I was referred to Rincon Chevrolet from a friend. Immediately, I was greeted with a friendly face and southern hospitality. From the beginning, the staff created a comfortable atmosphere. Buying a car is a big decision and is stressful as enough as it is, without the awkward feel of a dealership and a million shifty sales associates ..... With my credit, I knew that my situation was going to be a challenge. Chris and Ed - worked hard to get me the best deal that suited my situation. I am very pleased with the time and effort that was invested in me. Chris was very detailed with the explanation of my new car's features and helped me get everything set up, so I wasn't "winging it" alone or having to worry about it later. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you Chevy Rincon!!!!

I called ahead to buy a used car I saw online. When I arrived on the lot Kyle greeted me outside. He was so friendly and charming. Everyone treated my mother and I like family. They were very professional and honest. I highly recommed this dealership to anyone. Thanks guys

My experience at Rincon Chevrolet was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Ed Smith was off but still made arrangements for Taylor Turner and Tonja Gardner to take care of me. I gave Ed my information and told him what I was looking for, he said to go by after work and everything would be ready. I went by and Tonja and Taylor had several cars for me to test and had already done all the paperwork for me. All I had to do was choose the best car and plan, then Rick Turner had all the finances figured out and all I had to do was sign the papers. They stayed late to help put me in a car, I was very impressed at how smooth it went. Tonja was like family, so easy to talk to, I could not have asked for any better treatment. Ed Smith, you are the bomb!!!! I am now a fan of "Rincon Chevrolet", I will return, and I will recommend that all my friends to go there. I submitted an email online for more information and received a very quick response from Niki who was very inviting. She answered all the questions I had which made me very excited to visit the dealership. When I got there I was greeted by a salesperson name Chris who was very helpful. Together they made me feel really good about buying my Tahoe. Finance was not pushy at all. I would recommend Rincon Chevrolet to everyone I know.

I purchased my SUV from here over four years ago. All of my warranties are over and done with. But the only reason I continue to do business with the service department here is only because of Jimmy Brown!! Over the years I have observed the courteous customer service that Jimmy presents in the service department. It's sad to say that the day and time I walk in the service department and Jimmy is not there I will seeking for another service department to work on my SUV! I'm pretty sure I'm not the only customer that really values Jimmy Brown's excellent customer service!! Keep doing what u do Jimmy for Rincon Ga. Chevrolet it is really appreciated!!!

After buying my car from Rincon Chevrolet I was surprised to see their review status. All I can say is that I could not be happier with my experience. The salesman was very attentive and respectful throughout the entire process and Ed, whom I assume is the floor manager or sales manager was extremely respectful of my time. I will have to say that I did not feel like I was being treated like a number. They genuinely wanted me to have such a good experience that I would feel compelled to use them again and refer a friend. Thank you for making this process a pleasure! I definitely recommend this dealership.


Service Department Issue

I have had an '05 Silverado with a Duramax in the service department since May 28th. This is an apparent fuel injection problem that they can't seem to fix. I have had very limited conversation with them due to the service manager dodging calls. (When I call from a phone other than my own, he will answer!). I am not sure what to do at this point. They have the truck tore down and apparently do not have a clue what's wrong. They have replaced the same part at least 4 times, and the bad thing is that they keep going back to it. The GM told me he would contact me daily until this was resolved. I heard from him for about the first 4 days, and nothing since. I would like to speak with the owner, but they are not providing that contact information. I honestly do not know how they can operate a business such as this and still remain in business. For the other people out there, I hope this is just an issue with my truck, and they do not treat everyone this way. The word of advice is to look somewhere else before going here for service work. Today is 8/16 and they are no closer to getting it fixed!
