Amazing Customer Service
I was contemplating a new vehicle purchase and came across a Certified one at this dealer for substantially less - My Salesman was Jerry Affatato and he was professional, courteous and honest. He spent so much time making sure my new vehicle was clean and exactly the way I wanted it set up - Even taking much extra time to explain the features and setting up all the "fancy" stuff - Purchasing a vehicle from Jerry was something I hope to do again - I have bought 20+ cars in my lifetime and this was the ABSOLUTE best experience I have had... A class act for sure! - Thanks Jerry I LOVE my new Tahoe!!

Battery
Called service department because my car wouldn't crank 10:45 am and they had Roadside assistance come to my home and replace battery this was complete by 12:00 noon.Now that's excellent customer service and the gentleman Rick that came was very professional and courteous. Top notch service thank you!
No Complaint
I purchased a used Cadillac STS from Ritchey years ago. I live in West Palm Beach and drove all the way to Daytona because Ritchey was the only dealer within 200 miles that would negotiate with me regarding the price of the car. The salesman Andy Chubb was very helpful. I would buy from Ritchey again in the future.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We bought a vehicle that was supposed to get serviced and cleaned. We have got nothing but excuses and have been lied to repeatedly. Our salesman was Carl Beck and he is a man we would not trust at his word and neither should you. We took our complaint all the way to the top of the company and were still just jerked around. I spoke to Larry Kelly who assured me he would look into the issue and get right back to me. After a week we still have not heard a word. We are very disappointed in our overall experience and would never buy another vehicle from Ritcheys. Heck we wouldn't even let them check the oil. There service department claims they gave this vehicle a 120 point check and they missed checking the oil and other fluids. The brakes were shot and all we get is excuses. If your a consumer have a look at these reviews... Do they look real to you? One liners don't really add up to good customer service. I find it impossible that our experience was so bad and everyone else is bragging about them. Seems a little fishy to me. We will never do business with this company again!

Excellent, top notch service
I needed service on my moms car so I drove by rithcy cadaliiac and stopped there. Candace was my service advisor and she was very knowledgeable and nice. I'll be back for sure! She knew what she was talking about.
Battery replaced today
Pulled in without an appointment today for a battery problem. The service people were friendly and quick to help. We were out with a new battery in no time. Good experience and price. Ritchey will definitely be our dealer of choice going forward. Thanks guys
Service Advisor was Rude
I was there on 04/29/2014 to get my mothers car serviced because two service lights came on. Dino Clark was the service advisor I spoke with. He never called me to say the car was ready. He never called to say the car would cost any money to fix. I do not own a Cadillac. I have owned Hondas,Acuras and now Lexus and did not understand the processes of how this dealership operates with the service department. My service departments have always called me to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle and how much it would cost me BEFORE they fixed it so I could agree to get it done or not. When I did call him at my lunch hour to go get it he said the car was ready. I asked him was there a charge? H.e said yes $122.51. I said why didn't you call me to say it was an incurred cost. He then replied "What do you think the technicians work around here for free?" They need to get paid! I do understand they need to get paid but I also understand you calling the customer first to see if they can afford that repair now or not. He was the rudest person I have almost ever encountered. Noone deserved to be spoken to in that manner. The car belongs to my mother. She is 80 now and has been asked by her doctor not to drive anymore because of her eyesight. I took my valuable time to drop the car off on my way to work and also to use my lunch hour to try and pick it up for her. Ther was no benefit in this situation for me at all. I would NEVER consider buying a Cadillac based on the way I as a non customer was talked to and treated on yesterday. Dino Clark need to take a customer training class to brush up on his skills. He is so out of touch and does not realize without the customers, he has no job. Signed one dissatisfied customer who is not even a Cadillac owner.
Friendly, Professional People and operation
The people make the company great. Best experience I have ever had in acquiring an automobile. Friendly, Fast, Professional Staff with a great product. Will never deal with any on a new car in the future. I am now a "Ritchey Cheerleader". The salesman, Reno Meoli, called me the next day just to check on the auto's operation and my happiness with it. Honest concern and friendly help is the cornerstone of Mr. Meoli's professionalism. Really an enjoyable experience.

Buying my first Cadillac
I never thought my wife and I would spend 8 straight hours leasing our first Cadillac. However, Reno, George Case, and Robert Hall were the greatest. They never pushed us along and they answered every question we had, and with a smile no less. Reno stayed until after 7:00 pm educating us on all the gadgets and workings of our car. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our new Cadillac. I pray that this feeling lasts forever. If so, you have a life customer for life.
