Poor Maintenance Shop

Bought my 2015 Fusion from them, and noticed too late a sizeable chip in the chrome window trim, and big scrapes on one of the wheel rims. Later, took it in because the Health Report function in SYNC wasn't working. Mistakenly took the car back without first checking everything, but ended up taking it back in to the dealership because NOTHING located in the center console, beside FM radio, was working. Not even USB or 12V plugs. Was told it was because they didn't let an update finish installing before unplugging it....for the power receptacles also.......? After that time, I looked into the latch of my center console, and see it broken inside, held together by electrical tape. No quality control, no cares given by the mechanics/techs.

Actually my wife brought in our 2014 Ford Fiesta for the annual inspection, oil change and rotation. The service staff were courteous. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and she didn't have a long waiting period.

I brought my fusion in for routine maintenance and there were so many things going on at once and they were busy. I stepped up to the desk and the man behind it was furiously typing on the computer, answering phone calls, directing phone calls, dealing with other customers and employees all at once. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but he was dang good because he kept his cool, remained courteous, and got everything he needed to get done completed in a timely manner. Once he got done with everything (it was MAYBE five minutes), the gentleman addressed me, got what he needed from me, and went to work. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out it was maybe forty five minutes when they were done, even with other vehicles ahead of mine. Everyone was courteous, the waiting room had comfortable couches and an enjoyable flat screen, and my vehicle runs like its brand new. Thanks Riverside

This was my first time ever buying a car from a dealership and I must say it was a positive experience. I brought my brothers along because I don't know anything about buying cars and they were satisfied with everything as well. Customer service was awesome. I have a special needs child whom is into everything and they were absolutely wonderful with her. The car I purchased required a simple repair with the windshield wipers and they gave me a nice loaner car to drive while repairs where being made. I went there with a specific car in mind and they were great at finding that specific car. I could go on and on about that the positive experience but I won't lol. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Walked in and was greeted with a shifty, reluctant, and dispirited salesman who knew very little of the dealership inventory and could not consistently answer my questions. I was transferred to another more experienced salesman, who while more knowledgeable, hurried the process along at such an uncomfortable tempo that I couldn't help but feel as if I was inconveniencing him and taking too much of "his" time. Terrible customer service and well aware of military personnel in immediate vicinity and their respective grade pay scales.Expect to be asked your rank at some point in the conversation and to receive no eye contact or acknowledgement from even the sales manager.
