Doubt this review will make it to their website, but WILL MAKE SURE it makes it to Hyundai General Headquarters, probably in Montgomery. We will make it IN PERSON, since we pass there frequently.Drove 80 miles to purchase 2017 Sonata which now has 195 miles on the odometer. Today we learned the base price has been REDUCED $3,000!!!! Called to inquire, and was told SORRY! NO CAN DO, YOU WERE SUCKERED IN, AND WILL REMAIN SO!!!!!

I was hoping to purchase in the next few days, however I decided based upon the numbers to go ahead to purchase that night. The vehicle I wanted was on the lot. The facility was very clean and everyone friendly. It was not a high pressure environment like many dealerships can be. It was our third purchase from a Riverside dealership.

I had my oil changed at Riverside which resulted in a deffective gasget and poured the oil out in my driveway and garage. Riverside paid to have my car towed and repaired and sent my car back to me with a awsome clean up job. They were very courteous and there were no charges.

They corrected the upholstery problem, but I did have to take my car back a second time. The repair was poorly done the first time, but if I understood correctly, the repair was done by a company outside the dealership.

Stacey was extremely helpful and tried her bed to solve the issue I have with my Encore which is more than I can say for Carl Black where the car was purchased. I spent most of the day one Saturday at the aforementioned dealer and they found nothing. Within just a couple of hours Riverside found a bulletin describing my issue and ordered parts to try to repair the issue.

Every one has been corteuos and helpful from purchase to service my last visit was for an oil change and tire rotation the oil change was free but they new my mother had passed away the day before and did not charge for the tire rotation very nice and caring people

I arrived a few minutes before the service department opened an was filling out the paper work for the drop off box. The service attrendent came outside and welcomed me to the dealership. She was very friendly and helpful and offered a ride from the courtesy shuttle. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle she met me as I arrively and promptly took care of me. Exellent customer service.

First of all, my wife and I tend to buy a new car and keep for 8+ years (I have had my silverado for 15 years) and we don't shop for a new car that often and is not always something that we look forward. Your dealership was an absolute pleasure to work with and when I next buy a new vehicle, I will consider the 125 mile drive to Rome, Ga again.We called ahead to test drive the vehicle and the Sales Rep met us at the door and had the vehicle ready for us to test drive. We have been coming there since 2004 when we bought our 2004 Chevy suburban from you and from that point you have done everything from oil changes to major work. Twice I have arrived to get my oil changed and you (riverside Chevrolete) put regular oil instead of synthetic. This last time I sent my daughter to get our oil change thank goodness she called before leaving the dealership they again had put the wrong oil in after being told to use synthetic. They were great and immediately changed it out and charges us accordingly for the synthetic oil. The only reason I caught it was because she told me how much it cost and I noticed at that moment that it was extremely low for a synthetic oil change.

Had an emergency on Friday July 3 when everyone else in Rome was needing service. Had no appointment, but Vicki and the ladies worked me in to try to find the problem. The mechanic found the problem and fixed it and we were able to take our planned trip out of town. This is typical of the treatment in your service department AND this is why we have and will continue to trade with your dealership. They are terrific!

I was looking for a work truck for my business, Riverside Chevrolet had what I was looking for coming in to their dealership. I sent an online inquiry in, Nathan Hulsey responded within an hour, made an offer, I countered, David Cook came back with a counter offer, I made another offer, David accepted. Contact was not pressuring at all, it was a very pleasant experience with a reasonable dealer. More dealers and salesman should learn from David and Nathan's approach, car buying would be a less stressful experience for most people.

I was told to bring car in for recalls, so the I did. Upon arrival my car did not start, so they replaced the recall all the recalls. I was asked about a diagnostics test and I aproved. So it took almost three weeks to get all of that done. I have been calling everyday asking have they finished, but the told me that they were behind schedule. It was diagnosed bad alternator and battery, so I got the car fixed and returned it to the lot because the symbol of a car and lock over it would show up and it would take another 10 minutes for it to start after I would try to program the key. The testing for the recalls were not done. I sent the car back on and I was told that it would be Friday the 14 of may when they could test it, and correct the issues. I am still waiting and this whole process of replacing the recalls normally takes 3 hours to do, but it is coming up on a month! I and so disappointed, and unhappy with the service! I call a few times a day, and car still has not been fixed. All I want is the recalls to be tested and approved, so I can get my car back. I am very frustrated, and feeling like this is a waste of time, because the new ignition that was put in with make the car shut down when the car starts to turn over. Please fix this issue as soon as possible! I have been waiting to long considering the issues have been fixed and it is no reason why someone should have to wait this long for updates, and their car to be checked.

Even though Riverside is a good size dealership they treat their customers like the small dealerships of years ago. I have tried to deal with a couple of dealerships from Marietta to Atlanta and always got a run around with four or five of their staff trying to work you for every penny they can and it takes all day if you let them. Riverside was straight up gave top dollar for my trade and was a pleasure to deal with. I am looking forward to doing business with Riverside again in the future.

My 2012 Cadillac was due for an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall fix. I had an appointment at 10:45. I arrived at the scheduled time. Thomas was ready with paperwork and checked me in immediately. He told me to expect a 2 hour wait. I was pleasantly surprised when he called saying the car was ready in less than an hour and 1/2. As I picked up my vehicle, Thomas assisted me in putting shopping packages in the trunk of the car. Great experience!!!

New to area and first visit to Riverside. Attendant was prompt and opened garage door when he saw me arriving, allowing me to drive right into the drop off area and not have to get out in the cold. I told him it was my first visit and he took down all my stats (GREAT BECAUSE I AM LOOKING FOR A DEALERSHIP TO HELP ME MAINTAIN MY TRUCK IN TOP NOTCH CONDITION). He told me to have a seat in the waiting room, telling me specifically which door to take (he did listen when I told him it was my first visit) and told me of the courtesy coffee and snacks. After giving me the pager, I was off to enjoy coffee and news while I waited for my vehicle. The waiting area was more than adequate, having not only seating, but "comfortable" seating. The visit was very pleasurable and I thank you for looking out for your customers.

I know this is a little late but if you have bad credit I don't know if I would really refer anyone to go here back in January after talking to mainly to the internet salesman and even going there to talk to him in person finally had money to put down on a vehicle. was trying to get a new crew cab truck mainly because we are a family of 5 one is a 15 yr. old 6'2" 300 lbs. and 9 yr. old twin boys that are almost 5' tall also needed a truck to be able to haul stuff around easier than a van or suv can. I knew it would be iffy but was told that if we had a big enough down payment they could probably get financing so after the first of the year went to riverside told them we had $10,000 down told them the truck we wanted took it for a quick test drive got back to dealership to do paperwork. he just took my info not both of our info needless to say after what seemed like about an hour was told they couldn't get me financed my wife even suggested us her income as well Stephen said no he'll go talk to someone else see if he knew of anything else that could get me financed through another bank after what seemed like another hour another no. Stephen showed us other vehicles knowing what we needed he showed us vehicles that if it was just 3 of us would've been fine he showed us about 4 other vehicles we told him we'll just leave guess the manager was walking in as we were walking out he talked to us as we were getting ready to pulling out. He asked us to come back after we got done doing what we had to do we since he asked us to we said yes and told him what we were looking for as far as space wise. When we got back he showed is 1 vehicle a late 2000's Ford that had a 3rd row seat that our twins couldn't fit in. The next day we went to Heritage GMC on the bypass in Rome he showed is 3 crew cab trucks they weren't brand new but had everything we needed. I know people with great credit don't have issues but not everyone has great credit so if you have poor credit if you live in Rome or near Rome I'd try Heritage first. The salesman even doesn't know why Stephen didn't try with my wife's and my income.

I hate buying a car. Loathe is probably more like it. Unfortunately I was in the market for a new 4x4 Tahoe. After getting the usual song and dance at a couple of dealerships in lower Alabama I decided to take matters into my own hands. I found the vehicle I wanted online at Riverside and contacted Stephen Taylor. After letting him know which vehicle I was interested in, what I had for a trade-in and what my bottom line was he got to work. There was no running back to "the manager" (read: the bathroom) to try and squeeze more money out of me. How refreshing! Most of the transaction was done via text message (it's 2013, baby!) and took less than 24 hours. The whole experience was exactly what car buying should be like and WELL worth the 9-hour round trip. Do I recommend Stephen Taylor and Riverside Chevrolet? You bet!

Great dealership! We drove over three hours to look at the vehicle and Stephen was very accommodating to make sure it was a vehicle we wanted. He was willing to answer any questions I had and even send us a video of the car before we came to make sure it was definitely the car we wanted. Enjoyable car buying experience, we would recommend them and go back again for future purchases.

After weeks of online research and dodging sweaty, over eager salesmen, I found Stephen. His charm and lack of deperation to get me to buy anything on the lot was like a breath of fresh air. Mr. Taylor understood exactly what I was looking for (and didn't try to get me to go over budget) and made the whole experience fun. Will be going back to Stephen when it's time look for my daughter a car.

My wife and I were in the market for a used SUV or Truck. I took my vehicle in for service and while we waited we had the pleasure of being helped by an amazing salesman by the name of Stephen Taylor. Stephen was very informative and helpful without being pushy or aggressive. He made my wife and I feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole buying process. We got a great deal on a used SUV that we could not have gotten anywhere else for the quality and price. It was a pleasure to do business with the people from Riverside Chevrolet. I loved this place from the minute I walked in the door. I was shopping around at many places but this place caught my eye with their great deals and information online. My wife and I bought our car here and will go back. We've also told some friends about them already. Dennis helped us and was real nice. He didn't give us the run around, which my wife really liked.
