Brought my car in for a recall. Ended up paying $60 for marker light replacement. This is why I use my own mechanic. Will never utilize RK Kia as a repair site again nor will I ever purchase a car from them.

My experience with RK Kia of Vineland was and continues to be a disaster. My car broke down 12 days after my purchase and I towed it back to Kia (which the sales manager fought me on him paying for the tow, he finally paid) they stuck a bandaid on my car and it broke down again a month later. (Still under my 90 day warranty thankfully) I had to take my car to a "third party" to prove it was Kia's fault. It was proven by 2 separate third parties. Kia stuck another bandaid on my car and I could tell something wasn't right so I took it in to third party again. Which they proved the work done by Kia was ruining my transmission. Car was towed back to Kia and sat for a MONTH because sales manager did not want to replace my transmission, but the service center agreed to being at fault. Since transmission has been replaced my car now jumps each time I put it in reverse.. Motor mounts not being placed correctly and Kia does not want to fix the issue.All I wanted was a decent car from a reputable dealership. I am now paying out of pocket to get all of these issues fixed from a different service center, though the Kia service center is friendly.. They clearly do not know what they are doing.And for the sales Manager Dave, he is a joke and a very mean man. I am so mad that I did business at such an awful place. I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism and the lack of respect they have for their customers.

This is the WORST car dealership I have ever been to. I HIGHLY recommend STAYING AWAY!I was browsing for a car to purchase in the fall. Rob pushed me on their "summer sales event". I thought he found the perfect car for me, so i ended up purchasing it at that time. I spent a large amount of money on a higher end kia. It turns out they lied about the car i purchased. I was told it would have a remote start included (and i paid for the feature up front). When I received the car, I was then told this feature didn't come with the car and could not be installed. I was obviously upset about this so I contacted John, the GM of the dealership. He was SO unprofessional. He did not offer to fix the problem and still has not sent me the check to recieve my money back for the remote start! Then, he proceeded to be a jerk aboutmy reviews on facebook and google.I'm just being honest about my experience here. If i can help anyone avoid the scam I went through with this dealership, my goal is accomplished.

Having a little trouble getting a call back from the service department. Moisture collects in the headlights. Took the car to the service dept. when it was raining, so they could see the problem. Bought the extended warranty on the 2013 Sorento . Car just needs to be fixed.

Beware!!! They are scam artist! Sales manager Jim Grim is rude, condescending and one of the most unprofessional people at the dealership. He is a poor representation of Chevy and should no longer have a job. Jim assured me my car was brand new but when I drove off the lot the car was a lemon. After multiple attempts to get it fixed he told me I was in my own. I became angry and he refused to speak to me. I will be reporting RK to the better business bureau.STAY AWAY.

I had gone to three other used dealers and one was not very nice! None of them could put me in a decent car at a decent price until I came to Kia Auto Group. My salesman, George, was the BEST! I never told him which car I wanted, just my scenario. He took me to the PERFECT car and made the deal happen! Love my Optima!

I purchased my 2010 Kia Rio in June 2014, one month later, the car starting shaking and had no pick-up. I called and was told that it was a good thing that I was able to get an appointment right away or I could have created more damage. The repair was the ignition coil and spark plug. They fixed that one for free. When asked, they told me that 'it just happens'.About two months after that, it happened again with a second coil... this time I had to pay about $250. They threw in an oil change for free.About another 2 months after that, it happened again with a third coil. Again, I had to pay $250... but hey! it was a good thing I got it in on time or it would have been much more money.NOW...Two weeks after that, it happened again with a fourth coil. They asked me for another $250... well you fooled me once too many times. I asked, almost begged for help, some kind of assistance or support - throw me a bone but nothing. When asked why this keeps happening, they said, 'it just happens'.Well, I went home, did a ton of research and after a purchase of high quality spark plugs and a coil, totaling about $35, I repaired the car myself in less than 10 minutes.It's not the fact that the Kia parts are less than sub-standard, and it's not the fact I waited for a total of 6 hours and invested $500 of my hard earned money - it's the point that they took me for a fool. Did not even try to understand, help or lend advice.Granted, the service guys were friendly, but as far as going the extra mile to keep my business - they didn't- but their hands may have been tied and not allowed to offer superior service. Good service - nice guys but not world class.Oh! they definitely lost at least one customer from this ordeal and two other repeat customers from my family. Do the math...!I will be removing this nightmare from my garage soon.

Best car buying experience ever, and I've had a lot. I didn't think anyone would be able to give me a deal that would fit my budget due to negative equity in my trade. These guys made it happen! I did a lot of research and shopping around, RK Kia had the best prices and the most down to earth straight forward sales team I have ever delta with. At least give them an opportunity to show you what they can do.

I purchased my 2009 honda accord in Dec of 2013, I delt with a gentlemen named Rob Jimenez he was nothing like any other dealer I've delt with. He took his time and showed me all the cars that I could afford and ones that he reccommened for me. He was polite and understanding he didn't rush me into anything and he fought to get me the best deals he could. I have to say I was very happy with James. On my way to the dealership I was thinking about looking at four vehicles. Equinox, Kia soul, Rav4, Prius v. From reading my original email to him and knowing the options that I was currently used to he brought up the perfect car for me to test. After driving it and learning about the latest technological features I was drawn to the car like a moth to a flame. I purchased a 2013 Kia Optima from RK Kia of Vineland. The entire purchase process was handled extremely professionally. The dealership is a very clean and friendly environment. The sales rep gave me the best opportunity to test drive the vehicle, representing both highway and city conditions. After the worst experience in the world at Cherry Hill Kia, I shopped around many Kia dealers. I found RK Auto Group Kia in Vineland to stand out among the rest. Originally starting with internet sales rep Wes Storar, who help me like no other had ever done before. HONEST, UPFRONT, HONORED his word and did everything he could to make the deal happen. I just left the RK parking lot with my new 2013 Kia Sorento. We did all the numbers via e-mail and phone. Couldn't decide on color, titanium or olive. Titanium was on lot, the Lx with 3rd row seat in Olive originally was not going to be on lot tonight until Thursday. Wes trusted his heart on what could possibly happen. He went and picked up the Olive Green and had it a detailed. When I arrived there this evening it was there already to go. Didn;t expect that until Thurs. What a great sales guy....Throughout the whole experience he put his customer first. Steve Sheppard Jr took care of all the details when the color was decided by my wife and I. And Olive Green it was. Steve Sheppard Jr did exactly as Wes discussed with me. No hidden fee, agenda or tricks. Down to earth, Honest and a great person to close a deal. I will share with everyone the customer service I received was second to none. Thanks to all involved at RK Auto Group. You have made the car buying experience what is should be.
