with Rosenthal Landmark Honda; they promised to get me a better deal and better service, and did just that. Moreover, the specific car I wanted was not in their dealership at that time, but they promised it would be there the next day, and it was. I had done plenty of research on the make and model of the car I wanted, but they were very knowledgeable about the whole process and were very helpful along the way. They went the extra mile to make it happen, and i greatly appreciate their help and support. I would certainly recommend this dealership to others who are looking for helpful, friendly service from a great car company.

This has been the worse car buying process by far for us (and we have bought a lot of cars). The day of the purchase was fine and they worked with us and got us out of there as quickly as they could. We love the CRV that we purchased. However, everything has gone down hill from there. It took them almost a month and a half to pay off our trade-in. The first reason they gave us was because they didn't get our initials on one of the forms and Honda sent everything back. However, we only found this out when we called the dealer. They didn't get ahold of us first. So we went back over and filled out a new form so they could send everything in again (this was probably 2 weeks after we bought the car). So then we thought everything would go through. However, 2 weeks later the trade-in still wasn't paid off and our temp tag was getting ready to expire. So I drove over there and they said they weren't going to pay off our trade-in (or give us a new temp tag) until we paid them our first car payment. I was like, um, we owe you money? Was someone going to tell us this some way? We thought since they were taking so long and we had to make another payment on our trade-in that the dealership was taking that into account or something. We had called the company that we got the car financed through (Honda Finance) and they said we did not owe the first payment and that the dealer had paid it. So we weren't sure what was going on but no one ever told us that we would need to pay the dealer the first payment. We have never made a car payment to an individual dealership so this was very strange to us. So the dealership was holding our trade-in, which we owed $20,000ish on for one payment on the new car, which makes absolutely no sense. Anyway, so we paid the dealership the first payment and about a week later our trade-in finally got paid off. Now we are still waiting on our car tags. It's been more than a month and a half. However, we are getting them registered out of state, which does take longer. I am so tired of having to follow up with this dealership. Oh, and now we also have to work on getting money back from the dealer since our payoff on our trade-in was lower than we originally thought (because we made another payment). Whenever we get our plates, we will never be going back!! It has been like pulling teeth to get anything done there! Guess I need to call them today to check on our refund and our car tags....wish me luck!

I purchased my second Honda Accord from Landmark Honda last month. Everything about the purchase was easy. They matched the aggressively low price that my auto insurance company's Buying Service recommended, plus took off an additional amount. The process went smoothly, and I felt that any questions or concerns I had were addressed professionally and clearly. I have taken my first Accord to Landmark Honda for all maintenance and service since purchasing it years ago. And, as much as anything else, it is the outstanding service I have received from Brian Cail and the Yellow Team that brought me to Landmark to purchase the new Honda -- without even considering any other Honda dealer. What else can I say? I am so happy with my purchase. My salesman, Iqbal, was generous, understanding, and not slimy like I expected all car salesmen to be. He talked me through everything step by step and literally made me feel as though he was trying to help me. He even got his manager to lower the price of the car by like two grand! When my license plates came in a few weeks later, I walked into Landmark Honda and he stopped what he was doing and put them on himself, no questions asked. I will recommend them every time.

This is my eight new car that I have bought from this dealership. With Kumar I have bought 7. I keep going back to him specifically because he is honest and straightforward. The manager has changed a few times over the years, however Kumar has worked with us all these years and occasionally calls to see how things are working out for us. Everytime we go in for a tune up or oil change he comes out, if he does not have customers to great us and just catch up. You don't get that kind of saleman ship at other dealers.

I've taken my car to Rosenthal Landmark Honda several times for repairs and each time the staff and service on my car have been excellent. However, they seem a little pushy about getting reviews and ratings once the service is done. On several occasions their customer service representatives have called, emailed, and mailed relentlessly until me or my wife respond to their requests. I'm very satisfied with their service and comfortable recommending others to send their car to Rosenthal; however, be aware that they may pester you for completing a service after the work is done. Why not just stand by your service and let "word-of-mouth" speak for its self?

I bought my 2009 Honda CRV (in 2012) from Landmark Honda and received nothing but great service throughout the whole purchasing experience. It was from that experience that I brought both of my vehicles (the other a 2009 Honda Pilot) in for regular service. My service advisor and the staff at Landmark Honda are bar none the best staff I have encountered in over 20 years of driving. I receive detail orientated explanations for service recommendations that make sense to me. The staff are courteous and are very organized with their process of handling customers. I am so at ease with Landmark Honda that my wife takes our vehicles in for service and I have no fear of her being taken advantage of because my service advisor and the staff are honest and fair.

Thanks to Brian Cail and the diligence of his Yellow team, my 2010 Honda civic is running the road WITHOUT indicator lights on for the first time in a month. I currently live 2 hours from this dealership but after spending too much money, time and frustration on other dealers and still having the same problems I was lucky to get the Yellow team. Within 3 days, this team not only found the problem, found it was covered under my Honda Care, repaired the problem and all with great detail, explanation and professional courtesy. Even though I am 2 hours away, this made my decision to return my car to the yellow team for service and concerns.
