Great salesman and internet specialist--knowledgable, friendly, not pushy, accommodating, helpful.Gave time for us to look without their help, and then were immediatly there when we were ready for help. We went only to look, but bought one in record time.

Bought my car from there bout a year ago.. After that the car started to give me problems..Took it there to get it fix.. Since thats where i bought it in the beginning..So my car has been in there shop for 3 months. Already paid 3000 for repairs! My car still having problems..plus they say i owe more Money, VERY DEVASTATED! At this point..still dont have my OWN car to drive! Plus i was told it was going to put me on the side of the road again!!

We were in a hurry to get a truck to pull our RV to a job site. We were treated like more than a customer. Everyone we dealt with did not pressure us, but made sure we knew that they would help us any way they could, but wanted us to be happy and satisfied with what we were about to do. They really worked with us and for us, and we appreciated that. Buying anything can be stressful, especially when it is a vehicle, or a home. We know we made the right decision to come to Rogers-Dabbs to buy our new truck.

The service writers at this dealership are very inexperienced. They will sell for $$$, but will not address the real problem correctly. Attitudes suck at this dealership. Go elsewhere!!!

It takes forever for an oil change as well as the prices are extremely high. Even with a $35.95 coupon, you're still looking at an $50 oil and filter job. Many customers had complaints while I was there as well and the customer service is not very friendly.


I love Rogers Dabbs Chevrolet.

I had to bring my car in for a Recall, I called in to make an appoint and ended up talking to the service director who seemed very knowledgable and caring as I was not sure of what I needed to do in order to get this done. Patrick set an appoint and told me I was in good hands which was comforting. I showed up worriedly a little late for my appointment due to a traffic accident that had a standstill for 40 min. When I arrived it must have been lunch time because there were not many people around but as I started getting out of my vehicle a gentleman who I believe was the service manager Jim, stepped out to assist me. I tried to apologize for being late but he would have no part of it saying "looks to me like you are right on time" with a smile. He called someone over the intercom who came up and took my vehicle. I sat in the waiting area for about an hour when I saw my car pull around. I will say the only drawback was that the waiting area was not as fancy as I expected from such a large place. A couple minutes later Rick brought me my paperwork and told me they checked out my vehicle and it being so new that everything looked good but added he was new and if I ever needed help with my vehicle to call him. He told me about a survey and took me to the counter. As I walked to my car I actually felt surprised at how friendly and accommodating everyone was compared to the other Chevrolet place that I had been going to closer to Madison. I wanted to tell someone that so I asked the lady at the phone and she called Mr. Williams over the intercom who came out and looked very professional. I explained how grateful I was and that I would now be coming all the way out here for all of my vehicle needs. He smiled and shook my hand and said "I was his pleasure to assist me" and that it was he who should be thanking me. I have owned several vehicles over my life and have never been treated so well at a service shop. Mr. Williams looked very young for his position but with the way I was treated by his staff shows exactly why is there. Great Job, I felt that I needed to tell more people than just my church about my experience since I have not received a survey.

Ads are being run on TV for "Talktojohn.info" and they are plentiful. I decided to go to this site even thou I know that I have A1 credit with a credit score of "767". This site redirects you to Rogers Dabbs Chevelot in Brandon. I bought a car there in 2004 and never heard from the Salesman or the Sales Manager as they had indicated that they would do. Why would they need to use a commercial like this to get people to there site. I am in the market for a 2015 vehicle and I would never buy another vehicle from this Dealership. To me it seems like scam. Would not recommend to any one. Stay clear of these people.

I took my car in for recall replacement of the ignition switch and got it back with a broken door handle. The service department manager said they weren't responsible for anything that happened to my car while it was there, except for what it brought in for!!!!!! NOT what I call a trustworthy service department!!! Be aware!

Purchased a used 2012 there and one of the tires is almost completely bald. I guess I should have checked every tire but assumed a 2012 at a dealership would not have old tires on it. Be sure to check this before you buy anything there. Everything else about the process was fine.

I made a deal with a Roger Dabbs Chevrolet sales manager over the phone on Saturday. Got approved for the loan and made arrangements to meet Tuesday and sign the contract and take delivery of my new vehicle. Well, I received an email from them Monday late morning that they had made a deal with someone else and sold the car. When I called the dealership they said the customer had not taken delivery or signed any paperwork. I have worked at an automobile dealership for 15 years and this is not the way you do business and unfortunately this reaffirms the opinions of what customers think about some sales people being crooks . When you make a deal with someone over the phone you do not back out on it and what makes matters worse is that I made the deal with a sales manager. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone for anything!!!!!!!!

When I bought my truck from Rogers Dabbs Chevrolet, I would not 'sign on the dotted line' until they installed a bedliner. The bedliner has repeatedly come loose from the sides. Today we took it in AGAIN to get them to attach it to the bed of my truck. This is when they brought up that because the bedliner wasn't factory issue, but added by them, it wasn't covered under the warranty.. Really? You didn't mention that when you wanted me to sign the sale papers. The salesman that originally sold me the truck said that they said it is in the "FINE PRINT". The bedliner is warped. They had to screw it in because the PLASTIC rivets kept popping out. They have now lost the business of this woman. Actually, they lost the business of a woman who owns her own company. I will go to Jackson or Canton to buy my next Chevrolet. Boo hiss Rogers Dabbs Chevrolet!

I had a very similar experience as FrustratedinMS. The salesperson and salesmanager were both very rude and not willing to work with us on our trade-in or new car purchase. They tried to add on some "special" fees on our purchase price and when we questioned what the fees were, they seemed to get angry about having to explain them to us. We ended up leaving very frustrated and went to another dealership. At the other dealership, we saved $1,000 on our purchase of a new vehicle compared to what we would have paid at RD. Bottom line, you will get the run around, rude personalities, and will pay more at RD.

Poor personal skills....I called the sales manager at Roger Dabbs to report a complaint about one of their car salesman being rude and uncooperative (which resulted in us going to another car dealership and getting a better deal). The Sales manager was just a rude as his salesman. I now see where the salemen at this dealership have learned their "skills". Best of luck to this dealership selling any cars with the attitudes they have. No way to do business.....

We went to Roger Dabbs to purchase a car and possibly trade ours in, the salesman was rude to us the entire time. Did not act like he was interested in making a sale. Also, tried to sneak a "fee" in without telling us. He then got angry when we questioned it. Bottom line, we went to another dealership (Herrin-Gear) and saved $1,000 extra from the final offer that Roger-Dabbs gave us. Best advise, if you want the best price for your money, go to another dealership!

Everyone at Rogers Dabbs was very friendly. The facility is modern and clean. I feel I received a good deal on my used vehicle. The buying process however was disorganized. Numerous mistakes were made by the sales staff which complicated the process. All of the paperwork was wrong, showing incorrect addresses. I was charged for "extras" I specifically declined so paperwork had to be redone. Nice folks, but read what you sign carefully because they are prone to making mistakes.

They try to attempt to get you to pay much more than the retail listing on the vehicle, compared to the site for the make of the car. They also do not give you fair trade in value for your old car. All around the customer is made to jump through hoops. Wait for inordinate lengths of time and pretty much you just get frustrated and go somewhere else. I am sure if I had dealt with the person I wanted to then I do not believe I would have been as frustrated.
