I was extremely impressed with the service center at Richenbaugh Infiniti! The lead service advisor, Ryan Lent, gave me the best customer service expirience I've had in a long time! I brought my Infiniti in to get a spare key remote and tire rotation. I had no appoinment but he did everything in his power to accomadate my service since I travel a lot for work and it's hard for me to make appointments. I really appreciated him making me feel important and treating my car service as a priority for him! Rickenbaugh Infiniti has won a customer and my referrals! I highly recommend this dealership and especially their service center!

My husband and I are just so Impressed with Rickenbaugh Infinity. We were set on buying a car at a different dealership, the papers were all done and the loan was set, they just needed signatures. We decided on a whim to stop off at Rickenbaugh Infinity. It was conveniently located right off the highway on our way home. WOW the customer service WOW is it great. Dan Mull he is exceptional, I like how he drove for the first test drive, I'm not sure about you but I am always afraid to really step on the gas or test the breaks to see how well they work. Dan mull really new the car to, he answered all of our questions right down to the T. We purchased our QX50, because well we would be a fool not to with the drivers assistance it offers, the tight trim package, the IBA, and my favorite the full 360 camera for easy tight parking. Did I tell you the great take off speed it offers for that car that won't let you over. After purchasing my car, this is the real test, how the dealership treats you after you've purchased the car. I had some electrical defects with the car, well I tell you what they shocked me again with how great their customer service is. They gave me a loaner, took care of my car within a couple of days. They DIDN'T give me a hard time and the kids got great snacks when we picked it up. I really feel like I'm at home when I go to Rickenbaugh. It really feels like a family their. One more thing they did such a great job detailing my car and washing it. Thanks a bunch Dan Mull (Sales), Stephen Palko (Service). This was the best purchase I've ever made. I would recommend them and have recommended them to all my friends, family, and neighbors.

Just purchased a pre-owned 2012 M37x from Rickenbaugh this weekend. Listed price was very fair, and the car was in excellent condition.... as were all cars on the lot. I dealt with Dan Mull..... probably the best cart buying experience I have had. I would highly recommend using Dan..... very knowledgeable, no high pressure, and not that it matters but a pretty cool guy.

I went to this dealership a few months ago because I knew nothing about Infiniti, but was curious. Dan Mull helped me, and I was amazed by the features of the car, but mostly by his laid back, patient style. He was so excited about the car and he knew I wasn't ready to buy anything that day. He was never pushy with me once, but kept in contact with me. I ended up renting a QX60 on a vacation, so had the pleasure of an extended test drive, and that solidified my mind about the SUV being right for me. He happened to email me when I was out there and made a great offer on one that I was interested in. The rest is history--I absolutely love my new ride and I would recommend this dealership as top of the line! They all treated me with red carpet service even when I stepped out of an older model, green van just to "take a look." Dan is amazing. I would send my mother to him if she was in need of a car!

Demand Dan (Mull). Not your standard high pressure salesman. He knew the details about the car and explained Infiniti technology to us like an expert. Dan "held" the car we wanted while we awaited UPS documents to arrive; and I appreciated his patience. He worked with us and gave us what I believe was a good deal on a great vehicle. Love the Infiniti G37 convertible. All the folks at Richenbaugh were friendly and helpful during the sales process (as they should). First experience with this dealer has been very good.

From start to finish my husband and I were very impressed with our buying experience. Martin Spierin was a pleasure to work with. We tried out a couple of cars and fell in love with the QX50. Martin has been so great on following up to see if we have any questions, and if he could help in any way. We are enjoying getting to know all the features of our new car. Another thing that is very impressive is the atmosphere in their showroom, we have never had such a pleasurable experience when searching for a new car. Relaxed, no pressure. Martin Spierin isn't your typical car salesman. He is cordial and sincere and made the buying process painless. He even let us bring our 2 dogs into his office! We bought a 2011 GMC Terrain and got a terrific deal. The SUV is very clean and they do a rigorous check on the entire vehicle. Mike the sales manager and Jeff in finance were very accommodating as well. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle!!!!

My husband and I looked on line first, then visited about 5 different dealerships including Cadillac and Lexus and my husband wanted to check out the Infinti Qx60.We went to this dealership, they were willing to work with us and we were very pleased wth the outcome.Since we have had the car and our friends have been in the car with us, they are also impressed! Purchased a new car from Eric Smith. I knew what I wanted, had researched models, was qualified with 2 programs, compared the best deals, picked out my car, negotiated a good deal, signed the papers and returned to pick up my car the next day. No hassle. Received a good orientation on the new car and all the extras Infiniti has to offer, met the service staff and key people, and left happy in my beautiful fun car.

Went there to get an Infiniti key transceiver programmed. Almost no activity there when I went. Was told they couldn't help me without an appointment. I told them I drove there from over 30 miles away and that wouldn't work. Basically, too bad. Will never go back again. Will drive to Denver or anywhere else.

This is my 3rd Infiniti that I have had the pleasure of owning. I moved to Windsor from Denver last year and I was so grateful that there was a dealership "up north" so I could purchase a new car locally. The experience was great from start to finish, no hard sell and Eric and Terry worked extremely hard to get me the exact car I wanted - right color and all of the features that I love. My other car is a Bentley GT that I drive during the summer months and good weather, this experience was A+ just as great as buying the Bentley.

Rickenbaugh Cadillac provided great service to me in the past and this dealership appears to be in the same mold. They have a wonderful brand new facility.
