I love the guys at Rockland Ford! They are always amazing to work with! I have purchased several cars from Tony and the guys at Rockland Ford. They always make sure I get exactly what I am looking for and are very patient with me while I make my decisions. They are never pushy or urge me to make a decision I am not comfortable like other dealerships will do. I recommend them to everyone!

I just had a great experience at Rockland Ford. I went in looking for a vehicle and they took the time to explain the entire process to me and to go over different payment options which I could choose from. It was very low key no pressure buying experience. Everyone I worked with was very helpful. The sales manager and salesman i worked with were both knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend Rockland Ford to anybody looking for a new vehicle

So I bought a car a year ago from this dealer. Things went fine, so when I was in the market for a new truck, I went back. HUGE MISTAKE! We ended up purchasing a brand new Ford F-250. You think when you spend serious money on a brand new truck the dealership would make sure you had everything you needed right? WRONG! We bought the truck as a plow truck for our personal use. Come to find out, when we went to get the plow put on (we already owned the plow) it's going to cost us over $1500 to have installed. So I ask them at the plow shop (not the dealership) why so pricey. Well, there's a bunch of parts we still need even though we have the plow. Did the dealership forget to mention? So I ask the plow shop guy if the dealership would have known that. He asks me where I bought it and I tell him Rockland Ford. He tells me they should have switched the plow from the old truck to the new truck for free. (The plow shop knows this because they do this work for the dealership.) The dealership NEVER offered that. So I call the dealership and ask them about this. I'm told by ROCKLAND FORD that they certainly would have done that at the time of purchase (3 months ago) but they can't retro the offer. So because I didn't know enough to ask, I have pay for the switch out of pocket. I will never buy another vehicle there and I would recommend that everyone else shops elsewhere as well.

I had a great experience buying my used truck from Rockland Ford. I searched everywhere for the exact truck I wanted and Rockland Ford had it at the lowest price I could find. I was in and out relatively quickly and the buying process was painless. I will definitely go back the next time I'm in the market.

Car was not as advertised properly it was said to be a creampuff with 17500 miles, and there was many scratches and small dings and dents on a car that supposedly had 17500 miles on it, but had 26000, there was also oil all over under the hood. I feel an ad should tell you of any imperfections' especially scratches or dings that are very visible and need professional repair for the car to look decent. Not a good experience/very disappointed! Thurman

i drove in the lot with a broken car, salesman named keagen mcwilliams asked me if i was ok. i wasnt i found out my car was beyond repair. keagen got me a 2009 ford focus for the payments i can afford. I am so grateful for the help i received from keagen mcwilliams. I can't believe how helpfully everyone is at rockland ford. great salesman ship area.

Over the last 50 years, we've bought many cars, and more often than not, our experience with car dealerships was less than satisfactory. Rockland Ford, however, was a vastly different experience. The atmosphere was relaxed; the salesman was helpful, considerate, and patient; and the manager worked diligently to meet our terms and needs, and carried the day with an engaging sense of humor. The facility, however, needs a complete rehab. It is dated and just plain worn out. These guys deserve better.They are a first class operation working in a third world facility.
