Good experience

They had negative reviews and I wasn't familiar with salvage titles. Ali and Omar explained all that and showed me photos of the damage to the car I wanted. I got my own financing and Ali took quite abit off the price of the Honda Fit I purchased. They handle everything for you. I asked Ali about negative reviews and he said only unhappy people bother to write reviews, which makes sense. My experience was positive and I love the car. I just had the feeling they were honest all the way through the process.

Outstanding Truck Buying experience on every level

We purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 with 34,500 miles that was nicely appointed at an excellent value. The staff of Ali, AJ, Omar and Erin, who are all family, provided outstanding customer service, were very knowledgeable and professional and went out of their way to make us comfortable and valued as a customer. Ali suggested a financing option with PNC Bank that was smooth and easy. Their family made our family truly feel like family. I look forward to my next vehicle purchase from Roadrunner Auto Sales. Great Service

Great Service received an excellent price on my 2009 Cobalt, when I purchased this vehicle it had 40,000 miles on it. My car drives Great and the service is wonderful, Fay,Ali,and Erin are great sales representatives Yes I would recommend everyone to try them out and let them help you like they helped me. I failed to mention my credit is not that good and I still received a reasonable price... Give them a shot!!!!!!!!

Used Car Review

One of the trashiest dealerships I've ever dealt with, customer service is rude and fit in the stereotype of "used car salesmen". People hang up on you if you call and won't provide car fax on cars with poor vehicle history in an attempt to charge you money. I would honestly look elsewhere, not worth your time.

very poor experience

We purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot from this dealer. Within a few days we noticed that the tool kit to remove spare tire as well as the jack were missing. We called Ali and were told he would find the parts and get them to us. We have now been waiting 6 weeks and have not received anything. We have been told everything from they are ordered to they have been sent. I have made at least one phone call per week to them and talked with either Ali or Erin or AJ. We have been lied to so many times as this point I give up. I am very disappointed in their customer service and would never recommend someone buy a car from them. I would hope that our parts arrive shortly but at this point I highly doubt they will.

I have to do most correspondence by email as my time is very limited. As such, it took nearly a week to hear back from them. If you need an answer to a question, call them. Otherwise, follow up is incredibly slow.

Internet Communication review

Follow up was good...but vehicle sold within a few hours. So, much for finding the vehicle but live 1500 miles away.. Very good customer service and sales..
